I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was good and has jalapeño in it which is nice. They have vegetarian burgers if you're into that sort of thing. Laid back atmosphere.

The food is amazing! Antonio was attentive without being the most. The atmosphere is great as well. Food is fresh and those sweet tots are the best!!!!

Nice people, great service. On my most recent visit I ordered the "Waller" burger, and it was great. I give them a huge amount of credit (mostly due to the tasty and tender yet sturdy brioche bun) for satisfying my desire for a hamburger to actually be edible as a sandwich - like, I want to be able to hold it in my hand by the bread and eat it from start to finish. Lots of places make great-looking burgers that completely fall apart after two bites. Anyway the beef was very nice, well-seasoned but subtle. Ordered the "sweet tots" instead of fries (which I've had in the past; they're fine but I wanted a change) and the tots are great if you're a sweet potato fan. Huge portion of them too. Good beer selection, but I must say the beer price is on the high side for Austin places like this. All in all a great place for a solid burger. At some point I'll bring more people and try some of the appetizers; the peppers look really interesting.

Oh man, I really wanted to like this place. Let's start with the ambiance. It's really great. Plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop is nice and has great views of downtown. Next let's hit on the food. It's below average. This is a burger place. Their apps are all above $8. I had the pork burger and the party was moist. But very spicy. Sweet potato tots are amazing. Finally the service. It was pretty non-existent. The hostess forgot we had our name on the list. And the last time we saw our server was when she took our order. Then to give us our credit cards back. There's work to be done here.

The Silo had, hands down, some of the best appetizers I've ever tried. The chips and salsa were great, but of course every place in town had that. The wings were outstanding, but again it's not impossible to find wings elsewhere. The turning point came when they brought out the platter of french fries covered by an over-easy fried egg. Say what? Who thought of that? It turned out to be really awesome, and totally worth trying. The atmosphere was great, the drinks were good, and the upstairs patio was pleasant and comfortable in the shade. If you're in the neighborhood you should definitely give it a try.

My all time favorite burger joint thus far! Usually go for the fried green tomatillos or jalapeno poppers to start off. It is a bit pricey, but the burgers and the tater tots are worth it. Wide craft beer selection and a good variety of cocktails. Nice open view of the city as well on the patio area.

The burgers are really really good and the sweet tots are my favorite. Great outdoor roof seating. Nice views out onto 7th St and it feels good. Great beer selection. I like the metal serving trays they use in place of plates or baskets. Again, the burgers are frickin awesome.

Atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was very good for simple sandwich type foods hyped up into gourmet style. Service was a little bit slow, but overall good. Great rooftop views too! Drinks were unique and very delicious.
