The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, Lombok

Stayed here over New Year for 6 nights. It is a new hotel with a new team that are still finding their feet - but they are all so friendly and attentive, the minor language/understanding oriented mistakes are easily overlooked. The cleanliness, spaciousness, design of the hotel is wonderful. It is worth noting that all areas are truly immaculately clean all of the time. The 70m pool is excellent. The beachfront and associated views across to Gili Air are beautiful. The gym is good and will be better when all the new machines are installed and working. From arrival to departure you are made to feel special and valued. Nothing is too much trouble. The food and drink is of a very high standard - overpriced when compared to the wider region - but notably good. It sits on a peninsula and is somewhat isolated - so if you are into walking out to local attractions, shops and restaurants, then you will be disappointed - although getting a taxi is cheap and easy. The excellent Lombok Wildlife Park is only 10 mins drive away. ||Reonaldo, Fariz, Farica, Anton, Gama and Juli all deserve a particular mention as they really helped to make our stay special. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. It is a wonderful place.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at The Sira, a newly opened 5-star resort from the Marriott Group, nestled in a tranquil and secluded part of Northern Lombok, with breathtaking views of the Gili Islands. The location felt like a serene paradise, far from the hustle and bustle.||Our room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a stunning balcony that offered a panoramic view of the resort’s pool – the largest on the island of Lombok. The culinary experience was equally remarkable, with delicious offerings at the resort’s multiple restaurants. From the à la carte breakfast to the indulgent lunches and dinners, every meal was a delight.||Although our visit was brief, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made it truly special. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, leaving us feeling genuinely cared for. As Titanium Bonvoy members, we deeply appreciated the thoughtful perks and recognition, which elevated our overall experience at this magnificent gem of a hotel.||One suggestion for the future would be to expand the amenities and activities for younger children. However, we were delighted to hear that enhancements in this area are planned for 2025, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store.||We’re already looking forward to returning for a longer stay during our next trip to Indonesia. Excellent hotel with outstanding service from all staff members, especially Gama, Juli, Eza, Willy, Caroline, and many more that unfortunately I cannot remember. The food is delicious. The pool is wonderful. The view and the beach are unbeatable. Will be back for more! As a Lifetime Titanium member of Marriott, I am often in many Marriott properties all over the world and The Sira, being a brand new hotel in Lombok, is on the right track to become one of the most successful in Indonesia. I hope for the best for all of them, and hope to be back again here soon and try their villas!

Staying at this luxury hotel was an experience beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality that made me feel genuinely valued. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect—they were not just attentive but anticipated my needs even before I expressed them. The room was nothing short of stunning, with plush furnishings, thoughtful touches, and a breathtaking view that made it hard to leave. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel truly showcased a commitment to excellence. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. Every interaction with the staff felt personal and genuine—they were always eager to assist, and their warm demeanor made me feel right at home in such an opulent setting. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for those seeking a luxurious getaway combined with unparalleled service. It was an unforgettable stay, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This new hotel, part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection, opened in Nov 2024 and we had an opportunity to stay here a few weeks later.||Our arrival experience was very welcoming and the impeccable service, which we first encountered during our arrival, would remain evident throughout our stay. ||Our suite in the main building was well designed, tastefully decorated and very spacious. A large balcony offered great sea - and sunset - views on comfy loungers under ceiling fans. The modern bathroom with ceiling shower, separate bath tub and a large wardrobe were also very welcome. Finally, housekeeping and cleanliness were efficient and perfect.||The two pools offered plenty of space for swimming and relaxation and the beach, whilst not ideal for swimming due to the waves, also offered a great opportunity to relax under palm trees and mangroves. Throughout the day, little refreshments such as water, juice and ice cream kept being served with a smile which was a nice touch. ||The breakfast menu came with a great selection of tasty dishes, including a few local ones, as well as healthy juices and smoothies such as The Sira Green or Herb Garden Powerhouse. The service was very attentive and friendly (Gama being a good example).||Varying daily activities such as cycling, running or origami were also offered. ||All in all, a great destination to unwind and relax.

Our 4 days 3 nights stay was absolutely fantastic and is highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. The breathtaking ocean view from the spacious and comfortable room, especially during sunset, was unforgettable. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. To top it off, the culinary experience was exceptional, with every meal being delicious and of top quality. It was an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. My stay at the Sira Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and attentive service. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway, look no further. Our Deluxe Ocean View Room was amazing. Although some areas of the hotel were still under construction, it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. The spa was one of our highlight, offering a sublime massage that melted away tension. The steam and sauna facilities were an added bonus. The fully-equipped gym was also impressive, perfect for staying active during our stay. The swimming pool - a majestic, long stretch of crystal-clear water that seemed to blend seamlessly into the ocean horizon. Dining at the Island Table Restaurant was a delight, with a delectable array of local dishes. Overall, the Sira Hotel exceeded our expectations. Its serene atmosphere, excellent amenities, and gracious staff make it an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. We can't wait to return.
