The best vegetable meatless calls and amazing pasta sauce. Started with a great wine that our server recommended. For appetizers we got 4 different kinds of bruschetta. For mains I got the eggplant balls with mushroom truffle sauce and it was delicious. A decent size portion. Our server was friendly.

I'm visiting Phoenix from Houston for work. I took a colleague out to dinner this evening and was incredibly happy. We chose this restaurant. She told me it is one of her very favorite Italian restaurants. I SO with you had a Sicilian butcher in Houston! The pull apart bread was insanely delicious and the eggplant parm was one of the best I've ever had. I also really enjoyed the margarita pizza!

Google
Everything started great with service and food was good. I believe the server had many outside tables and us inside. For two of us to have a bread appetizer, 2 entrees, desert took about 1.5 hours. Much longer than expected for this venue. Food was good but not sure it was good enough to return. We have other favorites when we visit Phoenix.

We had a fun family day trying out this restaurant. The meatball ferris wheel 🎡 had some amazing tasty different kinds of meatballs, so yummy. Highly recommend eating here or even just picking up some cannoli.

My server was so sweet and very attentive. It was my first time so I asked a ton of questions and she was very polite, professional and above all, very friendly! I asked for recommendations on wine and which meat ball, sauce and pasta to get, and all were delicious! I’m grateful for her help. I believe her name was elda or edna? I unfortunately don’t recall her name but she was such a sweetheart and so helpful! In addition to my wonderful experience with my server, I went to the bakery section. The two girls working were also very kind and friendly! I’m genuinely so happy with the entire experience and will happily be back. I got the garlic bread, fresh tasting with lots of Parmesan on top. The butter on the side is delicious. For my main course I picked the make your own pasta. I tried the veal + mushroom truffle sauce. I don’t remember the name of the noodles. It was incredible! Pasta is cooked perfectly, sauce coated the noodles evenly and the meatballs had tons of flavor with a hint of sweetness. My server suggested the steak meatball but I have never had veal so I wanted to try it. My friend got the steak meatball and I liked that one better but the veal was delicious. It’s worth a try! I tried the tiramisu and it was good but I think the lobster tail (vanilla) is a must!

This place was great, the atmosphere was awesome. We are in from Seattle to visit the parents. And wanted some good Italian. The appetizers were yummy, the garlic bread hot. The artichoke is just the way you want. When we got our dinner, I got the chicken parm meatball with gnocchi and Bolognese sauce. The meatballs were very dry. But the Bolognese sauce and the gnocchi are probably the best I have ever had. It's so hot and flavorful. My wife got the vodka sauce with hers and would have to say skip this sauce very blan and truly no flavor. Then for dessert we got yes of course, Tiramisu very tasty. The only issue we really had was that our server disappeared on us for quite some time. And we had to get help from all the other great servers and the management. The management stepped up when we did not have our server, great management there. So, all in all, there was one bad apple out of the bunch, and we got him. But the other staff was looking good and on it. So yes, go try this place. It's definitely worth it

Fantastic place to enjoy a wonderful dinner! Their meatballs are over the top! The Bruschetta pick 4 was crazy good! The drinks are fun and the wine is reasonable.

Service: Visiting on a packed Friday night, the staff was understandably busy, and our food took an hour to arrive. However, our server, Emma with the blue hair, was superb, taking care of us from start to finish. Food: The flavors leaned towards the saltier side, a bit too much for my taste, especially as someone who enjoys sweet and salty. It might be overwhelming for those less inclined to salty food. While the appetizers were phenomenal, the main courses, especially the pasta, were not as exciting. The Flora salad, despite its initial appeal, became less enjoyable as the salty vinaigrette overpowered the greens after the contrasting flavors of olives and artichokes. Adjacent to it is the dessert shop; we tried the Napoleon, which was average. Overall, it was an okay experience, and we might return mainly for the appetizers.

Yelp
Jasmine and Hillary were incredible. Service and food was great, Jasmine had great recommendations, and Hillary's old fashioned was incredible!

Yelp
I live around the corner from this chandler AZ location. I finally got around to giving it a try. Wish I'd stopped by sooner. Has an east coast feel in a good way. The inside is very classy and comfortable. Employees went out of their way to treat me friendly and food was excellent. Very good place.

Yelp
Atmosphere & Customer service 5/5! The staff is truly the best! We interacted with the hostess, our main server, and the staff in the bakery... all attentive, friendly, and portraying a pride in working there. The manager even walked by to see if we had everything we needed. 2 of us split the calamari app, a Caesar, and a marg pizza. The food was a step up from Bucco De Beppo, and I feel bad about saying that, but there is nothing wrong with solid, Italian American food. It is a great place for offering something for everyone, in an atmosphere that is so beautiful & kind. Calamari: Very bland Ceasar: dressing tasted like something mass produced, versus a quality dressing. Would have like a sliver of actual anchovy. Margherita Pizza: The dough was just not doing it. A little too soft, lacking flavor. I recognize that a super salty, or sourdough type crust is not requirement, or even authentic, but if the toppings do not wow you, something should make up for it in the pizza dough. Olive oil & balsamic was provided upon request. The presentation was great, and their coffee was exceptional. Bakery: Amaretti Cookie: Delicious, packaged beautifully to go. Pistachio Gelato. Just OK. I thought I was being harsh, since my friend and I loved the atmosphere and service. My pal is also a big time foodie, and she had the same sentiment related to the food. My friend had been once before, but liked the overall restaurant so much that she was willing to give the food another try. She would not return for the food. We both agreed that it is a great place for a family event, or a work type lunch, or if you really like meatballs. We are not meatball people, and my Italian hub can make these at home. We were both wanting the Arancini, until we realized that it was not firm & crunchy. The description sounded more like a risotto. It is very possible that this place has something for everybody, just not us. I know the Tomaso family restaurants are loved by many in Phoenix. The attention to a great dining "experience" remains, but I question the quality of the food when you start expanding to this level. There is definitely a place for this restaurant!

Yelp
TL/DR: might be back, but def not making plans in the immediate future. Our table shared several items, from meatballs to salad to French fries. Fries were good, crisp, and slender cut (1/4"), but late arriving to table (server forgot them and/or back of house missed them on the order) and the wait staff comped them on the final bill - Grazie. Meatballs on a Ferris wheel, great idea, unfortunately execution is 4/10. Unless you've memorized the menu (do you normally have to memorize menus when going out to eat?), it's a total guessing game on what meatball and what sauce is in each cup. We were game for the challenge, but after trying a few, there were a few meatballs that didn't sit well on the palate of some of the guests, but no one knows what they were because they weren't marked. At $4/cup (=one meatball, sauce, 2-3 shreds of cheese and polenta [ie Italian grits]), we were hoping for satisfaction around the wheel. One of the meatballs was overcooked, tough and dry, but we opted to take it home to treat our rescue doggie. I would recommend to the owners that they purchase some flagged toothpicks, and have the plater jab those flags into each meatball, identifying the type of meatball and sauce that is about to be presented. Use the Trinacria on the reverse, use the logo on the reverse of others. Or you could do green white and red flags for the Italian flag, or ... I'm sure you get the idea. The Sicilian wedge was 9/10, would def get again and would def recommend - with a few caveats. Our salad was accompanied by a grilled chicken cutlet on the side (a little overdone, tough like chicken jerky in some spots), but it was well seasoned and we squeezed some fresh lemon on top - which really brought out the flavor and amped it up wonderfully. Mixing that grilled chicken with the Sicilian wedge was perfection. The dressing was outstanding, generous and complemented the wedge beautifully. I'm holding back a point due to the lack of detail in the plating - the wedge had black spots on the bottom of the core, and was the first thing you saw as you looked at the plate. One point should have been held back because the chicken was overcooked (but I tend to like overcooked chicken as a personal preference when eating at establishments like this), but just note it for your order if you try getting the chicken grilled instead of breaded and fried. We wrapped up our brunch with a $130 The Sicilian Baker bakery order - it's the holidays! Who can resist fresh cannoli???

Yelp
We had a large group for dinner and our server Alanna was incredible and attentive to our needs. The food came out quickly, was hot and delicious. Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere - no hurry or rush to flip tables. After dinner, we made a visit to the bakery to get our dessert to go! We'll be back in March! Thanks Alanna and Congratulations

Yelp
I had high hopes based on the Yelp reviews but our dinner was just okay. I had a pepperoni pizza and my wife had the Flora salad. The star of the show were the garlic pull apart rolls. They were served warm and fresh with some delicious garlic butter. Based on how busy they were, I would recommend trying them but I don't think I would come back.

Yelp
Was only in town for a long weekend, but went here twice. Absolutely terrific food! The best pasta I have ever had. Portions are generous and the service is excellent. I highly recommend a visit here. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Wow this place is great for Tapas. Definitely recommend. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - Has a very nice bar area with rolling pins from the ceiling. It has such a unique look inside, with such a great vibe. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and helpful. Food/Drink - I was heading to another place, so I wasn't able to order as much as I would have liked. However, the items I ordered were superb. Ordered the following during Happy Hour: Rigatoni Alla Vodka - 5/5 - $8 - The calabrian chili went really nice with this dish. Meatball Slider - 5/5 - $8 - Known for their meatballs, this thing did not disapppoint. Must get. Chicken Wings - 5/5 - $8 - The wine sauce on this was delicious. I highly recommend as well. Overall, I wish I had more time to sit and eat additional food items. I loved the vibe/scenery, and the tapas were amazing. Next time I return, I will be back.

Yelp
The food tastes great but the presentation seems to be missing the same "wow" moment to the location in Glendale. We tried the octopus and frutti de mare and the bruschetta. The pasta was a little too el dente ... however you can never go wrong with bruschetta. Our waiter was very kind and offered great suggestions to the wine menu. Also, the decor is very similar to their other locations, but a little more dated. At least now I will appreciate the location in Glendale that much more.

Yelp
Food is good but it seemed to me some other tables got more attention than we did. Had to wait to place our order but good came out quick. Other than that we have had good experiences there the last 6-7 times we went there. Deserts are off the hook. We like the cannolis and the tiramisu and they have a wonderful selection of gelato

Roberto Y.

Yelp
Nice and clean restaurant. Great service and good food. I went for lunch with some co-workers and had a great time. Our dishes were flavorful and good size. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
We had a last minute wedding party dinner here (only a few days notice to make a reservation for 40 people) and the staff was super accommodating! We sat on the patio and the ambiance was perfect with the lights and very comfortable with the heaters. The food was all delicious, favorites from the group were the Ferris wheel meatball flight, the meat and cheese boards, the cheesy garlic pull apart bread, the steak with chimichurri, and the lentil soup (which can be ordered gluten and dairy free as someone in our group did). Favorite desserts from the group were cannolis and the pistachio gelato. All of the staff were amazing, huge thanks to Hannah for making the night memorable and go smoothly. Everyone's orders were correct, food came out quickly, drinks were refilled, she boxed up a meal when someone had to leave early, etc. She truly went above and beyond! Highly recommended the Sicilian Butcher to anyone looking for a date night spot or for bigger groups and special occasions.

Yelp
I came here on Labor Day, it got pretty busy soon after we sat down around 2pm. The hostess and waitress were very kind and knowledgeable about the food. It's a cool place, lots to look at and talk about. I ordered the fried calamari for an app, it was tough and didn't have much seasoning. And then I shared a Margherita pizza and Turkey meatball pasta. The pizza was perfect, so cheesy, awesome crust, good sauce. The pasta not so much. There was a part of the menu to pick my own meat, pasta and sauce so I picked the chef's pick which was Turkey meat balls and I love vodka sauce and pappardelle so I picked those to go with it. It was all cooked correctly but the Turkey meatballs just tasted very healthy, not much flavor besides tasting Turkey. The sauce was disappointing and didn't taste like anything either and I liked the pasta. Afterwards we walked towards the side of the restaurant where we couldn't really see and it was a little dessert area! It was so cute and they had so many options displayed very pretty on their shelves. I got the sfogliatelle, had no idea what it was but it was unique and I would probably just heat it up a bit if I got it again. The outside was so flaky and crunchy and amazing.

Jessie B.

Yelp
I hate giving meh mid-tier reviews but here we are. First and foremost the service here is top notch as is the ambience, their dog friendly outdoor patio is lovely! So why the 3 star review? We really weren't fans of the food (despite the lovely presentation) especially for the price. Chicken parm sandwiches were just ok and lacked flavor depth, fries were thin and cold and my mom wasn't able to enjoy any of her lentil soup because it was too salty. They were very kind and made it right with a small discount, however we unfortunately will not be back.

Lisa D.

Yelp
Alanna! Thank you for your great service and hospitality super fabulous food and atmosphere

Robert G.

Yelp
We had a very large group come in for dinner. All was ready for us, and staff managed to be attentive to all our requests. Good job guys. Appetizers were served and were fairly flavorful. Then the main courses came. A little salty, but the meals were served at once and well prepared. Again good job. Only complaint was the 20% tip was listed on the receipt before the tax was applied. That's not how it works. Tip is post tax. So only 3 stars

Chris S.

Yelp
Food - good Service - good Atmosphere - casual, business casual, date, kids Value -good, good portions

Zack G.

Yelp
Come for the meatballs, stay for the cannoli. Sicilian butcher has a good balance of a fancier atmosphere but prices that are not too crazy. I have only ever come here for lunch but the various pastas and sandwiches are pretty good. This time I just got a meatball sandwich and shared the pull apart garlic bread with my coworker. The garlic bread was fantastic and it comes from Noble bakery, which is consistently solid. The meatballs were pretty good as well. Make sure to stop by the cannoli bar on your way out to look at the wide selection of pastries. They have cannolis, obviously, as well as cheesecake, meringue, and various flaky pastries. I definitely recommend Sicilian butcher especially for the dessert selection.

Nancy P.

Yelp
We had a variety of the menu items and were pleased overall. Large portions so plenty of leftovers for later! Josh was our excellent server and truly made our dining experience a pleasure!

Leslie C.

Yelp
Yall! My husband and I stopped at the Sicilian Butcher last week to have a nice dinner and find out the sex of our baby. Honestly, we want to thank our waitress who made the moment very special and memorable to us! She creatively put a reveal together for us and was very happy to have been part of our special day. The food was absolutely delicious & the service was phenomenal! I honestly cannot say enough great things about our experience! Thank you so much to our waitress and the staff! We will definitely stop by with the baby in the future!

Natalie S.

Yelp
I love pasta and dislike most Italian places. The appetizer was cool how they lit it on fire. That experience was amazing and the cheesy bread appetizer was delicious. They make their pasta in house and I had high expectations. I spent a lot of time with the menu and did not find anything appealing. I ordered the easiest dish and understood from the description that it would be plain pasta with garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil. They almost gave me a side of it and then came 10-20 minutes later with a larger dish. I didn't make a scene as I wasn't paying for it and I was there for business. It did not have any flavor and I didn't get as much time to eat as everyone else did. If I return, I would order a soup and salad. It was also extremely loud in the restaurant and people in my group were talking loud. I felt bad, as we were bothering the people next to us. Update: the name of the sauce I ordered was Picchio Pachiou (chef's favorite) with papperdale (wide flat pasta). Red sauce is not my cup of tea and would avoid ordering it knowingly.

Randy D.

Yelp
This is my go to place when I'm in town. They have a few locations so I'm never far from one if I'm in the area. Fun atmosphere with good food. Came in and got my usual, the meatballs Ferris wheel. Cant beat it. Love having all the meatballs and get them on polenta. Old fashioneds here are good as well. Never pass up the opportunity to get here!

Anna R.

Yelp
I am going to give my review 3 stars because our service was top notch. We had a large party and they took great care of us. However, everyone in my family felt the food had very little flavor. I had the eggplant parm sandwich and I am not joking when I say it literally tasted like nothing. The eggplant was soggy, not crispy, the tomato sauce was so bland and needed salt. They serve it on a pizza crust that was folded over. It was a blonde color and looked like it was undercooked. It has ZERO flavor it was Ike eating a piece of white bread. My husband had a bowl of mushy (overcooked) pasta and the same bland tomato sauce I had on my sandwich. We did not complain cause they were super busy and I don't like making a fuss. But if ya'll see this review, you need to fix your red sauce stat. Zero flavor! I don't think we'll come back anytime soon.

Candice S.

Yelp
This was one of our stops during Arizona Restaurant Week. I had heard many great reviews of Sicilian Butcher, so wanted to give it a try. We started with a bruschetta that had imported burrata cheese. Good. Next on the preset menu was a fruit and cheese bowl. Very tasty, but filling. By the time we got to our pasta entree, we knew we'd be taking at least half home in order to save room for dessert, which was a gelato pie that looked like cheesecake. Like many new restaurants, the atmosphere is more big-room-noisy rather than cozy. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the different food choices. At the table next to us, a server brought a dish in a skillet. Suddenly there was a "voom" and we slightly jumped as the server set the dish on fire. It was imported Kefalotyri cheese that is flambeed. We immediately knew we wanted to return and try that as well as the meat and cheese board (something Sicilian Butcher is known for).

Cherie D.

Yelp
Went back for a second round. Customer service was great and our food and drinks were delicious. Their meat and cheese board was a great way to start our meal. The cheeses and meat tasted fresh. Really love the decor

Rachel C.

Yelp
We walked in at 4:45 on a Friday night and got seated immediately... unfortunately it was outside. We took it since we were in a time crunch and the patio is very nice with the misters. The place settings on our table were dirty but luckily we didn't really need them. Our server was excellent. She quickly came to took drink orders and came back quickly to take our order as well. It was restaurant week so they had a $33 special for an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. The bruschetta had pine nuts, goat cheese, and balsamic cherries. Flavors were okay but texture was too similar. Not enough crunch as the bread wasn't fully crisped either. The lasagna was the star of the show. It was crisped on top with Parmesan cheese and had the lovely pesto sauce to give everything that little extra click of flavor. This should be on their menu all the time. The cannoli was only okay as the shell lacked flavor and the filling was too much creme not enough chips. My son enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs but said the meatballs were a little dry. Hubby had the same to say about his meatball sub. Overall, the service was great, the food okay good not great, and unfortunately overpriced in my opinion.

Winchelle R.

Yelp
Parking around here sucks! But the food and service is always good. Usually here for happy hour, it's a hit or miss when it comes to sitting at the bar.

Beachy K.

Yelp
I can tell the food here is really good quality. And the gelato and desserts are amazing. The salad and grilled chicken were delicious, the veggies really fresh and good dressing. But the chicken had way too much salt. Here is where they can improve (in my opinion): 1. The lentil soup was so good, high quality beans and had lots of veggies/ broccoli rabe... but it was way too salty to eat. And too spicy also. In fact, my daughter said her chicken parm was way too salty as well. I think if they lay off the salt a whole lot and modify the spices the lentil soup could be the best I've ever had, and the chicken parm could be better. I literally felt my blood pressure rising as I ate the soup. I had to stop halfway through and let my husband finish it (and he said it was too salty also). 2. They seem to want to put bread crumbs in EVERYTHING. I am avoiding gluten so it was really hard for me to find anything I could eat here. I was considering the gnocchi because it's made from potato flour but the menu said they cook it with bread crumbs. I thought lentil soup would be safe and went with that. I've made lentil soup many times even before I was gluten free and never added any wheat products to it. But I opened the lid, and they had thrown a bunch of bread crumbs on top of my soup. Ugh. They really need at least a few gluten free things here. Or offer that as an option on the Togo menu. 3. We ordered the food to go, planning to eat outside, but it ended up being really chilly and there are no heat lamps outside. We asked the staff if we could grab a corner table and eat inside and they said no. It appears to be "fancy" inside. I don't know if there is a different menu for inside but the menu we ordered from definitely didn't give this place an exclusive "no jeans" vibe. Just your basic menu. I feel like they would get more traffic in here with a more casual setup and vibe inside. The menu doesn't fit the decor and pretentious ambiance inside the space. So, to sum it up- good quality food but needs some tweaking, as does the ambiance and vibe.

Laz C.

Yelp
Mom lives in the area and we are trying new spots to appreciate everything in the area. The dining area is beautiful, sparse and very clean. Without knowing the menu, a server who was preoccupied by other tables and a hey we can't go wrong with attitude we make our choices. We both go with the build your own pasta bowl or whatever they call it. Mom is nearly in her 80's so she doesn't eat much. So by pressing the server a few times for small portion options, she finally advises we are able to buy a side pasta. The server's face perplexed me by how she really didn't want to offer a cheaper alternative. Not sure if she is counting her tip with each order or maybe caught her on a bad day. Mom and I both selected the Bolognese sauce and I chose the Tony's steak meatballs. The side pasta did not include meatballs as my normal order did. The portions are very generous for both the side pasta and my plate. They were also piping hot and fresh! For the price of these dishes, I was very underwhelmed by the flavor of both the sauce and meatballs. I fully understand that food likes and dislikes are very subjective and there is no one way to make food that will check the boxes for all. The Sicilian Butcher has very good ratings and no shortage of customers walking through their doors. They seem to have a winner on their hands. It just wasn't my jam on that day.

Tracy L.

Yelp
I recently dined here and had a wonderful experience. The modern yet cozy ambiance, combined with the thoughtful decor, created an inviting atmosphere perfect for a memorable evening. The menu offered a delightful range of Italian classics with a contemporary twist, and each dish was prepared with exceptional quality and attention to detail. We were fortunate to be served by both Kasey and Sam, who provided outstanding service throughout the night. Their attentiveness and deep knowledge of the menu elevated our dining experience. Kasey's enthusiasm and Sam's professionalism complemented each other seamlessly, ensuring that every aspect of the evening was handled with care and finesse. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Yelp
We dined at the Sicilian Butcher on a Saturday night and we were seated right away. The parking lot was full so we had to park in the next lot over. The staff were very kind and kept our water glasses full. I also ordered a Peroni, which was refreshing. We started with the pull apart garlic bread which was absolutely delicious. We then got a Margherita Pizza. It comes uncut, but with these funny scissors. We had a good laugh as we cut our pizza into slices with these scissors. We also got the saffron tagliatelle with bolognese and steak meatballs. I asked for extra Parmesan and they brought out a block of it and grated the cheese fresh over the top of the dishes. For dessert we ordered the Tiramisu and it was wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

Brent P.

Yelp
Excellent food and staff! Enjoyed the atmosphere and great HH specials!! This is a worthwhile stop

Bri M.

Yelp
My husband surprised me with a lunch date here and we had the absolute best time! All of the staff were so kind and everything was to die for! The pull apart garlic bread was so so good, it's been a month since our visit and now my mouth is watering just thinking about it now. The Margherita pizza was probably the best I've ever had (pending our eurotrip to honeymoon in a few weeks ok lol) but literally so incredible and it's so fun to sit at the bar top and watch everything be made fresh in front of you! Can't wait to go back!

Patrick R.

Yelp
My gosh prepare yourself for heaven!!! If you have the privilege to eat in this place it's life changing. Starting with our bartender Isaiah who was not only a class out but suggested the most amazing food. He made the experience 10 fold. The food was close to the best Italian I have had in the states. Please whatever you do try the clam appetizer it's unbelievable!!! I included a few photos that will show

Kendall H.

Yelp
I couldn't decide between New Mexican Cuisine and Italian, so I went with the recommendation of the bartenders in my hotel. The Sicilian Butcher is conveniently located and has a ton of charm and an amazing patio. The downside is the portions are quite small (for Italian food) and there are no domestic beers. 10/10 for liquor drinks though! The menu is straightforward and it seems most folks order the meatball combo, which I also did. I ordered Uncle Tony's with the mushroom cream sauce and polenta. Polenta - 5 Sauce - 3 Meatball - 2 The meatball should've been the star yet it was flavorless. I'll try some other dishes next time but not the Tony's Meatball.

Tim S.

Yelp
Worth the wait, great place to gather and enjoy good pasta and meatballs. Staff and the food are on-point and this place is well worth a trip for a special occasion and has a place on our personal top five when friends are visiting from out-of-town. Though the impact to our dining experience was minimal, who ever laid out the staff workflow of having to haul all the dirty dishes past the front door and everyone waiting to be seated, ought to be strung up. I never noticed it before and only did this time because everyone had to squeeze past our table to make the trip. There were way too many close calls where scraps nearly fell on us, so I hope they will either pull a table out or find a different way to do this.

Alexandra L.

Yelp
It was pretty busy when we walked in at just after 8pm on a Wednesday night. Most tables looked like they were finishing up their meals and just hanging out and chatting it up. I haven't been to Sicilian Butcher in almost 1 years. I last went to the Scottsdale location, and had a great experience there. So glad to have one closer to home. I started with a glass of Pinot Noir Sea Sun at Caymus and a starter of garlic pull apart bread. So fluffy and soft. Last time I had a meatball with pasta. This visit I had the veal scallopini. It was very good, very tender. There were a couple parts that were chewy, but overall loved the mushroom Marsala sauce and the side of chef's daily (garlic butter) pasta is so simple yet just so perfect!!! For dessert we had tiramisu and rum cake from the in house bakery next door. Honestly, everything in the dessert shop is amazing. I have to remember that I can stop by there any time for coffee and dessert!

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience tonight! Alanna was a very informed and friendly server. She made our experience very enjoyable! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxed. We had a party of 8 and everyone was very happy with everything - from food to service! Thanks Alanna

Yelp
4.75* (out of 5) Food: 5* Atmosphere: 5* Value: 4* Service: 5* 02/19/2024 My wife found this place online - looked good, had great ratings and was near our hotel. We were impressed as we walked up to the exterior of the restaurant (see pictures) and that positive feeling only grew as we stepped inside. Everything was so well-lit, modern, open and full of energy - even on a Monday night. We didn't have reservations and had to wait a bit for our table, so took advantage of the opportunity to sit at the bar (see pictures) and have a drink. The craft beers were very good and the prices were reasonable. Shortly after our drinks were served, a table opened up for us to be seated so we transferred to it. We soon learned that the restaurant is known for its meatballs - you choose your meatball, sauce and pasta (see menu pictures). Our bartender was great, so we went with his recommendations on the pairings. I went with the Sausage, Arrabiata with Creamy Polenta (see picture) and my wife ordered the Sicilian, Truffle Mushroom with Creste de Gallo (see picture). As we always do, we each tried some of each other's dish and we both really liked both plates. The meatballs were great, but the polenta was so rich and creamy, yet also light - quite delicious! For dessert, my wife and I both love Tiramisu, so we were looking forward to giving it a try. However, since our waiter's dinner suggestions were so good, we asked him for a dessert recommendation and he suggested the Lobster Tail (see picture). Obviously, it isn't a savory lobster tail, but rather is given name due to it looking like a lobster tail - and is best described as a close cousin of cannoli (delicious creamy custard inside a light, flaky shell). It was SO good and I highly recommend that you try it! And maybe the best part of all (given my strong sweet tooth) was the bakery with gelato and other delicious cookies and desserts that was in another part of the building as we exited. Make sure you stop here and pick up some treats to bring along home or to the office - you'll make instant friends when you share! Yelp
First time at Sicilian Butcher. We arrived at 6:45 on a Saturday evening and it was packed. The waitlist was 45 mins for inside seating, 30 for outside. We chose inside during the 54 degree evening in February. They used Open Table, so notifications were easy. We were seated at a center table, somewhat near the front door. The back door was open, so anytime someone came in the front, which was frequently, we got a blast of cold air. Our server, Matt, offered to take our drink order. When he returned, we ordered our entrees. My wife got the Fra Diablo Shrimp and Clams while I got Meatballs. I chose the Sicilian, the bolognese and pappardelle. We also added a glass of wine, an iced tea and a side Caesar salad. It all came to $78.95 plus tip. I thought it was very reasonable given the service and food. My salad arrived in about five mins and the entrees a few mins later. The Fra Diablo was a big bowl of yummy. My wife had requested polenta instead of pasta, due to gluten sensitivity and Matt quickly acquiesced. There was plenty of sauce, about 8 clams and four huge shrimp. My meatballs were excellent. The combo of beef, pork and veal made them silky yet firm. The house made pasta was cooked just right and the bolognese sauce was meaty and rich. Service was very good. Matt checked in on us several times throughout the meal. We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Bella, best waitress ever. Food was delicious and service was better. Garlic bread was low-key gas. It made me feel like I could fly around and do whatever I wanted to. I've never felt so good in my entire life. It made me feel like I could do anything I ever put my mind to. Service was so good. I thought that I was gonna get gifted a car, I didn't, but it was OK because the food was so delicious and I was not hungry. One bit, and my mood was drastically, impaired by the happiness and joyfulness of the amazing server that I was gifted by this amazing plantation

Yelp
Ella and her amazing manager have both been patient and helpful every time I've come in! I appreciate the service, and the custom cannolis of course!

Yelp
This place used to knock it out of the park every time but the menu has been changing and the quality has been noticeably dropping in my last two visits. It is a wonderful place to sit outside when the weather is nice. It is removed from the road so it is nice and peaceful. There is an awning that protects from the sun and it's very comfortable. I've taken large parties there and there is always great service. Lately however, it seems to be slipping just like the food quality and menu. I know food prices are out of control but the cuts are noticeable and I hope they can be corrected.

Yelp
Matt one the managers let us know that Katie was going to be our server. He accommodated our request not to sit in the sun, or on a high top, which was very nice, since I know that this place has full reservations. Everybody had really pleasant attitudes, (that's something that's not easily to come by these days). Katie our server was extremely knowledgeable about all the food on the menu and made excellent suggestions for us. This place has such a good vibe. I can't wait till they have one in Los Angeles. It's clean it's nice it's fun it's vibrant. I really enjoyed our time there.

Yelp
Emma the waitress went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my meal. The food did have its ups and downs. But the chef made sure I was happy with my meal. The ambience was very loud and lively. It was a very happy environment.

Yelp
I visited this place for the first time in Sunday. I loved the product but the service was the slowest I ever experienced. The people in front of me ordered two coffees and some cannolis. It took at least 10 minutes for the lady to even acknowledge us. Then she finally did and she was as slow as ever helping us and making out coffees. My coffee was "hot" but it was lukewarm when I drank it. All in all it was still tasty lukewarm but with all the time she spent making it she could have at least served it hot. I will go to the other locations more because I didn't like the service here but the food was amazing.

Yelp
Note lighting was not ideal for photos and I was at the bar so overall plating was much better than perceived. This is a cute spot in Chandler. Service gets an A+ from friendly expectations but again, likely our fault we sat at the bar and it felt a bit chaotic when multiple people were asking for our orders (after we had already ordered). Tomatoes seemed to be underripe on the bruschetta but it was still very good. The Fazzoletti was recommended by one of the bartenders. My mom had it and it was absolutely worth stopping for. I've never had anything like it and she's still raving about it a few days later. Chicken Parm was good. It seemed pretty standard and the pasta was cold. Again, I think it may have been because we sat at the bar. I'm taking it either way a grain of salt because of how busy they were. Flavors do the pasta were super and I would recommend any dish that uses the same sauce. This dish probably had a 3/5 though. Dessert - lobster tail. We did the vanilla flavor and I am dying to go back. The pastry was so flakey, so crisp and so light! The cream was similar to a custard but a little lighter. I think this bumped the overall score back up to a 4. They had a decent happy hour menu too! We did get the bruschetta off it and a single drink but nothing else. Would return, likely with a preference for table seating over bar seating for food. Going to ahead and double down on friendliness of staff, they were absolutely delightful.
