Today, an employee spent a good 20-30 minutes repotting two of our plants, fixing one of the cords on the pots - all while diagnosing one plant's problems and giving us good, concrete advice on making the plant happier. No charge.
I've patronized the sill for several years, and it is 100% because of their employees, who are universally knowledgeable, kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Yes, the prices are more elevated than other plant stores, but you get so much help taking care of your plants afterwards that the tradeoff is worth it.
