The smoking pot shop

They didn’t have coffee. When I walked they told me plumbing was yet they were open isn’t that a health code violation? The staff ranges from Rude to offensive. Odd location at the end of strip centre on Long Point making for wonky parking no coffee. Why would you waste your time ?

Went by on 4/28. They had no CDB treats and their coffee machine broke a week ago. Why the owner didn't just buy a couple of Mr. Coffee pots and bake more treats is beyond me.

Went for the first. They were low on alot of items but they had also me cool stuff. Went to look at oils for my dog and mother in law with cancer. Must visit this place they are very reasonable and friendly.

I was really excited about this place because I live in the neighborhood behind it. We went the Monday after their grand opening and the water was out, so no coffee. We did buy a vape pen. Owner was there but awkwardly unhelpful and on his phone as we were asking him direct questions. Luckily we finally got help from another employee. We cut them slack because it was a new opening. Went back today with my sister to try it again. Today the story was the coffee machine is broken and they are having trouble getting it fixed. Staff couldn’t find proper cup lids, didn’t know coffee options or anything I asked about. For $7.43 they put a dropper of cbd in a cup and directed me to go outside to a mobile truck. The vanilla latte was awful. The espresso was not fresh and bitter with no flavor. We couldn’t drink it and was total waste of money. Again the owner was blindly walking around and his employees were openly saying he didn’t know what he was doing. Very unprofessional. To call this place a coffee shop is a joke. You don’t even have the basics. We want you to succeed but not interested in a basic smoke shop. Starbucks is cheaper(for same size), better service, educated employees and WAY tastier. Get it together.

Super disappointed with this “coffee” shop. Using the word coffee as a distraction for smoke shop. The first time I went I was told the plumbing was broken and the second time I went I was told the plumbing and espresso machine was broken. You’re a “coffee” shop so you should still have brewed coffee, cold brew which is brewed in ambient temperature, siphon or for the love of coffee even a pour over would suffice. That would show effort! I was excited about this place because they were doing something different than others. However, they had no backup plan for the only machine they own breaking down? The perception is that no one is leading them. No one knows anything about coffee. No one knows anything about when or how they will get things fixed. The backup plan was to bring a pop up coffee truck in that looks worse than you do. Just another distraction from being a smoke shop. Really hope the owner comes up with a better plan. People in the branch have been wanting a great coffee shop for a long time. If you can’t get it together then I am sure someone will see the opportunity and snatch it up.

I was very disappointed with this shop. Most of what was left was over priced, and the staff was not the most personable. The coffee machines were down, as most of these reviews state. I heard, who I assume is the manager or owner, saying that they were not prepared for the rush they received, but that seemed like a poor excuse for lack of product. I am not sure how you open a place like this in Houston and not expect a rush. Turns out they do not even brew the bagged coffee they sell in store, they use a different brand and add CBD oil. I was really hoping for a much different experience than what I had, and would suggest sticking to online ordering until a better shop comes to Houston.

The guys in the store were very nice and did a great job explaining why they are basically just a CBD shop as of now. A few glitches they ran into that they're working on and then I'm definitely giving them another shot. They have artwork displayed for sale, and they change out with a different local artist every month. They will be selling Be Someone's artwork soon which I thought was awesome. They already have some of his shirts for sale there. Excellent products for sale at a fair price

I went in last week and i was very pleased to find that they have a large arrangement of cbd products.. I bought 2 bottles of tincture and some edibles.. The edibles were amazing and the oil is helping my wife and I.. The oils helped me with my anxiety and my wife with her knee.. Thank you for coming to spring branch, much appreciated. We will be back..
