The Spa At Hotel Florence

We had Crystals for a couple massage, and they did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage. Front staff were also courteous. Services are reasonable priced, but we didn’t get the full 60 minutes worth of treatment we had booked which is no big deal. Hotel guests get a small discount! We would definitely recommend these folks.

I’ve had multiple massages - across the US and internationally - and I have to say this was one of the most personalized massages I’ve ever received! Keith asked about my needs, and he made sure to target those areas. He explained what he was doing throughout the massage and even gave me some stretches to do afterwards. I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend Keith. Relaxing environment and incredible staff!

I came to the Spa at Hotel Florence for a massage that my boyfriend booked as a surprise, and I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had many massages over the years from both male and female therapists, but Keith truly stood out. As a nurse, I’m very aware of anatomy and muscle function, and his knowledge of the human body was unmatched. He was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. I came in with significant upper back and shoulder pain, and by the time I left, that pain was completely gone. If you’re considering a massage, I highly recommend giving Keith a try. And don’t forget to hydrate well with water afterward it really does make a difference. I will absolutely be back.

Great experience with Keith Jerrel! It was my first visit for a deep tissue massage and he was very attentive to my needs. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. He communicated throughout the process letting me know what to expect and checking to ensure I was comfortable with the level of pressure. I’ll definitely be coming again soon!

Another phenomenonal visit to The Spa at Hotel Florence, this place just never misses!! I had a suger scrub and a deep tissue massage, from Krystal. She is sweet and an awesome technician, so ask for her if you are lucky enough to get a gift card for Christmas, or just going to chill. I left feeling smoother and lighter, don't ask me how, just felt so great!

Had a massage today with Michael - one of the best messages that I've ever had, and I've had plenty!!! She was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. I'd go back all the time if I lived in Florence. She's the best!! She worked through some neck issues that I've been having with bad sleep positions, and I felt tremendously better afterwards!

The spa has a relaxing vibe, and smells amazing! We had a 45 minute couples massage with Jess and Crystal. They were awesome, and asked questions about problem areas prior to service. We were completely satisfied! Would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience. Jess was ready when I arrived. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and the hot towels were soothing. It was very relaxing!

This spa is great. I felt comfortable and very welcomed. I have been to other spas in Florence and neighboring cities and none of them are like this spa. I had a facial, body scrub, massage, and my eye browns done for my birthday. It was so relaxing. Everyone was polite. I will be coming back again. It is worth the self-care I needed. They are very clean too if you are worried about COVID or monkey pox. I felt safe. Thank you, ladies.
