What a great place to enjoy a perfect steak. There was trout as well, but we stuck to the rib eye 1kg including bone dish. Perfectly cooked, tender melt in your mouth. Complimented with mash potato with mozzarella and a Devine dish of garlic, kale and broccolini. Great wait staff and a lovely restaurant. If you can't book online, call. Open from 530pm.

Worthy to try and to indulge in Spanish themed restaurant that offers wide variety of choices. Atmosphere is classy and the service staff are eloquent and is always ready to lend their service, it’s a top notch for us. Food is both delightful and heavenly, thinking us on how other restaurants can level their kind of food. Their steaks are of great level in terms of taste, texture and on how we want it to be cooked. Really looking forward on going back again.

Hands down the best Scotch Fillet in living memory. Beautifully charred, medium rare, best of the best. Roasted potatoes and truffle mushrooms the perfect accompaniment. Maitre D Sheila kept the service staff on their toes and service was faultless. Fool you if you don't book a table when you're next in Mildura!

Nice T-bone steak with beautiful jalapeño sauce. Their lamb backs-trap and cooked vegetables on top of meat was unique and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The most high rated part which I loved was, bread with butter at first. Thank you 😊

My partner was craving for steak and Spanish Grill has always been our go-to for steak here in Mildura. We wanted to try their NEW menu as well and they did not disappoint! I ordered the scotch fillet (really juicy & has the perfect fat marbling) and my partner ordered the eye fillet—both cooked perfectly, as always. We had the gem lettuce as sides which was okay. But we were actually hoping for the truffle mashed potatoes, which is no longer in the new menu. For entrees we tried the steak tartare and kingfish & salmon crudo—both 10/10! Lastly for dessert, we had tiramisu and churros (both are perfect as it’s not too sweet) and it went really well with their delicious coffee. The ambience is lovely and the staff even lovelier—Paul is excellent and has the best customer service! Shiela (the manager) also checked on us and made sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely come back and will always highly recommend! :)

Great place to eat, food and service was fantastic, I had the scotch fillet, my partner had the eye fillet, both were terrific, great flavour and so tender. If it's possible the desserts were even better! Only let down by the dead flies in the window :( Still, the best restaurant I've been to in a very long time!

Was very impressed with the steak though it was topped with a kind of a salty butter. Complimentary yummy bread and side of chips also yummy. Churro dessert also came with an incredibly flavoursome vanilla ice cream

Stopped in for a solo dinner at the Spanish grill. Order of tartare, signature t bone and sous vide cauliflower and a creame catalana desert The tartare with salmon caviar missed the mark a little being rather salty from the caviar Steak was well cooked and a very nice cut of meat.. Cauliflower had almost an old aussie curried sausage flavour but worked Staff were friendly and a good level of customer service Decore is a little out dated but still clean and nice

It may be the way that they make Spanish food but the food handling is a lot to be desired. We watched the cooks handling food without gloves and one of them was wiping his hands on the same tea towel while we were there. We were not impressed! We won't be going back there any time soon.

Ate here a few months ago. Service was excellent and polite. I was a bit disappointed with the steak I had which was a pity as the atmosphere etc was all good. From a price and quality perspective I feel that there was a mismatch. If it was a school report I would have to say "can do better". I wonder if there has or is enough supervision by the chef in charge that resulted in an average steak meal?

Seriously, this is one of the best steak restaurants in Victoria. Any trip to Mildura would not be complete without a night at Spanish. Arrive early and have a drink with some friends at the bar. From the menu, it's difficult to go past the scotch fillet, medium rare. Wash it down with a bottle of Trentham Heathcote Shiraz. Highly recommended!
