I would rate this company with ZERO Stars however that is not possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THEY WONT SHOW UP FOR SERVICE CALLS. I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THIS SYSTEM. I bought their expensive home water system and immediately after they installed about 7or 8 years ago it leaked and damaged my ceiling in my basement. That issue took a very long time to get fixed and then getting the drywall fixed was even longer. Fast forward to six months ago I woke up in the early morning around 4:00am to the sound of water running in hy home. I jumped out of bed to find the salt tank overflowing water all over my house. I immediately called The Source H2O and never did get a call back. I called several times and nothing. I spent hours cleaning up the water and had to replace the laminate flooring that was ruined by the flood. Finally I had enough and sent a mean message on Facebook. They had the office guy call me. He made tons of excuses for the call never being returned. We set up a service and he knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue. The 1st appointment time came and went, after the were more than an hour late they called and said they could not make it. I sat at home all afternoon for them to call already late for my appointment and they rescheduled. We set up a 2nd appointment, they called just as the window they gave me to be there expired and said that they didn't have the parts so they could not make it again. Frustrated I set a 3rd appointment it was for today between 2 and 4 pm. At 5:30 a spam number called my phone 3 times and I answered and it was the Source H2O telling me the technician was stuck on a job and could not make it. I asked are you guys ever going to show up? and the guy said well what do you mean? I had to remind him that this is the 3rd time they have called already late for an appointment to make an excuse of why they could not make it to fix my system that has been inoperable for 7 months now.

We love the system itself. The customer service is horrible. They’ll sure answer the phone if you’re a new customer but if you’re an existing it always goes to voicemail. Service was great the first two years. After that they continually cancel on us, I believe because of our location. They tell us it’s because they don’t have filters in yet. We have been without service now because of multiple cancellations for over 6 months now.

Great experiences with the Source H2O team. We first had a purification system & softener installed and then had a reverse osmosis system installed. They did a good job walking us through the process and made sure we were comfortable with everything after installation. I even recommended them to neighbor who just had a whole house system installed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew from H20 The Source, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. I’m a fan of this company, their products, and their service. Mostly recently Matthew came out to do our annual check up and filter exchange. He was very pleasant and passionate about his work. We have had our system for over 13 years, and it is definitely one of the best investments we have made in our home.

We just had Matthew out to do our annual maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. He went out of his way to give us the best service possible and was very quick, efficient and personable. I highly recommend the Source H2O for all your water filtration needs!

I can't recommend this company enough. I spent some good amount of time researching and contacting several companies that offer water purification and these guys were by far the most responsive, and professional! I would gladly share their info with anyone that I know without hesitation. Matthew and Madison came to do our installation, and they were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!

H2O Source is a great company and provides great service. We have been using them for years and they are always proactive when it comes to making sure our drinking water is as pure as possible. We just had our filters changed yesterday and, as always, the service was very professional.

I purchased a system from them for around 8,000 dollars. It worked fine till we had them uninstall it when we had to move. Ever since moving they will not pick up the phone, and we cannot find any documentation online for the system they sold us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money yea and run!

Fear mongering scare tactics, high-pressure sales methods, pseudo-science nonsense, overpriced systems. Treat them like you would a vampire, and don't invite them in when they come to your door.

Seriously. Run away! *** update April 21 2024*** Still no response from the company. This is turning into plan theft. They unhooked the equipment and have not been in contact with us at all. This is getting out of hand. The integrity of individuals in this company and s starting to show. Why can you respond to other customers but ignore us? **Update April 16th 2024** Still no response from the company. No update with the broken hardware they took. No refund. Do not do business with this company. *Update 30 March 2024. They came and removed the leaking hardware on March 5th or 6th. and we have not heard from them if they are going to replace it or refund the device. Starting to feel like they are just blatantly stealing from us at this point. *Update 4th March 2024* The system leaked all over the laundry room. They came out and "fixed it" from the previous leak but now it's just worse.. I really wish they would just come pick up the whole thing give us our money back and make this nightmare go away. ------------------ Let me begin, This company is a mess The salesman lied to us and told us it would all fit in the crawlspace. Which it would not, as this thing is multiple 5' tall tanks. imagine the look on our faces when they showed up with these things. The Salesman said there was no water softener that we needed to refill regularly. This, after repeatedly telling him we do not Want one of those. Wrong again. Again, imagine the look on our faces when they showed up with a water softener. (Just imagine us throwing salt into the crawlspace to load up this thing) yeah we were confused as you could imagine. The financing team had no idea what they were doing. He literally argued with me about how to do the paperwork. Probably because they don't sign very many applications. ( I know, these were all signs. We should have listened. ) And now with the install. 1-They ran the water line through the front of the cabinets. Who on earth does something like that. My 5year old knows better than that. 2-We have very little water pressure. The fridge ice maker stopped working None of our other systems work due to lack of water. Now the guy who installed it is out for a while and they don't really care. "We will get someone out there in a week or two" If I could, I would tell you to stay away from Source H20!!! Not only to stay away but run. ***Update March 25th*** They finally installed the last part and it leaked all over the laundry room. Looks like a defective machine. This is tooo much to deal with.

Stay away, do not let them in your house. Someone showed up at my door acting like the free water test was a public service so we agreed to have the water tested. After showing how "bad" the water is the hard pitch came. I should have stopped it there but my wife seemed to want to try it. As another reviewer stated you only get 3 days to cancel. That starts the day you fist sign. I didn't get the paperwork that states this until 3 days later AFTER the system was installed. I have been trying to cancel and they refuse to email me back and put anything in writing. They insist on trying to waste time on the phone and avoid the real issue. The tanks are larger than the salesman indicated so now our washer is sitting at an odd angle and one of our cabinets is no longer easily accessable. The system shows 600 gallons of water used in 24 hours, my family averages 266 gallons used per day. The reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen was dumping water down the drain constantly for 24 hours until I shut it off. I want my house and mental state back to where it was before I met anyone from this shady company.

We have two of their water filter systems. They said the filters would last over a year for two people. Well since we moved in they have needed to be replaced every 3 weeks for $160. Plus they are loud when they are about to die. We are going to be throwing these systems out and buying new ones. Would not recommend!!!

Miguel and Michelle have done nothing but lie to my mother and I for months. We decided to not want the system and go with another company after they lied about sending us the $9000 whole house system that we had already paid for months prior. We have been promised that we would be paid back numerous times and have the emails to prove it. We have contacted the BBB and we are also going to contact the attorney general in Colorado. I will be setting up warnings like this on all social media platforms and review blogs to warn people of the this deceptive family owned business. If you buy from them, you run a huge chance of losing your money if you decide to go with someone else. They basically charged me $9000 for an RO system that costs maybe $300-500. Do not trust Miguel or Michelle... They are liars that actually pretend to be of God and actually say they are going to pray for your sick family, but they'll steal your money. Incredibly disturbing and stealing/lying is definitely NOT the godly thing to do. I'm appalled that people could be so cold and calculating. I warned Miguel I would have to do this if he didn't return the money and never even responded to the last email I sent. Deplorable. I've attached a picture of the pastoral that they supposedly sent but it was cancelled due to them not having the funds.

My primary reason for writing this is.... I believe this company needs to be clear that they are going to try and ask you to spend almost $10,000 dollars!! Their notices for tap water testing are misleading. The staff was very kind. Diana made an amazing impression on the phone. So sweet. Eric who showed up was friendly but a typical salesman and did his best to be nice as he expressed his shock that I wouldn't invest in this service. And, I felt he was at my home for way too long. 2hours plus!

The sales pitch was a bit over the top, but I expected it. My wife is picky about her drinking water and approves with the new system, and I like being able to get water from my faucet pure enough to be used in my home brews. The best part about the experiences was the installation. On top of installing the full system exactly as we asked, he also went above expectations and fixed a leak under our sink that wasn't his fault, going as far as buying the necessary part from home depot and returning to replace the leaky pipe.

I purchased a Reverse Osmosis in May 16, 2019 for $1,000. That went well I was suppose to put the Water softening treatment, at the time I did not have the money so we agreed that when I sold my house I would send them a check for $7990.00 and they agreed. they would send it to Florida United Distributor Teresa in Service 904-646-9000 the person that organized all of this was done by Michelle Favorel. Weeks passed by her telling me they had arranged everything and shipped the water softening system and that they would install the Reverse Osmosis as well, plus she is the one that made the appointment for me. Throughout all this time she was sending allot of emails to do good reviews for the company. Little did I know she was lying to me about sending my merchandise. This was on around November 20, 2019 When the company called me to confirm they wanted to make sure that I had the RO system for installation I said yes but they had the softening system that the Source H2O had shipped them, they were very surprised and told me that the appointment was only to install the RO SYSTEM and that they had never received anything from The Source H2O, after that they said they would call them and that they did not want to install anything for me, plus they felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation. Needless to say I went into a panic knowing that I was being lied to, I spoke to Miguel Favorel letting him know that I could not trust his company any longer even though he tried to give me some kind of products but I told him that I could not trust him or his mother Michell Favorel. So he agreed to return the money for the home softener system $7690.00. I'm sorry that I've sent this so many times but I'm not so good with computers. The check Was given by hand by his employee Josh they cashed it 3 days later. My daughter Loren Lusch Is the one that paid for the home softener system. The eCheck was declined. To this day they continue saying that they are going to pay us and nothing. I'm going to have to consult a lawyer. How sad. Beware of this company!!!

System was installed 4 years ago and never worked correctly. Every time service visits the house something is fixed but something else is broken. Total scam, avoid at all costs. When problems arise, nobody answers the phone.

I agreed to do a free water analysis advertised in a welcome package. I thought I could learn a little about the water in Parker, stupid me I guess. Short answer, not worth your time. The salesman got straight into all the "dangerous" minerals that are in my water. A number of tests were performed that showed that there were minerals in my water. Yeah, it's Colorado well water, there's going to be minerals. He kept going on how these minerals are bad for you in all sorts of ways, and how it means you need to use more soap. With every new test, it showed how I would need to use more soap and cleaning products. Their whole pitch is how their water filters save you money because you have to buy less soap, and to sweeten the deal, they will even give you $4000 of free soap, and it's all "natural." Go ahead and tell me what isn't "natural", that marketing bs is on everything and doesn't mean anything. Sure there are minerals in my water, and you can say they are bad for me all you want, but where's the scientific studies to back that up? Can't believe people are being scammed into buying an $8000 glorified water filter. Keep trying to convince people their water is as bad as Flint, Michigan.

The source H2o is great love the clean drinking water and really like my new platinum laundry purifier.The people who work for them Cody,Seth and George are all super nice and knowledgeable. thanks connie
