The wife and I were in town for a convention. The Mrs. had a craving for ice cream. We Googled the location. The store is located inside the entrance with the water fountains area. They have a good selection. The Mrs. opted for a Sugar Cone with Butter Pecan, while I chose a bowl of Strawberry Cheesecake. Both were equally enjoyable. Additionally, the price was reasonable, and portions were ideal. The area is family-friendly and showcases Dallas' Southern Hospitality.

I came in on Friday the 27th around 9:20 PM, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. The girl working the register was very rude. She loudly told the entire line to move over in a way that felt more like yelling than directing. There was no smile, no warmth, just blunt and dismissive behavior. The way she spoke to me made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, as if I needed to hurry up and get out of the way. It was uncomfortable and honestly unnecessary. The other girl who made and handed me my order wasn’t any better. When she gave it to me, she didn’t smile or say thank you. She handed it over abruptly with a straight face and zero acknowledgment. For the price customers are paying, basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to expect. I still left a tip, but the overall experience left a really bad impression. Customer service matters just as much as the product, and this visit definitely missed the mark. Management this is something you need to be considering for the amount of customer volume that you get per night this issue is damaging to your business. There are so many people who would genuinely appreciate having that job and would show up ready to make customers feel welcome and valued. It’s disappointing to see positions like that filled by employees who act like being there is a burden. A welcoming attitude costs nothing, but it makes a huge difference in the overall experience.

Quick, easy and friendly service. Even with a line of 10 people in front of us, it did not take long at all for us to get our ice cream. The seating area is reserved for only customers and there are multiple security guards keeping the area safe. Highly recommended if you're in the downtown Dallas area

It was a cute spot but the service not so great. My daughter ordered a cup with crushed cone. The girl gave her a cone and told her she could crush it herself. I wasn't able to get two flavors with one scoop.

There’s this beautiful young lady named Chloe, honestly makes my experience here worth it every time she’s the absolute best!!

I wish their flavor choices were better balanced, it was pretty much all just sweet flavor options and nothing on the other spectrum. It is nice to be able to balance a sweet flavor with like an acidic/tart type flavor, or have berry based options too. The selections I had did taste good and ice cream is good quality.
