The St. Regis Kuwait

The main reason why i always come back and patronize St. Regis/Sheraton each time i come and visit Kuwait, is that they always give an excellent satisfaction with their guests. I never expected to have this Topnotch and luxurious room that makes me feel at home and relaxed. Plus luxurious bathroom kits and a complimentary fresh fruits from FAHED ABUSHAAR🫡🫡🫡 i will definitely recommend this hotel with my colleagues and friends if they come and visit the beautiful country of KUWAIT.

St. Regis speaks for itself. After my recent stay in Kuwait, it has definitely become one of my favorites. The service was smooth and efficient — they kindly offered me a late checkout, which I really appreciated. I stayed in a deluxe room; it was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even the valet service was impressively fast and convenient.

I’ve stayed in a few St Regis around the world, but St Regis Kuwait just became the best of all so far! The hospitality demonstrated by each and every staff definitely made an impression. I was given early check-in, late check-out and room upgrades during my one night stay. Room is super comfortable, fresh fruits everyday, superb breakfast, and almost a private pool to myself. Not to mention the butler service is above and beyond too. The attention to detail is unmatched. For example, right before I could ask for a spoon for my yoghurt at breakfast, I’ve already seen a spoon on the table. They checked in constantly with me to make sure I’m all satisfied. In all, highly recommended to stay in St Regis Kuwait. They just set a very high bar for St Regis and Marriott around the world.

Yet another amazing St. Regis! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and handled everything for us! Could not have asked for better hospitality than what they have shown us in Kuwait City! Mohammad with the concierge was absolutely outstanding! Welcoming us as we walked in and making sure we had everything we need including setting up tours and taxis for us! What an absolutely wonderful experience and we cannot wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Hotel Kuwait, and I’d like to highlight a few key aspects that made my experience exceptional.|| • The King Suite was absolutely perfect, spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.|| • Room Dining was overall good; the food was delicious, though the spaghetti Bolognese didn’t quite meet my expectations.|| • A special thanks to Ms. Jewell and Mr. Faisal at the reception. They were incredibly helpful and cooperative, ensuring a smooth check-in and even offering me a late check-out, which I truly appreciated.|| • The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The furniture and décor were elegant and well thought out. || • Room service was exceptional,efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. ||Overall 9.5/10||My experience was fantastic, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Kuwait. A wonderful room, the staff always supportive and taking care of each detail, trying that the gast feels like at home. The breakfast has si many soecialuties! AND they have a free-of-charge transfer from the Airport!

I really enjoyed my time at the lobby bar st.regis , I recommend affogato as a cold coffee option , special thanks for the manager if the lobby (Sibin ) & ( Albin) for his great service 💯
