EVERYTHING IN ONE! This mall is our favorite destination at weekends, especially in summer times. We enjoyed in&out door shopping, playing, having lunch/dinner with many stores, restaurants, bakery & Cafe... before going home, we stopped by the 99 Ranch Market to buy food and stuff that we need for the next week. Another PLUS 👉 easy parking for most of the time, parking always available, even weekends. 🛍 🏬 🛒 🛍

Westfield Santa Anita is always a welcoming spot whenever I need a mix of shopping, dining, and a casual stroll. The mall offers a wide variety of stores—from trendy fashion brands and beauty boutiques to specialty shops—so it’s easy to find something for everyone. The atmosphere is bright and well-kept, with plenty of seating areas to relax between stores. I also love the range of food options, from quick snacks in the food court to sit-down restaurants for a full meal. Parking is generally convenient, though it can get busy on weekends, so arriving a little early helps. Overall, it’s a reliable place to spend an afternoon, whether you’re shopping for something specific or just enjoying the vibrant mix of shops and eateries.

Google
Mall feels prestigious and very clean. The design and layout is very modern. It is on a medium size mall and has a bit fluid walk design for you to navigate around. Majority of the store here are a bit of Asian. It probably focused on the majority of the community that’s living in the area. They have from the food to all the accessories and even a grocery store inside. Parking space was a little bit full when we got there on weekday afternoon, the mall isn’t crowded as well. Recommended if you’re in the area to visit this mall.

Google
I prefer this mall over malls in a 20 mile radius. It’s so convenient to go to the racetrack after. So many different shops and a good food court. Very convenient to have an escalator at the food court to get to the AMC theater. They have a nice kids play area.

Large mall with lots of Asian dining options nearby. Very clean and modern. Plenty of high-end and casual stores. Parking is easy with multiple levels. Always something new to see

Yelp
I love this mall and I've been coming here since I was a kid and it was simply referred to as the Santa Anita Mall. It's nostalgic for me as it was our local mall and I came here a lot as a kid and a teenager. After moving away for college i definitely missed this mall as I didn't realize how awesome it was compared to other malls. It's also clearly changed a lot from the 90s to the 2000s. What was a simple surban mall has now become the mega mall in Arcadia. Lots of Asian influences and businesses to meet the growing population and cultures of this city and nearby cities. I love it because the expansion has allowed for many of my favorite restaurants and brands to roll through. Love that they have ramen, sushi, dim sum you name it here now. Also really great bakeries and tea spots. This mall is massive and it can get busy. I'd recommend coming on a weekday or at least early if you have to pop in on a weekend. This mall is clean and spaciously laid out. So many malls seem to be struggling in this day and age but Santa Anita mall has kept up with the times and made itself a destination that I can see they are doing fine. If you want to stop at a great mall that has a lot of options in retailers and dining, this one is definitely for you.

Yelp
Feels weird to leave a review of a mall, but here we go: usually I enjoy going here and walking around. The holidays will always mean the mall is busy, but it's a total zoo here. They do help with traffic control, but the bathrooms are a mess during the holidays. It's really unhygienic and surprising how I went to nearly every restroom and there was almost no toilet paper. I could've tried asking to use the restroom at a department store, but it's such a bad look for the mall in general upkeep. When it's off season, the mall is usually fairly busy and there's a nice selection of restaurants, clothing stores, and some funkier stores (I love the little bookstore albeit it's overpriced). Not like Southcoast in terms of having a huge array of luxury stores, but they do have some unique stores (that bookstore, some Korean skincare store, IKEA design, eyeglasses). The 99 ranch in the mall felt strange, but whatever makes a profit to keep this place open. Biggest tip is to come first thing in the morning when you do holiday shopping.

Yelp
This is my go to mall because it's the closest one to me. They have nice decor and I like the few shops I shop at like Lululemon ans Antheopologie, besides the Nordstrom and Macy's. Pretty clean and well maintained!!

Yelp
The Shops is a shopping mall that has 132 stores, 59 places to eat, bowling alley, 18 movie screens. It is located right next to the 210 and Santa Anita Racetrack in Arcadia. The only shopping mall in SGV. It's huge, clean, and has a huge parking lot. Overall, it's a great mall.

Yelp
Duplicate review 1 of 2. Very few shops here I frequent. This visit was for my wife, so my daughter and I went window shopping for food and drinks. Quality/Quantity - 18 options at the food court. 22 restaurants. 16 speciality food places. 5 brand new restaurants, businesses. See website. Atmosphere - Good size mall. 3 floors of shopping. Cool family lounge. See pictures. I personally preferred the Promenade side of the mall, more upscale choices to eat and drink. Events and promotions throughout the year, see website. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm, on Sundays from 11am to 8pm; Yelp hours differ. Plenty of mall parking. Sorry, not pet friendly. Free wifi, I did not use it. Amazon lockers. Service - Depends on where you shop, eat, or drink. Overall good. Valet parking available, but plenty of mall parking. Price - Depends on where you shop, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960 with your 75 worldwide shopping centers. 2014 - Spin off from parent company. 2018 - New ownership, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Yelp
I would say one of the best malls in SGV! Always been my go-to place to shop or hang out w the bf when we have nothing better to do. Has all the trendy stores people would want in one place. I would say it definitely caters to the Asian community. I personally love checking out Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Lululemon, Shibuyala, Miniso, Sephora, DocMartens. Recently, been seeing so many blind box shops and I finally caved in & acquired a new obsession of checking them out ooops haha. Not to mention the cool PopMart vending machines. I also frequent Meet Fresh, Wushiland, Ramen Nagi, Din Tai Fung, Potato Corners for food and drinks. I even karaoked here with friends one evening which was super fun! There's a Life4Cuts, an affordable self photobooth store & even have a 99 Ranch, LOL! There used to be more Korean skincare stores here that I miss and want to see more of, but they closed throughout the years. Hope to see more Asian skincare/makeup brands here soon. Or maybe even a Gentle Monster glasses store, that would be so cool...!!

Yelp
No complaints at this mall. Idk why I'm super late on doing a review...but I guess back in the day when I was quite young I didn't think to Yelp, but not I have the pleasure to say this is the best mall for San Gabriel Valley area. I've been coming here for so many years and it has many changes done to make it even better. It has so many eateries, shops, bowlero, and AMC theatre's. The food court is bomb and has so many options from massis to McDonald's, it is very well rounded to choose good options. I love Nordstrom's here and Forever 21, it is so big and always have some good findings. Fortunately, when I come it's rare when I do not walk out with a bag! Also, if you walk out through the food court you will spot the Cheesecake Factory, Benihana's, and craft restaurant. It is so much to do. I recommend to eat first then shop to get your walk on since it's a huge mall it can help burn some of those calories :) Overall, this is my go to shopping mall it's so many stores I like here can't name them all. It's parking literally all around the mall so that should not be a problem for you! PS the H&M is now open and refurbished on both Floors. Go check it out!

Yelp
This mall is pretty cool but there was one thing in particular I didn't like. Lets start off with the good: The mall is very pretty. It even has an outdoor space with more eateries and shopping. Some stores that caught my attention include an Ikea Planning Studio, a Golds Gym, 99 Ranch Market, and Kinokuniya. There are a lot of Japanese themed stores here: Kinokuniya, Daiso, Miniso, Maneki Neko, Neko Stop, Harmmy Anime Store, etc. If you're really into blind boxes and all things anime, definitely come here. There's even a store that's dedicated to showcasing anime figurines, which was pretty neat. I think I'd like to come back during Christmas time to do some shopping if I had time. One thing that bugged me (well, all of us), were the flies. Everywhere we went, there was always a fly that popped out of nowhere and annoyed the four of us. Because of the flies I can't give this a five or even a four star review. I don't know what it was, but the mall did seem clean...but every store we went into had a fly.

Yelp
The Shops at Santa Anita Mall has a very large selection of shops that you can go to, from clothes to food they've basically got it all!

Yelp
In times when the whole concept of a shopping mall seems to be dying, and large malls in American seems to be a thing of bygone days (i.e. the 90's), the Shops at Santa Anita stands proud and defiant as a great testament to how fun, engaging and distinctive malls can be. As one of the few third places remaining for social interaction and just hanging out with others, the mall in general, and this mall in particular fulfills that role super well. With clothing stores, book stores, anime stores, a great bowling alley and a myriad of food choices, both in its food court and sprinkled throughout, this Mall is the one-stop-shop for many, since, no matter when I go, it's always bustling with activity and movement. Highly-recommended place to do some shopping!

Yelp
Nice mall nice and clean . My daughter loves this place her favorites store shibuyala, Sanrio. They got a goood assortment of restaurants.

Yelp
My family and I were visiting California and came across this mall. There was an excellent variety of shops as well as food options. The mall was very clean and presented a modern ambiance. Parking is plentiful and the prices at all the shops/eateries we visited were reasonable. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Aloha!
google avatar

Travis P.

Yelp
Growing up in Arcadia this mall has always been a staple. Parking still sucks when it gets busy but if you are okay with walking I would recommend the JC Penny/ Nordstrom side of the lot because it's nearly always empty. Still one of the better malls in the 626!
google avatar

Apple K.

Yelp
i like the outdoor shops and some of the restaurants here but I can't stand the parking, as it's usually hard to get covered space whenever I go. The variety of boutique shops is nice. There seems more shoppers here than any other ones within 15 miles or so. Their charging stations sometimes don't even work.

Yelp
This mall used to be known as Westfield Santa Anita for anyone thats confused. This is my favorite mall especially cause I used to live near the area, so it was extremely close to my home. It has two accessible stories while some stores have three stories. I think Nordstrom and Macy's are the two stores with three floors. Some of my favorite stores here are Neko Stop, Sanrio, Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, Wushiland Boba, Hot Topic, and Shibuyala. The mall is very clean, theres seating available almost everywhere, so if you grab a snack at a kiosk you can find somewhere to sit. The mall is huge aside from the two floors, so you're sure to find something to your liking as there is an incredible variety of stores. Parking is also amazing as there are four parking lots, two of them being parking structures. One of them is a two story lot going underground and the other is five or six stories going up with the final floor being on the roof. This parking structure is around the right near Cheesecake Factory behind the mall and has easy access to Bowlero, Dave and Busters, and AMC. I personally love how many stores this mall has but wish there were more stores like Hot Topic and Neko Stop as those are stores I think would bring teens in and maybe even a rollerskating/ice skating rink.

Yelp
This used to be a really good mall back in the days. My girl love going to malls. as I have gotten older, I do not care that much for them lol. I only do things for her. We were here in the area, and I decided to take us shopping, and look as some stuff. We had fun just eating ice cream and walking around. Lots of new places and stores gone since I was last here. I used to come here all the time when I lived in Monrovia. Cheesecake Factory here , Starbucks, Mc Donalds and other places. Not so bad, malls are malls.
google avatar

Kisha L.

Yelp
The Santa Anita mall is very convenient for me. Since the COVid most of the stores have great bargains. All sales are between 40 to 70 percent off in a lot of stores. I love their Nordstrom, Zara, Forever 21 and Macys. They have a great food court filled with a variety of various food options. They have nice restaurants on site (Cheesecake Factory, Benihana, etc. They have a bowling alley, AMC theatre and David Busters great for family time. You can bring your children and keep them occupied while shopping :) Overall, this mall has improved over the years and is getting better everyday. They have great stores from high end to low end shopping. The only thing I would suggest is that the AMC get updated leather seats. They still have the old fabric material ones. Parking is normally easy, but when the mall is crowded it may take at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes to park. They have valet but even it gets full at times when crowded.

Yelp
This used to be Westfield Santa Anita Mall. After the name changed to The Shops at Santa Anita, yelp should have a new item. This is for a weeknight 8pm visit. The mall advertised closing at 9pm, but the food court was in a cleanup mode, as in no more food by 8pm. Most of the stores were closing around 8:15pm. Only a few stores open by 8:45pm. Minus 3 stars. The food court has many tiny tables with 2 chairs. Minus 1 star. I visited a bakery on level 2. No wonder I was able to find a parking space near the mall entrance. I probably won't come here after 8pm. Wasted my time tonight, except I got some walking exercise.

Yelp
Can't get enough of this mall!! My bf has been here a few times before we met and I'm surprised I haven't been here till recently. We only came here for dinner and then we were back a few days later! It's kind of a drive for us but worth it. So many great stores in here that you don't normally see inside regular malls out here. This has to be the best one out here, hands down. It's definitely more towards the Asian community but they still have a bunch of the regular shops you see along with extras. The amount of food they have here is so different and unique! They have to have at least 10 different boba shops in here which is hilarious but amazing! I love boba and trying them out. The nice thing about this mall too is how wide and spread out everything is. Most malls you feel cramped and bumping shoulders but this place doesn't give you that feeling. It is so roomy and nice. Can't wait to come back soon! IG: @ammysalamii

Yelp
This is 1 of our classier, local malls in the SGV area, right around the L.A. suburbs, so I can easily get here driving on streets without hitting any freeway traffic these days. I frequented 'The Shops at Santa Anita,' for 'Daiso.' I especially preferred This mall location of 'Daiso,' due to convenient parking when I worked in Arcadia during the first year of the Pandemic. As I previously stated, I entirely switched shopping from malls all to the Outlets in general. Therefore, I came here for what I mostly need on top of taking out orders from some times, the food court. This mall makes a great place to exercise during your work's lunch hour, just sayin,'. I took off a star for some times the unreachable freeways such as the 10w and 60w on the weekends so if (I wasn't working during any day off), I also rarely returned on the weekends due to hectic traffic. I'll have to try looking for other street route this 2nd time around returning to Arcadia for work again.

Yelp
It seems like malls are on the downslope, however the Shops at Santa Anita is thriving. The good, lots of operating shops. Clean floors. The rest; Swampy air quality (hit and humid . . . Indoors!. Poor WiFi, cell reception. They've got it all, trendy fast food, hat shops, jewelry counters, arcades, massage stations, even a garage to get your oil changed while you shop. The whole place feels like we're moving towards a dystopian flat consumerist future (think the humans on the space cruise ship in WALL-E). I found the hyper childlike anime stores, with over sexualized female figurines particularly disturbing. Oh yeah, also the shops advertising "I heart milfs" t-shirts. Decorum is dead here. I wonder if all modern malls are like this one. Join the zombie horde - consume, lollygag, loiter, succumb, numbify, obey The place was clean. But I left feeling dirty.

Mike W.

Yelp
First class mall with everything you'd expect. Don't miss the indoor parking to stay out of the heat.
google avatar

Lyna P.

Yelp
This mall is amazing! They have such a good variety of stores including: lululemon, uniqlo, zara, lush, funmation, sanrio, etc.. They also have sooo many food options as well boba here including Hai Di Lao, Wushiland, boba time, chick Fil a, lollicup, and even ramen nagi! I definitely recommend going here for your needs, you'll definitely find it. Lots of seats and tables although it can get very packed over the weekends. Do be warned sometimes there are events in the empty parking lot next to this mall for example 626 night market, subie fest, etc and that can get pretty parked in regards to parking.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by for a short visit on a Saturday. The mall just opened and so plenty of parking there is. I parked on a second floor structure and went inside thru Forever 21. I enjoyed admiring the humungous Christmas tree from above and watching the people. I checked out several stores as well. This mall is inviting, good for all ages and Family friendly. Dining, shopping and entertainment All in one.

Yelp
10/09/2021 Not quite sure when this Yelp page changed to "The Shops at Santa Anita" when it's still called Westfield. When I was here last year, masks are required but I did not see anyone enforcing it. Now that we are open a bit more without masks, I still like to see hand sanitizer stations along the walkways. Even though we all practiced something and not all recommended things to do. There are still people that do not wash their hands after using the restrooms. Just had to say it and also appreciate the staff who clean up after people who does not know how to pick up after themselves.
google avatar

Jessie Z.

Yelp
Wait this mall is one of the nicest I've been to LOL. I didn't stay for long but it has a the shops a 20 something would desire, and when we went on a Sunday there wasn't overflowing lines or messy clothing racks and the stores had so much space to walk around in. Also the top part is a really pretty hangout spot and sort of outdoor plaza but still has good chain asian eats. I would drive all the way back here to walk around here again.
google avatar

Yelp
This mall has so much potential if they fixed their ventilation issues!! The restrooms feel like they're 100 degrees! Its so hot in the hallway leading to the restrooms and inside the restrooms. The food court feels like the heat from outside ! Malls are supposed to be air conditioned!! Not to mention there might be a broken pipe because the hallway of the restrooms reek!
google avatar

Skye B.

Yelp
Pretty good after all the updates and changes. I have not lived here in many years but now have reason to visit the area frequently and enjoy this mall now - it has a mellow feel To it and there are enough shops to keep me busy for a while
google avatar

Ryan L.

Yelp
The Shops at Santa Anita have experienced some positive changes over the last decade and it is a fantastic place to eat, shop, and socialize. I have fond memories of this mall when I was younger and I continue to have fond memories of this mall. It's a big structure with many levels so it's easy to get lost, but it is one of my favorite places in Southern California.
google avatar

Yelp
What a GREAT mall! A BIG mall! My first time walking around today. We usually stop by to pick up take out & them leave. Clean Brightly lit LOTSA stores to go broke in Clientele pleasant. There are outdoor stores as well as indoor stores. If you haven't already, go check it out! I think you be as pleasantly surprised as I was. Happy shopping!

Yelp
This is a great mall with many different stores, fast food, restaurants and a brand new 99 ranch market! This mall is clean, safe, and a pleasure to visit!
google avatar

Linh Y.

Yelp
The Shops at Santa Anita used to be called Westfield Mall at Santa Anita. We come here primarily for the food restaurants such as Side Chick, Uncle Tetsu and now newly found Wushiland Boba. If not food, then for plush toy shops at Miniso. I'm not a name brand shopper so the name brand stores don't appeal to me. This mall also has an outside promenade which is really nice. I like coming here when I can. It's also right across from The Arboretum. If I live closer, I probably would walk around the garden and mall regularly. See you here next time when we have a craving for some great eats and good drinks and fun shopping. Happy Dining and Shopping!
google avatar

Maureen J.

Yelp
My family loves going to this mall. It caters to the Asian demographic, there are a lot of good finds here, and good food! Parking can be difficult, if you are trying to find a space close by the entrance.
google avatar

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
My favorite part of this mall is the food court. Visited recently to check out the new fancy 99 Ranch supermarket located not too far from the food court.
google avatar

Rob B.

Yelp
I love this mall! I have been several times over the years and each time I love it a little bit more. It's filled with great shops and restaurants and the vibe is always chill. I usually stop by after visiting the LA Arboretum for lunch. The architecture and the layout is what keeps me coming back, but the whole area in which it is located in is one of my favorite areas in LA county. So much to see and so much to do. Bravo!

Lina B.

Yelp
Manager, Catherine, at the Santa pictures is horribly rude. I come here every year and this was a very bad experience. (She is the one in a white shirt.) This woman was incredibly rude. I was early for my reservation and waited in line with 6 kids. (Not easy). She then called us up and had all our pictures taken under someone else's reservation. She didn't tell us right away and told us to wait on the side. After part of my group left (like left the mall) she then told us that we needed to re-do our pictures because they were taken under someone else's reservation. I explained my group was incomplete now.. if she had told us right away we would all have still been there and could have redone it. The point was a group pic, that's what I paid for and showed up for. We called the other part of our group and they couldn't return. It was so stressful. Meanwhile Catherine just gave us a blank careless stare. She then told me I need to contact the company for a refund and tore up my envelope in front of me in a very rude manner. It was very outlandish to tear up my envelope multiple times like that. Just excessive. I asked if the images can still be printed at least (I paid for 10 pictures). She said no. She offered no apology and showed zero remorse. She was just like "oh well" and kept her line moving. I asked again can she save me the pictures somehow or print me the pictures. She kept saying no. She is a HORRIBLE manager. I contacted the Santa company, Cherry Hills, and they have not responded. So they stole my $60 and gave me no prints and no digitals sent to my email. This is absurd. So BEWARE! Make sure they start up a new reservation before they take your pics! If they mess up they will not apologize and will not offer any help! I'm in the process now of contacting the mall management. This is not over. Security told me they are getting a lot of complaints this year about rude employees at the Santa pictures. So that's important to note! They are spreading Grinch vibes over there. The crazy part was that at one point Catherine pointed at one of her employees and said it was her fault. But still no apology and gave zero concern over this dilemma. Bah humbug!

Yelp
Family and I stopped by on Sunday, 09/04/22. Parking was tricky since everyone is trying to get to the mall to cool off (free AC, massive heat-wave weekend. It was 106 that day via my iPhone!) Huge mall - both indoors and outdoors. The Food Court area is indoors but there is pathway that takes you outdoors. Therefore, eating around the food court area can be uncomfortable especially during a hot summer day. Several food options here (Din Tai Fung, Uncle Tetsu, etc.) Overall we didn't shop much but had a great time, we were trying to find seats just to relax with the free AC however so many people were already sitting down and taking naps. We found seats inside Nordstrom.

Yelp
The service is okay! The selection of stores is endless! They have good value for money , I think. There are some unique stores that are very fun. I love the sunmerry bakery and reborn coffee! There's an udon restaurant that I really liked.

Pam N.

Yelp
I wish the Mall opened earlier everyday. I'm an early bird shopper. Otherwise clean, close to home.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Nice mall in the area with a large selection of food and entertainment choices. There's constantly new openings for food and some of my highlights: Din Tai Fung - dumpling place with a bar Noodle St - similar dumpling place but also with noodle soup Uncle Tetsu - Japanese cheese cake with some drink selections Meizhou Dongpo - peking duck themed Marugame - newest udon place Sunmerry Bakery - pastries, cake, bread Other popular restaurants like Craft, Benihana, Cheesecake Factory, etc. Entertainment: AMC movies, Bowlero, Dave and Buster, few jumping playgrounds for kids. Shopping wise, it lacks a variety with many shops closed, but a new wave is coming up. They are trying hard to attract people going to the mall, so the newest is 99 ranch opening soon.

Yelp
Very Nice Mall near Santa Anita Race Track to visit , shop and enjoy the fine Food Court in addition to some excellent restaurants in the mall. For those of you that are familiar with 99 Fresh or 99 Ranch Market you've gotta go to this one. It's very Large , Organized with a variety of everything. I think I enjoyed 99 Fresh more than viewing the many retail outlets in the mall. Excellent mall to shop at.

Yelp
Fantastic mall! Beautifully Designed Great layout I would have to say this is one of the best malls I have ever been. I love the layout and architecture and the mixture of stores and eateries. The promenade at the upper level has so many cool stores and restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Co., and so many others. They have a large food court too. Just had a great time there just visiting and checking out all the stores. I recommend checking out this Westfield mall!

I've been coming to Santa Anita Mall for as long as I can remember. I would even go as far to say that it was like a second home! This mall has been through some changes over the years, and each of them better. There's two food court areas, and multiple restaurants found throughout the establishment. Little snack boutiques and boba shops can also be found in various spots throughout the mall. You'll be able to satisfy any craving! They have an indoor shopping area and a small outdoor shopping area as well. Perfect for the spring and summer nights. Westfield Santa Anita also offers up a variety of stores ranging from fast fashion to high end retailers. Most of the popular retailers can be found at this mall, which makes it an ideal one stop shop. If you aren't in the mood for shopping or eating, this mall also offers a gym, movie theater, arcade, and karaoke! Great mall with lots of things to do. No matter what you're trying to get into, I love that I was able to grow up by such a cool place.

Yelp
This mall boasts a variety of nice shops; however, it lacks sufficient cleaning staff to maintain the bathrooms and repair infrastructure adequately. The women's toilet flush button is stiff, often resulting in a less-than-pleasant experience due to leftover waste. Additionally, the countertops are persistently wet, paper towels are frequently in short supply, and the walkways have a sticky, unpleasant odor. The overworked and understaffed personnel struggle to keep up, while some guests display rudeness by not excusing themselves when passing by.

Yelp
I actually use to work at this mall and from the outside, it's still a decent mall to go to. They have a lot of unique snacks and the mall is more Asian-oriented than others. However, I will say that even now, the security of the mall is pretty bad. It still takes a long time for anyone to respond. There has been a couple of incidences where we had called the security, and they didn't even bother showing up. When I worked at the mall, I would go through the back entrances and hallways that weren't open to other people. They often had a cockroach problem, which I'm deathly afraid of. As for maintenance, the restrooms near the Coach store is always having issues. Not only is it filthy, but the toilets are always on flush. As in, they don't stop flushing, which wastes so much water. All in all, stores are decent. I know where to go whenever I need clothes or snacks. Just don't count on the place to be clean.

Yelp
Horrible security, during the smash and grab incident that had taken place on the 26th security was no where to be found and had no idea of the current situation that was taking place! My family and I there that day and everyone was terrified! What is the point of security if no one feels secured! Expect the worse to happen if an incident ever occurs to them because you'll be in your own with lack of response and protection from security.

Yelp
This is a great mall if you're in the area of Greater Pasadena. They have a lot of stores & selections to choose from like Macy's, 99 Ranch Market which is new, and Cheesecake Factory. If you ask someone to clean your table they kindly do that.

Yelp
5-31-21 Before heading to San Francisco I was researching on Yelp and bookmarked Bearology. So on our 12 hour road trip, Doc made the stop to this mall in Santa Anita for us before we reached San Diego. Doc stayed with grandpup while hubs and I got out in search of the bubble tea, smoothie place. Located in this HUGE shopping mall it felt larger than Ala Moana in comparison with so many fun shops with names I recognized. We asked a trio of young adults if they knew where Bearology was and he pointed out which direction to head. I spotted the two store names mentioned in the Yelp reviews... hmm where is it? I then noticed a young lady who had the cute mason jar in her hand. If it had teeth it would have bit me! Not connected to any food court or row of snack places it stands alone by the stairs going down. The name doesn't pop out announcing Look here !!! You need to walk around it to see the ordering counter to insert your order. Two original milk teas with lychee jelly and aloe vera please. They were out of boba and only other offer was chia seeds. Also one strawberry drink please. I saw the maker put a whole strawberry in the cup, smash it then shake it like Tom Cruise in the dated movie Cocktail. My drink was enjoyable but Doc and hub's drinks were not spectacular. We're used to adding in custard and other goodies into our drinks. I'm glad we stopped to see this cool, large mall and to bring home our cute glass mason jar to reuse.

Yelp
A great mall with lots of choices. Many dinning, entertainment and shopping options. I like that there's a food court plus a few larger scale restaurants such as Cheesecake factory, Benihana, etc..you can bowl or see a movie and grab dinner all in one spot. They do have valet parking as well. Sometimes it can get very full. Shopping here is similar to most malls with several string anchor stores. Love anthropology!
