"The Sparklings main dining room is furnished with booths in bold colors, pretty exposed beams in the ceiling, and lots of fresh flowers. Some booths are partially secluded, with partitions separating them. But the dining room in the back is fully private." - Janna Karel

Been here several times. Always enjoyed the food here. They have a great HH $8 selection. The servings are good for sharing. They have a good space for gatherings. They also have private spaces if you want an intimate gathering with friends. This place has been open for quite sometime. Nice place to chill

Had the chance to finally try Sparklings this week, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! It’s been on my must try list for a while, and I’m sooo glad I stopped by. First off, their daily happy hour from 5 PM to close is INSANE — everything on the happy hour menu is just $8, and the variety is unreal. The portion sizes were surprisingly generous, and my friend and I left completely stuffed. Even their popular cocktails were included in the happy hour deal! Every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Some standouts for me were the grilled octopus, fish and chips, cajun shrimp linguine, meatballs with vodka sauce (those meatballs were massive!), and the KBBQ skewers. Honestly, everything was so delicious I couldn’t stop myself from indulging. Also, GET THE EARL GREY TIRAMISU!! Literally the best dessert I’ve had at a restaurant omg.. Pro tip: come with stretchy pants, you’re going to need all the space in your stomach haha. The service was excellent too — the staff was super attentive and gave us great recommendations, which really helped with the overwhelming number of options. The atmosphere was classy with the sparkling chandelier and vibrant neon sign, but it still felt cozy and welcoming. Also, as a huge clam chowder fan, I was so thrilled to see it on the menu. It was hearty, packed with chunky clams, and so satisfying… With the UNBEATABLE prices, flavorful food, and amazing service, this restaurant definitely earned a new regular. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Sparklings!!!

The Sparklings Italian Restaurant 8310 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139 My wife, mother-in-law, and I decided to try The Sparklings Italian Restaurant with relatively low expectations, especially since we were visiting during a busy holiday weekend. We didn’t actually go for the happy hour, but we were drawn in by their Everyday All Night Happy Hour deal, which runs daily from 5 PM until closing. Even though they didn’t have a special holiday dinner, we understood given the holiday rush. When we arrived, we noticed that the dining room was empty, but the bar and bar tables were packed. Remi, the bartender, greeted us and helped us find a cozy booth. We started with the Meatballs (3pcs) for $9, which came with marinara and provolone, and the Artichoke Dip for $13. I expected the usual spinach artichoke dip you’d find at places like Applebee’s or Chili's, but this one was amazing! It was incredibly creamy and flavorful — definitely a standout. The meatballs were tasty, but not quite as impressive as the dip, though they were the perfect size for sharing. The bread and butter that Remi brought out were also a nice touch — simple but very tasty. For our main courses, my wife ordered the Alfredo Chicken Linguini ($19), my mother-in-law went with the Shrimp & Crab Ravioli ($18), and I chose the Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Penne ($19). We each sampled each other's plates, and everything was delicious. The flavors were rich, and each dish had something special to offer. It left us wondering, "How have we not discovered this place sooner?" We also enjoyed some drinks: I had a couple of beers, while my wife and her mother enjoyed a bottle of wine. The drinks were great, and they paired nicely with our meals. Remi made excellent recommendations throughout the meal, and the service was outstanding. Overall, The Sparklings really exceeded our expectations. Even though we didn’t visit for happy hour, the food, drinks, and service were fantastic. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. If you haven’t been yet, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Google
Wide menu choices. The portion sizes are well-balanced and offer great value for the price. Will be back to try the Korean fried chicken!

I've been here numerous times through ten or so years its been open and have always loved my meals. It's in a little spot by itself and I've never had a wait to get a table. They don't have gaming machines, so there is no smoke or noise and you can just sit and have a nice dinner. It really feels like there is just one guy back there making home cooked meals for people who happen to live in his neighborhood, and he is just so good at it, he makes a living doing it, haha. I have no idea if that is the case or not, but it's meant as a compliment. The portions are pretty big, and we have leftovers almost every time, which is always nice the day after not to have to make a lunch. There was only one odd-ball time that I came up with my girl expecting it to be open and it was closed. I think they might have been doing a formal thing where it was rented out or something.. not entirely sure, but the lot was empty at the time and we were perplexed for certain. Anyways, you wont regret a meal here. It won't break the bank and I've literally never ordered something and not liked it.

My son and I have been here several times. Always great service and great food! Much better than most food on the trip. A secret treasure for sure!

Yelp
I have been coming here since they opened and don't know why I don't come more often. The place still looks nice when you walk in. There wasn't a lot of people here tonight and there should be. We had a party of 6 and Everything we order was very good. Not one thing including apps and entrees was below par. Portions were plentiful and value was better than you get at most restaurants. If you haven't been here before or haven't been here in a while do yourself a favor and stop in. He won't be disappointed and the happy hour menu that runs to 7 has numerous items

Yelp
Sparkling is a fantastic spot for catching up with friends! We recently enjoyed their happy hour, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is incredibly inviting, with stylish decor that creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The music was perfectly set, allowing for easy conversation without being too loud. The service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The happy hour menu itself was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp linguine, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The half-order of lasagna was a pleasant surprise - it was a generous portion and surprisingly light, making it a satisfying and guilt-free option.

Yelp
Very shocked. Not going to lie- the inside looks a little sketchy- plus not a great area. Not that the place was off putting but definitely reminds me of a banquet hall of some sort. BUT WOW. Happy hour food is probably the best in ALL OF VEGAS. Service was GREAT. Shoutout to Chris the bartender- Very pleased. Will definitely be back.

Shannon R.

Yelp
First time trying this restaurant, and wow can't wait to go back! We got there when it opened, which was great! Restaurant if very clean, welcoming and open. Music was at a perfect volume where we could talk and feel like we had to yell. The service was absolutely wonderful! Everyone greeted us with smiles and we wanted for nothing. Everything we had was delish! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed! We will be back!

Melinda E.

Yelp
The food here is delicious and the service is outstanding. I love the open concept of the restaurant and friendly vibes . I will definitely be back for brunch.

Jen C.

Yelp
Finally made it a point to stop by and I wish I did it sooner. All the food was excellent and I love that they make their desserts in house. The Earl Gray Tiramisu was fantastic! They gave a very generous portion so got to take the rest home to enjoy. Same with the chicken parm. There's an option to order a double and I might consider it next time since it was SO good! Juan took really good care of us. He was super helpful with the menu as it was our first time there. I was surprised a place this good wasn't very busy, though there were two birthday parties at the same time which tells you this is a great place to share a great meal with friends. Will definitely be back to try the crème brûlée and check out the happy hour. Wish happy hour was posted on Instagram or on their website but glad we know about it now.

Mimi C.

Yelp
I think I just fell in love. The Sparklings has such an elegant vibe with its high ceilings and chandelier lighting. They offer many private rooms along with their main dining room and bar lounge area. No lies, their food is to die for. This is the best brunch place I've been to in Vegas and we know that there are hundreds, if not thousands of brunch spots! No exaggeration, each dish was made to perfection. Their pastas, mushroom fries, chicken and waffles, too many to name. I must come back for dinner again! This place is perfect for date night, girls brunch or girls night out, guys hang out, friends & family gatherings. Whatever the occasion and whoever you're with, guarantee everybody will be pleasantly impressed with The Sparklings.

Yelp
We went for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a nice experience. They gave us our own little dining area. Service was good and atmosphere was nice.

Melissa G.

Yelp
Decided to come here for dinner with my family since it's down the street from us. This place is cool to take someone out on a date or a meal with the family. We've been here multiple times, but haven't gotten to write a review about this place. Really wanted to give this place a 5 star, but the service just wasn't there for me at all. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy. It took our server about 20 minutes to check on us if we were ready to order and to give us waters. I would understand if the business was busy, but there were barely any customers in the restaurant. The only thing that saved this for getting a three star is when we did finally get our server to tend to our table, he was actually really cool and gave us great customer service. We ordered the arugula grape flatbread and pesto gnocchi to start. The arugula and grape flatbread was okay. Probably won't order again. Definitely miss the honey gorgonzola flatbread they had back then. Server told us they took it off the menu since they don't have that certain cheese in their restaurant anymore. Bummer. Pesto gnocchi is amazing per usual. Main entrees consisted of chicken parm sandwich, Shepards pie, salmon, and shrimp tempura lemon pasta. All were really good. Was very surprised with the chicken parm sandwich. The breading had the right amount of crunch to it as well. Came with sweet potato fries. It was such a good value for the amount of food that you get. Probably will try their happy hour next time since we've never been and hopefully the service will be better upon arrival.

Yelp
Great place for birthdays ,and for people with big families.I had the lobster Bisque, great choice if you're in the mood for soup.Really good service

Yelp
I moved her from California 2yrs ago and the Sparklings has been my #1 ! We had my daughter's 15th bday brunch there and we love to go after church to have brunch on Sundays ! Seeing Brian feels like we are at home! He is so attentive and my Son always wants to go back! Great service and ambiance !

Lea S.

Yelp
Went for Father's Day brunch & the entire restaurant was very accommodating. I called a couple days before to make a reservation & that was done without a hassle. I celebrated my birthday here 2 years ago with a group of 30 and the food was just as good today as it was back then! Andy, the owner is great about checking on his customers and ensures everything ordered arrives in a timely manner. They even hung a banner for Father's Day that provided a great photo op. Overall the restaurant ambiance is elegant & cozy. Every time we dine here we are never disappointed! Always great food, service & reasonable prices. I have to come back to explore more of the happy hour menu as there are many different options at discounted prices.

Sophia H.

Yelp
I came here as part of a party of 11 that includes two kids. We came on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was pretty empty. We got seated in the room in the back. The restaurant is open, spacious, and nicely decorated. There is a good amount of tables, which can accommodate small and large parties. The menu is extensive with a lot of options to choose from. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Tempura & Mushroom Spaghetti. When my dish came out, I was surprised at how big it was. Given the portion sizes of all the dishes, the prices here are very reasonable. My spaghetti was very creamy and yummy. There was a good amount of shrimp tempura and mushrooms. In addition to my dish, I got to try a little bit of the Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon along with the Truffle Parmesan Fries, Brussels Sprout w/ Bacon, and bread. The salmon was good. The fries were decent - I didn't really taste much of the truffle and parmesan. The Brussels sprout was seasoned well - it was really good and tasty. I was surprised by this because I'm usually not a big fan of Brussels sprout. The bread was also very good - it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, the food was great and very filling. Service was good. Our server was attentive.

Yelp
The Sparklings is my go to spot for last minute brunch reservations. I was abl to call the day before and make a reservation for 10 people. They put us in a private room which was great! Honestly I am a little suprised that this place isn't more busy for brunch. $18 bottomless is basically unheard if in Las Vegas anymore. They have a pretty large brunch menu with mutiple options. But I was able to order off their lunch/dinner menu so that was great. I am a brunch drinks girl but I don't love breakfast foods. I had the single portion chicken parm with the side spaghetti, with vodka sauce. This thing was massive and I would love to see the double portion. Chicken parm was cooked perfectly! And I loved the flavor of the vodka sauce, and my only criticism is there was not more sauce but I was able to order an extra side so all was well.

Chris L.

Yelp
Cool little out-of-the-way spot! Came in for a graduation dinner, and they were very accommodating for our large group. We actually weren't the only bigger group in and all were seated just fine. The vibe is casual to dressy. The bar had its own singing bartenders and shenanigans lol! Dinner menu had a good variety of items to choose from, and the portions were gigantic & tasty! The prices NOT being wallet killers was a nice surprise! Our servers were friendly, engaging, and attentive. I got feedback that the brunch is one to experience and the Happy hour looked pretty good if you're out that way. Just keep an eye on the change of business hours since they shifted. My first time in and I'll definitely give it another go sometime!

Monette T.

Yelp
My second time here and they didn't disappoint! Absolutely loved everything, these were the only photos I took but everyone enjoyed their meals! Service was spot on and we had no complaints, and they had a lovely singer that night as well. Overall I can truly say I enjoyed my birthday dinner, thank you The Sparklings for making it a wonderful night!

Eva N.

Yelp
This is our favorite Italian restaurant. We always order to go. The food is always good here. The service is amazing, very understanding, and very helpful. There was a little incident about the beef lasagna amount it was small compared to shrimp scampi but Chris was very understanding and helpful. Thank you, Chris. Must check this place it out.

Diana L.

Yelp
Great Italian restaurant located away from the strip! Located on the southwestern side of Las Vegas. Found that this a local's favorite! Friendly and attentive employees! Prices are great! Good plate portions. Delicious food! Found this place on Yelp because we wanted to eat at a restaurant away from the strip and with a more local feel. Service and food were both wonderful! We ended up coming twice during a week vacation in Las Vegas. This place is good for small and large parties. They have a bar with televisions. There is a separate large dining room for private gatherings. Will be coming back every time we are in Vegas! Highly recommend!

Kanbrea B.

Yelp
The food was very good, very clean and quiet atmosphere. Didn't take a long time to come out. Service was great.

Susan Y.

Yelp
Nice service and great food! It seems like a great place for family gatherings.it's local gem.

Yelp
I just had the pleasure of spending my last dinner as a 31 year old at The Sparklings. It was my first time coming here after living down the street for so long. I promise it won't be my last. For a Wednesday happy hour it was pretty quiet and not too many people were there. Although if you're like me, a quiet setting is appreciated. I sat at the bar, where of course I requested the Golden Knights game. The staff quickly put it on and took my drink order. I had a mule first and then tried the happy berry happy hour cocktail. The bar tender knows what he's doing. For an appetizer I had the sausage pesto gnocchi, as an entree I had the shepherd's pie, and for dessert I had the trio. The sausage pesto gnocchi is on the happy hour menu as an appetizer for $9, regular menu $12. Let's start off by stating that, if a creamy, saucy, flavor punched, perfectly cooked dish is your thing, this is it for you! It was perfect. The Shepherds pie was DIVINE $20, not included in happy hour, but SO worth it! A deconstructed version of a traditional favorite! Definitely will earn a spot in your heart as a local craving. The dessert trio was graced with a nice crème brûlée, flourless chocolate cake, and vanilla bean ice cream for $7 it also had a sauce drizzled over the cake that was rich!

Steven C.

Yelp
Service was seriously non existent , one of our entrees never arrived. Our waiter Greg never communicated anything until we confronted him. We were then told it was served to another table accidentally and it was now being made but after some 15 to 20 minutes later he told us the kitchen forgot to make it. No attempt at resolving the situation was forthcoming so we paid our bill and left. Ambiance was frayed and worn out , the chicken linguine was less than average...terrible experience!

Rick K.

Yelp
I'm here to meet with friends for a early dinner. The Sparkling's is super suspicious, plenty of seating (they offer private booths w/curtains) They have a nice size bar area with seating for dinner + an outside area) Actually it's a nice looking restaurant- but it was totally empty for 5pm on a Thursday & basically there was no one there. Yikes. They make excellent drinks. We ordered up an old fashion with the egg white along with a bourbon neat. We arrived during Happy Hour - the menu isn't huge but the deal is good! Our group ordered: Happy Hour Menu: Pesto Sausage Gnocchi $8.50 Italian Sausage Vodka Penne $13 Regular Menu: Grilled Octopus $12 Beef Lasagna $16 Caprese Salad $9 Everything was super good with the exception of the Grilled Octopus - it was rubbery, chewy & a lack of any flavor - I couldn't even finish it - Don't order it unless you like chewing rubber. Overall the price was decent (Drinks are a bit high but not too bad - should have order drinks from the Happy Hour Menu - ha) Like the place a lot the food was great - plenty of parking - probably an excellent place for groups

Kyler H.

Yelp
Fantastic food, some family I went with said the vodka sauce was too strong or something but to be honest I prefer heavy flavors anyways. Service was what you'd expect it to be, so solid. As for the ambiance well let's just say it's cute, kinda gave F.R.I.E.N.D.S vibes ngl

Stephanie O.

Yelp
I absolutely love this Italian spot! I haven't been here to sit and eat in person but I always love getting takeout. The food is made so quickly yet so good! I love their sausage vodka penne! It's the best. The pasta is cooked perfectly with the best sauce. It's good leftover too. The service is always great for takeout as well. I will definitely need to come eat in next time! The restaurant looks super cute inside.

J T.

Yelp
My family and friends go-to Italian restaurant since they've opened. We've eaten here for birthday's, casual get together with friends, and Holiday parties it's always been a hit! Every dish we've tried tuna tartare, fried calamari, pasta dishes and soups have all been delicious and seasoned just right. Kind of a local gem, in my book. Excellent service, great food and nice ambiance!

Cecilia H.

Yelp
This is my 3rd visit and I'm still very impressed with the food, service, and now new ambiance since I lasted visited over 5 years ago.

Zara-Maria R.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend celebrated our 11 month anniversary here and enjoyed their brunch offerings. We love that this place offers bottomless mimosas for $18/person. The menu has a diverse selection of items and it was hard to decide on what we wanted. Our server was very attentive and kept as filled with our mimosas. We ordered the Grilled Baby Octopus, Artichoke and Spinach Dip, Short Rib Eggs Benedict and the Short Rib Hash. The items are so delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had except the baby octopus. They were charred and shrunk. Besides that, everything was on point. We will be back to enjoy more of the brunch and regular menu items.

Sidney L.

Yelp
I've eaten here a couple of times and if I had to rate the shepherd's pie, it would be 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere. The pasta was just ok to me as we had the seafood pasta as well as the shrimp and mushroom pasta. Overall this place is a solid 4 but I'll give another review when I go back and try their jambalaya.

Barbara M.

Yelp
This review is for the food which was excellent. Sorry for the lack of pictures, but we were really hungry! I'll post what we ordered before we attacked the plates. We ordered Lobster Bisque, Artichoke Dip, Penne A La Vodka, Chicken Piccata, Shrimp Tempura & Mushroom Spaghetti & Creme Brûlée. Everything was delicious!

Jennifer D.

Yelp
I doubt the Owners/Managers of The Sparklings will respond to this review as it appears many have complained about the same issues, or worse, and have heard nothing in return. However, this needs to be said. This is not a review I wanted to write, especially since it happened on Mother's Day, but it had to be said. When you are paying roughly $360 with a tip for a party of 8, you expect much more than we got. I preface this by saying - I understand that restaurants are short staffed, I get that. I also understand what it's like to be a server (was one for years during college). However, what we experienced yesterday had nothing to do with being short staffed - it was all due to bad inattentive service on a busy day for most restaurants in the valley. We were a party of 8 celebrating Mother's Day with my mom who is not from Las Vegas. When you are paying $360 for brunch you expect more than we got. From the start of our brunch/lunch, nothing went right. My partner and I asked for coffee as soon as we sat down and were told they had none, but we're making more. It literally took over 10 minutes and three more requests for our coffee to get coffee. Once our orders were taken, we rarely saw our server Chris. He was not attentive - we were not asked more than twice if we wanted refills on drinks, waters were not refilled automatically, and dirty empty dishes were left on our table throughout the meal. Appetizer plates were not collected. While waiting for our meals, my partner and I asked for coffee again, and we were again told that they had none, but that fresh coffee was being made and we would have some shortly. Again it took about three tries before we were able to get a refill of coffee. Coffee - when a restaurant has a brunch menu, the one thing they should always have available is hot coffee. There should be no reason that anytime someone asks for hot coffee they are told they are making a fresh spot. I mean once I can understand, but twice? When I say attentive service, I mean more than just drink refills. Our server rarely came by the table to check on us. At no time did our server come by and tell us that they were sorry that food was taking longer than normal. In fact at one point, another server could be heard, by me, telling him oh there's a lot of food in the back for you. An attentive server would have known that they had food in the window and would have made sure it was brought up to their table as soon as possible. To say that our server was out of his element is an understatement. And then, we have dessert. At most restaurants I have gone to, the server will make sure that before they ask you about dessert or if anyone wants coffee, they remove any empty and dirty plates from the table clean everything up as much as possible and then start the dessert process. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Chris did not ask us if we wanted dessert, Chris did not ask if we wanted coffee. NOTHING. Chris didn't even remove our empty and dirty appetizer and/or meal plates from the table before serving us a dessert menu when we asked for one. And what happened when they took out desert orders - I think they removed two dirty plates and left. We never saw a busser or and no one came to clean off our table after that. In fact, Chris quickly returned and dropped our desserts on a filthy table. Again after desserts were dropped no further effort was made by Chris and or/the restaurant team to clean our table. I'll be honest, I didn't see one busser the entire time we were there (2 hours). Getting our check was another issue. It literally took 10 or 15 minutes to get our check. Chris didn't even come by to drop our check. We had to ask another server for our check. And then it still took time for Chris to give us our check. When one is paying $360 for brunch which includes gratuity, you expect a certain level of service and attentiveness. We got none of this yesterday at The Sparklings. We got inattentive service that is absolutely 100% lacking in customer service. I will gladly and have gladly added an additional tip onto an automatic gratuity when I have received exceptional food and service from a restaurant. And I was willing to do so here but was thoroughly disappointed in what was supposed to be a celebratory day for my Mother and Sister in Law. While their food was good (some, not all - truffle fries - don't do it (lacking big time) ) the lack of attentiveness and service that we received yesterday is the reason why I will not be back to The Sparklings and will no longer recommend The Sparklings to any of my friends looking for a restaurant recommendation in the Southwest. It's sad really, I have been here before and it is not the same as it used to be. Service has 100% gone downhill.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem that our family loves. We've been coming here for five years. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have a really diverse menu. It's great for family gatherings and perfect for a date at the bar.

Jenny R.

Yelp
My girlfriends and I found The Sparklings because it was close to a trivia spot we were going to later that night. We decided to do happy hour somewhere and wanted to try a new place. We were happily impressed by what The Sparklings had to offer. They have a GREAT happy hour menu complete with appetizers, dinner entrees and drinks. Our server was very nice and friendly. The ambiance was lovely - nice chandeliers, comfy chairs, and lots of room between tables. Very enjoyable place! I had a Caesar Salad, Italian Sausage Vodka Penne, Shrimp & Cream Cheese Wontons, and a drink called Pretty In Pink.

Eva S.

Yelp
We came here for brunch, party of 6 to celebrate our girl friend's birthday and it was wonderful place. We all enjoyed our food! Our server was great - Definitely coming back here again - highly recommend!

Denise P.

Yelp
The food was good, nice portion size. Pretty empty on a Monday night. No sports on in the bar. The service was eh at best. They took our order, brought the food out rather quickly and we didn't see anyone again until we flagged down the manager to get a bill. Spoke with the manager and he said they usually have a small staff during the week but if you need something just flag somebody down. You shouldn't have to "flag" anyone, people should be paying attention to customers.

Michele G.

Yelp
This is what I ordered. Or at least what I thought I ordered I actually called them, they don't care. I paid money to get a small amount. The least they could do is make it look like it is in the picture. This is disgusting! And they don't care. I would never order from them. The cheese was hard, except the brie, which all four pieces were melted together. This so-called "pita bread" was cold and hard! I guess the only good thing is, the grapes were frozen. It's a joke! It was clearly a bait and switch.

Kori L.

Yelp
This was my first time at Sparklings! The environment was open, friendly and awesome. The staff was friendly and open to making suggestions. The food was OKAY. The calamari and shrimp scampi needed just a little more flavor. The short rib and crème brûlée was amazing! Overall a good place to try! The prices were reasonable...

Jeremy C.

Yelp
So this place is interesting, it has the feel of somewhere that wants to be great but is just missing a bit so it doesn't quite hit the mark. You decide for yourself on the decor, it felt like those nice shoes you buy on the discount rack. The service was a mixed bag, our waiter was very friendly but also very slow, disappeared for long stretches even though it wasn't busy at all. Apparently a manager was on duty but for the three hours we were there we only saw him once, when he came out to address a customer complaint. There are alot of appetizers on the menu and the prices are really decent--we enjoyed the scallops and meatballs, though the meatballs and artichoke dip seemed microwaved. Also a pass on the truffle fries, the flavor was ok but something was off on how they cooked them. The chicken parmesan with the vodka sauce was absolutely delicious, flavorful and cooked well. I would go back just for that, honestly it was that good. Overall, a mixed bag with enough good things (especially price point and that chicken parm) to garner 3.5/5.

Yelp
Had an amazing Mother's Day dinner at the sparkling's to celebrate a truly amazing mother. Our waiter was great and very attentive. Other than the chicken tenders, which really weren't that good everything else was spectacular. Especially the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and the Alfredo chicken linguine. Which is just one of their dozen pastas to choose from. This was my first but definitely not last visit to the Sparklings. I feel like I found a nice little gem with this restaurant. It's a great enough distance from the strip to where you don't have to worry about swarms of tourists, which is definitely a plus for me. I just like the whole layout of the restaurant. It's a place where you can have a nice intimate dinner, or invite a bunch of friends/family and have a large dinner party. Either of which I'm fairly certain the sparklings would be able to accommodate. And last, but certainly not least they also have a fully stocked bar. #Cheers.

Yelp
Came in last night with my wife to have a nice dinner. The place was a little empty on a Friday, but we were able to get seated right away and the bartender was very friendly and helpful with finding us the right drinks to start the night. We decided to go with the cheese platter and the polenta scallops. These two appetizers were very delicious. Next we moved onto the pasta. That is definitely what they're known for here. It was very flavorful and tasted very fresh. After dinner, we tried two of their desserts and both were also amazing. We highly recommend this place.

Yelp
French onion soup was amazing. Shepherds pie was also delicious and had a great puff pastry on the side. We had a Moscow mule and some of their specialty cocktails which were all delicious. Not super busy but we went on a Monday. Service was great, Chris at the bar helped us out and was awesome. Ambiance is kind of weird but the food and service make up for it. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
Do not come here if you are black. The host insisted on sitting us in the far corner, away from the "party". It took 10 mins for them to bring us tap water. We never got to place our order so we simply just walked out. We were clearly discriminated against for being black.

Yelp
We used to come here all of the time but the prices have continued to go up and the quality and service has steadily declined. We ordered two meals and were told 35 min for the to go order. We got there after thirty minutes and ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. There was a totally empty restaurant on a Friday night and two people ahead of us waiting on their take out orders. We waited as the other patrons yelled at the staff about how long the food was taking. Our bill came to $69 for two meals and we had to wait almost an hour. It's just really disappointing because the place used to be great
