Whenever I’m in Bal Harbour for a shopping spree, a visit to The St. Regis Bar is a must. This place never disappoints — the elegant ambiance, refined selection of drinks, and exceptional service always make it a standout experience. A special thank you to Amilcar for treating us like royalty, and to Martha and Anthony for being so attentive. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly elevated our visit and made it unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming spot to unwind!

MEMORABLE!! Customer service - 5+ Ambiance - 5+ Drinks - 5 Price-to-quality ratio - 5 The St. Regis Bar in Bal Harbour is an absolute gem. The customer service is excellent—attentive, friendly, and always making sure you’re having a great experience. The ambiance is effortlessly elegant, with chic décor that adds to the sophisticated yet relaxed vibe. The drinks are where this place truly shines. I had the Mt. Fuji, a mezcal-based cocktail, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right smoky kick. You can tell the bartenders really know their craft, creating well-thought-out drinks that are both tasty and beautifully presented.

SoulEdge : Simply Irresistible... Arrived there walked in. Thanks to Sergey and gentleman who recommend the Wagyu Beef Crispy Rice that comes withTruffle Aioli, Fresh Black Truffle. I also ordered Beef Kushiyaki, with Kabayaki Sauce (I felt the sauce had a bit of alcohol. Maybe it is one of its ingredients) Scallions, mushrooms. Good service from Anthony too. Dessert, was a Key Lime pie. Visit as a gesture of gratitude to a French lady and Scandinavian lady whom I've crossed paths back in 2013 respectfully. I wish them both well. Hence the Simply Irresistible title song from Robert Palmer. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend. Cue in the songs : "One Call Away" Song by Charlie Puth & "Let Me Go" Song by Avril Lavigne 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️

After dinner upstairs at Atlantikos, my friends and I went down to the bar because they had live music at the time we came down and we were curious about it. This hotel, lobby and bar all screams opulence and luxury. A modern eclectic over the top style like no other and every detail in every corner is just gorgeous and well thought out. The wine vault has an exclusive selection of wines and champagnes. There was a two person band that was fun to watch as they were very entertaining. Now with the immaculate vibes all around us I had to order this old fashioned delivered in a glass box with smoke in it...talk about presentation. Our waiter, Amilcar, was most welcoming and attentive at all times so needless to say, service is top notch and I wouldn't had expected any less. My friend also enjoyed her cocktail, the Empress Ecstasy, so that's another happy customer. I'd like to come back on a Friday for the Latin live music and and try a few other cocktails and perhaps some small bites.

Not only is this place beautiful, they have some amazing drinks! If you are a fan of Bloody Mary’s you should definitely try the flight. It’s 4 different bloody Mary’s and they are all delicious and have a good kick. The service was really amazing, especially the bartender. I will definitely come back to this iconic place!

Nice hotel bar. They have live music some nights. The menu consists of food from both the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant. I would love if they added a few smaller bar bites.

Very modern and eclectic spot to end the night with fresh-made cocktails. Kind bartenders and servers, great drinks, and awesome atmosphere with live singing and music. The sushi platter was wonderful.  Great presentation and fresh tasting. Good small plates menu to share. Arrive early for an evening (7 pm) the saber champagne ceremony is interesting! PROS: 1. High quality food. CONS: $$$$ Be prepared for an automatic 20% gratuity regardless of party size. Portions are small.

Yelp
Stopped here after dinner for a night cap. The bartenders are nice and they had live music so that added to the ambiance. The only can is the whiskey selection isnt as big as I'd expect for a place that sells cigars.

Yelp
Live Music is Back! The full spectrum of dining at the St. Regis has not yet returned but you can hear a good band playing a variety of contemporary hits at the St. Regis Bar & Wine Vault. Just stopped by for some Champagne and enjoyed the music and even danced a little. Reminded me of the things we used to take for granted before Covid. Hopefully you've been vaccinated (still boggles my mind why some people don't), and if you want to hear some great music, have a drink, maybe dance or do some people watching in a laid back, elegant setting, this is a good option. Give a call to check on the days and hours the band plays and what the food options are if you want to eat. The wine vault room is a beautiful impressive designed collection of wine. Parking: $15 with validation. UPDATE: We returned again to experience the Champagne Sabering ritual and have some dinner. Champagne sabering is the art of using a sword to open a bottle of Champagne, or house sparking wine in this case. Check for which days they are doing the presentation. It is usually around 5:30 or 6 p.m. After the sabering the staff shares some of the bubbles with all of the guests. It is a St. Regis brand sparking wine made in California, a little too much sugar dosage for me. The Bloody Mary was said to be invented at the St. Regis (New York) and there is also a ritual where Bloody Mary's are made at the open of the bar and samples are passed out to the guests as well. The wine list and menu is not posted online, so I've taken some photos to share with you. There is also a larger extensive wine by the bottle list available on request. For food there is a selection of sushi rolls, sashimi and various hot bites such as shrimp tempura, wings, Wagyu Burger, Butterfish and Striploin steak among other items, see photo of menu. We choose some sushi rolls, sashimi, steamed short rib buns and Korean fried chicken. For dessert we had a cheesecake that was very good. The food is all good, but I give it 4 stars for food, not 5. I give it 5 stars for comfort and music. So if you're looking for a night out, laid back, live two person band, oldies and pop hits, older crowd, pet friendly, can dance (but you might be the only ones), The St. Regis Bar & Wine Vault is an option.

Yelp
Bartenders and servers are nice, although a bit disorganized on my first visit. I don't know why a place that opens at 5pm and closes at midnight has a shift change at 9pm, but it seemed disruptive. Things got better during subsequent visits. On my first night, there were several children inside the lounge when I first arrived, but a manager eventually told the parents that it was 21-and-older only because, after all, it's a bar. Elizabeth makes a very good martini. Their stock of single malt scotches is well above average. There is a relatively large food menu, but I only had drinks while there. The seating and tables are spaced out to provide social distancing. For some reason, this makes it seem desolate. I'm not sure how most other places manage to avoid this effect, but suspect in this case it's due to sparse decor and the lighting. A few plants and some standing lamps might help. On Saturday night they had live music. The woman singing had a great voice. It's a good place to have a martini, but probably caters almost exclusively to guests of the hotel.

Yelp
I came to St.Regis for some cocktails and to see the live music with my fiancé. We fell in love with the ambiance and the service we received at the bar from the main bartender named Elizabeth . The hospitality was amazing. Elizabeth made us some unbelievable drinks , can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Great bar located in the lobby of the St Regis. Started off with a delicious old fashioned and then had a couple pours of Japanese whisky. Excellent service - Will definitely be back.

Yelp
We didn't stay at the actual hotel, but we decided to stop in and dine at the St. Regis Bar & Wine. The appetizers were amazing, the service was fast, and there were many things to do outside. The small appetizers were delicious as well as a bit different than they usually are. Everything has a small, delectable twist to it. Our server was fast, observant, kind, and everything you would want from a waiter. For example, it was mentioned that we would like champagne and our waiter brought it to us FOR FREE! On top of all that, there are doors in the back of the restaurant that lead to the back of the St. Regis hotel. You can enjoy a game of foosball and a nice pool/ ocean view. Overall, the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with nice scenery, decorations, and seating. I will definitely come back. Would highly recommend this restaurant for your next trip to Miami!!
