"The sleek subterranean spa beneath the the Joule hotel offers both traditional and experimental spa treatments in a relaxing environment. Many of the facials use Tata Harper products; body treatments include Swedish massage, cupping therapy, and Thai table massage; and there are brow treatments from threading to microblading by local brow expert Rula Sharkawi. There’s a steam room with a giant amethyst shining in the corner (thought to encourage tranquility), a sauna, showers, and the Vitality Pool, a body-temperature pool with jets that gently massage the skin. Book a 50-minute or longer service and get a free spin, kickboxing, or yoga class at the neighboring Vital Fitness Studio. "

I treated myself to a spa day for the first time and could not have had a better experience! All of the ladies working in the women's area were so nice and helpful (especially when my locker got stuck and wouldn't open!). As for the treatment itself, I thoroughly enjoyed every second with Cedric as my servicer. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining the process and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Easily the best massage I have ever had. I have already been recommending to friends and would absolutely book again with Cedric!

I visited the spa at The Joule for the first time today and it was AMAZING. From the use of the amenities before and after my service, to the 2 glasses of champagne or mimosa, to the massage itself, everything was top tier. My masseuse, Cedric, was excellent. He made sure my massage was custom to what my needs were. He even gave some advice on which order to use the amenities in after my massage was over. I will be back!!

Tucked beneath the elegant Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas, The Spa at The Joule is a true hidden gem — an oasis of calm, luxury, and sensory indulgence. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed with complimentary drinks and warm hospitality, setting the tone for a completely relaxing experience. They validate parking, which makes it even easier to enjoy your visit without the stress of downtown fees. I booked a massage and facial combo with Celeste, and she was absolutely phenomenal. I believe I received microdermabrasion during my facial — and I could instantly see and feel the difference in my skin. It was effective without being too harsh, and my skin looked radiant afterward. This place isn’t cheap, but every detail — from the expert care to the serene ambiance — makes it well worth the splurge. If you’re celebrating something special or just craving a high-end reset, this is the place to treat yourself.

Unfortunately, my visit didn’t live up to the hype. I wasn’t greeted warmly during check-in, nor was I offered a beverage until I asked—30 minutes into my visit—after overhearing another guest being offered one. I had specifically requested a female technician but was assigned someone who didn’t align with that request and whose massage felt rushed and lackluster. The snack selection was okay, but the quality wasn’t great. To top it off, a large and very loud group completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere, which was disappointing, especially on Mother’s Day. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

Had an amazing experience with my partner. We got a couples massage and enjoyed all of the amenities before and after our service. It was so relaxing. The massage therapists were informative and talented. Every staff member we interacted with were beyond welcoming and kind. We’re already planning our next visit here!

This place is great! Me and my lady came here for a spa night. Amenities were great. Cold towels, mint steam rooms, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage and my lady had a facial. We both enjoyed the experiences. Will def be back! Highly recommended.

Had an awful day being sick and I had a spa day scheduled today but completely forgot to call to cancel due to me just being bed ridden and they charged me the 210 to compensate for the provider being there. I couldn’t even get a little bit back. They did call to give me a heads up however I was not feeling well and I had my phone turned off to sleep. I’m sure they are amazing but to not even work with me while I’m sick is crazy. As someone who runs a business I would have at least given a customer credit.

Google
The Joule Spa experience was one of a kind! Joanne was absolutely fabulous and my facial was impeccable. It was my first time getting a facial done and Joanne educated me, was so friendly, and helped me reach peak relaxation. The spa itself is gorgeous and feels very exclusive. The amenities are top notch and the staff was wonderful. 11 out of 10 experience!!

Yelp
I was so excited for this spa day for my birthday with a couples massage. I booked this spot because they have a co Ed vitality pool. When I came it was during construction so my massage was in a hotel room on the 7th floor, so I didn't get to see the actual rooms. The reason for only 4 stars is because you don't get to enjoy the amenities all day, you only get to come an hour before and stay an hour after. With the price you pay and all other spas I have been to you get to stay All day. The service was also very slow at the pool so we couldn't even order a snack because it took too long. Also, the restrooms don't have body wash, which was surprising. Lastly, the pool is NOT heated and was cold when we went. I do think it should be heated as it would be more enjoyable. I did love that we got 2 complimentary drinks. Either champagne, rose, or a mimosa. I got the mimosa which was good. The locker room itself is small. I enjoyed the snacks they provided. We got a couples massage and it was probably one of the best massages we've both had. The women's locker room was nice and the amenities were clean and worth it.

Yelp
The environment is not bad, and the massage technique is also very good. The reason why I only gave it three stars is that some details here are poorly done, the swimming pool is not heated, the changing room is narrow, and the relaxation time is limited. I am not satisfied with this relaxation experience

Yelp
I started calling the spa at around 7:40 PM 7/1/2024. While I understand it is a Saturday evening and it can get pretty busy on the weekend, I was able to reach the hotel instantly. The hotel front desk was able to transfer me but still no answer at the spa. I called a total of 7 times and finally a guy named Carlos was able to get someone on the line at around 8:22 PM before closing at 9 PM. The lady at the spa was very rude as if I were bothering her for calling so much. I informed her that I would like to book a massage for tomorrow 6/2/2024. She stated that her name was Theresa, which I highly doubt. When I asked about a massage she quickly told me it would be a male to assist me at 3:15 PM. Very rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she advised me no one was there since it was late in the evening. This place came by recommendation and honestly I am not impressed if this is what the first impression is with front desk person Theresa.

Yelp
The Pros: The facial was amazing. The extractions are gentle and worth spending the money for. The Cons: It's probably the worst hotel spa I've ever been to. - Instead of having a quiet room, they have a small relaxing room for all same-sex patrons to wait in until service time. It's definitely not relaxing because of the constant talking and laughing. - The pool area feels cavernous. There is absolutely NO light and the attendants are slow to change the towels on the lounge chairs. - And speaking of attendants, they were understaffed so the attendants continued to mess up requests. - The robes were a bit worn - it's time to get rid of them and get new ones. I probably won't return and will instead look for another spa to get my services.

Yelp
The worst experience! I booked a night at this hotel for an early Valentine celebration with my husband. I booked over a month in advance. After booking a suite and making a dinner reservation. I attempted to book massages for myself and my husband at the spa. I left messages twice in a week before finally calling a third time and having the front desk put them on the line. They only had 1 spot left at that point and the women from the spa was not friendly at all and claimed they never received my voicemails. I booked the spot for my husband so he could enjoy the massage and figured I wanted to spoil him for Valentines so I didn't need to have massage also. Upon arriving at the hotel to check in we were told our suite was not ready yet so we went to the bar to have a drink and wait for the room. After an hour wait went back to the front desk and were told the room had damages from the previous guest that they were trying to repair and offered to downgrade us until they could get our suite ready, they weren't sure how long. I had booked what was suppose to be a Valentines relaxing staycation and from the very beginning it was anything but relaxing and a getaway. We only had one night and bouncing room to room barely time to relax before the rude spa service just felt off at this point. The front desk agreed cancel our reservation for us and said they would notify the spa to cancel. The spa charged us FULL PRICE! For the massage we never got and the room we never receive

Yelp
This spa was absolutely beautiful, quiet, cozy, and super relaxing. We went to celebrate, but we didn't want a loud bar so we came here. The pool was great, the sauna was clean, the showers were very clean, and the overall space was better than we expected. It is a bit pricey, but the massage makes it all worth it. We got the hot stone massage, and it was comforting and relaxing. We received complementary wine, and we didn't have to wait very long. The staff isn't always walking around, they have buttons to call them up, so it was nice to feel comfortable enough to walk around without stumbling into an employee. If you go in the morning it is much more quiet, and it's a nice way to forget about the crazy city life. 100% recommend!

Yelp
Loved my massage with Paula. The spa was kept tidy the entire time we were there. The steam room, dry sauna and pool were all amply stocked with towels, drinks, etc. The cold ice tower outside the steam room was my favorite amenity. The check in and valet were courteous and prompt. My service started with choosing the oil fragrance and then snuggling into the power massage tables that adjusted in all angles. My only complaint was that my 50 min massage was only 43 min long. I started at 306pm and at 349pm I had my robe handed to me. I hope to return and try Sherim who my pregnant friend had an amazing prenatal massage with. Valet is complimentary just add tip. 23% gratuity included in all services in the spa.

Yelp
My visit to The Spa at the Joule was a delightful escape that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. If you're looking for a luxurious and tranquil spa experience in the heart of the city, I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in the offerings of The Spa at the Joule.

Yelp
I had a wonderful message by Cedric at the Joule. This was my first massage ever and to say that I was not disappointed is an understatement. I feel as loose as can be. I definitely recommend going to the joule for a relaxing massage if your in Dallas.

Yelp
I went to do a spa day with some girlfriends. We try to do this every 2 months and we love trying out different spas in the DFW area. There was only 3 of us this time. We loved all the different amenities. The steam room was definitely my favorite. The people bringing our drinks and setting us up with everything we're extremely helpful and kind. 10 minutes before our massage was going to start, we all went and waited in the lounge. Two minutes before our massage started, everyone was picked up but me. My masseuse , Paulla, came right on time. I told her that I want deep tissue and hot stones. I asked her for more pressure and she said she's just warming the tissues up. 5 minutes later I asked for more again. I felt like her attitude towards me shifted and then she started using her elbow and leaning into me on her elbow. It was an hour massage and I was disappointed she only used 4 stones. Between that and how fast she moved during the massage and heavy breathing, it was horrendous. Definitely the worst massage I've ever received. All my friends were raving about their massage. I didn't say anything at checkout because my friend was paying for me and I didn't want them to feel bad. I did love the spa and everyone else we encountered, I just felt disappointed in my masseuse.

Yelp
Have you ever called a business and interacted with someone who clearly did not want to be working that day and did everything possible to keep you from patronizing said business? That's what it's like calling this spa. The lady answering the phone should be working at the DMV instead of a supposedly high-end spa. Booked $1200 worth of treatments at the Omni instead and had an amazing day.

Yelp
My husband booked couples massages and facials for my birthday. Upon arriving, the front desk could only find one facial reservation and she blamed it on the fact that they're training a bunch of new people so there was "probably miscommunication". I didn't feel comfortable receiving the facial while my husband was just going to wait so we asked to cancel mine and was told we would be charged 100% of the service...FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I was literally crying in the reception area and received no sympathy or solutions. I was forced to get the facial or waste money. The most underwhelming facial at that! Literally washed my face and applied serums..,skip this service because you can do it at home. I recommend going to a medspa where they actually care to make a difference in your skin. The customer service made me feel unimportant and ruined what was supposed to be a nice relaxing day with my husband that he worked so hard to surprise me with for my birthday. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. I was told there was no manager on site to speak to and that the soonest a manager would be back would be when my facial was over and the damage was done at that point. For such a high end spa, the customer service and staff is that of a low level. I've wanted to come here for so long and words can't describe how disappointed I am. I will never forget this negative birthday experience. Breaks my heart.

Yelp
Mediocre service quality, unprofessional front desk staff and part of the amenities were broken. For the price, there are much better spas.

Yelp
I loved the amenities at this spa. It was not crowded at my appointment time. I chose the earliest appointment for my massage and I got to enjoy the amenities 30 mins prior to drink a tea, take a quick shower and change into my robe. I think what makes this spa special is the vitality pool that had jets. It was a decent size pool and alot of lounge chairs to sit and relax heating the water fall.

Yelp
Great spa and excellent service!! The spa had a very luxurious feel and peaceful atmosphere. We recommend that you enjoy the pool, hot tub and steam rooms before enjoying your massage. We will definitely come back!

Yelp
Stayed at the Joule this past weekend w/ another couple for hubs' birthday. Booked 50 minute massages for all 4 of us, (3 ppl at 2pm, my husband at 3pm since that was the only time a female was avail). My friends' husband wanted a female too (didn't know that when I booked) and upon checking in, they said the only way he could get a female was if he switched with my husband. Super awkward to put my husband on the spot like that in front of our group. They should have just said there were no more females. That was the first odd thing. We realized we got there 10 min before our treatment started and we were running a little late, but my friend and I noticed in the female locker room every other girl had a mimosa or cocktail in their hand except us. We were never offered one (even after our service). The girl who showed us to our locker room asked if we had masks (which we told her we did) and we were just hurrying to put our stuff in our lockers since we were running late... (mind you, we are both vaccinated and the lobby of the hotel did not require masks). The employee stared at us and did not leave until she saw us put our mask on. (Which, is ironic, considering you are not going to wear a mask in the steam room or suana... where the germs spread 10x as easy in those tight rooms)... Speaking of the steam room, they really need to do a deep clean on it. I was sooooo excited for the "eucalyptus steam room" and upon opening the door I quickly told my friend "ew, close it. I can't go in there it smells like moldy feet" and she replied "yeah, thats weird, I don't remember it smelling this bad last time..." (It is not just the women's side, my husband said the men's steam room also smelled bad, which is probably just from water buildup). Massage was AMAZING. Honestly, this was the only saving grace. The co-ed plunge pool looks amazing, but I did not try it because I forgot my swimsuit, which...brings me to my NEXT POINT (eye roll).. After the massage, I asked if they had disposable swimwear since I forgot my suit. They do, a plastic 1-piece for a 20.00 charge. (20.00 for a plastic one piece? My friend said she was given one complimentary at another spa.. so I found it a bit funny to charge 20.00 for a piece of plastic paper when I am already paying 200+ for my 50 minute treatment including tip). WHICH...brings me to my next point. At checkout, she tells me my total is 221 including the 23% tip they add. She did not ask if I wanted to adjust the gratuity but instead implied it was mandatory. I find it very odd. They must have alot of cheap people coming not wanting to leave tips because to include a pre-set percentage and not ask if we want to adjust is very bizarre. What if I had the time of my life and wanted to leave 30%? Or what if I was not that impressed and wanted to leave 10-15%? Guess there is no option, so be prepared to leave 23%. My friend thought it was odd too. Overall? Decent spa with fanastic massages. My friend loved hers too. Will I be back? Probably not... because I feel like for the price of that massage and 23% tip I should have not had as many hiccups in the spa day.

Yelp
You get what you pay for. Expensive but service is impeccable. They offer rose mimosa or champagne. You have the option to order lunch. There is a spa employee always attending to replace fresh towels and to ask if they can get you anything. The facility is clean. I got the 80 min massage which was personalized by your choice of aromatherapy. Oil is warm which is surprisingly not always the case at spas. The reason for four stars is because the facility is separated by gender except for the jacuzzi area. However there was a gentlemen who made his way over to the women's side via the jacuzzi area and using the women's sauna. Also there was a lady who was on her phone and talking very loudly for awhile ruining the ambience.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate our anniversary with my girl, this is probably one of the, if not the best spa in Dallas. Service is A+ and the facility itself is world class. We got the 80 min custom massage and got the scalp massage at the end, highly recommend. They even gave us a complimentary snack to enjoy by the pool as well as a glass of mimosa when we arrived. In terms of amenities, there's a co-ed vitality pool that's heated to your body temperature. You get to enjoy food out here and there's relaxing music that plays. In the changing rooms they have a steam room, sauna, Swiss showers and a reception area filled with snacks and tea/lemon water. Overall the experience was a great one, it's a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for!

mandy r.

Yelp
I had a really nice time. The service was great, the massage was great, etc. But the amenities weren't so great. The sauna was not working so that was a total miss. The pool was a little weird. It's underground and not heated. And it's winter. At best tepid. And LOUD. By that I mean the jets and waterfall features. It really echos in there and is a little distracting. And the toilet seat in the women's restroom was broken. Not a big deal but also not what I would expect at this price point. But like I said the massage was fine and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Yelp
How this is not listed as the best spa in Dallas - I have no idea. This place is INCREDIBLE and so worth the price tag. There are almost too many great things to list, so I posted several photos in hopes that I could explain better. It's not just a spa, it's an experience. The spa at the Joule is a subterranean masterpiece. It is cozy, dark, warm, and a perfect escape. There are no bright lights or tv screens like at other "high end" spas in the area. You can enjoy the sauna, steam room, Swiss shower, co-ed vitality pool, and comfortable lounge area with yummy snacks and six different types of tea - all before going for your treatment! If you're looking for a special occasion date location, this should be your go to! This is one of the only places in Dallas that I've found that has an area for you and your significant other (if you're of different genders) to spend time together outside of the massage room. The vitality pool allows you and your SO to spend time together before or after your appointment, sipping the complimentary champagne and resting together. It is delightful! Long review short - Save your money up and go to this spa!

Patty S.

Yelp
So I went to this spa years ago when it was called the ESPA spa. My favorite massage therapist left so I figured I would try other spas in Dallas. I am not sure what I was thinking. This place is hands down the best spa in Dallas. I like to spend hours here. It's beautiful and clean with many options for hanging out. There is the relaxation room, the sauna and steam rooms and a pool area. You can order food and it's ridiculously good. Their snacks are very delicious and worth the calories. The robes are super roomy and comfortable with pockets. This is very important. And there is no need for a key for the locker. My massage service was great and I found a new favorite therapist. I won't tell you who since I want to keep him all to myself!! I will definitely not wait another three years to come back and I also won't make the mistake of trying another spa in the area. This place is it for me.

Yelp
Beautiful and relaxing. I love this place. Quiet not very busy meaning not overly crowded. I'm a Empath so big crowds aren't my thing. I love simple, quiet and slower paced spas. This is my heaven. I started in the relaxation area giving me some time to unwind and mentally shift out of busy mode. Wonderful cucumber water and teas of your choice offered and cute little bit size snacks. This is a great area to shift your busy brain down. I set a 20 min. timer on my phone to lay in the large lounge chair to meditate and relax and create a slow moment for myself. Which of me worked out great. Then I moved to the steam areas: dry sauna and wet sauna both so very relaxing. I personally liked the wet steam with the smell of eucalyptus with the steam. So after stepping out of the saunas I processed to the lavender jet shower that you start with a wall iPad device. It's a open semi circle shower with rows of jets that shoots water in different areas at different times and adjustments to hot or cold. Perfect after the saunas. Now with a relaxed clean body. I then head over to the shaved ice pat down spot, very cool idea. Where they have this pile of very small ice cubes in a bird bash shaped tall pedestal and you grab a hand full and pat yourself down with it to cool off. Very clever and refreshing idea. This really helps my body cool down. It seems to take me a while to come back down to a cooler base temp after being in all the heat areas, so this ice pat is a clever way to help bring down skin temp. I personally loved this. I then slipped into a swimsuit and head to the women/men's common area pool and lounge. The pool is the perfect temp. and after using the swan jets in the pool on my back and shoulders I'm ready to just step out and lounge and cat nap. Shortly after 20 min. The Wait staff is happy to take my drink order and you can have lunch as well, which I did. I got the spicy quinoa bowl, that I personally loved. And after that I continued to release the rest of life's stress with getting in and out using the pool jets and cat naps. Pool time ends and back to the women's area I go, to shower up and get ready to take on the remainder of the day. All brushes and dryers are ready for me to primp myself into basically just a clean relaxed ball of mush. I tried to do hair and makeup but by that point your like who cares your skin feels it's best, just let it BE! I very much enjoyed my spa day today. And I will be back! The Joule spa staff is pleasant, very helpful and helped me navigate the wonderful features that their beautiful space of zen has to offer.

Yelp
Loved the massages that we got. We love the Ritz, however decided to try the Joule. I think that the relaxation room at the Ritz is better than the dedicated relaxation room at the Joule. There's I think 2 lounge chairs that are in there but no magazines or anything. They're both pretty open to noise though and neither is truly quiet. But I didn't spend much time in there anyways. They have an experience shower that's in a sort of alcove thing. So bring a swimsuit if you don't wanna show off all you goodies to those walking by. We specifically picked the Joule, because after a lot of research discovered that the Joule and Spa Adolphus are the only hotel spas in Dallas that have dedicated co-Ed areas. With Spa Adolphus having more of a sitting area... However. You get what you pay for. We were excited about the co-ed vitality area and were 2 of only 4 people there in the pool area. That said. For the first 30 minutes of us being in the vitality area there was a couple putting on a soft core porno in the pool...not my cup of tea and didn't really bother me much. But really detracts from the ambiance to have to listen to a couple making out in a pool when you're just trying to kick your feet up and relax with your SO. I did bring it up to the masseuse. But he just kind of laughed it off. More than likely we won't be back. And if we do try it again, it will be post-COVID. Be warned, they have limited the amount of time that you can stay in the spa before/after treatments to limit the number of people in the spa. At a spa like this you're paying for those amenities. And it sucks to be rushed out and told you can only arrive so early. And it sucks even more when 30 of those precious minutes you are allotted are spent trying to avoid listening/watching the make out sesh in the pool in front of you (I think you came come an hour early if I remember right?) This is however consistent with other spas in the area, including the Ritz, and it is an understandable adjustment they have had to make in response to a global pandemic. Amenities are nice. But for the price, too many things went wrong to make it worth it to return.

Yelp
I try my best to keep 5 stars limited know a days, so that you the reader will know when I come across something special. With that said, the Wife and I decided to do our Valentine's Day celebration early and at the same time as our date day. Arriving at the Joule and looking for parking, they do validate, parking isn't on main but commerce street. Once entering the hotel on the right side of the front desk is the hallway. The hallway to the spa seems to takes you away from hustle of downtown Dallas. Once in the spa area it was truly relaxing and the overall Couple's massage was a hit. We made sure to take advantage of everything the spa had to offer and we definitely look forward to doing it again. We will come back!

Yelp
My hubs bought us a couples massage at the Joule as a Christmas gift. From what we've been told this is one of the nicest spas in town, but maybe things have changed. This was the most uncomfortable massage experience I have ever had in my life. And I don't write that lightly, but I don't ever anticipate returning. The facilities themselves were beautiful and if I knew my way around the space I might have enjoyed them more in the very limited time we were allowed to stay. At the end we were rushed out because they were closing on Saturday night immediately after our appointment, not even asked if we enjoyed anything when we were checking out, and then charged a 20% gratuity on top of the check.

Yelp
Update: The management and their team has done a great job rectifying the situation. Though we're still disappointed, they've all really helped to make it a better experience. Can't wait to get the full experience next time. Worse spa experience ever!! We ordered car service, which they failed to schedule. This cause us to be late for our services. They offered to "comp" us a 20-minute massage and then we could come back another day. We acquiesced to the minuscule massage and then we were told it wouldn't be worth it to us for just 20 minutes. So why offer the shortened massage in the first place??

Yelp
I've been to the Joule Spa at least a handful of times and I've always had A+ service from the moment I've entered the Hotel but the last time wasn't so great. I will be looking for another spa to meet my needs going forward. Our recent trip the front desk lady politely argued with us saying we could not purchase a day pass for my husband while I get my service because he didn't have a service booked. COMPLETE FALSE INFORMATION! I've done this at least twice before when one of us gets a service and the other pays for the day pass. I've also stayed at the hotel a handful of times and everyone from the lobby desk to the valet has told us to come back to the Spa (since we live in the area) even if it's only for the day pass they provide. To add to my disappointment the service was horrible that day and just ruined my birthday since my husband was so frustrated. We had our day all planned out and since I've never had an issue here before I expected my day to go smoothly but nope. No one was going out to check by the pool area if we needed drinks or food. I went inside the ladies locker room found a lady to order my drink and after she dropped off my drink, I apologized and asked for another one since I forgot to order my husband's drink. We waited over 20 mins - I went inside again but no one was to be found so we left. Someone should be going by the pool every 5-7 mins to check if everyone is ok and has everything they need - that is what I am used to! When I met my husband by the pool after my service it was about 30-40 mins when I decide to walk inside to find someone. Also the new pool chairs are awful. PS - They did comp my husband's day pass since he was displeased with the service and my massage was great!

Yelp
Not only are the amenities and customer service from the staff worth the money in itself, my massage was probably the best I've had. I arrived about an hour early to receive the complimentary glass of champagne and enjoy all the amenities - a Swiss shower, steam room, sauna, and pool. I went on a Wednesday evening and there was almost no one else there. About 15 minutes before my massage I headed to the relaxation room where I sipped on water and read a magazine in a massage bed until my masseuse picked me up for my massage. The customization was perfect and the 50 minutes went by too fast. I will be back during future work trips to Dallas.

Yelp
Everything from the room to the pool to the spa and amenities was top notch! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Very clean. Will definitely return! The pool is a little small compared to what the pictures online look like, but still nice overall. Restaurant was great as well!

Yelp
This place was incredible! I was hesitant as full service day spas for me really revolve around the amenities since I always want an incredible therapist (always hope the higher end spas have the best... but can be hit or miss) From the beautiful decor to layout this place was great! I loved the Swedish shower and ice (literally actual ice) station when you came out. The Co Ed pool with different jets was nice as well. To top it off the massage therapist was incredible. Great flow and customization to my needs we discussed. Also loved that aromatherapy was included and my therapist helped me find the right one based on a wide selection. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
This place is a subterranean heaven! I would recommend arriving at least 90 min before your service so you can experience everything...the eucalyptus steam sauna, the dry sauna, the glorious 360 shower and the vitality pool. Special shout out to Lory who gave me a glowing facial. The Spa at The Joule is an absolute jewel.

Yelp
It's beautiful, the champagne was complimentary - up to two glasses, so kudos there! - and my massage service was pretty good.... for those things I'd give it a 4 star review. But, overall experience was rather disappointing taking it to 3 star. I've been a Ritz Spa person for a decade but ventured to try what others had deemed the best spa in Dallas. I must have come on an unusually crowded Saturday morning because the amenities were just too packed to handle everyone there to relax and enjoy - which unfortunately made it unable to do either. For me, the relaxation amenities are just as important as the service itself. Only 2 relaxation beds to lounge in, 2 showers, 2 stations to get ready and dry hair. I had no idea where the "available" staff people were as I had to seek someone out to change dirty towels on the lawn chairs in the vitality pool room (only place to lounge because how many people were there) or order anything - which was a 45 min wait for a cheese board. If I came at 10 am on a week day, I hope it would be different but I think I'll stick to The Ritz or the newly renovated Crescent Spa that can handle many people at once without running out of room or staff to help make it a nice escape and relaxing experience for guests seeking that.

Yelp
I was visiting Dallas on business and stayed over the weekend. I decided to try my first facial and wow, I had an amazing experience with Emma. It was the most relaxing hour of my life and I showed up an hour before my appointment and was able to enjoy the other spa amenities which included a eucalyptus steam room, a sauna and a vitality pool. Highly recommend as it's well worth the money.

Yelp
We had an amazing spa day! My favorite is the customized massage. Everyone is very friendly and caring. Plus complementary Prosecco and Mimosas. What else to ask for?!

Yelp
This place is the absolute best spa I've been to. The facilities are fantastic and my massage was the best massage I've ever had. Make sure you go 1-2 hours ahead of your service to enjoy the complimentary champagne and make use of the vitality pool, steam room and sauna!

Yelp
Rude staff towards guests , won't allow anyone to purchase a day pass or services unless you stay there . Not very hospitable or intelligent staff running it . Choose elsewhere

Yelp
Hands down the best massage I've had in a long time thanks for Derrick. The staff is so attentive and courteous. Give yourself time to enjoy the pool. Complementary mimosas are a plus!

Yelp
I am reluctant to write this review because I don't want to wait in line to get in to see Lory again. It was the best facial I have ever gotten, and I've gotten them all around the world. I had the Biologique 90 minute facial. It was a mini facelift!! My face is still glowing! Lory also gave the best shoulder and neck massage. And if you know anyone who needs a Japanese speaking facial specialist, she's fluent! The facilities were top notch too. I enjoyed the vitality pool and the sauna. Mimosas and snacks were delicious. And all the girls working there were so sweet and kind! You can spend a whole day here!

Yelp
This place is amazing, whether you are unwinding from a long week or pregaming for a night on the town. The pool area is extremely relaxing. I only wish there were more food options. But the staff is nice five stars across the board

Yelp
I like to spa pretty often and this was hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. I booked the Blissful Ritual and it was everything I hoped it would be! The treatment included body brushing, a scrub, a wrap, a head massage and a full body massage. By the end of the treatment I was in heaven. We ordered lunch by the pool and the salad and sandwich were very tasty. I would definitely consider a meal at CBD Provisions after trying these samples from there. It was my birthday and this was the perfect day I could have asked for. When I left it was raining and the staff walked me to my car under umbrella, so sweet. Thank you so much to everyone. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Hands down best spa experience I've ever had. They think of absolutely everything to make sure your time there is as seamless and relaxing as it can be. After you check in you go downstairs and thats where you separate from mens and womens. Then you get to use all of the amazing amenities before(or after) your appointment begins. There is a beautiful eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, Swedish shower and an ice fountain so you can go between hot and cold for better blood flow. You then can get into the infinity pool that is co-ed. Its a beautiful small pool that is set to your body temperature and has spa like jets that lead to amazing relaxation. One of the best perks of this place is while you're doing all of these things, really sweet staff members come around and offer you a complimentary mimosa or champagne. (I tested this and there is no limit!!) Then about 10 minutes before your appointment begins you get your super soft plush robe on and wait in the relaxation room where there is water, tea, and little snacks for you to munch on. Finally, someone comes to get you for your massage/facial and give you the absolute best service. Ive been twice for a facial and both times were equally as fabulous. My most recent facial was from Lori and that woman is absolutely amazing at what she does! She took time to listen to my skin concerns and made a customized facial for me that made my skin glow more than it ever has. She also made samples of most of the products she used on me. Afterwards you're allowed to stay at the spa and use their amenities for as long as you want and you can even order lunch from CBD to eat around the pool. If you need to go anywhere afterwards they have showers with every toiletry you could need and hair tools to get you ready. I know the prices might seem high but they really offer so much more than most hotel spas do and they charge around the same price. 10/10 from me!

Yelp
I love getting my eyebrows threaded there by Rula!! She is sweet and amazing. She does listen and how you want your brows. Gives you suggestions. It is pricey most brow threading places, but it's worth it. I've been cheaper places and they just don't listen.

Yelp
Believe me, I'm a spa snob! When I travel, I adore trying new ones, techniques and products. And I've tried many. This spa is freaking amazing! Beautiful, modern, clean as it gets, and the best techs I've ever had. Please try the triple layer facial!!! I promise my skin looked so fresh and healthy, even after I washed the products off. Take time to experience the added amenities of pool and saunas while there as well. From decor to treatments this spa is top notch! GO!!!!!

Yelp
Best spa I have ever been to!! Soooo relaxing. There are so many amazing things about this spa...the relaxation room, champagne, delicious treats, sauna, vitality pool! Very classy. You will not regret it. Complimentary valet is a plus too.

Yelp
Modern and relaxing experience in this subterranean spa in one of the trendy downtown Dallas hotels. Their signature is the time treatment. You can select 2 or 3 hours. I chose three. During a cleansing and exfoliating foot massage, my therapist discussed the options and my preferences. I went with a coconut sugar scrub with flax seed followed by a combo detoxification and hydration body wrap. While I waited for the wrap to work it's magic, I enjoyed a scalp massage with essential oils designed to benefit the hair. After an in-room shower, I finished the three hours wigs lengthy, full-body massage. Derek is amazing!! I enjoyed a healthy lunch beside the underground vitality pool and spent some time in the sauna and steam room before a facial. The facial techniques were average and a little fast. Beware the products require cool to cold application which did detract from the overall experience. Even with that, I leave this as a 5-star review because my skin looks and feels amazing! The facial is worth it just for the lip treatment.

Yelp
I was recently in Dallas on business and visited this gorgeous relaxing facility. It was seamless to schedule via phone, ask questions via email and even order lunch. Margaret was an amazing massage therapist and Rula was a professional and thoughtful esthetician. When I return to Dallas, I will definitely squeeze a visit into my schedule. This has been the best spa I have visited in Dallas.

Yelp
I had a 50min massage at the Spa at the Joule and loved every minute of it. Karin, my massage therapist, was absolutely wonderful! By far the best massage I've had, 50min flew by too quickly! I was able to enjoy all the amenities the spa had to offer before AND after my massage, as they allow you to stay and relax for as long as you like. Would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Yelp
I feel like my massage was rushed, it wasn't relaxing and the pressure was way too soft. It felt as though I just had oil rubbed on me liberally :/ However, the facility was absolutely sublime and the attending spa manager Eve was so very helpful and kind during the duration of my booking. I'll be returning, but I'll be booking another masseuse for sure.
