Boston’s Best Ice Cream Delivery | Eater Boston

"This primarily delivery-focused shop also maintains a storefront and specializes in pre-set and customizable sundaes made with either ice cream or frozen yogurt. It delivers within a roughly three-mile radius of its Massachusetts Avenue base in Arlington, with online orders accepted for delivery between 3 p.m. and 2 a.m.; third-party services like Caviar and Uber Eats are options as well. The business warns that not all delivery companies use temperature-regulated transport, so customers should be mindful when ordering frozen treats for delivery." - Dana Hatic

Google
Pros: big portions, quick service, delicious Cons: one kiosk to order from and not a lot of seating (at least outside) This place is crazy good! It was around $12 a sundae, I ordered 5 and would have only ordered 2-3 had I seen how big these are. But no complaints on the 5 I ordered, everyone with me absolutely enjoyed these. So it’s worth the $12. If you want to add other items to it, it will cost more. Not sure if you can order just scoops of ice cream or not. Awesome they have a lot of options, but that made it take a bit of time to order since they only had one kiosk to order from outside the store. Not sure if this setup is always like this or not, but it slowed down service for ordering since they have such a large menu. They do have a QR code you can scan and order, but if someone is already ordering and they do not tell the customers waiting that there is a code to also order, then it takes some time to order. Luckily I had checked out their website prior to showing up and knew what all I wanted. But I was waiting to order due to the customers in front of me not mentioning there was a QR code to order from as well. Staff seemed friendly, but the only time anyone came out was to hand out orders, so no one was there to answer questions on swapping items or not or anything really. They would answer questions though as they came out. Again, not sure if this is how their service always is. I will return because it was absolutely delicious and they have more sundaes I want to try out.

Google
Primarily a takeout location it does have 2 tables outside, but no indoor seating. Very good selection of ice cream and toppings. The tasty size Is more than enough to share. We could not finish it all and had to put the leftover in the freezer for tomorrow.

Google
Ice cream is always on my mind. And when I have it, I want it to be worth it. Scoop and Scootery delivers. Like both from a quality standpoint and a 'you don't have to leave the comfort of your home' standpoint. I usually freeze half and enjoy another round the next day. Portions are very generous. Highly recommended if you are looking for a sweet treat.

Google
Customer service was great! The ordering process was very easy and quick. The sundaes were amazing and will definitely be back to try more!

Google
Hands down the best German Chocolate cake ice cream! I had it in a shake, 10/10 recommend 💯 👌🏽 Chris was awesome and personable. He made sure my group and all guests outside were all set. Great customer service! *Devoured prior to taking a pic 😅*

Google
First time here came all the way from Worcester, MA!! Everything on the menu looked so delicious, I ended up ordering the Golden Calf!! Yum!! Would definitely come back.

Alyssa J.

Google
I got a scoop of black raspberry cookie with a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and a chocolate cake core! The ice cream was so rich and creamy and the core was probably the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted! The service was very quick and effective, and I liked the online ordering system. The benches and string lights outside of the store were so cute! Overall my mom and I had a great experience.

Ayia E.

Google
Absolutely delicious! We had the Oreo with coffee flavored ice cream. It was a lot so we had to take some back home. I definitely would recommend to come with friends!

Yelp
They take ice cream to another level! Very elaborate sundaes and large portions - the smallest size could be 2/3 servings! This location doesn't have an indoor - there's an iPad outside to order and they bring out all orders when ready. There are some tables outside to eat. Super busy, but that says a lot about the ice cream! I recommend ordering online to skip some of the wait when you arrive. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
Boy this was quite the sundae!!! This location there is no inside - you order from an iPad on a table outside - which is totally fine - but just was surprising! They only have sundaes (well and a few baked goods!) They certainly have everything you could want on a sundae!! A bit overwhelming!!! And it's alll HUGE! I got a mini and still could only eat 1/2! If you're in the area - check it out!!
google avatar

Yelp
Not only great scoops but top notch customer service! There was a system glitch and the wrong order was given to us, but the gentlemen served us with even bigger size of French Revolution for us. We have enjoyed the location for more than 5 years and it's always a pleasure! Their red velvet flavors are die for and strawberry shortcake ones are quite goos as well. My wife loves fluffernutter which is composed of peanut butter ice cream, chocolate chunks, marshmallow fluffs, marshmallows and peanut butter!

Yelp
If you like ice cream, you HAVE to try the Scoop N Scootery out! I have tried all 3 locations & this one in Arlington is the best. They open until 2am Tues-Sat, close at 10pm Sundays, & closed Mondays. They have plenty of different flavors available to choose from + topping options. My go-to is to get the mini combos, which comes with two "mini" size of your choice. I LOVE the caramel cone crunch, PB&B, & the French Revolution (highly recommend if you're a fan of red velvet!). Ordering can be done outside of the store; my preferred ordering method is through their website & can pay with Apple Pay. Though this location is probably the busiest, they still get orders out & ready for pick up quick! Many times, we have ordered for pick up and the order is ready in half the time!
google avatar

Katherine R.

Yelp
Incredible Ice cream shop! They had so many delicious flavors to choose from, as well as toppings and cores. I also liked that I could choose 2 flavors to fill my mini cup. I went with the banana gram cracker, peanut butter Oreo and a brownie core. OHHH my goodness it was to die for. The workers were also SO welcoming and nice, which was great to see. I recommend going early - We went right when it opened and there were people lined up ready to order. Another girl in line mentioned the line goes down the block on Saturdays! With that said - I was a little upset to see that you order on an iPad at the door instead of from a person. There was also no option to go inside the shop so we had to take it to go and eat at home. Also I think the large sizes are their thing but it would have been nice to get something a little smaller too. I got the mini and it's easily 2 servings for me!

Yelp
I'm more the savory than sweet type, but was craving ice cream and Scoop n Scootery had been all over my TikTok so naturally we had to give it a try. I ordered the smokey da bear and my boyfriend got the 4 horsemen. Their smallest size is still massive and their large size could literally last a week or two. We did an Uber Eats order and the ice cream was slightly soupy (as expected ordering ice cream for delivery). Personally this was too much for me. The smokey da bear has a massive glob of nutella which over powered the toasted marshmallow ice cream. There was only one or two small brownie bites. I had a couple of bites and abandoned it. As for my sugar loving boyfriend, he said his sundae was one of the best he's had (regardless of the stomach ache after). His one critique was that it would be better to go in and pick up rather than ordering it for delivery.
google avatar

KC U.

Yelp
Place is very busy which says a lot about the company. Craving sweets and came to this place. Ordered 2 sweets of goodness and boy it's really good. I'm definitely coming back again but in day time. It's already 11ish at night and there's still a lot of customers. Benches outside for a place to eat.
google avatar

Neha W.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to order ice cream from--especially during late-night cravings! We always opt for delivery, and it's consistently quick. My go-to flavors are Granddaddy and Gannondorf. The staff is friendly, and the service is great. Highly recommend!
google avatar

mandy r.

Yelp
LOVE Scoop N Scootery! I have gotten the GANNONDORF (in the photo), THE GARLAND, and some personal creations. They have all been 10/10, can't go wrong. I always bring my out of town friends here and they love it!
google avatar

Yelp
Delivers soooo well Got campfire s'mores & chocolate ice cream with marshmallow fluff core, Oreos, and Nutella whipped cream. A dream. So good. The mini is huge. Will be coming back over and over again- nowhere else does it like this

Yelp
Scoopy Scoops! This is what we yell every time we think of the Scoop N Scootery. This is our favorite ice cream indulgence place for every time we want to treat ourselves to a super fun filled unique flavors and ice cream creation. First of all the small is option is huge! Its enough for two to share because it is filled to the brim with yummy toppings and its also literally pint size. There is no seating inside this location, and you can either pre-order online for pick-up which is often the case or they have a touch screen monitor where you can place your order on the spot. Once you place your order the workers are pretty quick at filling the orders and you never really wait too long. Every creation I have ordered has blown me away. They are so creative with their flavors and add toppings its a work of art! They know how to do it right! There is something for everyone from chocolate lovers to fruity and sour creations. This place never disappoints and its even yummier during winter! ha-ha!
google avatar

Natania C.

Yelp
My favorite ice cream parlor in Massachusetts. They give a HUGE amount of ice cream, and the staff are always extremely friendly. They're also open till 2am every day except for Sunday, which is a huge bonus for night owls like myself.
google avatar

Amy X.

Yelp
At the door ordering and takeout only. Service was attentive and friendly. A friend also gets it via Uber Eats. The "mini" is HUGE, the size of the largest cup at some other places. I could barely hold it in one hand. 1-2 flavors. I was very happy with my strawberry cheesecake (with cake pieces) and blueberry pie (with pie pieces). I added the red velvet "core" as I was curious. It was basically ultra moist red velvet swirled in to take up maybe 1/3 of it. Personally a couple bites of it was enough, but it was a really nice way to incorporate cake with ice cream. I was relieved though that I didn't get a full sundae as it would have just been too rich for me. I'm not someone to throw out ice cream normally, but I could barely eat 1/3 my "mini"! So -1 star because I hate wasting so much good ice cream and I think the portions could scale down some and still be generous.

Yelp
I've been to all 3 locations and they are all pretty much set up similar. The Arlington location is probably my favorite of the 3, it's a chill area and plenty of street parking up front. They also have picnic table out front and you can order outside on the tablet. (Note you can use the restroom inside if need be! My usual order is the PB&B which is peanut butter sauce, Reese's cups, vanilla ice cream and bananas! Or I'll grab the PB Bomb. Now i must say lately we I've been liking their strawberry blonde! Strawberry cheesecake ice cream with red velvet core! their menu has pictures of each creation on their site. You can also order ice cream for delivery as well not just pickup.

Yelp
We found this place via yelp while visiting Arlington. We were happy to see it was walking distance from our hotel. We get to the front and see (somewhat of) organized chaos. There are tons of people waiting and we scan the QR code just to be overwhelmed by all the choices that looked so good. Per the reviews on here, mini is the way to go as the portions are really large. You can opt for premade selections or make your own combo. Advice--you'll see making your own combo adds up to $$$$ rather quickly. We found the option for "mini combo." This helped us save a few dollars while 2 people in our party were both getting already designed combos. This was about $18. One person was getting make their own-- it ended up being close to $10 for chocolate ice cream, caramel and blueberries. Again, a decent portion but seems kind of ridiculous all this considered. Thankfully, the ice cream was good and everyone left happy. Definitely worth the visit if you're nearby and want some ice cream.

Yelp
the . The portions, the customer service, the location, the variety of options, the creativity, and ease of pay and PU! You HAVE to try it! When they say, Our neighborhood gem that brings them from near and far! As the beat goes, "Our neighborhood ice cream brings all the girls and boys to the yard! And they're like...."
google avatar

Dale S.

Yelp
I had to give it two stars so everyone please read. The ice cream is delicious but if you have a nut allergy, you have to stay away. I know someone that was rushed to the emergency room last night due to contamination, even though they said there were no nuts. The people at the university health Center said this place is known for this problem and even though they've called to have them address it they're clearly unable to do so. if you have a nut allergy, do not eat here as they don't have the ability to ensure it is safe.

Kate E.

Yelp
I'm a meh. I had heard rave reviews, so I was sort of disappointed by the impersonal ordering (by touch screen only), unfriendly staff (they seemed annoyed by customers), and the so so ice cream in HUGE servings (toppings and "cores" are totally amazing though!) I was hoping to take the pup for some socialization too, but they just have a few picnic tables lined up on the sidewalk so it wasn't as conducive for that as other ice cream spots.
google avatar

Kathryn G.

Yelp
German chocolate ice cream milkshake. Get it and you'll never regret it. I don't know how it's so damn creamy but it is. I will be ordering repeatedly over the summer (not that I wasn't already ordering in the winter).
google avatar

Mei B.

Yelp
This place has taken so much of our money, it's not even funny lol. But in all seriousness, this place is amazing! It's like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory but for ice cream and yogurts! They're open late and do deliveries, and the deliveries never disappoint. Me and my boyfriend go crazy on our customized orders. There are so many options! Highly recommended :)
google avatar

Anna F.

Yelp
This place has changed a little since I last came. Now you order outside on an iPad and there's lots of outdoor seating. I think they changed the operation to be even faster too. We got one of their signatures, which had a banana s'mores ice cream situation, with graham cracker, peanut butter, and toffee on top. I remembered that the Nutella whipped cream is not to be missed, and had to add it as well. We got the medium to share, and still could only eat half in one sitting. I actually thought that putting it in the freezer overnight may have even enhanced the experience- the flavors melded together more, like an ice cream cake, the next day.
google avatar

Kelly T.

Yelp
This place is awesome! The ice cream you get is huge and they have so many curated options and you can also make you're own combo. I got an chocolate ice cream with red velvet cake and oreos and cinnamon whipped cream. And my friend got the apple pie a la mode. The ice cream is so creamy an the topping are really tasty. The red velvet cake was moist and the apple pie crust was so yummy. It's perfectly layered to you get everything in each bite. And i don't love whipped cream but theirs is homemade and it's delicious. Oh yeah and they are open super late to satisfy those late night cravings The only reason they don't get a full 5 stars is because the order system is extremely overwhelming. They have a million options on a screen that has like 15 pages. Since you can go inside you cant see all the option at the same time right in front of you. There also wasn't really anyone to tell you whats good or popular. The second thing is that the ice cream got pretty icy when i refroze it to have later.

Melissa S.

Yelp
Sat outside for thirty minutes after putting order in online because you can't order inside. Realized you have to ask if your order is ready by fighting to the front of the line from a constant stream of delivery drivers. Poor service and ambiance. Won't be returning
google avatar

Kirtana S.

Yelp
Love scoop and scootery. Super cute spot to go for the summer. Make sure to stand by the window when waiting for pick up, they do not yell names out and wait for you to check in.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
My friends and I had a late night ice cream craving and this was the only place still open at 1:30am! We must have not been the only ones with this idea because there were still people coming in to pick up ice cream. I'm not sure if they are letting people in the store, but at night you pick up your order at the front. All ordering is done via their website/QR code. I got the chocolate cake and brownie butter and was not disappointed. The ice cream was rich and creamy, but also was not too sweet. My friend got the blueberry pie and I think I will have to get that the next time I come! They have a whole list of flavors and it seems they introduce new ones from time to time. Portions are huge for even the smallest size, so definitely get your bang for your buck!

Yelp
Online Orders For pick ups only The first time I ordered from here was a little over a month ago.. I ordered a mini Totally Turtle and red velvet + choc chip cookies (you have to order a minimum of 2 cookies). The Mini was larger than I was expecting, it's basically a pint. The Totally Turtle is vanilla icecream with caramel swirls, choc chips and cashew, only, my serving was 90% vanilla icecream, I barely got any of the other mix-ins which was disappointing. I tried them again and ordered the same thing, and there was a lot more of the mix-in items this time, maybe less cashew so I'll probably add extra for future. The cookies are on the smaller side. The choc chip and red velvet are good. I warm mine up in the microwave then made an icecream sandwich out of them with my Totally Turtle. It was a beautiful, delicious, mess *heart eyes*. Anyway- this is now my go-to icecream shop whenever I venture into Arlington.

Dennis G.

Yelp
So many tasty creations. We will be back. The service is quick and it's very busy but with the design of everything being to go (scoot) we didn't wait long. Order ahead on the website because it's hard to narrow it down to what you want because everything looks so delicious! And it is! You can't go inside the restaurant so don't expect to sit and relax. It's take out only!
google avatar

Liz N.

Yelp
Great portion size and love the fresh blueberries and blueberry muffin crumble. Great flavor! Line was long but worth the wait. Ordered the blueberry pie sundae and came with juicy blueberries was refreshing! Mine tasted a little like mint maybe from the previous ice cream that was scooped before mine. Would recommend they rinse the scoopers more or used separate ones for each similar ice cream to avoid cross contamination
google avatar

Elizabeth V.

Yelp
Do you see how BIG these sizes are, this is a SMALL. I was able to finish this in 3 days and I'm so happy that I was able to expand the sundae. This cost me $10, way cheaper than any other ice cream shop. I ordered through grubhub & it came in time and perfectly packaged with ice packages.
google avatar

Mila C.

Yelp
their sundaes are insane. bonkers, even. super fun combination of flavors and toppings. i've only tried them via delivery so i can't speak to the service or ambiance but i will say my order is always correct & wonderfully packaged!
google avatar

Marissa E.

Yelp
You won't see a picture of my ice cream because I scarfed it down. The portions are huge! My husband and I share a mini. The concept is amazing, over indulgent ice cream sundaes. They are pricey but worth it. You should order online in advance because you can only order on a self-computer kiosk there. They don't actually let you in the store but there a picnic tables around. It's on a cute street. The service is generally very quick. By far the best ice cream sundae I have ever had!

Paul D.

Yelp
If I could give negative 10 stars , I would. Avoid ordering from here at all costs. Waited over 2 hours for my order to be delivered only to be told that it is Uber Eats problem, not theirs. Was hung up on by an extremely rude employee. After calling Uber Eats to get a refund, they said I needed an Uber Eats ID # for the order, which the Scoop and Scootery has. Called back and they do not answer the phone. Was a brand new customer and this is how I am treated! FU Scoop and Scootery! Horrible employees and atrocious lack of customer service. And I WILL be getting your names and speaking to your manager and I will be getting my refund. Avoid this place like the plague. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE!
google avatar

Angelique F.

Yelp
Amazing idea! Ice cream delivered?! What? Great whip cream and good yogurt ice cream with a vanilla pudding filler?! Never mind the best vanilla shake with cannoli which is 5 stars! Fast delivery & never melted if you are close by at least. We got addicted staying at hotel near by! Thank you Scoop N Scootery for adding 5lbs to us each!
google avatar

Abby L.

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE!! All these cool combos are great, the only thing I would change is having smaller serving sizes for those. Otherwise great.
google avatar

Sara H.

Yelp
OMG. So dang good! Hard to pick which sundae to get! I love the variety. The ice cream is top quality!
google avatar

Julia S.

Yelp
The ice cream sundaes from Scoop N Scootery are like sugar bombs. This probably does not seem like a valid critique of ice cream given that ice cream is supposed to be sweet, but the ice cream here almost overwhelms the taste buds. The fudge sauce does not taste high quality but rather just adds to the saccharine intensity. A sundae from here seems like a great idea prior to eating it but I consistently feel awful afterward. It seems that the philosophy at Scoop N Scootery is the more the merrier. Just oversize portions (the smallest portion is way too big for one sitting), load 'em with sugar, and be able to charge $10 per person. I would much prefer something smaller and more tasteful, like ice cream from Toscanini's.

A P.

Yelp
ordered last night 4/10/24, nothing was as I ordered (online). And as a result my friend suffered from allergic reaction! we ordered only two ice cream, both ice cream were from their menu, so nothing complicated!

Brian S.

Yelp
Would you like some ice cream with your toppings? How about a Fudge core? My kids go absolutely nuts for this place; it's the complete opposite of the Rancatore experience a few miles to the west. Simple flavors, pounds of toppings and fillings; great combination ideas to get you started, but they'll make whatever you want. Be warned, the sizes are extraordinary; the large comes in a wheelbarrow
google avatar

Andrew L.

Yelp
The Sundaes are good (quality of ice cream is average, the toppings are great). My main issue with them is they used the pandemic as an opportunity to raise prices and move to ab online ordering only system. Now that it's safe to come in stores you still can't order at the counter. Sundaes are good, but not $10 a Sundae good, or $32 for delivery for 2 Sundaes. No thanks

Melanie D.

Yelp
I ordered from Scoop n Scootery many times, but I just ordered tonight at 6pm (everywhere online says they are open), and it was a disaster. I ordered two mini combos and they never showed up. I tried calling, called four times, and no one answered. If you want to waste your time, by all means order from here. Many other great ice cream places around that actually show up.
google avatar

Amanda G.

Yelp
This place is so good that eating here motivated me to end my one-year hiatus from writing yelp reviews just so I could give it a 5 star review. Seriously, it's so good. When presented with the Scoop n Scootery menu, I always feel paralyzed with indecision. There are so many options that it is quite literally impossible to make an informed choice, because you can't get to the end of the menu without forgetting the first half of the menu. Every time I've gotten ice cream from here I notice at least 5 sundaes that I swear weren't on the menu the previous time, but they were on the menu the previous time, there are simply too many sundaes for my meager brain to process. However, while I experience a minor existential crisis every time I try to select a sundae, I am always ultimately satisfied with my choice. My most recent picks have been the Royal Purple and the Ganondorf. The sundaes come in absolutely massive containers--I got a small both times and I was only able to finish about 15% of it in one sitting. While the Scoop N Scootery is definitely known for their extravagant sundaes with tons of ingredients, they don't skimp on ice cream quality. The ice cream and fro-yo are rich and flavorful. I honestly preferred the froyo to the ice cream but both were delicious. Also, the fruit toppings are always weirdly good, especially the berries. Berries are usually so hit or miss, so I'm impressed that they manage to have exquisite berries each time. Even if your choice of sundae doesn't come with fruit, I recommend adding it! The whipped cream is also stellar and I don't even really like whipped cream. It always tastes very fresh and isn't too sweet. If you're like me and eat your ice cream in several sittings, though, you should know that the whipped cream doesn't re-freeze very well, so eat all of it in your first sitting. I think I will have to keep coming back here until I've tried every sundae, so probably forever.

Yelp
Their change to online-only orders has removed most of the in store service issues. (It's still a bit confusing to pick up, but reasonable; i.e. you have to hang around until someone opens the door.) The sizes are still extremely large, but their pricing has understandably gone up. I really wish they'd have a size smaller than the mini, which is around a medium to large ice cream size. The quality of the ice cream has gone up as well, as it's very smooth, on the creamy size of ice creams, but not overly rich. The peanut butter cup was not over-sweet either. (I personally would prefer it even less sweet, but I suspect most would not.) I wish they had a wider range of flavors though; nothing really stands out as especially interesting or unique. Overall, a solid ice cream place, but sizing is extreme. Better for sharing.

G L.

Yelp
This used to be a great place to order ice cream, when in a pinch, late night. The cost has gone up, the size has gotten smaller and I rarely get an order with all of the toppings I requested. I thought it was me, so I ignored it for a long time, till I really started paying attention and realized, it was not me. If you get a signature sundae, Tasty size ice cream, with a couple of toppings, it'll run you about $16 and if your generous with tipping, which I am (30% or more), plus taxes you're looking at a $24 ice cream. This price is inflated by the delivery tip and tax, which I was willing to live with, but then I started getting sundaes with missing toppings and if I did get them, that were pretty small, never mind the shrinkage of the sundae itself. It's too bad. The place is always busy and people really love going there, but I'm not spending money on a $16 dollar sundae that rarely arrives as requested.
google avatar

Keith t.

Yelp
It was a bit odd ordering from outside but the selection is great and the ice cream was amazing! Very creative with the names!
google avatar

Katie H.

Yelp
Ice cream delivered. Enough said!!! Great ability to get take out or delivery. Ice cream smoothies and sundays that are can be customized. Lots of sizes and variety with huge amount of toppings. If you love your ice cream this is a great treat.

Inga J.

Yelp
The Scoop N Scootery serves hands down the best ice cream (and froyo) of all the places we tried in the Arlington/Belmont/Medford area. I was this close to resorting to grocery-store ice cream for the rest of the summer after some truly disappointing scoops when we ventured out to this place one evening. I tried the strawberry shortcake ice cream and cookie dough froyo, and both were out of this world--even without any add-ons. I could hardly believe the size of the 'Mini' serving--almost a pint of up to two flavors, for less than $6?!. Count me in! We actually had delicious leftovers for the next day. The late hours (until 2 am) are awesome too--there's always a happy crowd outside when we drive by. Delighted to have this place in Arlington!

Yelp
Loving all the names of the sundaes! So many choices -- could go back time and time again to try them all, which is probably the idea and why it's so popular. During COVID, there is no indoor service or in-person ordering-- it's online order only, but you can sit outside once you have your ice cream: there are a few benches and tables. Service was fast and very friendly. Sundaes are expensive but we split one which was a sufficient amount of ice cream for me.

Yelp
Going to Scoop N Scootery was very odd and impersonal. We arrived with the front door roped off, a sign not to enter and a QR code to place our order. We had questions about ice cream flavors, can we substitute, etc but we couldn't even enter. We're really not sure why Scoop N Scootery has such great reviews. I ordered the peanut butter mudslide. The ice cream was just mediocre. I couldn't tell the peanut butter Oreo from the peanut butter cup ice cream (and not even sure I had both?). Toppings are nothing special and many are just store bought cookies. The signature sundaes are WAY too large for anyone. I ate 1/5 of the sundae, was stuffed and had way more than I should have. Really nothing special and crazy expensive. Very odd experience and can't say we'd be back anytime soon.

Yelp
first off terrible customer service, actually no customer service. order off an ipad disconnected from human interactions. I am deathly allergic to nuts and there was nobody there to ask if there were nuts in the banana graham and no ingredient list on the ordering machine. i placed order and before I ate it I had to wait until someone came out finally assisted me I asked the worker if it contained any nuts. she checked and came back showing me photo evidence of allergy warnings. no nuts in sight. I proceed to eat my dessert and suddenly I hear a crunch as my teeth dive into a Reese's Peices. and yes there were confirmed nuts. I ask another worker "are you sure there are no nuts? I am deathly allergic" Allergens be wear.
