The Sourdough Project

I am a fan of the sourdough project's crackers so I wanted to pick them up from the source when I was staying nearby. Despite having hours listed, this is not a true "storefront" -- you must order online before picking up orders from here. That said, there is nothing like the aroma of freshly baked sourdough items, and the staff is quite welcoming/accommodating under the circumstances. Just don't expect a display case, cash register, etc. when picking up an order here (it almost looks like the "wrong" entrance, but it's the correct entrance for pickup items).

Absolutely delicious! Lemon lavender bread, chocolate chip cookies, and banana chocolate chip bread (not pictured because I ate it too quickly 🤪) are all absolutely fantastic. If you wonder about the taste-don’t waste your time wondering and just order-you won’t regret it. They taste even better knowing there is no palm oil, items are made with heirloom wheat flour, no crap fillers, and tons of organic ingredients. One last pro: they are locally made!

Poor customer service and quite frankly rude remarks from a vendor at one of the fairs I went to. She did not seem to care much about what was going on around her as she was constantly on her phone. I also noticed the smell of weed coming from her stand. She also blew smoke from her vape onto what I bought. However the food was good and I will give it credit, but as it's clear the same vendor is still working at the market closest to me I refuse to buy anymore of your product. Even after nearly 3 months the company refuses to respond to my emails regarding my experience. Bad customer service.

Crackers are always fresh and so crisp. I love all the seasonal flavors and am so happy that you added Beet and Thyme as a regular flavor! They add depth of flavor to any of my dips, but are so good on their own! I am so pleased to see you have expanded greatly!

This was my first time playing an order and I’m extremely picky and a cracker lover so I think these are absolutely delicious and definitely recommend. I ordered the Sea Salt and Honey Cinnamon Graham Crackers and let me say that I love them both. I’m not allowed to eat a heavy sugary anything so I took a chance with the Honey Cinnamon and if anyone is looking for a sweet treat without a lot of sugar don’t hesitate and order them truly delicious. I will definitely be ordering from you again soon thank you so much and I don’t normally do this but I’ve been wanting to also thank @cookiterica for sharing!! Lara 🩷

High key my favorite crackers on the market! I discovered these through my friendly neighborhood Royal Blue bodega and I've started buying them direct from the source. I love that the ingredient list is short and sweet, using heirloom organic flour, and no seed oils! My favorite flavor is the sea salt one, and they taste almost cheesy with the tang of the sourdough starter. Plus, they always include a sweet note when I stock up for a few weeks. Keep it up y'all! You're onto something great!
