From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff here are simply amazing—so warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Tara, who handled our check-in with such grace and made us feel completely at home. Our room was beautifully arranged with thoughtful touches and well-planned amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. You can truly feel the care and attention that goes into creating this experience for guests. A heartfelt mention for Chef Kushan and his wonderful culinary team—their passion really shines through. Dinner at Villa Toscana and breakfast the next morning were nothing short of exceptional. The Head Chef at Villa Toscana and Chef Bala with their teams went above and beyond, putting their heart into every dish to ensure each meal was unforgettable. And those little extras—breakfast until 3 PM and a late check-out—were the perfect finishing touches to an already perfect stay. We left with such happy memories and would love to return soon!

A beautifully curated stay with elegant details and seamless service. I stayed here for a short 2-night getaway and was genuinely impressed. The butler service, lobby ambiance, and sunset by the pool were standout moments. The room was spacious and stylish, though slightly dated in a few details, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. The location is scenic and quiet, but not fully walkable — taxis or private car are necessary for most destinations. Perfect for a relaxing couple’s stay or a quiet business trip with a touch of luxury.

I had such an amazing stay at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi! From start to finish everything was perfect.||my amazing butler Navoda – he honestly made the whole experience so special, always there whenever I needed something and super friendly too and had a lovely surprise setup for my daughter’s birthday on our tour of the VIP room which was luxurious! Navoda made sure I knew everything I could get help with whilst I stayed at the hotel and the WhatsApp butler service was great with there quick replies. There was nothing he could not help with! At the , Hanny was incredible – so attentive and made every meal feel special and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter enjoyed dinner. ||Also the pool team were great, always looking after us and I with cold towels and ice lollies for all with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. ||I had the pleasure of meeting Nadeem, the doorman at The St. Regis his kindness and willingness to assist with every detail showed not just excellent service, but a true passion for what he does. People like Nadeem make all the difference, and he is a real credit to The St. Regis team.||The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s really the staff who made my stay unforgettable. I’m just blown away by the hospitality from all areas of the hotel and how accommodating management was. The doorman Nadeem was just tFelt like home away from home except in this home you don’t have to lift a finger as everything was done by the staff to make you feel like royalty. couldn’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful 17-night stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi which exceeded all expectations. This was our second visit and we are already looking forward to the next.||||As someone very sensitive to noise, I was delighted with our room (4407) . It was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We opted for the Half Board package which turned out to be excellent value. With several food allergies, dining can often be a challenge, but the kitchen team went above and beyond every single day to create safe, thoughtful and delicious meals. A very special thank you goes to Chef Balaji Ravichandran and Rejeesh for their creativity and dedication and outstanding efforts.||||From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We are certain he has a bright future as an outstanding butler himself.||||Ashika Thapa and Nahil, along with Santos from the F&B team, and Pryanthi, the Bar Attendant – for their kindness, warmth, and excellent service.||||Maitre D’ May and Kim – always sweet, gracious, professional, and welcoming.||||Vishnu Nair, Recreation Manager, and Chanuka Mendes, Pool Attendant – who made our leisure time by the pool truly relaxing and memorable.||||The kind gentleman (sorry I forgot your name!) at the entrance offering dates and baklava – his warm smile and thoughtful gesture made us feel welcome ‘home’ every single day.||||One note of caution: the bathroom can be very slippery. Water sometimes slides from the shower, and despite reporting it, the issue was not fully resolved. I unfortunately had a fall, but thankfully was not seriously injured. It’s worth being extra careful.||||Every interaction felt genuine, and every member of the team contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. It is this dedication and personal touch that keeps us returning to the St. Regis Abu Dhabi.||||Thank you once again to everyone who made our stay so special – we cannot wait to come back!

We have had a pleasure of staying in St.Regis complex since August 2025. The place is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, with access to all necessary facilities and pleasures. Sea, pool, restaurants, good food, entertainment l. We are constant clients of Nation Riviera beach club, where we invite our friends to enjoy time together and where the center place is the service. We appreciate service of staff here, we are like family where they know your mood, taste and preferences. Great thanks to the management team, and staff, especially to waiters Milan and Vincent. They make a great difference and make St.Regis Nation Riviera be most visited place.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to.|Polite and welcoming personnel. Employees were a 10.|Cleaning was absolutely perfect.|Food was amazingly good. We tried the italian restaurant and the sushi-seafood restaurant and both were of very high quality (the italian one was a bit expensive but due to the excellent service I think it was worth it).|The pools were very clean and nice. We realmy enjoyed our stay and if I went to Dubai I would repeat again.|Incredible views|Veey big rooms: we went with a baby and were very well attended (the cradle was very confortable).

We had a fantastic stay at the St. Regis hotel in August!! The butlers couldn't do enough for us! Our children were so looked after by all members of staff and were given lovely gifts. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the butlers surprised me with such wonderful gifts that I will treasure forever. Our butlers Vina and Akshay were beyond amazing!! A big thank you goes to Kirolles Noshi for the upgrade and for the gift to my son as we were leaving. A big thank you to Nadeem the doorman who made our day when we would get a taxi. This is a beautiful hotel with top notch service.||We spent our days lazing around the beach pool which is totally gorgeous with VERY comfortable sun beds which were all nicely spread out . The pool team are amazing & kept us topped up with fresh ice buckets of cold water, smoothie shots & ice lollies & lots of smiles :)||Our daughter absolutely loved the kids club which is right next to the pool so really convenient.||Our butler Navoda was phenomenal & brought us delicious treats & coffee to our room. He also arranged & escorted us to the champagne sabering which is a must if you stay here & enjoy champagne. Navoda also gave us a tour of the Presidential Suite which was fantastic to see ! You are a true credit to the St Regis :)||We loved our evening drinks in the beautiful St Regis bar where we were looked after by Priyanti who is totally wonderful & engaging - we loved talking to you every night - you are fantastic !||We were half board & loved the breakfast with the a la carte options & the themed dinners; the food quality & the service was exceptional.||To sum up - we had a wonderful time here & would return without hesitation.
