I recently had dinner at this amazing high-end restaurant and it was fantastic! The crab and flatbread starter was super fresh and tasty, with the crab's sweetness perfectly balanced by the crisp flatbread.
The duck breast with chickpea and kale was the star of the show. The duck was incredibly tender and juicy, with a rich, savory flavor. The chickpeas added a nice earthy touch, while the kale brought a slight bitterness that balanced the dish perfectly. Pairing it with a glass of house red wine made it even better, as the wine's rich notes complemented the savory duck.
I also tried the cockle croquette small plate, and it was a great addition. They were crispy on the outside and filled with a creamy, flavorful mixture of cockles. Absolutely delicious!
