Jen is amazing, very informative and warm and welcoming. She let she try a few vapes (testers) before making my decision. She’s such a great person to see at THE smoke shop she is awesome.

They have great customer service. Very polite. I would recommend them . The woman was very helpful and had a great deal of knowledge on the products . Wish more customers had customer service like therm. I told her I was gonna write a review on her . She deserves a raise !!!

The cigars they sale our fake and the owner wanted to argue instead of refunding me. I bought a Cohiba connecticut yesterday but upon inspection it was easy to see it's a fake with a fake printed Cohiba band and a cheap cigar stick. Will be reporting to BBB and Cohiba, can't trust this shop!

This place is the best. Over the last couple years, I would go here out of convenience, and I started noticing that they had things that other places didn't. Once I started to notice that, I also started to realize that their prices are a lot lower too. I have been to other vape shops, and noticed right off the bat that they are seriously cheaper. Both on the vapes and on the delta infused products. They take the time to help you find something similar if not better, if they are out of your flavor. They also don't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. What a concept! An easy place and fast too! They also have a beautiful service dog named Daisy. What a beautiful mascot!!!!! Go here. They are much more personalized and spend the time finding you everything you need!!! If they don't have it, they will try to order it for you! I'm pretty happy with this place. The owner is very funny. I know all 3 of them up there, Mickey, Moe and Jen. Ironic I share a name with one! All are super awesome!

This shop has a HUGE variety of product and the customer service is always on point! Their disposable selection is one of the best in town. I go here at least once a week and can't say enough about the customer service. The guy always working there knows his product and gives great recommendations.
