The St. Regis Abu Dhabi

Fantastic from start to finish. Travelling a lot I am a judgy guest and to say there was nothing I could find any fault with is high praise. Didn’t put a foot wrong from the moment we entered through check-in through the room with butler service through the meals we had. Old school quiet elegance everywhere. As usual with all the world class hotels it’s the staff that makes the difference. Everyone deals with you with calm quite capable confidence. Checkin seamless and was actually pleasurable. That’s saying something. Room full of old school charm. Butler service for tea and coffee is a lovely touch. We are early to bed and didn’t hear a peep of noise at any stage during the day or night. Villa Tuscany food really excellent and staff a credit to the hotel. Enjoyed the evening saberage of sparkling NA wine, a tradition in every St Regis worldwide since 1904. Two pools, loads of great restaurants, cigar bar. Bravo

Lovely hotel but lacks soul! Rooms stunning but this is a business hotel not a tourist hotel, it’s a trek to the beach and service at the beach bar is very very slow, food was very good though. Villa Toscana food great but again service very slow and inattentive. Buffet the staff are absolutely fantastic and cannot do enough for you however food was always cold and not appealing. Walking through the hotel there is no interaction with lobby staff or any managers who would usually say good morning etc when walking past guests we almost felt in the way. After 8pm this hotel is completely lifeless there is literally nothing going on, after your meal where you would usually like to go and have a drink somewhere which has music or a bit of atmosphere you might as well be in your room. We have stayed in Emirates Palace and Beach Rotana both which are a lot more lively and enjoyable as a tourist. Half of this hotel is apartments and it really is geared up to business people.||The jewel in the crown and the only place worth visiting in here is The St Regis bar and this is only for Ayuni and Buddima these 2 members of staff are worth their weight in gold and are totally wasted at this hotel. The smiles on their faces constantly and the attention to detail they provide is priceless they could not do enough for us. In fact one night they went on a break at the same time and no one came for a drink order off us for 35 minutes which is very poor. ||Best restaurant is Catch food was fantastic but again a trek and not in the hotel

Outstanding hotel. Every single member of staff, without exception were very kind, chatty, friendly and professional. The room was spacious and a great view from the 46th floor. Easy walk to the Marina Mall, and along the Corniche which we did most mornings. Easy walk to the beach via a calm, fragrant and beautiful marble tunnel. We had half board and there were so many options in main dining room, the choices never got boring. Abishek and Ayuni and the staff were fabulous in the St Regis bar - always finding time to chat to us. Ashmita in the dining room served us a few times and was very kind and professional. We did go up and have a meal in the Emirates Palace hotel once, but overall we preferred the St Regis just for the welcome, the warmth and overall feeling of home. We will definitely return.

I had a wonderful a night stay at the St. Regis last Wednesday, and everything exceeded my expectations. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special. I was greeted around 4 p.m. by a very sweet and attentive gentleman from the concierge with his proffesional uniform white dress (I’m sorry I forgot his name), who immediately made me feel welcome. At the reception, Onno from Myanmar explained every detail clearly and professionally excellent service. I also met Aqib, who was very attentive and helpful, and Zayar from IRD who was absolutely amazing. His service was fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. Annas from housekeeping was very attentive as well, checking in from time to time to see if I needed anything. At the Terrace on the Corniche, Rani was very warm, friendly, and attentive. During breakfast, Nilam provided cool and excellent service, and the food was absolutely amazing. I loved the atmosphere it was relaxing and elegant. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience, I truly enjoyed my stay.

I would like to share my experience with the Iftar. I have visited three times, and each visit has been wonderful. The staff are truly amazing, and their hospitality is highly appreciated. I would especially like to thank Sandeep for his outstanding service and support. He demonstrated great professionalism and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The lobby was beautiful and the hotel room was very nice. The location was central and easy to get to Qasr Al Watan. It was nice to have the private beach. They have an awesome happy hour at The bar that you can't beat the price. Yubraj was our server at The Bar and he was so sincere, attentive and made delicious drinks. He made our trip extra special

Perfect place to experience New Year fireworks in Abu Dhabi The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is an excellent choice for celebrating New Year’s Eve, especially if you want a premium experience with great views and comfort. The hotel’s Corniche location makes it one of the best spots to enjoy the New Year fireworks without dealing with overcrowded public areas. The overall ambiance on New Year’s Eve is elegant and festive. The fireworks view from the hotel’s venues and nearby areas is fantastic, and the atmosphere feels exclusive yet lively. Everything is well organized, from entry to seating and service, which makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. Service, as expected from St. Regis, is top-notch — staff are attentive, professional, and make you feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The food and drinks during NYE events are high quality, with good variety and presentation.

This is an outstanding hotel, the lobby is fantastic, the decor superb, maintained to a very high standard and one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. My wife and I have stayed at the Ritz and Clariges in London and this hotel is on a par with those. The most pleasing thing though was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff, no matter their role, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of food was excellent no matter which of the many restaurants we used and at whatever time of day. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
