"Why did this hotel catch your attention? What's the vibe? What's the backstory? Tell us all about the accommodations. Any tips on what to book? Is there a charge for Wi-Fi? Drinking and dining—what are we looking at? And the service? What type of travelers will you find here? What about the neighborhood? Does the hotel fit in, make itself part of the scene? Is there anything you'd change? Any other hotel features worth noting? Bottom line: Worth it? Why?" - Tommie Ethington

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at The Sinclair during the Fourth of July weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions and dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and Fredrick at the front desk provided a warm and welcoming reception. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a standout part of my visit. The breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the service was impeccable. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, with Fredrick going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, my experience at The Sinclair was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only minor drawback was that the rooftop wasn't open, as it would have been wonderful to watch the fireworks from there. Despite this, I look forward to returning on my next trip to Fort Worth!

Valet was great! Nunez & the team were so sweet. My hubby forgot his shirt in the car & they ran all the way to get the car so we could get the shirt! You have a great valet team! |The restaurant was absolutely amazing. Probably the best steak and birthday dessert I’ve ever had. Overall this hotel is great!

Our stay at The Sinclair was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest staff who made us feel so welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring Fort Worth. We also loved the fun technology integrated throughout the room, which was both innovative and easy to use. Plus, the nice big TVs were a huge bonus. The location is truly great, putting us right in the heart of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to experience the city. We highly recommend The Sinclair for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Fort Worth!

This is one of the best hotels you can find in Fort Worth and the whole of Texas even, this is part of Marriott’s autograph collection which is a collection full of unique hotels, this hotel is probably one of the best in this autograph collection. It has a very nice old kind of style but the contrast is the high tech rooms, which a device controlling everything including your shower to the exact fahrenheit, this hotel has amazing art around and the service is respectful and fast. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the price of this hotel is pretty low compared to hotels of major cities. This hotel is a must if you’re staying in Fort Worth or even Dallas.

Had you told me this level of a luxury hotel available in Cowtown America I would not have believed you. We were looking for a property close to the stock yards. Upon arrival we knew this was something more than the pictures. We took the elevator up and were blown away by the hallways, doors and the overall appearance. I know, excited about hallways; you will see. We were even more amazed with the amenities of the rooms, digital controls, accent lighting and the light on opening closet. I have stayed in five-star hotels in California, Chicago, New Orleans and NYC and have never experienced this level of luxury. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed for renovations. Maybe next visit!!

Loved the art deco and the easy to use lighting options in the room. The shower was nice, with wand and rain head features. Soft bed, plenty of pillows, good mini bar, and nice staff in hotel. Parking valet for one day, you can go in and out for one one rate. Hotel has excellent restaurant the Wicked Butcher on premises.

Google
Good hotel, beautiful building, excellent rooms. But the valet is terrible. Not only is it an egregious amount, $50 per night, the service is terrible. The two times we requested a car, it took over 30 minutes each time. I understand being busy, but as a guest, why am I paying $50 to have to wait 30+ minutes for my car? I was a valet manager at a different hotel downtown for 6 months and if I took 30+ minutes to bring back anyone's car I would've been unemployed. The point of valet is convenience. There is nothing convenient about the Sinclair's current valet operations.

Hotel was beautiful! Enjoyed our stay for a wedding nearby. Loved the upgraded features in the room. Close to some great food locations. Nunes and the valet team were super kind and quick.

Yelp
This Downtown Fort Worth hotel has vintage old school charm (and decor) mixed with some high-tech bells and whistles. Let me share my perspective on the pros: + It's steps away from the convention center, neighboring restaurants and cafes, and a drugstore. + Check-in was a breeze for me, and I was able to get into my room early. + There's an onsite bar, steakhouse (Wicked Butcher), gym + My room offered blackout curtains, a great AC, a safe, iron/board, nespresso station, complimentary water bottles; though, I prefer water refill stations so I can refill my reusable water bottle. + $7 valet (not sure about overnight) Apparently, most patrons are a fan of the digital showers, lights, etc. I'm terrible at anything tech - so I am not. It took me a lil' too long to figure out the lights, the hot water, the "makeup" vanity lighting. #HelpMeImOld I'd gladly stay there again.

Yelp
I was very surprised to see how fancy and underwhelming this location was. Upon entry very nice and historic feel. These 1930's style elevators. Lots of tile work. Lots of memorabilia. Not bad. Entry to the room. Small. Which is to be expected from the era of build. But the items they updated are really terrible. Touch pads for all the lighting, mirrors, thermostat and shower. The mirror does work at all you cannot change the mirror display or turn it off. It just ghosts from screen to screen then back to the weather. The shower touch pad goes from shower screen to Home Screen and back and forth. Takes several attempts to simply turn on the shower. The thermostat is the worst. It's a backlit pad that every 5-10 min with brighten up the whole room like a lighthouse making its rotations. You can't block the light because then the thermostat cannot register the ambient temp and will cool or heat at full blast. I know because it happened to me. Next the beds. Absolutely the worst bests I ever experienced. It's like sleeping in a hammock. And the icing on the cake. At around 3:30am on Fridays the garbage truck comes to empty the dumpsters. It does a wonderful job and smashing the lids to wake up anyone in a two block radius. Really a terrible hotel. Especially considering the room rates. Not likely that I would come back unless there are knobs/handles in the showers, real light switches and mirrors as well as a thermostat that doesn't try to vanquish vampires with simulated sunlight.

Yelp
Anytime I have an opportunity to stay at a hotel within the Autograph Collection, I do so happily knowing they're the among the upper echelon of the (now) Marriott brand. The Sinclair, located in downtown Fort Worth, is one of those hotels that has a little bit of everything: convenience, restaurants, and a posh yet local feel with plenty of amenities to boot. I was extremely happy with how clean everything was. A spotless lobby with that fresh scent permeating the air, excellent public restrooms, a well maintained elevator, and even better rooms. I was also quite pleased with the hotel staff, who aside from checking me in, was able to give me last minute accommodations based on my room preferences. The average rate here fluctuates from $170-350 a night. My room was small, stylish, and had a great view of downtown Fort Worth. I really appreciated the high tech amenities, which included automated curtains, a super nice TV, and a luxurious marble bathroom decked out with a smart mirror, shower, and toilet. More importantly, I loved my bed and the ventilation was perfect during my entire stay. Everything is boutique small, which includes their 24 hour gym and even their conference rooms. They had a seasonal rooftop, but I didn't get a chance to visit. I did also enjoy a visit to their cocktail lounge, Wicked Bar, and their downstairs restaurant, Wicked Butcher. Parking is valet but beware that they've had issues with putting the cars in unauthorized garages that result in parking tickets by the city. Street parking is encouraged if possible, which if staying midweek, shouldn't be too much of a hassle since the downtown area is quiet in the evening. I enjoyed my stay here overall and would happily consider it again. Even if I wasn't a seasoned Bonvoy member, I'd still recommend folks who are looking for a little more of an upscale feel without breaking the bank to consider The Sinclair.

Yelp
While my car was parked with the valet I got a parking ticket. The valet parked my car in an illegal spot. The hotel manager is not helpful in the situation.

Yelp
Lovely hotel downtown Ft Worth. Staff was super courteous and hotel clean and comfortable. Luxurious feel without the price tag! Also, it is literally walking distance to most downtown attractions. Rooftop bar with beautiful skyline view!

Yelp
Beautiful place. Sweet staff except for when someone dropped the ball on communication in that we were granted a 5pm checkout due to our Ambassador status yet we had to explain 2 times and argue once with the person that just came in the clock that kept saying we had a 2pm checkout which was never the case. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice and likely ran and told them to kick us out so get your marbles lined up there. Other than the staff the room was gorgeous and a nice view of Main St. across the street from Mi Cocina which is where we ate and walked around the corner to CVS to get more wine. Great bar here too but not a great wine selection.

Yelp
Very cool art-deco. High tech rooms with smart everything - from lights to blinds, toilets to showers. Touch the mirror.... King rooms are large and comfortable. Great customer service. On site restaurant is fabulous. Can't do five stars. Complaint #1: walking into the public spaces is like walking into a bowl of potpourri. Overpowering. Made my eyes water. Complaint #2: why isn't the rooftop bar open? I was here for a week and was unable to partake of the booze infused views. Complaint #3: why are the valets double charging for parking and why is management so slow to refund?

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to stay here again! The Sinclair is conveniently located in downtown Fort Worth, and is super close to all the main attractions and restaurants you can think of. The hotel itself is so beautiful. The thought they put behind the decor, design and everything is impeccable. Also, the most fun/impressive thing about my stay was the digital mirror and digital shower! I was so sad to go back home to my regular music-less boring mirror. The staff at the hotel was also super nice, and gave us a couple recommendations for places to go during our stay. Another very important thing is that The Sinclair has one of the best steakhouses in Fort Worth (so yummy); definitely a must during your stay! Last but not least is their breakfast menu. Please do yourself a favor and order one of their breakfast sandwiches during your stay here - they are delicious.

Yelp
Such a charming boutique hotel! Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. They do offer valet parking for some sort of crazy $35 a night or something. The people working their reception are were very welcoming. So many old details in this hotel that make it charming! In the halls on the room floors where there used to be water fountains they made them into phones. Our room was clean and crisp. With very minimal modern decor. My favorite experience of this hotel was the shower! On the mirrors by the sinks were music channels you can personalize that also showed weather etc. the actual shower itself had temperature controlled water allowing you to adjust to your perfect fit! Different colors to set your mood i think i chose blue on mine then lastly you can have regular overhead where the water comes out or rainfall option! Their blackout curtains work like a charm let me tell you i never sleep in but did here!

Yelp
Nice looking art deco style hotel with decent roof top bar that is more inviting after dark. Front desk was pleasant enough at check in, but everyone else that we came into contact with after that was borderline rude, angry appearing and inhospitable. TIP: We asked for a late check out of 1:00pm which they obliged, but when we came back at 11:45am to get our things, we were locked out of our room and had to have someone come let us in or go back downstairs. They said that even with a late check out, your card key stops working at the original check out time and so you will have to get your room key re-activated at the front desk to gain access back into your room again after the original check out time, not the new check out time.. (High tech hotel??) When I mentioned about the hassle of being locked out of our room, in passing to the tall grey haired man that helps with baggage and who let us back into our room, he just ignored me and said in a perfect Addams family, Lurch kind of way, "have a good day" and walked off. He was really kind of a rood Doosh in our opinion. The hostesses in the restaurant were also not very hospitality oriented and seemed just put out in general. So we did not eat in the restaurant or spend any money there except at the roof top bar. I also had nightmares, "Room 1408" style and so the mojo there is a little "dark" and no bueno. So, I would not stay here again, and would recommend the hotel across the street or basically anywhere else. Also, the AC sounds like a 737 engine starting up, and I kept hearing myself saying "please fasten your seatbelts for take-off" every time the AC turbine began to start up.

Yelp
Staying at The Sinclair in downtown Fort Worth was an absolute perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even surprising us with a lovely bottle of champagne to celebrate my husband's birthday. The attention to detail in every aspect of our experience, from the elegant decor to the luxurious amenities, truly exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return to The Sinclair for another exceptional stay!

Yelp
Overall a good place to hangout and stay for a night. The beds and pillows are so damn uncomfortable I wouldn't risk your back or sanity any longer. Everything in the room is smart from the lights, windows, shower and mirror. Art Deco and mid century modern is the design and all floors are so heavily perfumed the my can compete with those sections in dept stores. Rooftop bar with views of the Ft Worth skyline and an effin delicious restaurant "Whisky Butcher" in the basement.

Yelp
Two word- digital showers. The Sinclair taught me that I apparently like my shower water at a sensibly 111 degrees. Hail Satan! I'm kidding! But this hotel is no joke. The Sinclair is apart of the Autograph collection under the Marriott umbrella, and in addition to a fitness center, killer steakhouse (Wicked Butcher), corporate- style boardroom, Kohler digital showers, smart mirrors, custom automated mood lighting, podcast booth, automated curtains, and a beautiful 17th floor rooftop bar, the most impressive part to me was the historic Art Deco meets luxury mash up AND the scent! No really! The scent is just as fantastically satisfying as the architectural adornments, artfully selected geometric design, green marble finishes, and decorated entry. Sure it could be more functional if the lighting could be controlled bedside given the caliber of the hotel, or if there were additional luxury amenities provided to guests, but the hotel does exactly what I expected- capitalized on exactly what it advertises, a modern, comfortable stay, in a piece of upgraded history. My point is, this hotel is worth a stay! Go live your Gatsby fantasy y'all! I'll be back to live out my own!

Yelp
I love this hotel! It's part of the autograph collection of Marriott Bonvoy. And if there's something I learned is that when you're in doubt on which hotel to choose, choose one from the Autograph collection. This is art deco meets luxury. The modern ambiance accentuated by mood lighting in the bathroom/ shower, digital control for the shower temperature and window blinds that you can program for ambient/romantic setting or sunrise.

Yelp
With a few new Hotels opening in Fort Worth since covid began, we opted to do a staycation and spend a night at The Sinclair. The Sinclair is truly one of Fort Worth's most unique hotels. The namesake of the hotel is for the 30's art-deco building which was built by the Sinclair Corporation and due to these stylish roots, it is a bit of a time capsule. Locked away from public eyes due to its function as an office space for decades, we see now this beautifully preserved hotel in all its art-deco splendor, metal fixtures, granite and all. One thing I found striking about the hotel was that while the hallways and foyer looked relatively untouched from the 30's, once inside your room, everything is modern and high-tech. A fun juxtaposition, mixing the old and the new as in your room you have smart switches to manage your lighting and even the lighting and water temp in your bathroom, which also has a display behind the mirror to show you the weather. The Sinclair also features one of Fort Worth's few downtown rooftop bars and the view here is second-to-none (especially with Reata potentially moving) and warrants a visit just for a drink. Given its close proximity to Sundance Square, I think The Sinclair definitely warrants a visit for tourists and locals alike and provides an atmosphere that most hotels here simply cannot replicate.

Yelp
I will definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about it. The decor of the lobby and the elevators is so beautiful, and the greeting from the front desk was so lovely, even though I arrived very late. My room was so pleasant, from the digital shower (110 degrees is my preferred temp, I've just learned), to the different lighting styles in the room (that will sometimes also open the automatic blinds but leave a privacy screen), to the incredibly comfortable bed and linens. My room was quiet and felt safe. I was so busy the nights I was here, I didn't get to spend nearly enough time in my well-appointed room, but I was thankful for the Nespresso every morning. We also spent a day in a conference room and it was comfortable and well-appointed. They delivered our breakfast from Wicked Butcher, and kept us in coffee. It was nice to be so close to our rooms for quick breaks or to brush your teeth after a meal. I predict they'll end up removing these coolers in favor of traditional fridges, because mine never got cold. Lots of people need a real fridge - nursing moms, people on certain medications, etc., and this cooler simply does not cut it. But it wasn't a problem for me this trip. It would be if I had my kids with me, as they need milk and juice and things that need to be kept cold. I also think the Wicked Butcher needs to add some basic items to (at least) the room service menu. When I was here, there wasn't really anything continental or sides you could order - some mornings you just need toast, or a basket of pastries, etc. But I also think everyone is just doing the best they can during this never-ending pandemic, so I'm inclined to give it a pass. Especially with the great little Pax & Beneficia coffee shop right there, it was easy to pull on some pants and a hat and run down there to get the snacky breakfast I was after.

Yelp
I've been to Dallas many times since my husband is from there, but this was my first trip to Ft Worth. And this hotel proved to be the perfect location to experience the cuteness of downtown Ft. Worth. While I didn't choose this hotel since I was part of a larger group from work, I was pleased this hotel was part of the Marriott family. It was the perfect work hotel based on location, cleanliness and friendly staff...although if I was traveling to Ft Worth for personal reasons I'd probably choose something a little more luxe. The hotel itself is very hi tech. You can control everything from the elevators to the curtains to even the shower with a touch of the button. And who knew I liked my shower water so hot which I controlled the water temp (110 degrees!) with their digital panel. I was super disappointed when I woke up early one morning to get a run in at the gym and discovered that it's currently being closed for renovations. They said I could try the hotel gym at the other Marriott across the street, but I think they should have an official option set up with another nearby hotel or even a gym. The restaurant in the hotel (Wicked) was super tasty and lovely for a special occasion. And one of my favorite Texas restaurants (Mi Concina) is also located right across the street. If you want to experience the Stockyards area I hear Hotel Drover is another lovely Marriott property there, but for downtown Ft Worth this was a nice option.

Yelp
Fabulous place and great very helpful staff. Philip, the valet, met us when we arrived and departed this morning. He/His team were great. I loved the art deco! As a huge Hercules Poirot (Agatha Christie) fan, this establishment could easily be back in the 30s...if not for the tech enhancements. We may just stay here again during another one of our weekend trips. Thank you!

Yelp
Oh hello, remote controlled shower. We've never met before, but you sure know how to steal a girl's heart in 5 seconds flat, don't you? Why 5 seconds? Because that's all it took you to reach your targeted temperature. I will never, ever forget that night I met you in Fort Worth. I mean, it was definitely hot and steamy. You will forever be in my memory. On a more serious note. The room at The Sinclair is a remote control heaven. There were 6 remotes in our room, I counted, including the TV and the touch screen mirror. The bathroom is lit. I mean, literally. With music that you can control from the mirror, to the ambience light, it was party central. The only thing that wasn't remote controlled was the potty. They should take a lesson from the Ritz Carlton in Waikiki. As an architecture enthusiast, it was super interesting to see how they renovated a historical building and made it into a hotel. A lot of the dry walls had to overlap with the windows because the original windows were spaced very close to each other. The original drinking fountain was repurposed into a phone nook. The antique mail chute was also still there, although they put blocking inside. They did a great job preserving most of the historical parts while still introducing more modern nods. Now, the downside with staying at a historical building is the rooms here are small. Also there is no swimming pool, which would have been awesome if you're spending the night in Texas in the summer. And despite all the professionalism of the staff we encountered, I got the vibe that they're still trying to take things off the ground. The corridor to our room was a bit dirty, and there was a single broom left in front of our door. That broom was still there when we checked out, even after I witnessed the cleaning staff came to our floor. Did they forget to put a janitor closet? Curious mind wants to inquire. The rooftop bar was also not functioning during our stay. It did say seasonal, so maybe they're only open when the weather is nice? I suppose the location makes up for all those blunders. It is a few steps away from Sundance Square. There is live music and entertainment at the square on weekends. Restaurants and drug stores are all within walking distance. You can practically just pack your jammies and be good to go. The Sinclair is a new gem in downtown Fort Worth and the perfect place for a getaway.

Yelp
I wanted to rate this hotel higher. It's in a perfect location, the beds are comfy, and the high-tech features (bathroom mirror is basically a computer, you can choose LED backlighting for the shower) are unique. HOWEVER - we came on a mini vacation with our two young girls. Our hotel room had poop smeared on the inside of the toilet, there was debris in the corners of the bathroom, and worst of all -- my girls were playing with their toys on the floor between the two beds and FOUND A CONDOM WRAPPER. Completely unacceptable!!! I went downstairs and showed the employee the picture of the condom wrapper on the floor and requested a deep clean of the room or a new room, and asked to speak with the manager. She was very very nice about it, said the situation was unacceptable. A few hours later we came back up to the room and the room had been cleaned but not deep cleaned. The poop was still in the toilet! I was so disappointed. The next day we checked out and the person checking us out didn't mention the incident or offer any apologies, discounts, etc. I had to mention it and they took valet parking off but said since we prepaid on a credit card they couldn't adjust the price. She said she'd have the manager contact me about the experience so we'll see what happens. I don't think I'll adjust the stars even if they end up comping a night - I get that bad things happen and I don't expect a perfect experience every time I go somewhere. I DO expect management to care and react promptly. Their lackadaisical response shows me they don't need customers like me in the future

Yelp
Recently, I stayed on property in Fort Worth, do to the hotels proximity to the Stockyards Area. Hotel check in was very time consuming and seemed as if the clerk was unsure of what process needed to be fulfilled to get me a set of room keys. While checking my stay was modified from my original plans, medical issues arose which caused the need for the change. I was told on the phone not to worry about it and we would figure it out upon my arrival. I finally checked in and was told the same thing because the manager was not present. I just needed a credit for the days stay that we were not present for. This never happened and I was told that it was policy. Next problem; Valet service is EXTREMELY unreliable and unprofessional. Asking how much I paid for my car, what I do for a living and keeping my key while several blocks away. These circumstances combined kept us waiting on the curb for the valet attendant to return. Topper: Fast forward to this week I received a $92 dollar parking citation for the time my vehicle was valeted. I contacted the hotel and spoke with front desk Samantha and the Manager Jaime and was essentially treated like it wasn't a big deal and that someone from the garage would reach out to me because they are a third party service. So, to understand the facts here my vehicle was parked out front of the hotel for 5-6 hours, but all of a sudden there was a need to joy ride my vehicle at 4:50 in the morning to park the car in the garage, which triggered the citation. The overall customer service and response to these concerns has been lackadaisical and unprofessional. I am still awaiting a response for the valet ticket and joy riding of my vehicle. Stay somewhere else. Hotel Drover is would be my advice, but STAY away from the valet service!! It'll end up costing you $132 a night once the tickets arrive.

Yelp
Best experience I have ever had staying somewhere! Special shout out to Nicolas for making us feel so important and taken care of from the time we got there till the moment we left he always made sure we were taken care of or answered our questions. Beautiful room and views!

Yelp
I must commend The Sinclair on a fantastic job well done for my son's graduation event. We had approximately 25 guests staying at the hotel with approximately 125 attending a rooftop graduation party. The hotel was spectacularly clean, smelled wonderful and became the perfect backdrop for our celebratory weekend! Shyla at "The Wicked Butcher" provided world class expertise and customer service which definitely helped make our event a stellar one. Communication was prompt and effective throughout the planning and organizing stages. Special thanks to Manager Brian, Alex, Bartender Steven, Amy, Brooke and Chef Austin for the most amazing service during our rooftop celebration. The service was outstanding and I still have attendees raving about how great the food and service were! The hotel rooms were perfect and the smart mirrors, showers and toilets were a bonus! The Valet attendants were exceptionally prompt and very professional! The hotel's location was perfect and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The only problems were with Hyman at the front desk who was not very nice and never helpful. Hyman seemed to have an attitude every time he spoke to me and on one occasion told me that it wasn't his job to locate a team member. The elevator to the roof which malfunctioned just before my event began and with absolutely no room upgrade despite my hosting an event at this hotel. I am giving 5 stars despite my interactions with Hyman because everyone else at the hotel truly deserved it. Special Thanks to the Operations Manager (who's name I don't know) for allowing me to make the call on how I wanted to handle the weather and rain issues. I truly appreciate that. If you are looking for a wonderful lodging, dining or event experience, The Sinclair Autograph Collection is a great option.

Yelp
For my first time in Fort Worth, I think I may have spoiled myself by staying at The Sinclair. I loved everything about this hotel. From the excellent staff to the architecture and decor to the very chic and techy rooms. First let's get into the star of the show--the digitized shower. Listen. If you are someone who really enjoys bath/shower time and uses that time to unwind and relax you will fall in love with this feature. You can set the water temperature (I learned that 110º is my sweet spot), choose which shower head you like most, and even set the mood with the backlight color changer. My allergies cut the absolute fool while I was in Texas and these showers after I popped an allergy pill were my favorite part of the day. I also loved the touch screen mirror that gave you the time, weather, and played music. It was a complete vibe. The room itself was great as well; it was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the lights and curtains were also digitized and came with some mood-based presets. The bar and restaurant were phenomenal. The bar was situated on the first floor, but the restaurant was nestled downstairs and gave a really swanky and exclusive feel to your dining experience. I peeked in the gym and it was well stocked. Had I had more time in the city I would have for sure made a pit stop or two in there. Their conference room is also very nice and not at all stuffy like some conference rooms tend to be. I was here for a work conference and we spent one of our days in the room. It had a fridge stocked with water as well as fresh coffee and hot water for tea. I definitely recommend The Sinclair for those coming to visit the area. It's in a convenient location and within in walking distance of several eateries and stores.

Yelp
Excellent location. Stellar staff. Great restaurant/bar (with a recently opened rooftop, to boot!). Super spacious room. Comfy bed. Digitized control in every room even the bathroom (press the mirror for some fun!)...AND in the shower, for lights, music, temp setting. The shower is funky and cool but I'd trade it for a bathtub in a heartbeat! Also, no full length mirror!

Yelp
The Sinclair is a favorite hotel! It provides excellent service and the staff here are top notch. Their bar provides the perfect environment to really and enjoy a quality drink in the Fort Worth.

Yelp
Meh, I've seen better for that price. Some cool stuff associated with their "smart room" initiative, but not enough in my mind to overcome small rooms, and what appears to be problems with staffing. Repeated calls from room phone to room service not answered, repeated calls to front desk not answered ... had to get on website and call main hotel number from cell phone to get someone to answer. Room service has been reduced to "grab and go" as in you have to walk down to lobby and wait for your food. Its billed as a COVID accommodation, but Ive stayed at hotels recently where staff brought the food and left it outside the room door. French fries that came with both our sandwiches were soggy, and everything was cold by time we got it up to room. On way out .... valet took between 25 and 30 minutes to bring car up. Art deco feel is nice and will def go back to try Wicked Butcher restaurant, but will not go back to hotel.

Yelp
My wife and I did a stay cation at this hotel. Let me tell you that this has been the best experience iv had out of all the hotels iv stayed at. Right from the moment we got here we were greeted with a smile and great energy. We never been to downtown Fort Worth and the hotel host told us everything in the surrounding area. He was vary informative what's around here that was a plus. Now let's get into the room it was so spacious we didn't feel cluttered in there. King size bed big tv and the bathroom was amazing. Touch screen mirror yes you read that right touch screen mirror. You can listen to music look up things see what restaurant are around what bars are open. They do have a roof top bar but at the time we stayed it was under renovation. The restaurant they have on property is amazing they have breakfast lunch and dinner. The coffee wasn't strong enough for me but I was able to go across the street and get coffee. The Mimosas was on point the juice to champagne ratio was perfect. Over all I will definitely be back for summer time for the roof top. This was an amazing experience very quality hotel.

Yelp
This is definitely a hidden gem in Fort Worth! This hotel is an experience. Beautifully decorated. Great bar and food. First smart hotel I've ever stayed at. You could adjust your water temperature, lighting, air, blinds, etc from touch pads in your room. Bed was super comfy and amenities were great. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Yelp
Awful experience. Before staying here, look over how many times the valet is mentioned in the bad reviews given to this hotel in just the passed 6 months. This hotel doesnt care. Im here to now add one to the list. My 9mm was stolen from my truck by the valet here. No forced entry to the truck and only person in possession of my keys and truck was valet. No one took accountability as expected. I was provided no numbers to contact, wasnt given an incident report by the hotel, and was still charged for the valet that stole from me. The same valet that everyone staying here has to use via the Sinclairs choice in valet companies. The manager, Jamie, was of no help other than providing his name and then washing his hands clean of the situation knowing I was charged for a service I wasnt provided. I didnt pay to stay here in order to be robbed. Disgusted across the board.

Yelp
Do not stay in a queen room in this hotel. The rooms are in an elevator shaft and the noise will make you will feel that you're in a roller coaster que all night long.

Yelp
We went up to the rooftop bar and the bartender Logan was amazing. He was personable, fun, and made the best margarita ever! The manager was for sure having a bad day, but the bartender made up for it!! If you come request Logan!

Yelp
This hotel is a restored historic office building in downtown... where my brother worked back in the 90s! Always loved the architecture and design and so happy Marriott has restored! Its sleek and retro in the lobby...but wonderfully new and modern in the rooms with the new keypad technology to control the mood lighting to the mirror in the bathroom having a touchscreen for lights, weather and news! Love it! Great service and special touches you expect from Marriott!

Yelp
My sisters and I booked a room to celebrate my oldest sisters birthday. When we arrived, our room was not ready, and we were concerned we would miss our dinner reservations. Immediately, the manager Nick, and front desk clerk Sadie jumped into action. They set us up in the penthouse to shower and get ready for dinner, and assured us when we returned they would have us set up in our new room. When we returned from dinner Nick greeted us as soon as we walked in and informed us that we would be able to have the suite for the night! The room was exquisite, and much more than we expected. However, what really set our stay over the top was the customer service. Nick checked on us multiple times throughout our stay and took care of the entirety of our visit. We will be returning as a direct result of his kindness and professionalism.

Yelp
I had no idea this hotel was as nice as it is when I booked it small but beautiful hotel as a rich inviting bar. There are tasteful and artsy touches in the rooms and high tech amenities in the bathroom and shower.

Yelp
The room though beautiful, was not enough to make up for the lackluster valet, which when I pay to have it, and to refuse to give me my keys at the end was a shame! Then, I pay for the hotel incidental, which was the highest I have ever seen, $150! I paid with a credit card, as they recommend, the machine facing me shows it was approved, as did my bank account, but their computer shows declined, took 30 minutes to get my room after the manager approved it, but with no ability to charge the room for anything, even though they had my money! When checking out, I asked them how I would get the money back, she assured me that the information would process with the "declined cared" and it would be released in 72 hours, it's now 7 days called and was told I am out of luck, there is nothing they can do Now after all this I want all my money back, they refused to do this, or my car, or provide the room they promised during the reservation, they just appear to be a great hotel, underneath it's a bunch of thieves and liars!

Yelp
part 2: this place has one of the best rooftop bars in downtown Fort Worth. four sides outside with a bar in the middle. on a Friday night there is a dj on one side. but if you want a quieter area they is also plenty of space for that too. they do serve specialty drinks but the full bar has anything you might want. great date night space, just don't order the food. (see part 1)

Yelp
Staying here now. Very chic decor. Comfortable bed. Room seems to be quiet. Food in the restaurant is excellent. We had the steak frites and a wedge salad. The salad was larger than any wedge I've ever seen. Steak frites was reasonably priced at $28 and very good and flavorful. Valet was slow and they don't have bellmen/women. The valet put our luggage on a rolling cart but said he couldn't take it upstairs. Normally not a big deal but i have a broken back and can't manage on my own. It will, apparently, take 30 minutes for the valet to retrieve my car at 7am - according to the front desk clerk. Id stay here again but only if I weren't in a hurry, didn't need extra help, and didn't need in and out/rapid valet service.

Yelp
Super cool and modern hotel. High spot was the bathroom. It had a smart mirror with music and a shower with customized light and water settings. The rooftop bar was really cool, the wine isn't stored properly so it tasted off. Cons: Valet was overloaded. It took approximately 25 minutes for our car. They have a governor on their AC like a lot of hotels so it gets warm and stuffy overnight. I'd go back for the location possibly.

Seth M.

Yelp
Fantastic. Great hotel, service and convenience to all downtown activities. Highly recommend!

JanMarie Y.

Yelp
An Art Deco historic hotel with modern amenities. Excellent location, and service from Valet to restaurant. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Very loud room. So so food. Lazy front desk. Need eye glasses to turn on lights, difficult to figure out how to turn on shower. Will not stay here again

Yelp
Jaime at the front desk was rude to us then call me rude. He was completely arrogant, then when I ask for the managers name. He said I was to rude and he would have the manager David call me. I found out that the GM is a woman named Tammy. Guess Jaime lie to us so he could get a buddy to call and pretend to be the GM. Cannot believe the @marriottAC group wold treat anyone like this, little on a concierge level guest like this. This is a ZERO Star Marriott property. Do not stay here!!

Yelp
We spent a few nights here this past week and it was a DREAM. The hotel is lovely, charming, unique yet still upscale - everything you'd want in a place to stay! So clean, friendly staff. We usually don't spend much time in our hotels but we found ourselves wanting to go back just so we could enjoy the beautiful hotel. The rooftop bar was not open, but we did enjoy a drink at the bar and though pricey, very delicious and worth the money. The rooms were amazing - there was music on the mirror in the bathrooms, a big shower that you set the exact temperature to, and they gave us a gift bag for our anniversary! Overall, a wonderful experience and nothing to complain about at all. Would stay here again and again!

Yelp
This is a great hotel as far as accommodations go. Room is clean and comfortable . Only 3 stars because the valet service is soooo slow. Expect to wait 30-40 minutes to get your car . The valet guys are friendly and seem to be hustling but the system to retrieve the cars is seriously flawed . They need to straighten this out . It's our 3rd Time staying here and it's always the same situation . May reconsider staying here during our next visit because of this , which is a shame since the hotel itself is good.

Jennifer W.

Yelp
The hotel itself is very nice, dark ambiance and beautiful decorations with nice restaurant and bar. The room was nice and the curtain and lighting features are all remote controlled, very cool. The valet and all staff were very very friendly and professional! So the negative part is.... Every single bed hotel room is located next to an elevator. Like right next to it. It was extremely loud throughout the night (as hotel elevator areas are) and I got next to no sleep. I did call and ask to switch rooms at one point and that's when I was advised that all of those rooms are in the same position next to the elevator.

Yelp
* awaiting car at valet 25 minutes* Me: "Hey has anyone seen the two valets who left almost a half hour ago?" Third valet: "Uh yeah, the first guy can't find it so we sent the second guy. When he found it, they both realized it was manual and neither can drive it. So they called me because I'm the only guy that can drive stick." Wow. How do you lose a red Porsche?? Also, wow. Also, "valets" that don't drive stick. $30 for that parking experience. Thanks, Hotel Sinclair.

Yelp
The hotel room was tiny, there wasn't any space to even be able to fully open my full-size suitcase which seems like a reasonable expectation for a hotel. It was so small there wasn't room to get out of the draft from the AC which meant either being boiling hot or blown on constantly. The room was very dark with the windows looking at a wall which blocked all sunlight. The walls were badly painted with very obvious patch jobs everywhere. The windows had metal grating which only served to make it feel more like staying in an institution as opposed to what I thought was going to be a nice hotel. The quality of the overall building itself was unfortunate. In the hall there was masking tape holding the carpet down and the walls were horribly beaten up. There was no soundproofing between rooms, I could clearly hear a baby crying and a couple's intimate moments from neighboring rooms. The hotel is known for its technology but there were consistent issues making simple things like turning on the lights, starting the shower or closing a curtain difficult tasks. I was there for a week and the gym and rooftop were closed the entire time which was a disappointment. There were times I asked the front desk for assistance and was told it wasn't that person's job or that I would need to call whoever was on in the morning. I was never able to get assistance from them. I wouldn't waste your time here, it's nothing it's advertised to be.

Yelp
Hotel is fantastic, customer service is bad. Ordered breakfast in bed and was only allowed 30 minutes before someone came knocking asking for our plates back because they ran out of plates. Valet Check out took 30 minutes. I was charged for items that I sincerely have no clue what, I've called to ask only to be told that it is a temporary charge.... it's been 2 weeks now.
