EDIT: changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Other than the shipping issues and the communication issues, I have no complaints, and the products are a really lovely quality. Next time, I'll try to visit in person

I really hate posting one star reviews. Especially for local businesses. But.. I placed an order with them on a Thursday morning. During checkout, I chose 1-day delivery, as I needed it by Monday.
By Friday, the order hadn't budged. I reached out to them to inquire, and they told me they actually have a fulfillment period of 3-5 days. It did not say that anywhere on their website, and they had 1-day shipping as an option. I'm also local.
They asked if I wanted a refund on shipping, and seemed to subtly admonish me, telling me that I should "call them" next time if I need something sooner.
I responded saying I would like a refund and asked if I could pay a courier to pick up the order.
Crickets. No refund, no reply. Order arrived on Tuesday, a day late to the party (literally).
I got an automated email asking for feedback, which I gave them. Still no reply.
I am left with a sour taste in my mouth, unfortunately. Pretty poor customer service. If it takes five days to ship, make it clear on your website, please. I hope this review improves their processes.
