The Soap Factory

Been here 2 times and the 1st time was an awesome time. The 2nd, not so much I came in with my daughter and selected our moulds. The mould I selected was a large one and it was quite flimsy, I was concerned what it would do once the soap was poured in but figured its been used before. Once we started it became immediately apparent that the mould would not hold the soap that was poured and it bent and poured out all my soap. I talked to the employee who said to leave it and she would clean it up. I was not given any more soap and since it was a large mould we had no more. I was left to just sit and watch. Given it was the poorly designed mould and it happened within moments of sitting down I feel I should have been offered another or at least some to do 1 medium or a slight discount. Once my daughter soap came out we started painting. The paint needs to be switched out and refreshed. 80% are empty and you are left with none of the colors you want. This was an issue on the first 1st as well. Multiple scents were empty as well and need to be checked and switched out. Overall not too happy with how it all turned out and I left with no soap moulds.

It was a good experience. However the scents for the soaps were horrible. They might be better if they were diluted but it was so impossible to tell. Maybe it would be better if there were samples of soaps with each of the scents. Overall, I would reduce the variety of scents and instead focus on them smelling amazing!

Fun place, cool environment, great activity. Gets VERY busy on a Friday night. Male reservations in advance. Can be messy. Maybe wear clothes you don't care tooich about.

This place is so cute I could cry 🥹 The employees are so kind and helpful, plus the activity of making soap was really fun and enjoyable. Have been here multiple times throughout the years and each time is incredible.

This place is run by incredibly kind people! Saw them in a travel video and the manager was so warm and welcoming and got me interested in the place. When I return home to Utah I'm visiting this place and getting some soap!

We loved this experience!! The paints are so cool! So many shapes to choose from!! The workers are so awesome and nice!

This was a phenomenal date night! It definitely is time dependent on you and how artistic you are which is nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was chill and welcoming, all and all we will be back!

This was an extremely fun experience! I would definitely like to come again! Loved it so much!
