The Spa at Loews Arlington Hotel

I had an amazing experience at the spa! Bailey was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the experience even better. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work—highly recommend booking with Bailey!

My mother and I were gifted a spa day at this beautiful spot. Relaxing and warming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Donnie was my masseuse and he was PHENOMENAL. I had to give him a hug as we walked out. This was my first massage experience and I felt comfortable, informed and relaxed, on how the process went. I will absolutely be back, and request Donnie 😅

I went there on July 25 2025 the director/ manager ( Kylie ) was very professional and polite you can tell she's GREAT at her job and has a passion for it ! So does the young lady that gave me a massage. She really knows the human anatomy and makes you feel at ease when she works her magic getting into all those areas needed . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could ! They are the BEST ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

I never write reviews but I have to let people know about this hidden gem. I was in town with my husband and discovered they have a spa. My massage was THE BEST I've had by far! Donnie was great! My Manicure and Pedicure was PHENOMENAL! Sara Jane is new but was so knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

I love this spa! It is relaxing and the staff is amazing! Alexis is my favorite for massages and body treatments! I have been here a few times and always feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

Went in for a pedicure with Sara relaxed in a waiting area before my tech picked me up, love the massage chair not your average salon chair either. Very relaxing and peaceful will return again!!

The couples treatment room was the largest I have ever seen, providing a luxurious and spacious setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The hair salon and nail area were equally impressive, with their size and beauty adding to the overall grandeur of the spa. The decor of the spa is simply stunning, with a perfect blend of blue, grey, and stone colors that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were not only friendly but also highly proficient, ensuring that every moment of my spa experience was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Kylie, the Spa Director, who was incredibly helpful and provided an amazing tour of the facilities. In my opinion, The Spa at Loews Arlington is the nicest spa and fitness center in Dallas. The attention to detail in the decor, the top-notch services, and the friendly staff all contribute to making it a truly exceptional spa experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat in the Dallas area.

Having a little extra time at my convention, I decided to get a manicure and facial at the spa in Loews Arlington Hotel. Everyone there was exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable service providers. They also have a very peaceful waiting area with some little snacks and tea/water which was a nice way to relax before your service. I highly recommend getting any service done here. The staff are all just wonderful and very helpful!
