when Jamie The Building Manager took command, this place became one of the hottest places to live. I'm here to tell you that this building is different and a marvel that was only made possible by Jamie. Her hands on approach, wrangle 'em by the horns attitude, is what makes this building run the way it does.
when you speak to Jamie, you can tell she's doing her job very well & at the same time, cares. it doesn't come off as uncaring or unprofessional. she's the most understanding Building Manager i've ever encountered!
when on duty, the staff is very professional and cordial. always saying hi or asking if i need anything. when off duty, the staff is very pleasant as well!
This building has character. it's fun. its exciting. it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what the next day is going to be like. the rooftop pool view is probably the best view in the city as the building is perfectly located to give you the best vantage point of all of downtown
this place has exciting events a few times a month that are all inclusive. the staff are always there to make the event fun.
the Stewart is conveniently located close to Roosevelt Row & First Friday Art Festival which draws in thousands of people. Makes for a fun evening for a date or family.
if you've read this far, congratulations! you probably want to live here! i will end in this tho, if you have kids or are significantly older, this might not be the place for you. i refer you to the smaller apartments in the area located on the edge of downtown, away from the noise.
Other than that, this place is pretty awesome, i would/will definitely be renewing my lease come next year.
i encourage everyone to come tour the building with Jamie, I promise you'll like what you see!
