Nice cakes, excellent view to the pond, outside terrace. Service was friendly enough but a bit slow. I think the problem is that the cafe is understaffed.

Terrible experience. The tables are so dirty and sticky you don't want your hand to even accidentally touch it. Although so many staff are making coffee and preparing stuff, there are so few people for receiving orders and bringing them. You need to sit so so long unrecognized to even order. Unfriendly staff. Very bad service

Lecker Quiche und Salat in schöner Atmosphäre mit schöner Aussicht auf den Aachener Weiher. Es wäre schön wenn man demnächst mit Karte zahlen könnte und das Personal etwas freundlicher wäre (Tische von selbst reinigt).

Tolle Lage, beim guten Wetter - traumhaft schön! Unfreundliches Personal! Nach der Bestellung haben wir ca 40 Minuten auf den Orangensaft gewartet!!! Erst dann kam eine überforderte junge Dame und sagte uns, dass es das Frühstück das wir bestellt haben nur am Wochenende gibt und wir müssen uns für etwas anderes entscheiden! Und das nach 40 Minuten! Wir waren dort zu zweit. Gegen 12 Uhr gab es nur noch ein Brötchen, also hat meine Frau anstatt 1 Brötchen zwei Stückchen Brot bekommen ... Und das ganze bei den Preisen! Traurig ....

Super schöner Ausblick! Im Sommer kann man draußen direkt am Wasser sitzen. Die Bedienungen waren aehr freundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt. Sowohl Kuchen, als auch die Quiche haben geschmeckt. Durch die miserable Akustik des Raumes, ist es jedoch sehr laut und drinnen nicht wirklich gemütlich. Hier müsste zusammen mit dem Museum ein besseres Konzept erarbeitet werden.

Letzten Sonntag nachmittags draußen Platz genommen. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis wir, meine Frau und ich bestellen konnten. Der Tisch blieb ungesäubert, auch der Nachbartisch, an dem zwei Damen Platz nahmen. Meine Frau erhielt nur den Quiche, das Wasser kam nicht. Ich erhielt weder Kaffee noch Kuchen. Der Tisch blieb weiter ungesäubert. Meine Frau verspeiste ihren Quiche, der Rest blieb aus. Wir haben bezahlt mit der durchaus lauten Anmerkung, noch nie so miserabel bedient worden zu sein. Die junge Bedienung meinte es auf den Sonntag mit Publikumsandrang schieben zu müssen, allerdings sind die Bedienungen einfach nur unfähig, frech und haben den Servicegedanken nicht in Ansätzen verstanden. Bei Café Wählen bekamen wir dann anständigen und aufmerksamen Service innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geboten. Dort war es auch gut besucht.
