I’ve been to many spots to cut my son’s hair and nobody has left my son spotless like Robert. He was very nice and professional. My son felt very comfortable and came out looking so handsome. 100% recommended!

Really recommend this Spot Barbershop. Personally I’ve been to three others and the service here is fast, custom, flexible schedule. Front desk is always attentive and nice. Robert Lino my barber always has the best service, remembers my cut and does the job from A to Z. By far the best Spot barbershop I’ve been to.

Had an 8-hour layover and decided to take a gamble on a haircut—ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made. Adrial was my barber, and he absolutely nailed it. I was initially concerned about finding someone who could handle Black kinky hair, but Adrial knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he get the cut just right, but he also gave me a fresh perspective on how I could grow and shape my beard. Super professional, great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Adriel did an amazing job on my wash, cut, and blow dry. I went back again to get waxed and it was painless and quick. Additionally he cut my guy cousins hair and did a spectacular job. I also received a hot towel facial that was relaxing and refreshing.

These guys really know how to do their jobs. The customer service is absolutely top tier as well. The barbers will start a conversation and it’s like your talking to a long time friend. Truly amazing barbershop.

The Spot Barbershop is a great place to get a haircut in Miami. They have a friendly staff and a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I always get a great haircut here, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good barbershop in the area. This is definitely NOT the spot for a haircut! David, I believe, was the one who cut my hair. From the start he seemed to have a very "whatever" attitude about having to cut my hair. I showed him a specific picture to go based off of and he said he could do it. Long story short, the haircut took about 10 mins... He took no time whatsoever to try to get close to the picture I showed him. Ran by it quickly. With no sense of detail or accuracy (though he mentioned he went to school for this)... Would not recommend this spot to anyone. Very very disappointed, especially since this was a couple days before Christmas Eve...

Total clown show... Circus is to say the least... Can you imagine going to a barbar and the barbar saying i don't know how to cut hair?!?! WTF are they working for? if you don't have competent staff they shouldn't be working. When I brought it up to someone who was supposed to be "in charge" he was condescending and arrogant... Not to mention in need of a haircut himself... How are you a barber with sloppy hair ?!?! Not a leader but more of BOZO the clown to the fullest. I told him I wouldn't have someone working that made customers feel inadequate. He said maybe I was aggressive... Bro.. i don't say one work to this lady... not one... I have staff and if this was my shop and one of you clowns made one of my customers feel that way... FIRED on "The Spot" no excuses.. If you aren't confident enough to cut any customer that walks in the door then you need to be practicing in your moms kitchen... PERIOD. He tells me "i don't agree" came over with a lil prick vibe from the start. GTFOH! He's probably dating her because he was so defensive on her behalf when she was flat out wrong. "without customer we have no work, without work we have no money" it's a simple concept. The problem with Miami businesses that grow so fast as that they always worry about growth but manage to forget about the customer experience and service. The spot is an overpriced circus. "God is Great" But the spot unfortunately is NOT! Word of advice from a dude that doesn't over extend his Brand.. If you have "barbers" they should make everyone, all walks of life, races religions and cultures, feel welcome and should cut everyone hair... if they aren't confident doing a freaking skin fade they don't belong working in a barber shop... especially in a place with so many locations..."

I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm with whom I thought it was Dariel C. but by mistake I made it with Daniel C. Unfortunately I confused the "n" for an "r". It was a simple mistake. To my surprise when I arrived I was informed of the mistake which I felt embarrassed but Dariel was able to accommodate me and Daniel was able to attend to the customer who had the appointment with Dariel C. at 1:30 pm. The manager by the name of David made me feel extremely offended and uncomfortable when he commented that the customers don't know how to read. From my knowledge this incident wasn't the first time it's happened with other customers. I've been going to The Spot since 2020 and my son has been going way before that. I've never had this problem booking before and let's be honest, it's a pricey hair cut. But when you have Barbers like Dariel C. and the other staff who greet you with kindness and offer you something to drink then it's worth the price. Nevertheless when you have a "manager" like David who is arrogant, stubborn, and unprofessional it makes you think twice about booking at this location again. I do want to thank Dariel C. for actually being the professional barber he is and trying to explain a solution to David (even though he wasn't having it) for the experience of having my hair cut at this location. Hopefully some type of disciplinary action is taken towards such a rude manager.

Danilo Danilo Danilo. Such a great barber! This entire barbershop is full of great and skillful barbers. They make you feel like friends and family. The place is beautiful inside and out. You're greeted with a smile, and a drink of your choice. The waiting area is comfy and clean. Will continue going here for years and will continue to be Danilo's client.

This place is horrible Walter cut my hair and caused razor burns . I felt uncomfortable running my credit card after using it I felt it was compromised and cancelled. I would not cut my hair here not an earthly environment.

My son needed a haircut badly, and his regular place was closed. He's very picky, yet when I mentioned this place, and how my boyfriend goes here, he gave it a try. When he came home, he said it was pricier than what he's used to. (About $10 more) BUT....he said it's worth it! The shop was very clean, people are nice and he could not stop raving about how amazing the customer service was. My son will be 19 soon, and this taught him that one truly does get what they pay for. He wants this barbershop to be his go to spot, even if it's a little extra. He works and pays for things on his own. He appreciates the customer service and is money well spent! And as his mom, I absolutely love the cut!! I try not to make a big deal, because he's a man now and does things on his own ...but seriously, awesome stuff!

Worst haircut I've had in awhile, not sure who they're hiring but this location is more like a low level garden variety salon that happens to serve you a beer with your horrible cut. Better off going to Supercuts.

My baby boy used to be very scared of cutting his hair until we came to the Spot and met Eric, his forever barber now. Idk what it was but he's been comfortable with him since the first time and now we've been back to him ever since and every experience is great. The customer service at the shop is also super friendly, the girl at the checkout Janelle is si attentive and friendly. They offer complimentary drinks and cafecito! Def recommend :)

I have been coming to The Spot Barbershop for the past two-months, so that accounts for my last 4 haircuts. The staff is nice, warm and always greets you with a smile as well as a cafecito, rum & coke, or soda. My go to barber is Alyssa. She does a very good job of making a mutt like me look professional, which trust me, with my thinning hair, is not easy. Alyssa is quick, professional, and very respectful of my time. If I make an appointment using the app, I never have to wait, she is always ready at my appointment time. Do yourself a favor, and come see Alyssa at The Spot.

Dariel chia completely blew off my 9:30 am appointment and it's thirty minutes past open and the door is still locked with nobody answering the phone. Granted it's January first but still this is the most unprofessional location of the spot I've ever experienced and now I can't even get my 70$ back. Do not come here if you can go to another spot.

Jahadiel did the worst cut ever on my son It was uneven is he doesn't know how to work on certain types of hair he should said it!

The place and service are incredible. I got the appointment and I did the payment through the app, was a really easy and fast process. Been two times, and I think I'm done. Nice guys and they try to be perfectionists spending 45 min to an hour on a haircut, but my experience has been that they're one-trick ponies: fade, fade, fade. Not everyone wants a fade. Even when they agree to not give you a fade, your haircut turns into a fade. I've been disappointed with the outcome both times. Maybe it's just a Miami problem... Also, don't call me "bro".

Reading some of the negative reviews just cracks me up. I've been coming to The Spot for almost a decade. David, the manager at this location, has been my barber for a couple of years now. I adore getting my cut and look forward to whenever it's time to come in. The staff is always great, immediately offering coffee or water when I walk in, and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Everything is so simple via the app. Just select what you want and book your appointment online. You're in and out within 30 minutes. I tell my barber all the time that they're magicians. The work they do is incredible and increases everyone's confidence. The ambiance is great and they always play fantastic music. Really good people there who take pride in what they do. I've never had a bad cut from them. I tell everyone to go to The Spot and have even converted several of my friends who are now regulars. Best barbershop in Miami hands down!

My son just got his beard trimmed and nose hairs removed- I never knew that was even a thing. Danny did a great job. Next time we are in Miami this is going to be our first stop. Down from Georgia for a wedding- totally recommend these guys they all Look very professional

Just to be clear this review is based on multiple factors. I was caught up this school year with many other things and left my son's hair cut till last minute. The spot Barbershop happens to have great business hours for those of us busy people. Upon entering we were greeted and offered beverages. We were promptly notified that there would be a wait as there were 4 people ahead of us, no big deal. I'm just grateful that I was able to get my son a good cut. Everywhere you go you have to wait anyway right? All in all the wait from arrival until departure was an hour and a half. The cut was $25 & I tipped 25%, total $31 and some change. I believe the guy that cut my son's hair was Walter (the guy on the first chair to the left upon entering). He was attentive and understood what it is I explained as my son has a hair swirl right at the hairline and if not done carefully the tape will be pushed back, messed up and my son will be extremely upset. No complaints here. I was rather annoyed actually that we were skipped by an older gentleman that happen to waltz in and skipped my son and the customer after me. Danilo was the person that allowed it to happen as he's the one that completely disregarded the order of arrival. He did not consult the girl up front that basically tracks order of arrival. I would love to go shopping while i reserve a space in line at whatever given time I decide and bypass everyone that has already been waiting. They lost 2 stars on ac of that one incident. One for me and the other for the customer behind me with 2 small children. It worked out as I am satisfied with the service we did receive from Walter but it's about the principle. It's disrespectful and inconsiderate to people. If you want to work by "appointments" then make sure the customers are aware that the wait time will be affected by pre-existing appointments. I did observe another guy, first chair to the right when entering, reluctantly bringing in the next waiting customer and giving the girl lip because he had "3 upcoming appointments". Bottom Line: some** of the barbers need to figure out what type of flow is suitable for them as it's not fair to the customers to feel like a splinter in someone's eye. In light of the owner's response to the review, clearly it doesn't matter. The business owner should have just posted a big neon middle finger sign as a reply. Will not visit again, ever.

Let's just start off by simply saying just because you are in a more pricey part of town doesn't mean you should be charging 52 dollars for a simple haircut! I am a pharmacist and I don't even get paid that much!! Haha buddy that cut me though he did an exceptional job. My tape lines on the sides were way off and I acknowledged it for him to recognize he needed to fix it, and simply said they were great. Well that's why you get a shitty tip. I will most certainly head 30 minutes away from my home to go to a regular barbershop, a normal $15 dollar hair cut that comes out 100 times better that this overvalued superstars barbers, it doesn't take a Ph.D to tell you this is a rip off, sorry, work on your prices.

This spot is completely legit. When u come, ask for Danilo... he was excellent. Hair cut, straight razor shave and hot towel. I cannot commend this place enough. Feels like a real barber shop with the added extra of a bar!! Boom... can't get better than that!

I have seen a couple of reviews for this barbershop focus on one of the barbers here, Walter. They are not lying, the man is a true pro and I have been coming here for months due to his consistent results. The whole staff here is great. I am always greeted when I walk in and asked if I would like a drink or coffee. Can't say enough great things about this place. Also don't be that person who shows up an hour before the place closes without an appointment. They accept walk ins but make sure to show up a few hours before they close so that everyone who works here can go home to their families on time.

This place should be called Spot On Barber Shop. I went to Walter for my first time visit. Immediately I was greeted and offered something to drink. I had their whiskey on the rocks. The place has an amazing vibe. The staff all all look the part. Excellent service. Excellent environment. And excellent cut. Thanks Walter. From one stylist to a barber, you have mad skills.

If i can rate this barber shop 10 stars, I would. I am extremely satisfied with their service and cleanliness. Stephen has been my sons barber since I began taking him there and he has made our experience at The Spot an exceptionally gratifying one. On top of the fact that he is an amazing barber (best yet) he is extremely educated, friendly, and nonetheless patient with my kid. I highly recommend this barber shop and particularly refer Stephen as your barber.

Walked in and was helped right away by Bobby. He gave me an excellent haircut, shampoo and beard trim, along with style and care advice for my beard. Cool ambiance, felt good here. Very happy.

Love this place! In an otherwise loud and hectic miami, The Spot is a welcome respite for a mans busy life (cliche I know, but true =). Awesome that they have chill + old music you can actually relax to, most places are too loud. Walter provided great service and a accommodated my last minute appointment. His hot shave was impeccable. Jennifer was very nice at the front, she offered a drink and coffee. They are supposed to be offering nose waxing in a few weeks which is cool. Was hard to find a place down here but this place is worth it.

This was my first time at this location of The Spot, and I plan to make it my regular spot (Spot?) moving forward. Just cut your hair with someone who has done it already before at this establishment. If you don't know the barber stay clear cause you might get something you didn't ask for even with simple instructions . Other then that great place. Only giving 2 star because of what happened today. All the other times have been great services and deserves 5 stars for previous cuts and customer service

Best shop in Miami. I recently moved to Miami from NY and needed to maintain a fresh line up. The Spot barber shop has top notch technicians. This is an official grown mans barber shop. You are greeted with top shelf drinks, cool sounds, and a really cool atmosphere. Ask for Walter! He has the skills and a decent jump shot...you won't be disappointed.

Made an appointment for 9:30 early morning Friday and when I came in they made me feel right at home presenting me with coffee or water. My barber greeted me and started to go to work on my work. They were fast and did a great job on my haircut. These guys were very nice and I will definitely be coming here more often.

Great service. Fifth location I visited and by far, my favorite. Mariana was extremely helpful and is awesome at making drinks (especially her coladas). It has a bunch of food places and stores surrounding this location to visit, giving you something to do before and after your haircut. Walter was my barber and I will be coming back for sure.

Very disappointed. I have been a client for the Brickell Location for some time now an it has been amazing. I decided to get done while waiting for my glasses next door and they did a horrible job. They didn't listen to what I asked at all. I recommend the new Brickell location don't waste your time in this one.

Been cutting my hair with Bobby for some time now and that's not changing anytime soon. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is like non other. If you choose this shop you not only leave with a great cut, you'll leave knowing you have found YOUR barber.

By far, one of the greatest barbershop chains in Miami. They have a variety of locations with amazing barbershops and barbers. I can promise you, you'll never see anything like it. Vintage styling through out with the motto "God is Good" in every shop. Vintage motorcycles, wood, vintage books and much more. It's something you have to see for yourself. As for the haircuts, top notch. Individual service and quality are to the highest standard here. With the price you pay, not only do you get a haircut, but it also includes a drink of your choice. Yes, that includes a whiskey on the rocks if you like that to start your experience. Been coming here for a little over a year, and planning on keeping it what way.

2nd time here. All the barbers are super friendly and get you a drink within your first minute of walking through the door. Walter cut my hair twice and did an excellent job. For a guy to find the right barber takes almost a life time but once you found the right person your with them for life. If you have yet to find that person don't look any further than the professionals at The Spot. The team they have there is hand picked to deliver the best cut or shave every time. Skilled in scissors, trimmers, and the art of straight razor shaves they do it all. This place gives you great pricing for amazing work. Hands down... the best hair cut I've gotten in my life. I've always had issues finding the right hairstyle and barber and Walter at The Shop new the style I wanted with just a few words from me. Before he did anything or moved forward, he explained what he was going to do next and asked if it was okay. Absolutely great environment and atmosphere. Everyone there was very casual, yet extremely professional, organized, and clean all around. I will ONLY go to The Shop from now on! Until my hair falls off... then I will go for my beard thanks Walter!
