Very nice establishment has been there for quite some time. Barely changing hands full table to play pool, sitting tables, full bar, small parking lot fast street parking and for the customers I don’t know any other place where you can make a friends so quickly, you’ll have friends and friendship before your drink refreshing ice, cold beverages for the adults bartenders awesome stop in. I’m sure you’ll agree. not trendy, which is wonderful very down to earth, peaceful good conversations, good friends, good beverages it seems like everybody takes care of everybody. Nice and cozy. Don’t see it too much anymore anywhere but here in this establishment do you have it all I know a lot of things changed, but this little place in my opinion will always be a place and a seat for you. Thank you so the staff bartenders and you friends. and some old friends from the past drop in from time to time very nice.

They said there was no food, there's a nice pool table an good music, but couldn't play a game of pool till the regulars left, the one lady working the bar was very nice

I nearly went here 2 weeks ago on Friday night just to back my friend up and I'm so glad I didn't! My buddy decided to bar hop and I didn't join. He was there for less than an hour and someone got their face shot off!!! This place continues to bring in the worst people. Over the years so many bad things have happened here. You can change the name all you want it will never change your clientele. I say knock this place down already. Enough is enough!

Sly Fox Irish Pub is close to a classic dive bar. It's old timey to the point that the back door is the main entrance in. Small parking lot that may park about 5 cars and watch the street signs for parking. Pool table & full service bar. Mostly bar seating with a banquette along one wall. What made this bar cool is Sandra, la Reina de Moctezuma as she refers to herself. Breezy, lively, nonchalante, a bit coquettish to the "right guy", socially charming to her other guests. She conjures up her own story line to create her aura & drama. Author John Rechy, if he were straight, would have featured Miz Sandra in one of his novels like the City of Night. Ordered a pint of Guinness & Harp combination, but I didn't call it a "black & tan" in an Irish pub for historical reasons. But Sandra told me they don't have Harp, and suggested I do a Snake Bite instead which is half Guinness & Hard Cider. I opted for just Guinness since I wasn't in an experimental mood. Later, she was kind enough to let me sample a shot of the Strong Bow Hard Cider which was smooth, sweet, acidic with actual sour apple flavour. Next time I'll have to order the Snake Bite. Don't know how exactly Irish Sly Fox is with its grunge-garage rock music. But it's a good, unpretentious, local hang out. And of course, there's Sandra, la Reina de Moctezuma who is worth the visit.            4- stars

Because there a great bar who’s all smiles and cool as can , not to mention she’s beautiful and whitty Plus there bathroom is clean , highly recommended by I, (myself)

It is nice and clean. Has nice deco very open. I went to play pool got on the list with the help of another player, who I ended up playing. He was very good I lost with 3 balls left. I told him I will be back. Didn't drink so I don't know about that.

Chill, welcoming place to grab a few beers , play some pool, and hang out. Pleanty of parking which is always important 😄. The lady at the bar is welcoming and funny.. I really enjoyed my first visit here and will definitely be coming back... I think I found my new hangout bar.

As of 3/2023 . New hours Sunday - Wednesday 12pm to 12am* On these days the bartender can stay open til 2am please call the bar and let us know! Thursday - Saturday 12pm to 2am :)

Super cool dive bar in the area, powered by a jukebox and a pool table. Any given day or night, the crowd is different every time. One day me and a friend came and it was completely dead but a young man bought us drinks. Other times im meeting the local friend crew and they have the place jumping. Some nights have hot bartenders, other times not. The manager is not too friendly and wont buy us a drink or shot. So much for neighborhood friendliness.

I went on Friday.. Jessica was so nice.. Played pool.. It was fun an a great time... I'll be back soon

Great small pub, great service, small crowds not overly loud but good mix of rough characters and pretty ladies.

Looks like a fun place to watch a Dodgers game with a Guinness. The posted hours on Yelp say they open at 11am. That would have been perfect to watch the Dodger @ Cubs game which started at 11am. However, when we arrived at 11:45a, they were closed. Sigh. Please update your hours on Yelp.

Pulled up with the homie before we hit the airport. Crackhead vibes but cheap drinks. No food tho. Idk solid roll of the dice if I slide again. Prolly fine if ur white

The service is excellent. The bartenders are very attentive especially Will and Kj they ensure that your drink is never empty no matter the amount of people in the room. The bar is very diverse, lively, and there is a ability to choose your music on the boombox. The bar was clean too which I loved my ocd friend and I. We loved how Will and Kj were entertaining, funny, and attentive. Please come and enjoy you'll feel like you're visiting a friend.

So I had a weird experience once, but ever since, this place has stepped up their game!! I come in just for Jess because she's awesome, and Mariah's customer service skills and bartending technique have vastly improved!! This place is exactly what you're looking for if you're into dive bars, like I am. Great sports on every tv, pool table with a bunch of regulars always happy to welcome you to the table, and an amazing sense of community. One off night shouldn't affect a Yelp score so I'm upping from a 3 to a 5! This place is great! Definitely stop in and say what's up to Jess and Mariah!!

This is a total hole in the wall/dive bar. I went on a Monday night for a quick drink before an event. The barmaid was Jess, friendly and 'on it.' It was not too crowded but everyone was friendly. There is a little parking lot in the back, it can be tricky getting to it your first time. This is a Dodger bar, GO BLUE - Club Pantone 294. They have a few bar games, including one red felt pool table and a pay-to-play jukebox. On a crowded night, I imagine this is a fun watering hole. Did I mention, Guinness on tap? Cheers.

Went there for a drink around 12:30am, the bartender said there was glass on her side of the bar and it was going into her shoe so that's why she was backed up, took her 20 minutes to get to me, onces she go to me I ordered my drinks, 30 seconds later she told me "no more drinks the cops are here" is this like an illegal bar? She didn't sell me drink and shut everything down because the cops showed up. Worst place ever

Stopped by with my friend this past Saturday, first time visiting this place, I strongly recommend it, friendly service, drinks are on point, the ambiance fun, our bartender Mariah is awesome, fast, always smiling, strongly recommended her "Blue Shot". I'll definitely be revisiting this pub.

Remodeled. Clean. Great happy hour prices. Mayra & Diana are great bartenders. Fun local group with great music (mostly hip hop). Daytime drinking at its best!

My primary reason for visiting was to get some Irish food. Imagine my surprise to find zero food for sale once I had ordered my beer. I did find the beer to be good and the staff very friendly. Maybe next time I visit they will have food for sale !!

Britney at the bar has personality for days, we had a great conversation. I met friendly people at the bar as well. It's not everyday you stumble onto a classic. Stop by for a drink if you're ever in West Lawndale.

Great Bar! Awesome bartenders, wonderful prices! Best prices in town and as an added bonus the air conditioning is on point! Great place to go on a hot day for a cold one.

The bartender Heather is awesome and you were mad at her because she wouldnt give out a free shot not because she was on the phone. Your argument was that a shot on the house should be given out to a person who kakes the 8 ball on the break and she denied you of that shot and said uf you wanted one for your friend that you had to pay for it. I dont know if you have ever had a job but there are rules employess follow..dont bad mouth someone for doing their job just because it doesnt benefit you

So much fun to hangout there every Friday. You can go solo and run into your neighborhood locals and always have a great time with great drinks, attentive and friendly customer service. Going solo, no need to worry, super friendly environment you'll make friends easily. Jessica is my favorite bartender, not only is she energetic and fun loving, but she cooks for the bar on Sunday out of her own pocket and free for Sunday customers. Way to go Jessica!! South Bay - Lawndale loves you!

I was happily met by amber a cool bartender and had a drink and some good conversation and they are remodeling and making it nicer definitely come back

I had a chance to visit this fine establishment during corona when it was closed down for a small private function. Pool table, a couple booths, and a full length bar with nice cocktails and a GREAT OWNER

After a long days of work I usually go to the sly fox because its convenient. I normally come here on Tuesday, Sat & Sun. The bartender Heather is awesome! She's very attentive and shows great customer service! She has an awesome personality to cheer you up if you had a bad day at work. Hands down one of the best bartenders I ever had serving me!!

Solid post-work bar (or day time hideaway) for cold drinks and friendly service. Staff is great! Amber always knows exactly what drink I want before I even ask. It's like magic!

This is my home bar for a reason. Everyone that works there is amazing and it a place you can go to at anytime and relax and enjoy a drink without worring about a bad crowd. It May be considered a dive bar but it about the most upscale dive bar you will ever find.

Came in here for the first time today, stopped by in between appointments. The bartender that works on Thursday was beautiful and fed me pizza when I came in. Made a great margarita and had fun personality. Would definitely come back when I have business in the area. Best stop for new business.

Great new local bar with awesome chill vibes. Lots of sports TVs and a pool table. Kind of a dive bar but not really with the friendliest bartenders in town!

This is one of the most comforting bars I've been to...amazing staff they don't keep you waiting shout out to Jessica for being a great bartender.
