Look I hate to tear down something that's been so great for Frisco, but this place has been slacking and this is only my second time going to them this summer season. Season. Each time I go they don't round off the top of the snow like a regular snow cone should be and they give you small er portions than the cup. I have the red one that they served and is untouched and I have the white one where I only had four bites and I found a lot of space in between the ice disappointed and rather go a snow cone shack on the side of the street.

I stumbled upon the Snow Cone Lady in Frisco for the first time today, and it was a delightful surprise! The place only accepts cash, but the service is incredibly fast. I ordered Tiger's Blood, piña colada, and dill snow cones. The dill had a unique sweet pickle flavor that I actually enjoyed. I sat under a tree to savor my snow cone, which made the experience even more relaxing. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Nostalgic, yummy, cheap. We like supporting small businesses! Only $3 for a very large cup they list as a small. Great value. Perfect summer treat :)

Getting a snow cone should be a simple and laidback affair. That is exactly how it was! We were at the Frisco Heritage Center and noticed people walking with snow cones from the same direction. So, we investigated and found the source! A no-fuss setup in the open with many offerings for a reasonable price. The flavor is there. You could either enjoy your snow cone under the shaded seating, drive with one or chill in the open parking space.

my family has been coming to the snow come lady for years and years. we love it here and the snow cones are always so so good. there is usually a line, but you go through it fast. there are so many flavor options that it makes it difficult to choose!! highly recommend the snow cone lady, it’s a neighborhood classic.

The taste of the snow cones is always excellent and she has so many flavors. Best tasting snow cones!! Texas State Fair snow cones don't even come close!!! My only complaint is that she is not open all year. We went several times for snow cones in April but she wasn't open and we didn't know when she'd open again. You must visit this place if you're a snow cone fan!!

Hidden gem near Frisco Heritage Museum. They don’t skimp on the syrup. Every bite was flavorful and the extra creamer is definitely worth it. Service was super quick and friendly.

Permanent snow cone vendor in downtown Frisco. Two convenient walk up windows to order from. Large menu with many different flavor options to choose from. Fast and friendly service. A few benches with shade to sit under.

We keep returning to Frisco snow cone lady to beat this TX heat and it does not disappoint. Our favorite flavors so far have been vanilla, tigers blood and the Miami vice! But really you can't go wrong with any of their flavors. Also, ask for the cream- it tastes perfect with it. You can't beat the price (believe me you need the large cup!)

We need more places like this around the metroplex! Loved it and wish I lived closer!

Paid extra for extra juice and there is barely any juice at all. Very disappointed, felt like I paid for plain ice

First time I went and they had the seasonal menu - so I got the Barbie which was coconut + cotton candy! Friendly service and the prices are great. You can't beat a cheap snow cone and it's a family owned business! The shack is also super cute and in the rail district of Frisco.

If you've got a craving for snow cones this is a good place to go to. They have a lot of flavor options, various sizes, and options to make flavors sour or add cream. Service is also fast no matter how busy they are.

My boyfriend and I are snow cone snobs. The texture of the ice matters first and foremost- and typically only Bahama Bucks can come through. We tried Frisco Snow Cone Lady and this lady came through!!! The ice was perfect, and our flavors were pristine. I got vanilla and he got grape, and we were highly satisfied. We'd become regulars if they didn't close down for the school season. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were craving snowballs, and we saw that this place had some really good reviews. We decided to go and check it out. The line was long so we thought it'd be worth the wait. The service was was very minimal . We asked if they had condensed milk and we were told they did and no they didn't, they just added half/half . Not the same . The flavoring was very light .

Great treat for Texas summer heat! This is so much better than Bahama Bucks, in my personal opinion. The flavors are delicious! My personal favorite hands down is the White Hawaiian, which has cream in it. I recommend coming here before nighttime because it can get pretty busy. If you want fine shaved ice for a great price, this is the place to come to on a hot summer day!

Meh... it was all right. Nothing to rave about. I definitely would not come back unless I was with someone who wanted to desperately come here. At 9 pm it was crowded here. Packed actually. Not a single patron was wearing a mask. No one was standing 6 ft apart from other groups of people. There was nothing marking where and how far people should stand while waiting in line. We stood 6 ft behind the couple in front of us. The group behind us did not give us the same courtesy. The risks definitely outweigh the benefits.

1st time experience.... single line with 15 in front, moved really quick. Order placed for 2 snow cones, wedding cake with extra cream and frisco snowcone lady special with cream. Neither order was correct. Wedding cake was the driest snow come I've ever had and weak flavor, no extra cream. The other, the cream was forgotten about but the error was caught before walking away and it was added. For $4.75 for 2 snowcones, ya get what you pay for. No need to go back, there are too many better options. Great location and space, should add some outdoor activities (cornhole, Outdoor Jenga, etc)

Great place for the summer! Lots of flavors to choose from. I got the Honeymooners Delight which was mango/guava. Very popular and cheap!

Flavored ice and the cream taste exactly like plain ole milk,it's definitely NOT condensed! Don't waste your time you can get kool-aid packets and make frozen cups to quench your summer thirst instead. Better yet get some popsicles!! This is why I travel all the way to Main St. In Lewisville my snowballs.

If you want to give money to support a racist Trumper this is the place for you. If you've ever had crappy service here, and you're a minority then I'm sure you can now put two and two together. She'll blindly defend her ignorant beliefs, so there's not a point of engaging. Rather, give your business elsewhere where they will treat you like a decent human being. Plus, the snow cones are awful. You can find way better quality elsewhere. Sorry if this was a buzz kill for anyone but we work way too hard for our money, for it to be in someone's pocket who will probably send that money right to the Cheeto himself. No thank you.

i love the snow cone lady! their snowcones are amazing and i love them! i would recommend going there often because they are only open in the summer, it is very cheap and the best snow ones i've ever had!

We LOVE Snow Cone Lady! Soft ice. Delicious flavors. Fast service. Prices you just can't beat! Shaded seating (benches with umbrellas) and a few others. Plenty of parking. The location is at Frisco Square and John Elliott. Maybe pack a folding chair just in case you want to stay and all the seats are taken. Our family really enjoys coming here for a cool summer treat. What a cool Frisco staple!

The snow cones are ok but I wish the flavors were a little stronger but I do recommend giving this place a try.

She is a Frisco institution. There are none better. Her prices are much lower than the competition, and the quality is much higher. Can't ask for much more! White Hawaiian. Do it.

I have never been one for snow cones. All around north Texas you see those roadside stands and shacks hawking sno cones and a multitude of flavors but it has never been something that interested me much. Then I was informed of the Snow Cone Lady and that it's a place that actually has a line? At a snow cone stand? Ok so it was finally time to check it out. My father was in town, my daughter was with me ( and she had already been there once) and we went, after a pretty good burger from Gogo Burgers. (which I reviewed) So it is a little red shack right off Main Street and there was a line..... Wow. At $1.50 for a small, it's definately worth a wait. Dreamcicle,chocolate, wedding cake, pina colada. Some really good flavors and even sugar free versions of many. As for the taste? I had the dreamcicle, and they put some cream on the ices and it tasted exacly like a creamcicle..... no joke. They give you those straws with the little spoon on the end that can cut your lip if you're not careful (so be careful). A small is more than enough and it is a place I will bring my daughter back to. Not a whole lot of seating but they have the umbrellas keeping you cool if you do get lucky enough to sit. Enjoy.

Pretty finely shaved ice, maybe not quite HAWAIIAN STYLE-shaved, but good. MANY flavor options. will give u a sample. Shaded area to stand in line. Portions are LARGE-only outdoor seating, mostly shaded. worth the wait if there is a line IMHO. i got the tigers blood. very sweet but good.

Be ready to wait in a long line and have cash ready! The Frisco Snow Cone Lady is a staple in this community! Plenty of syrups to choose from and a perfect treat after having lunch at Babes or going to a soccer game across the street I have seen other snow cone stands and will always drive to Frisco Snow Cone Lady over everyone else!

My family and I make our little trek to the snow cone lady each year. I really enjoy her snow cones as it reminds me of back home in Louisiana. I am not sure if this is permanent, but they take cards! Yippee!! So for all of you non-cash carrying peeps like me have at it. One more thing, make sure you check Facebook before you go. Iv been going to Snow Cone Lady for years and have had some issues in the past. I decided to give this place a second chance. DON'T FORGET YOUR MASK! COVID-19 knows not to go under or over glass shields but apparently knows to attack you while outside getting Snow Cone. I was refused service due to not having a mask even though I had still covered my face OUTSIDE and was still refused service. I no longer plan to support this business especially since Bahama Bucks seems to always taste better. Save your money and get better quality treats and service somewhere else.

First time trying this place and we like it the size for the snow cones if really good and price fair, absolutely delicious, only thing they didn't give us napkins not sure because is normal or because we didn't ask either so be prepared with wipes for your kids. Other than that, we will back.

Two things that go together beautifully...Texas & snow cones. They have dozens of flavors to chose from and they don't skimp on them either. There's a nice sitting area and if you don't like sitting, there's a train track you can walk around. Thank you snow cone lady for saving my life.

Good way to cool off daily, big variety of flavors & great prices. Very nice staff, always smiles even when there's a long line in the heat. Only wish there was cement to stand in when it's after a rain, the ground is made of sand and press rocks. Works well on a dry day not so much on rainy days. I love this place, and convenient to frisco and little elm!

Love the snow cone lady!! The ice is very thinly shaved and they don't skimp on syrup. The portion sizes are large for the price. They do take credit cards! There are lots of flavors to choose from and the line usually moves really fast.

My daughter and I are rating these "snowballs " as compared to those in New Orleans. They are THE BOMB! So happy a friend recommended The Snow Cone Lady!!!

Best snow cones! A great place for a cool summer snack. The prices are very cheap as well, but still a great quality snow cone. The wedding cake flavor I had was very yummy. I will definitely be returning and trying more flavors. Also, I went around 7 PM and there was hardly a line which was nice.

First Off, to address all of the negative reviews, I would like to make some statements. For all of the people complaining that the ice is too crunchy or not finely shaven enough, it's supposed to be that way. A Snow Cone is a crunchy and coarse texture while Shaved Ice is a fine and smooth texture which is almost like snow. All ice is shaven through various machines and it depends on the machine for the texture of snow. She is the SNOW CONE Lady and not the Shaved Ice Lady. Anyways, my family has been coming here for a long long time. I recently learned that she sent her kids to college from the money she made from her stand. If that's not incredible, I don't know what is. I've never had a bad experience with the Snow Cone Lady and we go there quite often. While the line can be long and the weather can be hot, I have always found that the reward is worth it. She has a variety of flavors and even sugar free flavors which I appreciate. She always gets my order right and the workers get it to me with a smile. And it's incredible that all of the flavors are home-made and not ordered from somewhere. Anyways, the Snow Cone Lady gets a 5 star from me for being one of the best in the snow cone business and the cheapest in the area (unlike the way expensive price of Bahama Bucks).

The Snow Cone Lady is a legend here in Frisco. As a longtime resident myself, I always enjoy going to her shop for a delicious and inexpensive treat (only $2.25 for a large)! The setup of her stand is nice, with several benches and light poles nearby. There are a couple dozen flavors to choose from and I usually get rainbow myself. My philosophy is, you haven't really visited Frisco until you visit her place! One of the old time favorites around here!

Who would give the snowcone lady one star except a fool! I pity the fool that goes anywhere else. Been coming here for 16 years. And when I am 92 and have no teeth I'll still be coming here because who doesn't want to come here and get a delicious snow cone!

Best snow cones in the world!!! Love the consistency of the ice and how fine it is. The banana split flavor is the best! We have gone here in the summer for years and have never been disappointed!

I love coming to the snow cone lady! It's a small shack and easy to get to. I love the signs posted that urge customers to make a decision prior to getting to the window to avoid holding up the lines. My favorite is tigers blood with cream and banana/blue coconut. It's funny be banana/bc is usually called a ninja turtle at other snocone places, but theirs consists of lime and something else. Either way, the service is always friendly and the lines go fast!

Yesterday was my first time going there, the sweet man recommended the white Hawaiian which was soo delicious ! I am now coming here every time it's hot ! Can't wait to try out more flavors

If i had more stars then i would give her more. I love how she reminds me of a old school, small town snow cone hut. I love how many flavors she has, as well as the amount she give with each snow cone. She doesn't give you little flavor for a huge cup of ice. It's super cheap! I used to go almost every day after work on my way home just so i could have a Bahamma Momma. Delicious!

I finally broke down and tried a snow cone from the Snow Cone Lady. The family and I were out and about in the scorching heat and needed something to cool us down. The line wasn't bad. We only had to wait 5-10 minutes before it was our turn to order. They've got tons of flavors to choose from. The larges will set you back a whopping $1.50. Bring cash cause they don't do plastic. The cones taste great and aren't overly sweet or syrupy.

If you're into snow cones in ANY way THIS IS YOUR SPOT. A Frisco "institution" that I had only heard about until I finally visited recently. She literally is THE "snow cone lady." The lines are long, the prices are SO cheap, and the snow cones...well, awesomely refreshing on a hot day! So many varieties to choose from. Shaved iced is perfection and syrups don't have that overly "processed" taste you get at a fair or something. If you're ever in Far North Dallas make the trek up to Frisco for one of these yummy delights.

If you're looking for a little relief from the summer heat, this might be a good place to go. We have been on a snow cone/shaved ice binge for the past however long. It started with Taiwanese shaved ice in Richardson. It's shaved ice that has fruit and condensed milk and syrups all put together into a cool delicious dessert. We did that for 2 years. Then our friends introduced us to Hawaiian shaved ice in Dallas which was like eating flavored snow. This ice is so fine that it's practically a thick Slurpee consistency. Then we went to another Hawaiian shaved ice place that has similar ice shaving quality but their flavors are all artificial and not nearly as good as the 1st Hawaiian shaved ice place. We were at our friend's house and Snow Cone Lady is nearby and we decided we'd try it out. First off, this place is all by itself. It's a snow cone stand and it's exactly what it sounds like. It's a snow cone that they've put in a cup and you eat it with a spoon straw. It's a very chunky slurpee. The ice, if I'm not mistaken is crushed, not shaven, so don't expect it to be smooth. It is very refreshing and if it's all you have, it's adequate. In comparison, the other places are better, for both flavor and texture, but you can get a huge cup of snow cone here for about the same price. Not bad. But there's better out there.

The Snow Cone Lady is tremendous!!! For less than $2 you can get a large cup with a delicious icy treat inside. I've seen the people line up as many as 100+ for a snow cone and nobody ever seems to complain about waiting. The only downside is that the Snow Cone Lady is only open May through early September. I find myself craving her flavors the rest of the year.

Yes, there's a line. Yes, it's outside. Yes, a dozen new snow cone places seem to pop up every summer. None of this should matter. The Snow Cone Lady is an institution. She's part of the fabric of what gives Frisco an identity amidst the urban sprawl. She's sweet, she's been here forever, and she single handledly signals the change of seasons in Frisco. That aside, her cones are amazingly cheap, you can add cream to anything, and there's a great jovial, community oriented atmosphere in line and around her shop, especially at night. Bring the kids, bring your date - just GO - and bypass the tacky, faceless wannabes. This is the real thing.

Love this place. Good prices for a good snow cone. I always get the small cherry which is $2 dollars. The small would be a large at other places.
