Old World Deli is in this Square .. I highly recommend their broasted chicken .. mmmm, mmmm, great... A must try .. their soups .. fabulous. Bread rolls... Oh my, their desserts... Do not get me started. Thank you Old World . You guys rock.

Clean parking lot and crisp well lit store fronts make this plaza or square, an attractive stop just before the freeway entrance. Traffic is smooth with plenty of parking spots given the amount of businesses congragated together. Great view of the mountains with a wonderful outdoor section centered around the relaxing scenery.

Service Was good Workers Are Very Helpful, I Had to Do (Security Patrol) there, IT WAS Very Different Karaoke Then I am Used to Work. I Will Be Working Tonight from (20:00 PM -02:00 AM)

Dave's hot chicken is a walk in restaurant. They have the best spicy chicken sliders. The dinning area is big to share a meal with family and friends.

I go to this plaza all the time. It is maintained beautifully. However, they have ashtrays everywhere and people are smoking right in front of restaurants. This is a violation as the law is “Prohibit smoking within 25 feet of any outdoor area of an eating establishment or bar set aside for use by patrons.” This is a family plaza and a lot of babies and kids. I wish the plaza will address this issue.

This is a super nice plaza with Tesla superchargers and a nice outdoor area to sit at! It’s conveniently located next to the interstate as well. Overall, the area is very well-kept and clean with some staple spots like 85 degrees bakery. Definitely one of the better plazas I’ve been to in the LA area.
