The Standard

The standard was home for just under 3 years for me. I don’t have a complaint, from the leasing experience to the ongoing management, they exceeded my expectations. The standard is community. They are family oriented, everyone looks out for you. If something is needed it promptly address. The building is secure and safe as well as the surrounding area. I truly appreciated my experience and if I were to move back to the area, I would strongly consider moving back into the building. To the management and my neighbors, thank you for the experience.

My husband and I have been living here since the summer and we have had nothing but positive experiences here. I was very hesitant at first about moving to New Rochelle from Parkchester but the amazing staff here have made this a new home for me. Glen is an amazing realtor whose positive attitude and professionalism is unbeatable. Karen is the BEST building manager. She is always available via text and resolves any issues we face in an urgent manner. She has trained the front desk staff to be just as warm and professional. Overall, highly recommend moving here. UPDATE: 10 months later and still nothing but positive things to say about this building and its management. My husband and I have lived in many other places and this is by far the best place to live. We are so going to miss it when we move. We had fallen into tough times this year and the management was so respectful and accommodating. We will always recommend this place to everyone we meet. Glen, Karen, Georgie, may you all achieve immense success in your careers.

Beyond happy with my experience so far at The Standard! Such a beautiful building, view, and most importantly the staff. Michael, Christian, Karen, Glenn, and everyone at the front desk are all an absolute pleasure! Coming from an apartment building with no front desk, to The Standard with a full staffed concierge was a big difference and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone helped to make my move seamless and accommodating! So glad I chose to move to The Standard!

I lived at The Standard, when it first opened, Brand new place with several luxury amenities, I moved in this month. During my stay (3 years and two months) I never had any problems. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, respectful and attentive to any need that may arise. All common areas are very organized and impeccable. And it is very safe. They always carry out recreational activities. It is the best place to live in Downtown New Rochelle. if you want to travel by train or bus. The Standard is warm, fun and welcoming. My experience exceeds all expectations. I recommend it!!!!

We love this building. The staff is extremely pleasant and the building is exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. Karen the building manager is second to none. The gym and lounge areas are amazing. We've been there 4 years and the Standard is the STANDARD! The old and new neighbors all kinda get the vibe too... good job Standard staff and residents. Let's keep this going. I love it here

My boyfriend and I have been living here since the beginning of this month and we are loving it so far. Glen, the leasing manager, is always friendly and extremely responsive as is the building manager, Karen. Concierge staff and maintenance are awesome as well. Centrally-located building and well within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Gym is always clean and quiet, albeit a little small, but to be expected for a smaller complex. They make up for it with a wide variety of virtual classes you can select on the TV in the yoga room, and they offer in-person classes as well. Cannot beat covered parking at town price either, right across the road and have never had an issue finding a spot. There are several new luxury high-rises going up around New Ro, but your money is best spent here.

Had the pleasure of living in The Standard for 3 years. I was so happy to call this place home. From the concierges to resident manager and above, my expectations were exceeded while I was a tenant here! I had a situation with water leakage in my apartment and I was upgraded to a new unit without hesitation! I always felt at home and welcome in The Standard. If I ever find myself living back in New York, The Standard will definitely be on my list of places to live

As pet owners, we couldn't be happier with how our pup feels comfortable and at home here at The Standard. The pet-friendly policies and amenities cater to the needs of our four-legged companions. Additionally, the presence of a dog area just across the street adds convenience and offers a dedicated space for dogs to play and socialize. It's a wonderful opportunity for our pet to get some exercise and interact with other dogs in the community. Another commendable aspect of The Standard is the constant cleanliness throughout the entire property. From the pristine hallways to the spotless common areas, it is evident that the management team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. This attention to detail contributes to the overall pleasant living environment and creates a sense of comfort and well-being. Our experience at The Standard in New Rochelle is nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend The Standard to anyone seeking a comfortable and pet-friendly place to call home.

Amazed by the world class facilities and the top notch designs both interior and exterior. This revitalizes New Rochelle and brings forth a new definition of luxury. Great view of Westchester area and peaks of NYC from the zen outdoor patio. I'm 99% finalizing my lease, can not wait to officially be a resident at The Standard!
