Our first stop literally when we got Hampton Beach and we LOVED! We were jonesinv for oysters and they had a happy hour from Noon - 5pm with $1 oysters and $4 beers. The happy hour oysters are small locals, but hey they're $1! Be advised you order the food at one window and they bring it out to you. The beers are at another window around the corner. There's no view but a little are around the side to hang out, down your sisters, and enjoy your brew. Service was great and it definitely has a seaside community vibe. Recommend!

Hands down the best kept secret in Hampton Beach. We stopped here on our first night of our trip and had a selection of oysters and both types of lobster rolls - warm and chilled. The flounder and carnitas tacos were also good. Their clam chowder was delicious. Out of whim, we also decided to try their street corn which was incredibly flavorful. They have happy hours where oysters for $1. They have a selection of beer, wine and canned cocktails. We had a glass of cava and rose. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Traveled here specifically from Portsmouth for their $1 oyster special. We arrived at 12:05pm and it was closed. Their hours for the special are listed 7 days a week from 12-5pm. We walked around the deck and called several times. There was no one there. Poor business practice if your employees don't show up on time and/or you don't update your hours to say closed.

Say hi to your new Summer 2024 regular spot! If you like super fresh local oysters, seafood and tacos, this is your jam. Local Beer and wine also available if that’s your thing! Tried the oysters, lobster claws, ceviche, lobster rolls, and of course the tacos. Loved it all !! Seriously no complaints. Service is top notch ! Atmosphere is casual and chill! A perfect place to swing by during, or after the beach. Even better place to start your night on the boardwalk with quick bites and beverages!! Can’t wait for my next visit !!

Hands down my favorite spot in Hampton. Not only can you get their very own Swell Oysters, but they do.a great job offering Oysters from other states and Canada. Nothing is better on a hot summer day than some Oysters and a beer. I love how you order from the main entrance, walk in to find a table then order drinks and hang out until your platter is served to your table. The awning is a nice break from the heat as well.

Wow, this place is a hidden gem. Their oysters are impeccably fresh! I'd recommend anything and everything on their menu. Also got the Spicy Baja Flounder Taco and the street corn - amazing. Highly recommended.

A rare place in Hampton where the food is actually worth every penny. Oysters are good and fresh! You can't beat that anywhere for $1 each! The lobster roll and tacos are amazing too, although the tacos are quite expensive. Also, their variety of oysters is impressive. Note to self: eat more oysters and no tacos next time; my wallet will love it.

The Shuck Shack is a gem for seafood enthusiasts, particularly those who love oysters. Nestled in on D Street, this restaurant combines a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of sophistication, making it perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The staff are a both friendly and attentive and their street corn is a must!

Absolutely delicious seafood, ordered 3 lobster rolls (2 creamy and 1 butter), delicious brioche rolls, toasted and buttered, abundant lobster meat of high quality; 3 shrimp cocktail (just a huge shrimp each at $3 a pop and worth it!). Was on a road trip to northern coastal Maine and this was a great spot to detour to (not even far), the town is gorgeous and it looks like an amazing beach but we were just passing through. Will definitely return!

This cute little hole in the wall along the shore is the perfect stop for shucked seafood, and lobster rolls. The lobster rolls were really fresh and delicious with plenty of meat. This spot is worth driving off of I-95 for. Don't stop at the other tourist spots, this is the place!

Great shrimp in a bucket. Good quick service and great atmosphere. We'll be back next year I hope.

This venue offers a variety of sea food. My favorite was clam soup, deliciuos.This is get in line order your own. It offers plenty of parking and shade seating area. Also offers a view of the water. The service is quick. The staff is awesome...can't wait to go back

Stopped in today a bite during happy hour with my daughter. Buck a shuck oysters and a cheap beer! Oysters were small but tasty!Order at the windows and they bring you your food. Cute place that used to be the food for the casino waterslide.

On vacation with my family, we couldn't decide what we wanted. My mom wanted raw bar, my daughter wanted fried calamari. Luckily there are two restaurants within steps of each other that can satisfy both wants. I'll cover the raw bar section now. The menu is mainly focused on raw bar items, served to go or to eat in the back patio. You can also get lobster rolls (we had both creamy and hot butter), tacos (we had the flounder and the nopales), and some sides. The raw bar is something so special, i've never seen anything like that. We only had to-go and I was sent home with a beautifully composed, portable, raw bar. It is lovingly/skillfully prepared by the staff and packaged to be an instagrammer's dream. Everything on the raw bar was fresh and delicious, particularly the swell oysters (the local oysters!). The cocktail shrimp was extraordinary. You could taste the ocean in every bite. The staff was friendly and my daughter loved watching the staff shuck all the oysters. We went twice during our trip and had the best time!

Stopped in for a beer and happy hour oysters. Small but mighty!!! Order at the counter and they bring to your table. We did not have the tacos, but other patrons spoke highly of them.

10/10! I came to visit a friend and we happened to stumble upon this place and it was the best. The lobster roll was amazing! First time ever trying one and this place did not disappoint. So warm, buttery, and simple. Couldn't have asked for a better taste. And the oysters....goodness! So fresh! I really think they just fished it out the water and put it on my plate. The staff was so nice and efficient. The seating area was clean and great. I wish this place had a rooftop so I could enjoy an ocean view but the food made up for that small lack. Will definitely stop here again on my next trip and definitely order more oysters. I'm bummed I didn't order more

Wow ! What a spot .. had tons of oysters . They had happy hour $1 an oyster that they farmed . Tried other oysters too .. everything was fresh and delicious!! We also had 2 lobster rolls !! The cheapest in New England and the most meat !!! This is the place to go !! I will always come back here !! 5 stars !

Happy Hour 3-5pm. $1 oyster the Swell normally $2.75. Small briny not bad. We polished 4 dozen. The Street corn was good. May have to come back to try different items on the menu.

We read on YELP that the shuck shack was good. It was. We ordered lobster rolls (lots of buttered lobster) in a perfectly toasted roll, colossal shrimp for cocktail and Jack crab. All fresh. We'll be back again this week!

Just another baseball tournament and some food adventures! We were ok the beach and were in the mood for seafood! This place was super close we didn't have to walk far. Order in the front and the. You can chill on the back deck while your food is delivered. Super selection of oysters and they were bomb. They also had street style tacos which were all really good too. Decent little beer selection too. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was friendly energetic and knowledgeable and the place was super. Lean too!

The cheapest an flavorful lobster roll through out my trip around Boston. The oysters were awesome, unfortunately I wasn't able to stay for the $1 oysters happy hour. I love how you can just order 1 oysters which is what I did to taste all of the types provided. If you want to stay out of the sun. This is the spot.

My husband and I were in Hampton Beach for a quick getaway. We originally wrote off eating dinner near the beach, assuming mediocrity, but we were so wrong. Found this gem because of the Yelp reviews. Everyone was right. We took our food to go because it was starting to get crazy along the beach before the fireworks. The service was impeccable - helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu items. The oysters were all amazing (such a wide range of flavor profiles) and I'm not a huge oyster fan. My husband polished off the smoked blue fish tartare, which was also delish! Shishito peppers with Tajin - brilliant. I'm going to do that at home. I liked the fish taco best and my husband preferred the pork. Wish we had more time to go back for their Happy Hour and to try the other things we missed.

This is a great new spot on the main beach in Hampton. It's from the same guys who do Swell Oysters, so there is a great selection of oysters and other raw bar. The tacos are also excellent and full of flavor! They are on the smaller size but they are definitely filling and allows you to have multiple of them. The street corn was also great and definitely recommend getting some chips to dip with them. The service was very friendly and helpful navigating the menu! You order at a window and then sit down in their patio which is nice and open air. There is also parking in the back. Definitely would come here and try out this new place if you're on Hampon beach!

Solid place great food. 1st floor under Ronaldo's. Order at window, seat yourself. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Perfect stop to sit and have a snack and a drink after a day on the beach.

Ask for Mike, he's unreal! Go here if you like oysters! You will not be disappointed. Taste of all oysters were so fresh and delish

What a great spot for alternative beach junk food!!! The Oysters were delicious and the Shrimp were enormous!!! We were pleasantly surprised by how awesome the Taco's were. They were the perfect size!! We used Yelp to find this place 1/2 block off the beach and what a find it was!!!

Great atmosphere, wonderful selection of oysters. Definitely an improvement from the typical food found at Hampton Beach.

Delicious seafood. I highly recommend their local NH oysters. So fresh! The creamy lobster role had great seasoning that didn't overwhelm the lobster. The fish tacos were so tasty as well as the clam chowder!

The shuck shack is a half block off the beach, serving up great street tacos. The service was quick and the wait staff were friendly. It started pouring while we were finishing our meal and had to duck into the hallway while it passed. In the process, the patio flooded. The staff helped us navigate around the flooded area. I'd highly recommend giving this place your business!

Great place if you have a shellfish allergy! The workers were very understanding and took my allergy seriously. Chicken taco, corn, and mac were all safe for me to eat, had no issues.

A hidden gem on a side street, but right off the main drag. If you like oysters, this is the place to go. Friendly workers, clean facility. Too bad they don't have an ocean view, but you really won't miss it once you dig into your tray of seafood.

Great happy hour oysters though did not love the onion in the lobster roll - a bit overpowering.

Family trip to Hampton Beach on the 4th of July, went looking for lunch and so glad we found the Shuck Shack. $1 oysters were delicious, had our first order of 16 and ordered another 16. Yes, I know small, but oh so tasty. Also had some pork carnitas tacos and a couple of fish tacos. The tacos were legit and delicious. In a tourist trap like Hampton Beach, this was a good find.

A hidden gem tucked away off the main drag. Went here on a whim with kids and really enjoyed it. Nice selection of fresh oysters of different varieties, including locally harvested. Also got the chips with fresh salsa and the adobo chicken tacos. All tasted delicious and fresh. Looking forward to going again. Only criticism is that my daughter didn't like her chicken tenders but she can be picky.

Such a great oyster spot that has its own oyster farm, how fresher can you get?! Anything less than 5 is undeserving. We tried the tacos which were filling along with the oysters which were very fresh and clean. Great spot all year round

I loved the shuck shack, the oysters were fresh and great. We also tried the flounder tacos which were spectacular and I highly recommend them. The service was great and super helpful when we had never tried raw oysters before. The vibe of the shuck shack was awesome, we really enjoyed it.
