Tonight, August 31, 2025, I went to the Punch Room restaurant at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. I ordered a cocktail, a main course (beef pasta), and a portion of fries. The cocktail was served within 10 minutes without any issue. However, the main course took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was cold, as were the fries, which were also not served at the same time. I ultimately decided to eat the fries anyway, even though they were cold, as sending them back would have further delayed the meal.
I sent the pasta back, but after more than an additional hour, it still had not been brought to me. By 11:00 PM, I had to ask for the bill: I had spent over two hours at the restaurant without ever receiving my main course properly. What was supposed to be a quiet, enjoyable birthday dinner turned into a complete disaster.
Having worked in hospitality for six years and being accustomed to visiting this type of establishment for work, I have never experienced such a poor level of service. The management staff were not even able to offer any form of compensation.
At other establishments within the group, such as The Edition, I have never encountered issues like this. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.
