The Serangoon House, Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Great staff. Well appointed, quiet and comfortable rooms. Kids loved the bunk bed layout. Very happy with the breakfast options in the downstairs restaurant which were included with the room rate. Sukri the manager and all his staff were great. Really close to the local mtr stations. Less than a 5 min walk. Will stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms are extremely small. Even Maharani Suite is extremely small.||No upgrade provides for Marriot Bonvoy Gold Member. Even after booking 2nd highest room category, no upgrade was provided.||The restaurant is extremely mismanaged.|The food choices are extremely limited. Items in the menu are half the time not available. Veg items are very few. |Items that can be ordered in breakfast are limited to 2 per person. The restaurant staff does not keep proper count and is completely mis managed. Randomly they will deny by saying you have exceeded the count by adding items from other tables. This is extremely frustrating experience. ||Most of the items are not freshly prepared. They are boxed and just heated and given. The service over all is below par for a Marriot branded hotel. As a Marriot Bonvoy Gold, I have never experienced this kind of below par service||Wouldn't recommend this place for Marriot Loyalist. ||The only positive is the King size bunk beds which can fit large family.

Totally love this house cum home for me. Love the room interior with all the amenities provided. But what I found excellent is every individual who works there has such the genuinity hospitality people should have like what I experienced with Nicholson the front office officer, Puwa from the housekeeping and today by another front office officer Praba who apart from his tight / busy handling guest's concern still touch other guests with with all.the requests / favors including me who left my shopping goodies at the concierge, personally dropped thr goodies himself to my room My apology, Praba adter helping me proceeding to outdoor smoking spot behind the hotel.|You people are amazing

Wonderful experience staying at Serangoon House, especially with all the views of Little India.||The room was very comfortable and meals in the in-house Resturant absolutely delicious.||As a business traveller, the hotel suited my needs perfectly. When I travel for leisure and bring friends and family along, this is where I am staying!||I cannot heap enough praises on Sukri and his team for making my first trip to Singapore absolutely enjoyable!

The Seragoon was fantastic - we had a wonderful room, location was great - super close to the metro -, staff were friendly and helpful, decor was stunning and breakfast and evening snacks were delicious. Price was very reasonable for Singapore. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely experience. A hotel I’m down is usually first thought- chaotic- but this was such a relaxing place to be. Beds r comfortable and customer service five stars and food and ambiance the best. I will definitely come back.

We had a lovely experience. The check-in staff who tremendously helped us was (drumroll)—Ronny. He is a treasure of knowledge and has exemplary customer service. We arrived at 9 am and thankfully were able to a get an early check in. The location is superb. Close to Little India. There a dhaba style Indian cafe was nearby walking distance which served authentic Indian street food and MUSTAFA center for shopping. There is public transport very accessible as well. Hotel rooms are a bit tight but it makes up for space by having bunk beds. The hotel’s restaurant Gup Shup served up some surprisingly amazing food - a hit place to go. Have to mention the staff who helped us and shout out to Iman and the staff at the restaurant, they were so accommodating and had the best servitude attitude. Overall we would recommend this to anyone who wants a smooth experience in Singapore❤️
