We had a great day overall at the St. Regis Beach Club, but I feel it’s important to point out an issue we experienced at the bar.|When we arrived, we sat directly at the bar and placed our order. Unfortunately, the bartender Vincent, who was working alone, was clearly overwhelmed. Even though we ordered before several other guests, they were served first simply because they asked for beers, which were supposedly quicker to prepare. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes, despite having ordered earlier and clearly mentioning that my wife is pregnant.|This isn’t a complaint about Vincent personally. He was kind, professional, and trying to manage everything on his own. The issue seems to be more about how things are organized. During busy periods, even in summer when things are generally quieter, there should definitely be more than one person behind the bar. And most importantly, service should follow a simple and fair rule: first come, first served.||That said, I want to thank Vincent for his attitude. Despite the situation, he remained polite and even offered us a drink on the house to make up for the delay. That was appreciated. Also, big thanks to Bhaskar, who delivered excellent service throughout the day, always attentive and friendly.||In short, the staff is great, but the bar management needs improvement. We’ll definitely come back, hoping things run a bit more smoothly next time.

In the years before, we always stayed at the Fairmont Hotel Bab al Bar, but the guest service was very limited in the end. That's why we tried this more centrally located and slightly more expensive hotel. It's worth every penny. The guest and their desires are absolutely first priority. The genuine warmth and kindness of all the staff is particularly special. Starting with a butler service perfectly managed by Mr. Alam, to a very good kitchen that really conjured up very diverse and varied, as well as perfectly seasoned and presented dishes. A heartfelt thank you to the head chef of the Terrace Restaurant, to the very attentive service of Santos and the friendly Sandy-led restaurant team of the Terrace. Viola, Daffa, Anana(s) 😉, Hani and his slightly quieter but no less attentive, particularly dark-skinned colleague from India read our wishes from our eyes and created new ones. Anyone who isn't satisfied here needs a very large magnifying glass. Smaller improvements could already be found, for example, air conditioning in the glass elevators to the transfer tunnel or occasionally sushi variations in the starters, for example, during Asian or international theme evenings. We would also like to thank our butler, Ghani, and his colleagues in the background. Even the concierge collects German-language books left behind by guests to bring joy to others. The pool is very lovingly designed, and the helpful pool team pampers guests with drinks, refreshing towels, and ice water. We enjoyed 14 wonderful, quiet, and relaxing days there and will definitely return in October with the family and children. Then the friendly front office manager, Mr. Noshi, can help us again.

My favorite place to go in Abu Dhabi. My experience at the St. Regis was nothing short of exceptional, from the moment I arrived to the very last minute of my stay. The atmosphere radiates luxury, tranquility, and impeccable attention to detail, making it one of the most unforgettable resorts I’ve ever visited. The staff are truly the heart of the hotel—warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I would especially like to highlight Bhaskar Dharvath, whose kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service went above and beyond; he made me feel incredibly welcomed and ensured every aspect of my experience was seamless. His dedication is a true reflection of the excellence that St. Regis stands for. The pool area was pristine and peaceful, perfect for both relaxation and leisure, while the private beach offered stunning views and a serene escape from the city. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi – it truly is the best 5 star hotel I have ever experienced.||From the moment we arrived, the service was second to none. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite, which was a fantastic surprise and made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.||Every single member of staff went out of their way not only to offer outstanding service but to remember our names and make us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay.||A special thank you to our incredible butler Askshay T – he was absolutely fantastic. So friendly, attentive, and helpful, Askshay made sure our stay was seamless, relaxing, and full of thoughtful personal touches. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to guest comfort, and he truly elevated our entire experience.||Also a big shoutout to Bhaskar at the pool – always smiling, warm, and providing top tier service. Whether it was drinks, towels, or just a friendly chat, he made us feel completely taken care of every single day.||The facilities are outstanding – from the luxurious rooms and spa to the gorgeous pool and private beach, everything is meticulously maintained and designed for pure relaxation and comfort.||As someone with a gluten free allergy, I was also really impressed by the range of food options available. Most restaurants had either dedicated gluten free menus or a wide variety of clearly labelled options. The only minor downside was the beach bar, which had limited gluten free choices, but everywhere else made up for it tenfold with excellent care and variety.||If you are looking for a luxurious truly five star experience with genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and all the details taken care of, I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. I am already planning my return.

Very much it’s full 5 stars. This was my first time staying in this hotel but it didn’t disappoint! It’s in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, bathroom fully covered in marble! We only had breakfast 1 day which was Sunday when they do breakfast until 3 which was very handy. All you can eat buffet with eggs to order. Pool at hotel is shaded most of the day but the pool at the beach club was great. Again friendly staff and swim up pool bar. We had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar and food was good and most at reasonable prices. There is also a private beach if this is your preference. Final note, where possible sign up to Marriott and book directly, you get extra discount. Also don’t leave without checking out the Cigar lounge behind the downstairs bar!
