The Shops at North Bridge

The Shops at North Bridge is a fantastic shopping destination in the heart of Chicago. It offers an amazing variety of brands for every taste, from exclusive options to well-known stores. The atmosphere is modern, comfortable, and pleasant to walk through. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

We stopped in to the brewery, Crushed by Giants, and so glad we did. Their beer was AMAZING!!! My favorite was the Neon Werewolf IPA. It was delicious. Their food was so tasty and delicious. I asked if they would open a brewery for us in Vegas.

Shops at North Bridge is compact but has a great mix of mid-range and upscale stores. Plus, lots of dining options make it easy to shop and eat in one trip.

Went on Nov. 28th, 2025, and the slim security guard with dreads was rude and unfair. I’ve gone to this mall with my pet several times and have never had an issue. We were on the fourth floor in the corner by the restrooms/elevator/Nordstrom, where at least 4 other dogs walked by on that floor and towards the food court, but their owners weren’t told anything. The security guard walked by us twice and the first time he eyed me down, but didn’t say anything. It wasn’t until the second time that he walked by that he told us that dogs weren’t allowed in the food court and that we had to leave. I understand for health and cleanliness concerns, but we were on the other side and away from the food - and during that timeframe, like 4 other dogs walked by and towards the food court, but he didn’t tell them anything. He also didn’t tell me anything the first time he saw me, so it was like he was deciding if he wanted us there or not. Upon checking the mall’s Pet Policy and Canine Code of Conduct, it isn’t stated anywhere that dogs aren’t allowed on the fourth floor (which was where we were) or in the food court specifically. It only says, “Dogs are not permitted in water displays, fountains or lake (where applicable),” and, “Restaurant patios areas MAY or MAY NOT be dog-friendly; please ask the restaurant manager directly.” If this is an issue, please clearly state on the website/policy/Code of Conduct that dogs aren’t allowed on the fourth floor as a whole, otherwise your security guards will just pick and choose who they wanna kick off. We weren’t even in a restaurant or restaurant patio, which MAY be dog-friendly. This is the only line that relates to matter and even then, it is up to the restaurant manager specifically, not the security guard (and again, we weren’t even by the restaurants, we were by the restrooms and Nordstrom). It was really rude and I didn’t feel welcome in the entire mall anymore. I’ve never had this issue before. We weren’t even by the food, we were on the other end of the floor and I saw four other dogs walk by. I don’t wanna think that my race had to do anything with it, but it’s strange that the other people with dogs (big dogs, mind you, while mine was small) were white-passing and weren’t told anything.

Large, busy shopping center with a very tourist-heavy vibe. Convenient location right off Michigan Avenue and easy to walk through, especially when the weather is bad. The mix of stores is decent but nothing particularly special or unique, and it can feel crowded and chaotic at peak hours. Good for convenience and quick shopping, but not really a destination if you are looking for something memorable or relaxed.

This is not a very big shopping area as far as department stores, but we really enjoyed running in and finding a couple of things while we were there. It’s a pretty area.

Now this mall is quite different for sure. Almost reminds me of the mall in Houston Tx, The Gallery but more smaller. This thing had level ls to it with a store and something to do on every one of them. My wife went to a store to show her support the Iridium which was cool. They sell shoes and some clothes accessories and showed us some love. If you're every downtown Chicago check them out they got you on whatever you need. 💯

Shops at North Bridge may be small, but it offers a well-balanced selection of mid-range and upscale retailers. With plenty of dining choices, it’s easy to combine shopping and a meal in one convenient visit.

Not a bad mall just seemed like most of the stores were closed outside of the first floor. But worth a visit if you're in the area.

This was a beautiful mall. I didn't get to shop but walking through it was so fun! Will be back

This is a nice mall, several stories high and has the Nordstrom shop in it. It's pretty quiet most days but it seems like it's ramping back up after the pandemic

Nice place to shop right off Michigan Avenue. Lots of stores and food places. There's a newer boba place inside that's really good. They do not take cash.

I truly enjoyed all the walks around that area. Plenty of amazing shopping opportunities, malls, and the Ralph Lauren restaurant Loved Chicago and the downtown area is just fascinating, particularly by the river walk. I wish they had more restaurants by the riverwalk, though

A very pretty place and the AC was a gift on the day we went. Parking was a bit tight at the time tho. Good choice of stores.

I prefer Barbie's South Bridge, to the shops at North Bridge, but these will have to do, for reviewing purposes. This is an extraordinarily fancy high-rise shopping mall with terrible parking. It's located right in the middle of the loop of Chicago and exists on five stories or possibly more. Definitely one of the most interesting and urban malls that I've ever been to. It's full of high-end shops - the likes of which you won't find at some of your regular Mall-type places. There are actually several expensive shopping malls in the area and honestly I think you must have a ton of money to live in the Loop of Chicago or at least to shop in the loop in Chicago. I'm sure a lot of the people shopping here are tourists but seriously. Holy High expenses Batman. They have a food court on the 4th (or is it 24th) floor, with lots of crappy, overpriced, and mediocre options including a meh salad bar from NYC, a crap Poke place that sues people, and the worst fake Chinese imaginable. The Mid Eastern food up there is OK, though, as are a couple of Chinese options (authentic, a little bit), and the very very expensive Bubble Tea on the top floor is very good. Speaking of very very expensive things that are very good. I have to call Barbie. Bye.

There are various stores to choose from, very clean and you definitely feel safe shopping here. Good stores, amazing restaurants, many more. The place is very beautiful and the staffs were very polite and friendly. They have very nice quality products, that every person can return back to. The guards and other staffs are friendly. It observes health protocols properly. So, I enjoyed shopping, roaming and eating here. It was amazing. The parking space is not so crowded too. I love strolling and eating here at The Shops at North Bridge and see what's new to this store. I will recommend this shop to all of my family and friends. Shop now!

Beautiful and quaint shopping mall with a food court on the top floor. Kind of strange that the food court opens an hour after the mall. Enjoyed visiting shop such as White House Black market and the new fashion five. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Let's be honest, what girl doesn't like to shop? The Shops at North Bridge is super easy to navigate, there are signs everywhere. Nordstrom is their anchor store and they have an incredible selection of pretty much everything, especially shoes (MY FAVORITE). There are places to just sit and enjoy people watching, read a book, or let the kids rest. The staff is super helpful without being imposing or overwhelming. Level 4 is for food. Level 5 connects to The Gwen Hotel for those of you who are curious or those who are thinking of staying at said hotel. Levels 1-3 are retail stores and there is something for everyone, from shoes to clothes to purses to watches to techie gadgets it can all be found here. Everything to fit within your budget (or throw your budget out the window). The bathrooms are clean and spacious.

You shoulda seen me a-window shoppin'! A-window shoppin' with eyes a-poppin'! Shopping on the Magnificent Mile is posh! This place is pretty boss. They've got some great shops in here, a large lobby, and cool decor. The shopping center has a bunch of little kiosks that run down the center of the lobby, where they offer samples of things. I also saw that they have little vendors set up on tables with displays that look like science fair display boards. The area is clean, and there's lots of different shops up in here, with many national chains, anchored by a Nordstrom's. I felt safe coming through here, and enjoyed shopping in this spot. There's a food court up in here too, which I didn't check out.

How on earth can a facility advertise something it 1. Does not have. 2. No employee has ever heard of? We booked a $325 room at the Gwen SPECIFICALLY for The Shops at North Bridge's pet friendly mall attached to it. The mall advertises pet waste stations, water bowls, etc. See the screen shot. We walked the ENTIRE mall and kept getting "Aw, how cute!" comments from people who acted like they'd never seen a dog. And I believe it if they are hanging out here. Not a single employee has ever heard of the floors 1&2 pet stations and they were no where to be found. We would have booked a hotel in Millennium Park had we known there is truly no indoor dog area here! Plus, the shops that are there are closed, closing or poorly managed. The website shows all these cool places that are non existent. I haven't seen a mall this empty since I was in Shreveport, La last. And it's on the Magnificent Mile!! Super disappointed.

Meh. I wish a had a more descriptive word for this group of shops, but honestly-this was the best I could come up with: here's why: 1) it's a random assortment of shops (like Norditrack, what?) 2) it doesn't have enough variety that would suffice a larger shopping trip, or better yet, an occasion where you're just browsing Best to take a look at the stores in there, and if you need something from their specific assortment of retailers, go in with a purpose-this isn't the kind of place that you go in and wander around for an afternoon of light shopping!

I spend my day here because I'm so stressed at work. It was a holiday so I have time to do things that I want. I eat my breakfast fast in the food court. I just ordered a pancake and hot coffee. The pancakes were soft and yummy. I like the hotness and bitterness of the coffee. After I eat my breakfast I enter every store to buy what I like. I bought a jacket, blouse and pants. Then after that I decided ro watch some movies. The movie was disney so I enjoyed watching it there. It was cold there and the good thing is I bought a jacket. I used it while I was watching. After 2 and half hours the movie ended and I was so hungry. I decided to go back to the food court and buy a chicken sandwich, slice cake and pizza. And I enjoy those foods. After that I go home. Overall I enjoyed my whole day here.

There's nothing wrong with this shopping center. For me, it's more of a place to window shop. Lots of high end and designer stores that are fun to poke around in. What I think is weird is that next to shops like Hugo Boss, Nordstroms, and Swarovski, there are restaurants like Sbarro and Jimmy John's. Weirdly out of place.

Beautiful upscale shopping mall with fabulous restaurants and food court. Four levels of stores and restaurants. It's perfectly clean and very organized. Find tone of the largest Nordstrom ever here. Love Royce Chocolate. Find Wolford here, too. Great when it's miserably cold.

Next week is my sister's birthday and my mom planned to have a mini party. Yesterday, I went to this mall and I will give her a present. I went first o one store to buy her a dress. I chose to buy a simple pink dress with a big ribbon. It is a little bit expensive since it is branded. It will be comfortable to her and she will like it since she loves the color pink. After that, I went to the stores that sells toys and Barbie. Some staff assisted me and helped me to choose but in the net, I bought a Barbie set and also a big doll house. Doll house is expensive since it is big. Some staff wrapped it in a gift wrapper. I am glad that they are nice so I bought everything I needed. The quality of te products was good but it cost a lot of money.

This is a great little mall that seems to be hidden in the building of Michigan Avenue. You're able to get to Nordstrom from here so on the way you can window shop some of the other lovely businesses or grab a cup of coffee it's very clean and security is always present. It's funny how I've walked past it so many times and always missed it somehow.

We are so stressed at work that we need to unwind. We went there first before we went to the beach. We bought swimwear in one of the stores here. She chose the color red while I chose black swimsuit. It's expensive because of the high quality fabric. We like it very much. Next we went to the grocery store to buy our food. We bought wine, chips, soda and cookies. It's great that we don't wait long at the counter. Next we went to the food court to buy chicken, pizza and carbonara. We save a lot of money because it has a cheaper price compared to the price of a restaurant. The only problem that we encounter is there are cars in the parking lot that block our way to exit. It's a hassle and it's not worth our time.

I invited my friend to come with me to watch movie and buy some clothes. I said Ill treat her and she said yes. We are in the same car and Ill park my car easily. We went to the movie area and buy tickets. While he bought the tickets I bought some snacks to eat while watching. Ill buy popcorn and some drinks. The move was good and amazing. After we watch movies we went to on of the store in the mall. Ill bought her a dress and shoes. She said she like its quality. It really goods to her. I bought also a dress and pants. The pants was stretchy so it can fit me. The dress that I bought was pure beige that can make it a simple dress. I will wear it for churches. We had an amazing friendly date in this mall. Highly recommend this.

This place was big and spacious. It's not hassle to park because of a spacious parking lot. When I enter you can see that the floor was clean and neat. I went first to the food court because I'm so hungry already. I ordered tacos and milk tea. The tacos that I eat was super good and amazing. You can request if you want spicy tacos or not. When it comes to their milk tea it's too sweet and I don't like it that much. The price of tacos and milk tea was cheaper. After that I went to one of the shop. I bought a shirt and pants. The shirt was comfortable and it's 100% cotton. The pants was perfectly fit to me. Can't wait to come back here.

Thought this shopping center would be larger, but I was wrong. Although there are four levels, there are only about 50 shops and some restaurants. Nordstrom is the anchor store, and the store we always went to during our stay in Chicago. Noticed that they have a food court on the 4th floor. There were a couple of places there that I would have liked to try, but they were already closed by the time we arrived. Overall, the Shops at North Bridge is a good place to check out while walking along the Magnificent Mile. At the very least, their air conditioning feels good during those humid and hot summer months.

We will visit a kids charity the next day and I will give them a present. It is also my birthday the next day and instead of throwing a party I decided to have food, clothes and toys for the kids. And my wife gladly approved of me. So we were here yesterday to buy what we needed. We entered one of the kid stores. We told the staff that we will give it to the kids in charity and they gave it as a discount. It saved enough money. Then we go to the toy stores. We bought different toys for boys and girls. They also gave a discount and some freebies. We're glad that they are nice and kind. Then we went to the food store to buy the ingredients that we need in cooking chicken and spaghetti. We also bought some candies and chocolates. Gladly we bought everything we needed.

It's been a long time since I came here. The last time I came here was when my friend invited me to have some dinner with him. It was 3 years ago. Because of the pandemic and of course work we didn't see each other. So we planned to meet here again since we have no work today. We came here at exactly 9 am in the morning. We first ate in one of the resto here since we didn't eat breakfast yet. We enjoy our food and we had an amazing experience here. Then after that we shop. We bought clothes and accessories. He already has a baby so I bought her a mini dress. He first insisted but I say it's my present for her baby. We spent our whole day here and we had a great experience.

My friends and I planned to have a party by Jan 1 for the new year. I went to this mall to buy my outfit. I enter one of the stalls and someone is assisting me. I choose between formal pants or a dress. But in the end I paid for formal beige pants with a pair of women's polo. I have a suit in my closet so I didn't buy one. I also bought sandals. I chose beige that is perfect for my outfit. After buying my outfit I want to buy a gift. I don't know what to buy. Its hard to find a unisex outfit. So I just bought a watch that is perfect for men and women. It's a gold watch that has a lace of black. It's a little bit expensive, that's why it looks elegant.

We had a year end party later. I don't have any gift yet. We had an exchanged gifts. I came to this mall and looked for a shop. I'm choosing between a rice cooker or a glass to give. In the end I chose a water glass. It is expensive and it looks durable since it has thick glass. It looks elegant and good for display. Aside from buying a gift I also bought a plate , fork and knife. I picked a plain white plate. It's simple but it can give a classy look on the table. I don't want a plate that has a design. Well I don't know why but I don't like it. It's tiring and I need to eat. So after I shopped, I went to the food court to buy food. I had great food there. I highly recommend this mall.

I can find just about anything all in one location. The Flagship Nordstroms is fantastic. I can find the perfect pair of shoes (or a few perfect pairs) for my wife as their selection is huge. I also enjoy the second floor by the men's department where I can grab a drink or two while my wife shops. The staff is very helpful and pleasant without being pushy. I also like the fact that there are several restaurants to choose from and also a nice animated Fountain right outside Nordstroms that runs on wifi.

I just want to share my amazing experience to this mall. I chose to go in here for my Christmas shopping. There are various branded stores and every store in here was actually wonderful. All the stores are clean and organized, each has accommodating and friendly staff. I went from one store and another and can't stop myself from buying items because everything is interesting, has a good quality and also has reasonable prices. I bought a lot that I would give to my family and friends on Christmas. I got tired and I went to the food court, food in there was delicious. I ate while admiring the view of the city from where I was. I love this mall. It is super wide and all the branded stores are in here with items at a reasonable price.

After I'm done with my work I came here. I just want to buy something for my paperwork. They've huge parking lot and I can see a lot of vacancies by those hour. I enter one outlet and buy one product. After that I ate fast fastfood and just bought a burger and drinks. The burger was good and yummy since there was patty, egg, lettuce, onion and cheese on it. So it was incredibly amazing. After that I decided to enter a department store to buy my groceries. There are few people there. I just grabbed a basket and started to fill it. I purchased cereal, milk, candies, chocolate, noodles, fruit and veggies and frozen meat. After I paid it at the counter I just went to my car and went home. I highly recommend this place.

Frugal to Luxe. One and only mall where I can do my necessary shopping - Sephora, Nordstrom, Cafe, Sugarcity, Tom Ford. With efficient North Bridge Rewards, I will be here more often than before. Plenty of seating. Clean. Bathroom conveniences. TLC for your pet too! See photo. One and only.

The mall was very nice to visit. Constantly going up and down the elevator was a bit annoying after a while. I don't like how some of these stores are vacant because this is a beautiful mall. Food court on the 4th floor. The Nordstrom is at every floor that you see. I love the views of the city you can see from parts of the mall. I'd return though just to review more stores though

Typical vertical mall with a plethora of reasonably priced shops, but the condition of the mall seems to be a slow rot of maintenance. I remember when this place was a Westfield-managed mall and looked great. But now it's not as spiffy as it used to be. Most of the wooden food court chairs are severely unleveled and scratched, there's always an escalator out (use your imagination why it seems escalators going down are the ones broken), and there are a lot of light bulbs out. Maybe this mall has seen better days when it was a Westfield (also, noticeably when the Lego store left a few years ago), but there are still a number of fun stores (Vosges Chocolate and a recently renovated Nordstrom). The current owners need to pony up some bucks and refurbish the mall to bring back North Bridge mall.

Christmas is near and I want to decorate my house. So I went to this mall to buy everything I need. I always shop here because it's the nearest mall in my house. I bought large Christmas tree with some decorations. I also bought different colors of Christmas light for my Christmas tree, for inside and outside wall, stairs, gate and for tree outside. They test all of my light first to ensure that it glows and work well. The staff is so nice and always free if I need anything else. I also bought toys and gift wrap to put it besides in my Christmas tree. Staff help me to put toys in my cart and help to push my cart in the counter.

I remember this being called Westfield a long time ago. This shopping area is a few buildings connected at Rush and Grand with Nordstrom's as the large department store and the two other buildings that are adjacent to Michigan as well. Other buildings which are considered part of the mix are buildings all along Ohio street such as Eataly, California Pizza Kitchen, Shake Shack and other restaurants and hotels on Grand like Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. This shopping area is better defined as that. I'd always assumed it was just the buildings on Michigan and Nordstrom's and didn't know it incorporated more than that like the PF Changs and Eataly. Besides the Sephora or Forever 21 there aren't that more every day stores and a mix of specialty stores. I really love Eataly but honestly it doesn't seem to be a part of this "mall". This area along Ohio I had no idea was associated with the Shops at North Bridge a block over because they do seem disjointed. Regardless it's a very busy area with lots of shopping and restaurants and choices.

North Bridge connects retail to imagination. The Shops at North Bridge is the product of imagination. A corporate imagination that is. The upscale retailers are competitive. In this race to be at the top they pine for a Magnificent Mile address. But the problem is that Magnificent Mile is only a mile. Where else could you build? Nordstrom badly wanted their name connected to a Magnificent Mile address. Their solution was to do a Disney and let imagination lead. Imagination led Nordstrom to the idea of building a 4-level department store a block west off Rush Street with a mall bringing the entrance to Magnificent Mile. The mall would blend in with the contours of the Marriott, an elevated Grand Avenue, and an elevated Magnificent Mile. Indoor bridges would carry the mall across Grand Avenue and Rush Street. Walking from Magnificent Mile to State Street I'd visit the Shops at North Bridge a few times between the 2012 and 2014 Chicago vacations. In 2012, the now out-of-business Whispers drew me inside for a coffee and gelato. On my most recent visit, a gelato in Blended Bean Cafe brought me through the mall up to the fourth floor food court near Nordstrom. This mall is fancy with a capital "F." When I walked inside the fancy atrium it was obvious that I was not in a Wally World. I'd pass the omnipresent shops of any upscale mall U. S. A. For the record the Shops at North Bridge feature over and above 40 shops. All four levels lead to Nordstrom. The Shops at North Bridge is more than an indoor mall. It includes the North Bridge businesses near the mall that reach West to State Street. When Westfield sold the property to Maverich, deal included these businesses. The Shops at North Bridge also include a Hilton, movie theater, Acme Hotel, P. F. Changs, Acme Hotel, and Verizon store. These are places that I regard as useful and fantastic restaurants. As I started off the review, I will repeat that I am a fan of imagination. Unfortunately some people resort to annoying people instead of doing good with their imagination. They are the out of control hawkers that harass the people strolling by to buy their stuff. Mall Management needs to curtail this practice. They are aggressive and just annoy people that visit the controlled environment of the mall to relax. Normally when I rate a mall I take into consideration it's entertainment value and mix of stores. The Shops at North Bridge is marketed toward the upper class. That is understandable considering that Walmart and Dollar Tree is not at home in Magnificent Mile. Normally I'd give three to three and a half stars if a mall was focused too much on upscale shops without an entertaining environment. However, there are some nice restaurants when you include the outer buildings. Weber Grill is one of and if not my favorite barbecue restaurant. The Blended Bean gelato was delicious. And Panda Express is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Excluding the upscale shops there is a Microsoft Shop and Verizon store. So that is kind of cool. Ultimately I give it four stars because I am a fan of imagination being used as a problem solving tool. Nordstrom took the tool of imagination to create a mall with innovative design to bring their department store to Magnificent Mile. This leaves a magnificent impression on me.

Kiehl's. Vosges Chocolates. Nordstrom. Benetton. All this AND pet stations offering your pupster treats and water???? If I were a good person this might be a little bit of what heaven is like. I'll probably never know though.

While killing time before our train out of town, we stopped at The Shops at North Bridge to window shop. The mall is small and you can get through all three floors in a short amount of time. They have a small cafeteria upstairs, and a number of unique stores. I was surprised to see a Charming Charlie Store, and enjoyed walking around there for a little while. (If you love "women's" accessories, Charming Charlie is for you!) Another Store I thought was interesting was Aesop. They had all natural soaps, oils, shampoos, and more, and it smelled so good in the store! There were several other stores that I was not familiar with, and enjoyed perusing.

I've wandered through this mall numerous times over the years and I have to say the store selection has declined somewhat to me. But the novelty of a highrise mall is still entertaining to those of us who are used to the sprawling ranch model. The candy shops were a hit, the fancy, Vosges Chocolates and the basic, Candyality. But the Sephora is small. Otherwise is mall shops of varying specialties and price points. The one big fail of this place is that they do not offer a coat check in the winter so that you have to carry around your winter togs while trying to shop.

Landmark Review: Classy mall with pet friendly atmosphere. I have journey across this mall as a shortcut to get behind trump tower and also eaten at the food court on the top floor. This is a great place to shop, not too crowded and quite a variety of shops. Another thing is that they welcome pets in the mall so you can take your furry love one out shopping. Great deals for out of towners as listed below. Pro: pet friendly, wide selection of shops, dining upstairs Cons: hours for dining limited, not as big as other malls Hidden gem: 1. Out of towners can present their ID at the desk to get a savings booklet with savings at most of the stores 2. Parking validation with 10 dollar purchase up to 3 hours. Validated parking rate is $12 (if before 5pm) or $9 3. Concierge service to help with dinner reservations 4. Sanrio's Hello Kitty - In store Hello Kitty character birthday celebrations (call store for upcoming birthday celebrations) Sanrio's Hello Kitty appearance (every other Saturday from 2-4pm) 5. Complimentary coat and package check, wheelchairs and strollers

A nice mall with some cool stores. If you can't find it here, Water Tower Place is just a few blocks down Michigan Ave. Hey, you may find what you're looking for along the way anyway. This place scores maximum cool points from me for having dog comfort stations inside. There are pet waste bags, a water dish, and dog treats. So awesome!

Parking with validation is still $15. It's an awkward mall and I wish parking was free for patrons of the stores.

I came by here because I thought it was a Nordstrom's and it turns out it's a shopping mall. It's an OK 4 level mall. There are a few high end stores and then a mix of other stores. If I had to compare it to anything I'd say it's a very very very tiny version of the Shoppes at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas or a lower end version of Crystals at City Center in Las Vegas. It's in a pretty awesome location if you're a tourist and staying or hanging around the Magnificent Mile.

This fairly new shopping center along Michigan Avenue features Nordstrom as its anchor tenant. The design of the complex controversially retained the Art Deco facade of the McGraw-Hill Building while gutting practically everything else to create the new mall. There are many little posh shops in the galleria, and the upper level features a surprisingly good food court plus an art gallery. I know people who are dedicated shoppers at the Lego and the Sanrio (Hello Kitty) stores.

This is definitely on the higher-end of shopping for me. However, I like that it's clear and organized. It's convenient that it's connected to Nordstrom's, but I don't think anyone would really know that there were other shops if they were coming from the lower level of Michigan Avenue.

The mall was easy to navigate. I am glad that they have a family lounge. It made it easier to feed my baby in the lounge and change him in the family bathroom. They have a good variety of shops. The top floor (Level 5) connects to the Gwen Hotel. Level 4 is mostly Fast Food. Levels 1-3 are all shops.

It's Saturday and I don't have a work today. I want to go shopping and take a walk with my dog. I also want to buy him dog shampoo because his shampoo in a bottle got empty. I also want to buy him a dog clothes. Their parking lot have full of cars but its nice that there's a one space empty so I can park my car easily and not hassle. I went first to the pet shop corner. Staff greeted me and also greeted my dog. I bought dog shirt, polo, coat and jacket. It's fits to him well. I also bought him a mini bow tie that can make him a handsome dog. After buying all of his need we went to food court. I bought burger and milk tea for my self and hotdog for my dog. He like the tenderness and the juiciness of the hotdog. And the burger was pretty amazing and good. I highly recommend this mall to the pet lovers because pet store give some freebies and I get vitamins and collars to my dog. Kudos to the staff that gives good service.

A great location with my favorite stores! I spent several hours here shopping to my heart's content.

HIDDEN MALL Everyone wants to be on the Magnificent Mile. It is the place to be in the shopping Mecca of downtown Chicago. Nordstrom also wanted to be there too, so they built a bridge of stores in a mall to drag the shoppers off of Michigan Avenue to there store location a block away. Now don't get me wrong there are a lot of great stores here. Microsoft has permanently moved in. At first they were just showing off the Surface Computer but now they have found a home in the lobby. It's a great move to keep pace with Apple across the way. There is a giant food court on the top floor that also has free wifi. There are a ton of food options. This food court is never very crowded when I'm here but I've never been here at lunch time. There is also plenty of tables to sit at. A new restaurant that will be opening soon is Tony Hu's Szehaun Chaun Lao. This will be the third location under this name. The original in Chinatown is amazing, so hopefully the chef here follows the lead to keep up the perpetration. A trip here is never complete without a trip to Vosges Chocolates. These things are delicious. They even make a bacon chocolate that is to die for. I believe it is one of there top sellers. My other favorite is the peanut butter cup. There are a ton more stores here but I actually use this mall as a bridge from Michigan Ave to Nordstrom. Don't forget to stop by the Nordstrom eBar for a coffee or a hot chocolate before or after shopping.

***THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PARKING GARAGE at Westfield North Bridge Mall.*** The purpose of this review is to provide some insight/strategy on how to park here without spending a small fortune. I got screwed earlier in the week on this. Firstly, the parking garage is NOT owned/managed by the mall or Nordstrom. I'm going to try to remember the standard rates: Entering the garage costs $6 (0-15mins). I think up to an hour is, like $16. 1-3 hours is around $21. 3-12 hours jumps to $31. I think Valet parking at the mall is $20-25 (same garage). You can park UP TO 3 HOURS for $11 with Nordstrom or Westbridge ticket validation (available with a minimum $5 purchase anywhere in the mall). AFTER 3 HOURS, REGULAR RATES APPLY (i.e. you will pay $31 for having been there 1 minute past 3 hours). If you plan to be here more than 3 hours I would suggest: 1) Before your first 3 hours is up, get your ticket validated, drive your car out of the garage, then back in again and start over: $22 for up to 6 hours 2) Valet park your car. If you want your stay to be uninterrupted or you plan to be here over 6 hours, this is your most cost-effective option. It seems logical that self-park should cost less - that is NOT the case here. My low-rating is because I felt the posted parking rates are confusing and misleading. I did give it an extra star because they provide spaces close to the elevator for new and expectant mothers...that's cool.
