Went for my daughters 18th birthday and the atmosphere was great but the food and service was mid. Food had no flavor and our server was hardly around. In the end, some other server brought us our check and cashed us out. But, what do they care, they charge gratuity.

Google
We were looking for a fun place for brunch with friends today and decided to try out The Social House. The staff were accommodating when our reservation went from 4 to 5, for which we were grateful. We had beignets, coffee, short rib hash, and shrimp and grits. We loved the addition of mustard greens in the hash and shrimp and grits. The food tasted great. Lively atmosphere for Sunday brunch.

We were on a double date that started at Kung Fu Salon. They weren't serving food, so we walked the couple of blocks to Social House. They validate parking, which is nice. We were welcomed and seated quickly on a Friday night. It was nice sitting by the fireplace since it was a cold outside, and we had just had a short stroll in it.😁 Our waitress was great, I hate I forgot her name.😕 There were so many delicious options, it was hard to choose. We tried the salmon croquet sliders. They were very tasty. 😋 I had salmon asparagus and mac & cheese. It was all very good. I would have liked my asparagus a little less cooked, but it still had a good flavor, and I would still order again. I also did the margarita flight. It was just enough of each one and a nice way to sample. Everyone one enjoyed their food, Chicken Fried steak, shrimp and grits and Buffalo Chicken sliders. The sliders were big, they were almost like a sandwich! Will definitely go back to Social House!🤩

Google
A little more lively/noisy than I like, but the food and the service were good. The fish & chips were tasty - even as leftovers. Parking here is tricky. Don't scan the code in the garage - just make sure you scan the code in the restaurant for a 4 hour free parking pass. (Otherwise, they'll charge you like $34 for parking.)

Google
Really enjoyed my lunch. Such a nice location and was seated right away. Our server was cool and really took care of us with his personality and just helping us look through the menu since we never been before.

Google
We enjoyed our private dining reservation at this location in celebration of my daughter and son's high school graduation. Kyle provided exceptional service and I loved the shrimp and grits!!! The mimosa tower was also a hit! Our entire party enjoyed brunch! Side note: The capacity for the private dining room is 24. However, it's an extremely tight space and I believe 24 is pushing it...I wouldn't suggest having over 15 in the room to sit and eat comfortably.

Google
Great spot and would come again! The menu seems fairly priced with a good happy hour M-F. We ordered a frozen mojito that was absolutely delicious. Then we split a pesto chicken flatbread as an appetizer which was also quite good (probably wouldn't want to pay regular $14, but half off for happy hour at $7 felt good). Both of our entrees were good and there were plenty of desirable things on the menu. Casual, bar atmosphere. Good area to walk around in and they also validate parking IF you park in the garage!

Google
The margarita was very good (blueberry fire margarita) The place is good you seat yourself Salmon was ok definitely needs more flavor and the chicken fried steak was not that great very bland Definitely check this place out I haven’t gotten to try the brunch yet

Yelp
Just wanted to say I was from out of town and decided to stop by to eat because the place looked good! I would definitely recommend this place! Stephanie was a server and she was great! I had the biscuits and jalapeno gravy which were out of this world! We also had our children with us and my 7-year-old loved all of his food! Anna the manager came out and was so lovely! The service was great! I wish more restaurants were as attentive and cared about their customers as this one! When in the DFW we will definitely be back!

Jamie W.

Yelp
Aaron was our server very attentive, the food was delicious, we had the Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans.... We were celebrating our grandsons birthday, he had the Bison Meatloaf, it was yummy as well. They brought him a slice of cake with a sparkler!!! Nice!! Will definitely return!!! Great decor!

Yelp
I stopped by with a friend for a quick lunch (3pm). We didn't have reservations but were quickly seated ; the place was already packed. We were given the brunch menu and the restaurant was clean but no one was maintaining the restrooms. Our waitress was welcoming and checked on us often. I ordered the chicken sandwich w/ sweet potato friends and a mimosas. The mimosa was great. The chicken sandwich was below average; I wanted mine blackened but it was grilled instead. Nothing about the meal sat right with my taste buds. My plate looked sad with 4 pieces of sweet potato waffles. For an extra $2, I expected more on my plate. Casual lunch place with okay prices. It wasn't as filling as one would expect.

Ash S.

Yelp
Frozen food heated up. Crab Benedict -patty and bread was frozen. The side of potatoes were frozen sh*t. Bland taste and horrible heated up frozen taste to everything. Horrible Food. Service was bad too. Waitress never came by to refill water or sauce!

Elizabeth N.

Yelp
I am giving the 5 stars overall due to our waitress Josie J. For Providing amazing service! Stopped by for brunch on a Saturday morning. The environment is fun and lively with plenty of big screens to watch the game. The mimosas were all so tasty! We ordered the Chilaquiles, crepes, and steak Benedict Food was just ok for the price. They also have coffee available. There are parking garages and you scan so you don't have to pay, but if you pay to park the first two hours are free and then you are required to move.

Alexis P.

Yelp
Food was delicious and great variety. Upscale sports bar vibe. Drinks were pretty good as well. Staff was helpful and tentative.

Jessica L.

Yelp
Fun place to go with friends for some fun cocktails! Great indoor and outdoor seating

Jasmin J.

Yelp
Social house first thing on a Sunday morning is not a bad idea if you are coming to watch a game, getting drinks, or socializing. This is my second time coming and the food isn't not great. The only things I LOVED was the friend pickles, the beignets were okay if you're not picky about beignets. If I had never had them, then the beignets would've been that good. The flatbread pizza was very average, I wasn't impressed. I had been craving it but I don't know why I wanted it to be something authentic. The service was really good though and our food and drinks came out very quickly. The location was very good but the only things that bothered me were the flies but it's not something the restaurant could really control but it was very annoying and distracting from conversation. I guess that's why it's called the social house!

Brad M.

Yelp
Excellent spot for brunch in the cultural district! Great selection and good atmosphere

Kevin R.

Yelp
Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. One of my favorite places to brunch around West 7th. Food was fresh and they worked with me to customize my food. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich but subbed for sourdough. Trust me, just do it.

Tasha O.

Yelp
We came in today as a group of 3. We had Amber F. As our waitress... wow wow wow... as a past server/ bartender her service was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was perfect!! Thanks amber for your excellent customer service! As for the food and drinks... great as always!!

Jillian M.

Yelp
Our server was a gem and the place is cute, but man is the food here way overpriced and underseasoned. We were two couples, and we ordered a range of dishes (chicken sandwich, hash, chicken pasta, steak sandwich). The food was all very bland and low quality as if it came right from the freezer.

Lysette R.

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite between climbing and visiting The Modern. My server recommended a lot of great options that I was eyeing, and they weren't the most expensive items on the menu so I trusted his judgment I ended up tentatively ordering the grilled cheese...the apple included had me slightly worried. However, the pairing was great. The sweetness of the green apple complimented the saltiness of the cheese perfectly. The bread was toasted just right, but didn't scrape up the roof of my mouth which is nice. The bisque was rich and perfect for a cool December day. My only gripe with the meal is that the sandwich felt like it could've used more prosciutto. Mine had one slice, which didn't really do much with how thinly sliced the meat is. Overall, I would come back and would recommend. The service was fast and great.

Julie H.

Yelp
Friendly staff, welcoming and relaxed environment! Several seating options, patio, booth, table, bar and the fireplace area. The food was so good, seasoned well, presentation was excellent. They have a chef not a cook.

Askia L.

Yelp
My recent visit to this establishment proved to be a thoroughly satisfying experience. The adventure commenced with their signature espresso Martini, a delightful concoction that was pleasantly sweet and set a high bar for the evening. For my main course, I chose the grilled cheese, initially skeptical due to its unconventional addition of green apples. Much to my surprise, the apples subtly enhanced the sandwich without overpowering it, resulting in a truly delectable meal. The accompanying tomato bisque also shined, especially after a personal touch of salt and pepper. Our server played a pivotal role in our delightful experience, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the menu and offering superb recommendations that catered perfectly to our group's varied tastes. The restaurant's parking options are convenient, with a complimentary garage available upon validation, and economical street parking that's free for stays under two hours. The ambiance is versatile, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating with high-top options, and even boasts a spacious back room that comfortably accommodates groups of up to 20 people. Given the excellent food, service, and ambiance, I am eagerly anticipating my next visit to this delightful restaurant.

Yelp
We came here for brunch. You know I love a good brunch. Everything was really good! The mimosa flights were fantastic. The brûlée salad was delicious! I was not the biggest fan of the walnuts but that's just because they were super sticky, reminded me more of brittle. The chicken and waffle were really good. Great flavor, the only thing that would've made it better would have been if it was actually hot. It was warm ish but it should've been hot. The service was great and we sat on their patio which was beautiful! I would come back for sure!

Kristina L.

Yelp
We came to Fort Worth for vacation & we loved this spot!! The slushie drinks are sooo good!! Our waitress Autumn was on point!! The hostess also had the mostest!! We came back a few times during our stay & we watched football it was great!!

Christopher O.

Yelp
Went to the Social House this afternoon for brunch. The waitress was very polite and was very helpful. Had the Steak Benedict and the tomato and balsamic bruschetta appetizer. Everything was fantastic and the coffee was pretty good. Snooze is my breakfast place of choice but this is definitely a great backup.

Grant M.

Yelp
Fun environment. Great food. Had a wonderful lunch on a rainy day. The staff was super friendly too.

Elle L.

Yelp
Social House is a really nice establishment with a patio. We went on the 4th and babe got the BBQ hamburger, which he said was spicy but really good. He also got the onion ring thingys with sauce, and I can vouch, those were amazeballs. I got the spicy red sauce shrimp pasta. It was spicy, which I love, but it literally taste like a Supreme pizza with shrimp. I'd definitely try something else next time. Babe had a cherry old fashioned and we are old fashioned specialists lol, and he said it was amazing!!! I had a good sweet tea. My 1st cup had a small bug in it, but the 2nd cup was great. Our service was good and we will come back if in the area. Maybe when it's cooler to sit on the patio. I was cold inside. Lots of parking around around. Hope you like the pics . Not a 5 but still Elle Approved.

Yelp
Party of 4. Out of towners. Overall I really liked this place. I would go back if I lived there and give it another try. My chicken was a bit dry and my potatoes cold. One of my party had to send his back as it was way overcooked. The other two thoroughly enjoyed theirs (fish and meatloaf plates). Drinks were fun. The server was excellent. The overall feel was just right..fun, casual, but slightly uptown. Parking was a bit of a bummer as we had to get on the third floor of a nearby parking deck.

LaTaya M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place. The food was pretty good drinks were great. The atmosphere was also very nice, I wish we had set closer to the fire, but overall it was good. I ordered the Smokey BBQ burger which was pretty good just a little heavy on the sauce. Made it a little soggy for me but I have texture issues. My husband got the chicken fried steak he really enjoyed it. I ordered the Frozen Flight with an Ocean Water, Peach Bellini, Wild Berry Mojito and Margarita. All were good not reallt that strong but very tasty. Overall I enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Heather B.

Yelp
They accommodated our large group very well. We had no problems with lost or incorrect orders. Servers didn't hover either. The margarita flight was crazy; we loved it! Imagine getting six baby margaritas of various flavors with your brunch! See--crazy! My jelly filled benigets were a major disappointment.  They were not filled--jelly syrup was drizzled over them instead. Disappointing! They also had a hard outer shell. I'm not sure how these classify as benigets. The taste was just boring with the brightness of tasty syrup. I will note, though, that the presentation was top-notch!

Callie C.

Yelp
Great vibe for Sunday brunch! Super chill and relaxed. Food was good and mimosa flight didn't skimp! My waitress/bartender was super friendly too. Will come back!

Kelli T.

Yelp
Great beer selection, friendly staff, tasty food, a huge wraparound bar, plenty of tables, plenty of outdoor seating and across from a movie theater and parking garage is the way to go if your in the area.

J. M.

Yelp
Very mediocre food and high priced. The one in ft worth is nicer than Arlington Not a repeat place for me

Sandra R.

Yelp
One of the worst places I've ever eaten at. Now I will say they were fast to accommodate the large group of 11 of us but that was about it. Ordered a cheeseburger with American cheese and what I was given was "the cook don't care burger"! The meat was flavorless and had a cheese sliced that looked like the square single slice chees in the plastic wrap. The patty just had a weird taste to it like burnt bacon mind you I did not order bacon. The lettuce was limp, sad and so saturated with grease And the fries looked like the bottom of the frozen bag fries that did not even measure 1/2 an inch. When I asked the waiter to remove the order from the bill because I didn't eat it He said he could not and I should have said something. I explained that he knew the whole table was upset about their order, how we were all given the bottom of the bag fries he didn't seem to want to make things right. he said he would ask the manager. THEY TOOK OFF A WHOLE $1.80 !!! Save you money and go somewhere else. You'd probably get a better burger at McDonald's

Megan Y.

Yelp
My friend and I went here before we went to a rug tufting class, figured we should eat somewhere close by. The restaurant is on a neat little intersection, it's very cool to walk by. The food was okay, my tuna avocado toast was pretty bland, it didn't taste like it had any of the ponzu sauce mentioned on it. My friend's waffles were way better, but it's hard to mess up waffles I feel like. Service was interesting, because I want to be upset about how long it took for our server to bring us the check but it also seemed like she was incredibly busy. That, and her unruly table of six obnoxious adults sitting next to us were probably being AWFUL to her. I watched one of them throw up on the table and the other five people doing absolutely nothing. What a group to observe..

Tracy D.

Yelp
We came here last night with another couple to grab a quick bite. Our group had the smokey BBQ burger, braised short rib pasta, chicken fried steak and calamari. The food was ok. The calamari was recommended to us if we "like spicy" and it was the most underwhelming fried calamari I've ever had. It wasnt crispy and the sauce over it was buffalo sauce. The rest of the food was a bit betterm my sister liked the pasta. The service was good and they had a decent drink selection.

Ava R.

Yelp
A friend and I met for brunch at The Social House. I arrived first at 11:30 and was told that there was a 30-45 minute wait for a party of 2. I was shocked but must admit that the restaurant was full. We were seated 15 minutes later ( Thank You! ) and were immediately greeted by our server. I ordered chilaquiles and a carafe of passion fruit mimosas. My friend ordered the Belgian waffle with bacon. Our food orders were out in no time! I really enjoyed my meal, so much so that I forgot to take a pic. Overall, I recommend this place for brunch and hope to go again and try other menu items.

Dayton M.

Yelp
Ricky was great! Good service good food, would de come again and recommend him for any service.

Kimberly W.

Yelp
I love a good Happy Hour and Social House doesn't disappoint. The service is good and the drinks are even better. They have good food and are nice for groups.

Lottie L.

Yelp
Music was louder than ambient when we got in which is nice for a lively crowd. Okay for families on a Sunday afternoon. Full bar with over 80 beers on tap including a rotating list of seasonal. Pretty good selection and pricing for the options. I was craving ahi tuna. They have an appetizer portion as well as a salad. I was pretty disappointed with this, but I guess it's bar food so I shouldn't expect much. The sandwich was also nothing special. Service was better than the food. Relatively quick and friendly although missing a few things when I received my plate. I probably wouldn't return unless I really wanted a nice craft beer and if I found myself with nothing else open nearby.

Troy B.

Yelp
Basically sandwich/pizza restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating, service was ok. We ordered salad and extra crispy pizza. Salad was ok at best. Pizza had good flavor but the crust flopped lacking any crisp which we requested. Hoping our experience was simply an off day, we'll give it another try.

Ashley K.

Yelp
We came here before a basketball game and loved it! The food was very good and came out very quickly. The inside has a great atmosphere with fun drinks to enjoy with friends! We definitely will come back when we are in the Ft. Worth area!!

John W.

Yelp
Solid. Consistent quality across locations. Great Happy hour spot. Pic of Rib Hash, good stuff.

Gabriel V.

Yelp
Really fun place for a brunch with friends. Reservations are easy and accommodate a lot of people. The drink tower is about $60 but can be split with a group so it's way cheaper and plenty of alcohol. The food is also pretty good, not the best brunch food but with the tower it's not as important either. Packed on weekend but alot of fun.

Amy M.

Yelp
First time eating here. The service was very good and quick. Lots of options for everyone's taste. Food was very good and tasty, hand cut fries were awesome! Ambiance was nice and cozy. We will definitely be back!

Natalie N.

Yelp
When I went they weren't as busy so I was sat right away. My server was really friendly and we were able to order quick. I ordered the butter chicken for my meal. For my drinks I had a cosmo and a Paloma. Everything tasted so good and the vibe was really cute.

Jaqui B.

Yelp
The times we've gone for brunch it was always a good time. Servers are very polite and are always willing to accommodate any of your needs. We mainly go for the mimosa tower and flights but their brunch menu items are very tasty too. Patio seating is the way to go for me as the inside can sometimes get a little loud on brunch mornings.

Scott B.

Yelp
Fantastic Saturday morning brunch. Our strawberry mimosa was a good start. Our beignet sampler was tasty, and we devoured our Fillet eggs banedict. The Elvis waffle with peanut butter sauce and bacon was phenomenal. Service was good. And 80 beers on tap!!

Victoria J.

Yelp
Just left Social House. I ordered 1 dirty martini and 2 blueberry lemon drop martinis before 6 pm Happy Hour price and was charged full price. I also ordered a margarita flat bread at 1/2 price during Happy Hour and was charged full price. I was having a great time with my friend and tipped on a bill that was padded and didn't notice until I got home. My husband and I have been going to Social House for over 10 years and have never experienced this problem before. My server was named David. Be aware of David and check your bill closely before you leave. Very disappointing.

Sahviye J.

Yelp
Went to Social House today for brunch with a large group. We were sat quickly but that's the single positive part of this experience. Our waitress, Frankie, told my 9-month old twins to "SHUT UP" because they were yelling for snacks. When asked about the issue, she stated, "I didn't mean it like that". We were then confronted by a patron of the bar who told us we needed to "quiet our babies or take them outside". He then continued to yell and get into my friend's face because we refused to follow his demands. Management took over 3-4 minutes to step in and diffuse the situation. Even when she (Megan) did, she allowed the patron to go sit back at the bar and continue to berate us and speak disrespectfully about the situation LOUDLY to the bartender. Megan never provided a sincere apology for the waitress or the other guest, nor, did she take any action to correct the matter. We paid and were on our way out before being asked to leave by another manager, Nicole, because "the situation was over and we needed to just let it go". The food was what it always is, good but not great. We usually go for the atmosphere. I've frequented this Social House location for years with family and friends and have never had an encounter like this. Safe to say I WILL NOT be back!

Semaria S.

Yelp
Social house is one of my favorite spots. This was my first visit to this location. Fairly empty on a Tuesday evening but it was great. They have an amazing playlist that I always enjoy. The tvs broadcast various sporting events of the evening. I ordered the Margherita Pizza which was so hot and fresh. I devored it in record time lol. We barely missed happy hour but they have a great cocktail and beer selection. I opted for the Prickly Pear Mojito which was nice. There was patio seating available as well. You can enjoy the nice weather and casual hustle and bustle of the area.

Jen A.

Yelp
Visited The Social on a Saturday night. The restaurant is big but it was busy so I recommend making a reservation. Parking was easy and close by. But don't forget to validate! The restaurant had a good ambiance and the staff was friendly. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. I'm giving the place 4 stars mostly based on the great service and the strawberry margarita I had. The margarita was delicious. I had the shrimp and grits. The dish looked good but the taste was not my preference. I would go back and give it another try but definitely order something else.

Krystal P.

Yelp
The social house is a chain restaurant. But the food is always amazing and you can always catch a game or great cocktails. The vibe is always electric with lots of great people. Don't miss the chance to catch brunch and bottomless mimosas!

Syd G.

Yelp
This was our first time here but I've walked past it many times. We decided to give it a shot in a Friday night and surprised that it wasn't packed. However, it's still plenty loud at 7pm. We sat in main dining area but you better sit close if you want to have a conversation. The waitstaff is very timely. They brought us waters and took our appetizer order almost immediately. We chose the Buffalo fried calamari. Sounded good. It came out quickly but have to say I was disappointed that for $15 it was fairly small order. That's a bit pricey for a bar appetizer to have such a small portion. It was good though. I had the steak sandwich and substituted Caesar salad for fries. Very impressed with the salad and sandwich. My son had the Bleu cheese burger and said he really enjoyed it. Overall good experience but just surprised a little with prices. Especially with the size of portions.

Pirate P.

Yelp
We had reservations for shortly after they opened. The place was still mostly empty, but the hostess attempted to seat us right in the morning sun, so I asked to be seated at one of the many open tables more inside so our party could see each other. The serving size of the short rib hash was pretty small so I shared my chilaquiles with the member of our party who ordered them. We ordered the black pepper gravy with the biscuits and gravy since a member of our party has an allergy to peppers (other option was jalapeño gravy). Since she ordered an option that didn't include an allergen, we didn't feel the need to disclose. The Chilequiles and short rib hash came out first with another server, who asked if the third member of our party ordered anything, which she had. He then Returned with biscuits and gravy, she took a bite and couldn't eat the rest since they had actually delivered jalapeño gravy. Our server returned and after explaining, the dish was returned and the correct one was brought. There was an apology and the spicy/extra one was comped, but there was no other consideration given. After over $80 for 3 people and this experience , we won't be back.

Jeremy N.

Yelp
place was full of a lot of people on Sunday brunch but food still came out pretty fast and was good! The background music was chill too.
