The Signature at Promontory Pointe Apartments

This was truly a wonderful place to live. The views are fantastic, and the walking trail is so nice. Most importantly, we had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the property manager Allison, Tim in maintenence, and Rosa in cleaning. They always went out of their way to help us out and give us a good experience. Good neighbors too, and not a lot of kids. A hidden gem up on the hill. Highly recommend.

Cool place! I don't live here but my good friend does, so I'm over there a decent bit of the time. I've never had any problems. Most people are friendly and the management seems to be decent too.

When I toured the property I felt a peace here. It doesn't feel like an apartment complex, it feels like living in the mountains. Has an incredible view from almost anywhere on the property. The West building has the best views. They have a walking path on the property! Huge common area with a beautiful deck out the back. Each apartment is different in the floor plan and that keeps this place interesting! Allison in the leasing office is so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in customer service helping me find what I was looking for and notifying me when an apartment became available. I felt that she truly cared about what was best for me as the resident. I really can't tell you how helpful and kind she was. I'm still blown away.

I love living here. I love the views, neighbors, staff and management.

I visited about 15 places in the Springs before I landed on The Signature. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. My new neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The views and private walking areas are beautiful and well kept. The office administrator, Allison, was very helpful. She walked me through all the steps of the application process and took care of me every step of the way. I had a very tight deadline and she got me moved in and approved in 4 days! I was really impressed. I've been here for about 2 weeks and it has been very pleasant.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and honestly it has been amazing the whole time. The current property manager, Allison, is superb but honestly all 3 that I have met in my time here have been great. He has since moved on to another complex (which is genuinely devastating) but the maintenance head Mike is also amazing. Every signature employee I have interacted with has been fantastic. The area is clean and quiet and the view is absolutely magnificent. Some of the buildings themselves are older so you get to deal with some minor quirks like outlets needing to be reset fairly often but it is nothing super inconvenient. My only gripe is that in my building we do not have central air and the only window mounted AC is in the guest bedroom, but that is irrelevant 10 months out of the year and buying a portable AC (good to have anyway) completely resolved the problem for me. All in all I would highly recommend anyone to move here, I only plan on moving when the housing market actually allows me to buy something myself. 12/10 best apartment I have lived in.

Update 6/22/22 — Allison Newman, our new property manager, is fantastic! She responds to any issues in the building(s) immediately. She handles a community of many apartments and tenants expertly. Since starting, we have experienced an even-friendlier, kinder Signature. Still 5 stars! This apartment is outstanding. It is upgraded, refurbished, and immaculate. I could not have asked for a better apartment complex. The new management is phenomenal. Ashley cares immensely about the property. Mike, the Director of Operations and Maintenance, is stellar. They run the complex like clockwork. If you are looking for a great apartment, good scenery, amazing parking, safe neighborhood, wonderful neighbors, and an amazing clubhouse, The Signature is right for you. It is also animal friendly! Lastly, it is so quiet. You are 5 minutes from Downtown, but feels like you are in the country. And best part, there is a short hiking trail in your backyard.

This place is amazing. The management staff is very kind and thoughtful. They left us a very sweet card welcoming us to the community. We love the amenities as well. Just last night we played pool! And I'm a pianist so the baby grand piano in the club house is perfect for me. The apartment itself is very nice considering how long the building has been around. Our neighbors have been very kind as well. We're surprised how many of them are dog people, as we have a puppy too. It is also very quiet Considering that the location is downtown, we feel very safe here. In short, we absolutely love this friggin place!

I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent living at The Signature at Promontory Pointe. I first spoke with Ashley over the phone and explained to her that I was looking for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, there weren't any available at the time I wanted to move in at The Signature, but she took it upon herself to look up multiple other apartment buildings in the area to see if she could find a suitable match for me. I was pretty set on living somewhere near Old Colorado City, so I decided to check out what was available at The Signature despite the fact I would need to settle for a larger and therefore more expensive apartment. Ashley showed me a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third and top floor. The floor plan had an excellent utilization of space, it was very clean and the appliances were all of high quality. I was instantly sold. The Signature is located on the top of a hill and offers spectacular views from every angle. From my massive living room window and both bedrooms, I had a beautiful view of downtown Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain. The grounds at The Signature are very pretty and well-maintained. There is a path that surrounds the entire property with stunning views of downtown Colorado Springs and the Front Range to include Pikes Peak! I've got to imagine, this property offers some of the best views from a residential area that Colorado Springs has to offer. The staff is what really completed my experience here. Ashley is extremely personable and professional and always made any issue I was having her priority. Alyssa is also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mike, the head maintainer, is one of the most charismatic and diligent people I have ever met. The day I turned in my initial apartment inspection sheet, Mike followed me to my apartment and immediately fixed everything that I had found faulty. Everyone, to include all of my neighbors, and other staff were also very kind and courteous. I can genuinely say after living in many different apartments over the years, this one will go down as my favorite.

There is a wonderful group in the front office, including specifically Allison who made our planning and move-in experience terrific. Thanks to all!

They are rude to tenants when have been living there for 15 years! We had folded cardboard in hallway for 24 hrs. Not in neighbors way. Before we could remove them we got a ride letter. We were ill and were arranging for someone to remove them as soon as possible! It would have been nice to have some consideration of situation first.
