I made a reservation on open table for my 51st birthday. We were very excited about this dining experience. The concierge Sophie contacted me the night before our reservation to let us know, " Unfortunately, we are full tomorrow. Please feel free to reach out to me through email for future availability." I then sent her a copy of my open table reservation which had a confirmation number on it, assuming she had made a mistake. She replied, " OpenTable is mistaken. We appreciate your interest. Open Table is used for reservation inquires only. All reservations must be paid for ahead of time before they are finalized. The total is $1100.00. I am sorry" Rookie league given all the hype. Get your act together !

We had a wonderful meal. It was creative and delicious cuisine delivered in an engaging way. With just 8 seats at the counter in a private room, the diners are in regular dialogue with the 3 chefs. We loved it and will definitely be back!
