I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the spa at Loews Arlington! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel instantly relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-tier: immaculately clean facilities, peaceful charging rooms, a beautifully designed relaxation room, and the plush robe was such a luxurious touch that truly elevated the experience. My massage with Alexis was nothing short of incredible—the best massage I have ever had. She was exceptionally skilled, attentive, and intuitive, adjusting the pressure perfectly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Alexis has such a calming presence and was genuinely friendly, professional, and thoughtful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to listen to my needs and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. This spa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. 10l/10 recommend the spa!

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been dreading going to bed at night because my body has been so uncomfortable. I’ve never had a massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect but Alexis was constantly making sure I was comfortable and did an incredible job. She is a true professional and you can tell she takes pride in what she does, I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in months. I cannot recommend Alexis enough!

I went there on July 25 2025 the director/ manager ( Kylie ) was very professional and polite you can tell she's GREAT at her job and has a passion for it ! So does the young lady that gave me a massage. She really knows the human anatomy and makes you feel at ease when she works her magic getting into all those areas needed . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could ! They are the BEST ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

My mother and I were gifted a spa day at this beautiful spot. Relaxing and warming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Donnie was my masseuse and he was PHENOMENAL. I had to give him a hug as we walked out. This was my first massage experience and I felt comfortable, informed and relaxed, on how the process went. I will absolutely be back, and request Donnie 😅

The decor of the spa is simply stunning, with a perfect blend of blue, grey, and stone colors that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were not only friendly but also highly proficient, ensuring that every moment of my spa experience was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Kylie, the Spa Director, who was incredibly helpful and provided an amazing tour of the facilities. In my opinion, The Spa at Loews Arlington is the nicest spa and fitness center in Dallas. The attention to detail in the decor, the top-notch services, and the friendly staff all contribute to making it a truly exceptional spa experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat in the Dallas area.
