The St. Regis Istanbul

We had an amazing experience thanks to Omar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He’s an exceptional person — incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Omar went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, and his kindness didn’t go unnoticed. The rest of the team was also great, but Omar definitely stood out. We take a family vacation with our daughter 19 and 16 every year. This year we were lucky enough to go to Istanbul and stay at the St Regis. Since we travel every summer I must say this experience was by far one of the BEST we have ever had. From the time we checked in Ozan was amazingly attentive and made sure all our room needs were met and got us checked in and to our room in an expedited manner. The food at the restaurant was amazing and plentiful. And every breakfast Berke was there to help me and my family with all our needs. As far as planning excursions, where to eat or where to go Mehti with concierge was so helpful and even went out of his way to help plan future activities with our further stop along our vacation. I can not say enough how wonderful everyone was and what an amazing time we had. Thank you all.

I had a great experience at the hotel, with regards to butler services especially Ercan, Akin during my stay. He was extremely helpful, polite, and always had a warm smile. He handled our luggage with care and was quick to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a positive impression and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Thank you for the excellent service!

Coming into a St. Regis hotel is always a wonderful feeling… And mostly to this St. Regis property! ||The whole staff is the absolute top of the hospitality industry. The butler who’s name I can’t remember (it was something similar to Isaac) was an absolute joy to have around. ||The restaurant is great, location is even better. ||But the best part of the hotel is Eren, from the front desk. He was the most gentleman like host I have come across in my hotel life. He deserves an absolute raise and I would not be suprised if he will be running the hotel in the future!

My husband and I stayed at this St Regis coming off a cruise. We were worn out and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. it was a quiet haven in the midst of a busy city (in an upscale part of town). We arrived in the morning and were surprised that they accommodated us in an upgraded suite immediately! The suite itself was beautiful- with an amazing view and balcony. They also did a great job of recognizing my marriott status. What blew me away was the level of service provided! Emre, the front office supervisor, checked us in and made EVERY effort to make sure our stay was perfect. Everyone on staff that we encountered was extremely helpful. The dinner we ordered for room service was excellent as was the amazing breakfast the next morning. I was sorry we did not have time to use one the private heated pools - but they looked very inviting.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel Istanbul Nişantaşı and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable —perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Istanbul. The attention to detail in the amenities and housekeeping was impeccable. What truly stood out was the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Every team member, from the concierge to the dining and housekeeping staff, was professional, kind, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. The location is ideal —nestled in the upscale Nişantaşı neighborhood, surrounded by high-end shopping, fine dining, and vibrant cafés. It’s also conveniently close to major attractions and public transport. I highly recommend the St. Regis Istanbul Nişantaşı for anyone seeking a 5-star experience with outstanding service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. I can’t wait to return! St Regis is said to be one of the top five star hotels in Istanbul. It was nice but felt slightly less luxurious than its counterparts abroad. The staffs were all helpful and professional however lack the “warmth” I would usually get from other hotels (maybe because I’m a chatter). The Spa was amazing though! Very beautiful private pool albeit small but it’s private so it makes up for the size. The spa staff as especially kind! The only thing I felt could be improved is the amenities. It’s quite weird to have a tag on every single bottle telling you not to take it lol when they weren’t exactly great, my skin got really dried out after :(. There were also no tea bags or kettle in the room. I get that we could use the butler service but sometimes it’s good to have those for something quick. Ordered tea in the morning and those were chargeable (both for delivery and tea) Received a very thoughtful gift at check out which was really nice and the champagne sabre ceremony was quite interesting! Loved the Brasserie at the ground floor for the food and too notch service from the petite blond lady (forgot her name, but please give her a raise), the rest of the waiters weren’t too attentive though..

My preferred hotel when visiting Istanbul, Turkey, is the St. Regis Istanbul. I have stayed there twice, and each visit has been consistently positive. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the location is very convenient. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood with designer shopping nearby. The check-in desk staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests, which made the arrival process smooth and pleasant. During our stay, I enjoyed contemporary Turkish breakfasts served by a friendly and helpful staff member, Berke. I also appreciated the Oriental Hammam (Turkish bath) service at the hotel spa, where the therapist provided excellent care.

NOT a 5 Star Hotel This hotel has terrible customer service. The rooms are very dirty. It is not a 5 star hotel. If you are considering staying at a nice hotel in Istanbul, trust me this is not the place.

We enjoyed a stay here during our trip in Istanbul and even got upgraded to a suite. The room was extra spacious and the bathroom was beautiful! The bed was ultra comfortable. Seriously, the combination of the mattress and plush comforter and soft linen was exquisite. And the service was of course, excellent! Love their butler service!

Located in one of popular and happening areas of Istanbul away from all the hustle and bustle is located the St Regis Istanbul. For the hotel brand this one is delicious me the lower end of price range compared to the ones spread across the world and US. We stayed here for a total of four nights in one of the suites. The service is exceptional for the most part. The butler service is very helpful and efficient. The rooms are cozy as expected and the views from balcony are nice. You can see the strait from that side facing Kabataş. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs had Muriel's options and very decent but nothing exceptional. They have a large variety of options available. The hotel is located right next to high end shops and decent dining options in the area. A 15 min walk to Teksim and a shirt cab ride to most of the places. The only thing we didn't like was the noise. Whenever they have an event on the rooftop you can hear the loud music or the boom in the rooms , if the event goes late then those of us sensitive to noise might have trouble sleeping. Hotel was very accommodating but not much they couldn't do. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it! Butler service was a nice touch to handle our requests. Turned down service was great on some nights and just ok on other. We had a park view but could see water as well. We had our complimentary breakfast downstairs at at Brasserie and enjoyed hammam on multiple nights at the spa. You can use sauna and pool without a reservation for paid services
