"Three futuristic glass domes stand in South Lake Union: the crown jewels of the e-tail giant's $4 billion urban campus and a striking, sculptural tribute toSeattle's role as an innovation hub. The tallest shelters a river and waterfalls hovering over tropical gardens kept lush at 72°F (22°C) and 60 percent humidity—a microclimate like that inCosta Rica's Central Valley. Over 800 Amazonians can roam the interconnected botanical bubbles at once. Amazon opens the Spheres to the public two Saturdays a month by reservation (available online up to 30 days in advance). Fuel up on coffee and donuts at General Porpoise, a café captained by Renee Erickson, named the James Beard Best Chef Northwest of 2016."

A very beautiful and unusual place. It’s one of the spots in and around Seattle that you should definitely visit if you get the chance. Here you can see a mix of modern architectural design and the wild nature of the jungle. In person, it looks truly breathtaking and unreal. After visiting this place, you feel as if you’ve been in a National Geographic movie. It’s incredibly inspiring. I even saw, for the first time in my life, how a cacao tree grows.

The Amazon Spheres are absolutely breathtaking - a unique combination of modern architecture and lush nature. Walking inside feels like stepping into a tropical forest, right in the middle of downtown Seattle. The design is impressive: massive glass domes filled with exotic plants from around the world, peaceful walkways, and cozy seating areas. There’s even a cafe inside where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. Please note - the Spheres are closed to the public most days, but there are select days when you can visit for free with a reservation. It’s definitely worth planning ahead to experience this incredible space. Great for plant lovers, photographers, or anyone looking for a peaceful and unique escape in the middle of the city!

Visited The Sphere during the public open days after making a reservation, and it was an amazing family experience. The architecture and design were truly breathtaking, and the immersive visuals made the visit unforgettable. It’s definitely worth seeing in person, and we’re glad we got the chance to enjoy it together as a family.

Nice garden that reminded me of the gardens by the bay in Singapore, except smaller. Of course I liked the domes in Singapore more, but this one is still really cool. The top floor was closed when I visited unfortunately. Worth visiting if you have a friend at Amazon or can snag a ticket for one of the 2 Saturdays each month

Stopped by the Amazon Spheres early in the morning to kill some time. There was some parking available nearby, and it was free at that hour, which was a nice bonus. Not much was set up or open yet, but that worked out since I just wanted a quiet stroll. While I didn’t get to go inside, I still enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the impressive architecture from the outside. A relaxing and scenic spot to start the day. JY review

The building (3 spheres) is very beautiful inside and out. The environment is relaxing, and there is a garden with several species of plants. There are aquariums with fish. Visits need to be scheduled for weekends or can be done on other days with someone you know who works at Amazon.

The spheres is a very good idea by Amazon. Amazon must be spending a lot of money in maintaining the same. Many plants from all over the world can be seen here. Had banana offered by Amazon after the visit. 😁
