The secret garden luxury suites

This is truly an exquisite one of a kind experience! Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot with car parking nearby. The rooms are like a fairy tale. Nikki does an amazing job as hostess. Breakfast is in a beautiful room or you can have it outside in the garden. Spacious room with the bedroom overlooking the canal and the living area overlooking the garden. Furnishings are comfortable and whimsical like a fairytale with a large walk-in shower with rock walls, and a separate sunken tub. There is also a separate lounge area and hot tub room. You will feel pampered and special staying here!

Our experience at this hotel started on a wonderful note thanks to Nikki. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed and exuding fantastic taste. Unfortunately, our stay was tarnished by an encounter with another staff member, an older man, whose behavior was shockingly rude. When we entered the dining area, he abruptly questioned whether we were guests, and even after confirming our reservation (from a short list of just four rooms) , his attitude remained unfriendly. He then asked where we were visiting from, assuming he replied Spain and smiled and upon hearing our answer, (Mexico) he made an unpleasant face and launched into a complaint about what he sees on the news. This interaction made us feel very uncomfortable but we decided to give him another chance, I told him Mexico was a beautiful country and again he made a very obvious face of disgust, That made us feel way more uncomfortable, so that my mom and I decided not to eat anything prepared by him. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely hotel for its beauty and exceptional service from Nikki, who truly made our stay worthwhile. However, I hope future guests only encounter her warmth and professionalism. As for the older man at the front desk who made ignorant and racist comments about Mexico despite never visiting, just remember: you’ve benefited from the hard work of the very people you insult. Perhaps it’s time to reconsider your views.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the Groenerei, in the historic center of Bruges. All sights are within walking distance.|The room was spacious, luxuriously furnished and had both a very large shower and a bath. The bed is enormous and super comfortable. The sitting area with fireplace is a fantastic location to relax in the evening.|The breakfast is fresh, of high quality and varied. The hotel also has a spacious city garden, a communal library/seating area and a hot tub.|The staff is fantastic!

From the moment we arrived at the beautiful place, Heidi (the Host) was amazing. Nothing was too hard, the attention to detail was fantastic. Our room had an open fireplace, a seperate shower.a seperate unground bath and a seperate bedroom. The decor was traditional, yet gave the feeling of perfection.||Breakfast was fantastic. The bread, pastries, charcuterie board to start. With good coffee and tea. Then I. To the fried eggs and bacon and to finish with Champagne and Juice.||I could not recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to visit Brugge and experience all it has to offer.||Thank you Heidi for making our stay memorable and authentic……

Perfect in every way! The decor is amazing, the bed and linen wonderful and the room well appointed. The hot tub was nice on a cold day. Great breakfast and Heidi is the perfect host. One of our better stays during a 3 month trip through Europe. The location is good, quiet yet an easy walk everywhere. Couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommended

This BnB is simply wonderful. It is very comfortable and our room was simply magical; the decorations, the furniture and the windows over the canal. The breakfast area overlooking the garden is a treasure.|This BnB is located very close to everything in central Brugge. We walked everywhere in Central Brugge from the Secret Garden.|The staff made us feel very much at home and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We met the owners, Veerle and Kris Baert, and they are lovely people.

Was travelling solo and a little nervous. My host Heidi couldn’t of been kinder. She rang twice before my trip to reassure me etc. it’s hard to describe and photos don’t do it justice. Yes a beautiful garden with sensational pool with loungers, but my room was simply beautiful! The indoor hot tub too was an added touch and loved the little lounge to have a tipple before bed, you simply right down you name and what you have drunk. The decor is striking but elegant at the same time.I was on the top floor that had an amazing view. I truly felt like I was so lucky having booked it. I will be back!
