This place is so good that eating here motivated me to end my one-year hiatus from writing yelp reviews just so I could give it a 5 star review. Seriously, it's so good.
When presented with the Scoop n Scootery menu, I always feel paralyzed with indecision. There are so many options that it is quite literally impossible to make an informed choice, because you can't get to the end of the menu without forgetting the first half of the menu. Every time I've gotten ice cream from here I notice at least 5 sundaes that I swear weren't on the menu the previous time, but they were on the menu the previous time, there are simply too many sundaes for my meager brain to process. However, while I experience a minor existential crisis every time I try to select a sundae, I am always ultimately satisfied with my choice.
My most recent picks have been the Royal Purple and the Ganondorf. The sundaes come in absolutely massive containers--I got a small both times and I was only able to finish about 15% of it in one sitting. While the Scoop N Scootery is definitely known for their extravagant sundaes with tons of ingredients, they don't skimp on ice cream quality. The ice cream and fro-yo are rich and flavorful. I honestly preferred the froyo to the ice cream but both were delicious.
Also, the fruit toppings are always weirdly good, especially the berries. Berries are usually so hit or miss, so I'm impressed that they manage to have exquisite berries each time. Even if your choice of sundae doesn't come with fruit, I recommend adding it!
The whipped cream is also stellar and I don't even really like whipped cream. It always tastes very fresh and isn't too sweet. If you're like me and eat your ice cream in several sittings, though, you should know that the whipped cream doesn't re-freeze very well, so eat all of it in your first sitting.
I think I will have to keep coming back here until I've tried every sundae, so probably forever.
