The Stillery

After an afternoon of exploring the bustling city we decided to stop at this particular place for some of Nashville hot chicken, and it didn't disappoint, I could barely finish my Mac and cheese with the hot chicken on top, super good, but beware you might make several trips to the bathroom to wipe your tears and nose. My wife's chicken sandwich was spicy as well but delicious, she didn't have as hard a time as I did. Great drinks, atmosphere and location. Top Notch.

My family and I enjoyed a night out downtown Nashville. We visited The Stillery to enjoy some music and food. We went to the second floor and received great seats to participate with the musician. The service was great. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful time celebrating. The toast is perfection. The Mac and cheese is 10/10. The catfish is made fresh and pairs nicely with the crinkle cut fries. You will not be disappointed.

Would give this place more stars if I could. The food was great, came back the next day to get more of the Mac and Cheese with hot chicken and the classic cheeseburger. The house made Ceasar dressing was top notch, and our server was fantastic. Sit on the second floor for some great live music. Can’t wait to go back!

The Stillery is an absolute must go while in Nashville! I go any time I'm in town, and you can't go wrong with either location. The Nashville hot wings are fantastic and the pizza is so good! The pizza is very fresh and light. Does not sit heavy after eating. My go to is the pepperoni or the hot sausage. The ceaser salad is also a great choice. I absolutely can not recommend it enough, great service and food here. Should be a staple in anyone's itinerary in Nashville!

Food was good. We had salads with chicken, grilled, fried and hot. All chicken was good. I'd recommend asking for dressing on side as the wedge salad was drenched in blue cheese so it was more like a salad soup.

The food here was amazing. I cant say enough about the mac and cheese. The fries and hot chicken sandwich was the bomb too. Definitely has heat but they have a lesser hot option too. My wife's tenders were they lesser hot option. If you're in nashville give them a try. You won't regret it

We stopped in to meet some friends from out of town for lunch (we also live out of town), there were 7 of us 4 adults and 3 kids. We have never been here before, but we will definitely be back. Our waitress was awesome. We got the pretzels and queso for an appetizer and they were the perfect amount of salty, soft and crunchiness and the queso was nice and creamy, not gritty at all like other places it was really good. We got the pepperoni pizza, steak fingers and chicken fingers for meals. The portions are big enough you could split it with someone. The steak fries and crinkle fries were sooo good, the gravy it comes with was meh, a little too thick to me for a country gravy, the taste was different but it was okay just not for me, so I probably wouldn’t order the gravy again. The pepperoni pizza had a thinner crust than most and was perfectly cooked with a little crunch to it, the sauce was perfect and the pepperonis were the best. I had a hunch punch to drink, it was great for a mixed drink. All in all it was a nice restaurant to eat and get drinks at and catch up with friends.

We had the Mac and cheese with hot chicken. The best Mac and cheese you will ever have! Pairs perfectly with the hot chicken; as the cheese cuts down the heat. Had a local cold beer with it and it can’t be beat Unfortunately my wife was not as enamored with the catfish. The fish and fries were little greasy and limp. Our jalapeño bacon Rangoon was phenomenal and another must get! Overall though, we loved it. Great service and atmosphere Definitely would come back!

For an appetizer, we ordered the Fried Pickles. They were made perfect. Light breading to actually taste the flavor of the pickle. For dinner, we ordered the Sticky Sweet Pizza(Pie) which had feta, pepperoni, mushrooms, and hot honey. We wished the hot honey had more heat to it. The dough was cooked to the T. It was crispy at the bottom and the edges were still soft. We did get light feta. Now the real showstopper was the MAC & cheese!!! It was so creamy. The flavor was mouth watering. The hot chicken we got was house hot. It was coated nicely not overdoing the spices to make it hot. 10/10 would recommend getting the Mac and cheese. If you're in a big party- it's a great appetizer option too. We sat at the bar for dinner since we were a walk in. The service was great!

Review: The Stillery - A Must-Visit in TN! Outstanding food and service! Our waiter, Wyatt, was excellent--he gave us great recommendations as first-time visitors, and we were not disappointed. We started with a perfectly crafted Smoked Old Fashioned, followed by some delicious appetizers. For the main course, the Mac & Cheese and MC Burger were absolute standouts. If you enjoy a bit of heat, don't miss the Mac & Cheese with Nashville Hot Chicken--it's a game-changer! The ambiance was relaxed and fit the location perfectly. We actually came on the recommendation of our trolley tour driver, and he was spot on! Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Great service and the Macaroni and Cheese with Hot Chicken is really really good. We also got the Hit chicken Pizza which was equally delicious. Hard to not be impressed with both they were really good.

With so many restaurants to choose from on Broadway, we came upon the stillery and were not disappointed! There are two floors and we decided to go upstairs to second floor to listen to live music (as one should when visiting Nashville). The server immediately sat us and offered us drinks! We each got a drink and ordered an app! The ales were delicious! We started with pickle chips. They were tasty but truthfully the potion size was too big for just two people but given the price I can't be too mad! Just feel bad we couldn't finish them. Next we got a bbq chicken pizza that was very tasty! It's an individual size but it's def shareable if you order apps! We were pleasantly surprised! Finally the live music was great. Two artists preformed while we had dinner and they were both great and not too loud that we couldn't chat. All in all.. good food, good music and a great vibe!

It was so cold, we were hungry and cold! With a warm welcoming but the heat was not working In the restaurant. So we all needed hot food so fast, and I think the air conditioning was on. It was fun and delicious.

Was recommended this spot for dinner right off Broadway. We went on a midweek night around seven and were told the wait would probably be close to 2 hours. That was no problem because we were in no rush and right next-door was the pub where we grabbed a drink and enjoyed some live music. After about an hour we got a text that our table was ready and headed back over. The space is on the smaller side and can get very loud, but the food was delicious. Our group of five got a few cocktails, a pizza, a burger, and hot chicken mac & cheese. The hot chicken mac & cheese was one of the highlights but all of the food was excellent. This is a great spot to check out just off Broadway. It's a nice break from the bars!

Food: 5/5 - Pickle Chips: lightly breaded, extra crispy, and served with a side of ranch. - deviled eggs: balance of creamy texture, mild vinegar flavor from the mustard, and salty crunch from the bacon - Philly cheesesteak pizza: no words other than WOW! This was a pretzel crust too! Ambience: 4/5 - standard for what you'd expect to see in a restaurant/bar in Nashville Service: 3/5 - our server seemed distracted (someone sat down at the bar next to us and my boyfriend had to find a server after they'd been sitting 5+ minutes without help) We were there on a Monday around 2pm for references related to service and food.

Loved the catfish n chips. I'm not crazy about coleslaw but this I liked theirs. The Sonoran burger was decent, nothing spectacular. Sat at the bar and service was pretty quick. Great spot for casual dining. Wouldn't mind coming back.

Right now, they are located off of Broadway and on a street that is under construction. Don't let that sway you from turning away! Their service was friendly from the host and waiter. But they're pizza alone is what I will continue to think about. I ordered the broccolini pizza, which you might think is weird on pizza, but it was delicious with the cherry tomatoes. It was like a focaccia though; the crust was the best part! I wish I had more room in my belly to finish the pizza. Funny sad story- I took my half boxed up so I can snack on it during my flight back home...so did my manager (he ordered the Nashville chicken pizza). Somehow our boxes got mixed up in the car, we were heading to two different airports, and I ended up with his!!!! I am vegetarian... :(

We walked right in and got a table downstairs, the restaurant was cozy and warm. Our server was great and chefs kiss to the jalapeño bacon rangoons, fried pickles and fried catfish!!

Ate here our last night in Nashville and had a great time. Our server lived up to the southern hospitality and was very friendly and helpful. It is a small place off broadway that is very popular and crowded, but people came in and out so it wasn't too bad of a wait. The food was good and we ordered a "personal" sized pizza that was way more than for 1 person. Definitely will try more things like the Mac n cheese with hot chicken next time.

Busy!!! We were given a 45 minute wait but it was a little less than that. We had the Mac and cheese with hot chicken. Super cheesy and pretty tasty dish. We ordered BBQ chicken pizza and it was delicious!!! This is a super casual place in the heart of downtown Nashville.

Bar food restaurant in Downtown Nashville. Facility is housed in an old brick building near the intersection of Second and Broadway. Full service bar is available. We did the pizza and a salad. Both Nashville chicken. Pizza was very good. Plentiful toppings and crust was done well. Probably the equivalent of a medium in size. The salad was also good... for salad. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Table for two was a 15 minute wait on a Monday night. There was not a band but there are plenty of places for that. It was nice to be able to talk to each other while eating instead of yelling between songs.

Cute little restaurant. Food was delicious. I'm a Mac and cheese fan so I had to try theirs with my burger! Food came out fast. We had a great service!! Totally recommend this place!!

My first taste of Nashville Hot Chicken! It was so yummy! The Mac and cheese was amazing. Service was quick and personable. Sat by the door so didn't get a real good look around but it's a nice place.

The food, service, and atmosphere was all fine. I most likely wouldn't return but if you need food this place has it. The Sriracha deviled eggs were really good though!

The Stillery is located downtown Nashville, there's a lot of construction in the area so you need to be dropped off at the end of the street. It's a great casual lunch spot! We ordered the queso and chips, pickle chips, chicken salad, and mac and cheese with Nashville chicken. The portion sizes are huge! I would order the mac and cheese, Nashville chicken, and any of their salads again! The servers and bartends are all so nice and made their recommendations and shared their personal orders. All the tables were full with limited workers but they kept all the tables happy!

We had a party of five on a Tuesday night so we were quoted a 2 hr wait. We put our name on the list and headed next door to grab a drink. Less than an hour later I got the text to head back. I had the Sweet heat pizza and pickle chips as an app. The pizza was okay, but all the toppings made it a little soggy in the middle. The pickle chips were also good, but the food came out so fast, we didn't really eat many of them as an app. Other people in my party ordered the chicken and Mac and cheese and raved about. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Probably the most consistently good food off Broadway ( definitely better than on Broadway). We had great service from Rob, who poured great drinks like our smoked Old Fashioned and Bloody Mary. The catfish was hot and perfectly fried, and the house made tartar sauce was a great accent. The Stillery is always our last meal before we fly out so that our trip ends on a good note.

A friend heard of The Stillery when trying to find a spot for lunch for our Nashville trip- we got on the waitlist for a reservation but ended up being able to walk in and sit with no wait for lunch! Our server was awesome- and the food was sooo good. You definitely NEED to get the Mac and cheese with hot chicken- a must!!! Loved the drinks and wide menu. Definitely want to come back!!

The service and food at this place was terrific, our waiter knew the menu very well and was on top of the little details of his job. The hot chicken Mac and cheese was one of my favorite dishes ever from a restaurant, but my stomach didn't agree about 4 hours later. I'll still eat it again!

Friend and I got take out here and the food really hit the spot for late night munchies. Waitress was super nice while we were waiting for our food to be made. The brussel sprouts really slapped so definitely get those!

The best food in Nashville ! Rob is an excellent bartender great drinks! I had the chicken fingers and fries this time ! The home sauce is sooo good! Cute ambience nicely decorated!

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy and the pizza was good. But the place was trashed when we were there. The music was pretty random and the whole place had a weird vibe. I think they had been packed, so we may have just been at a weird time. Nothing special compared to everything else in the area.

Very pleased with this dinner choice! We started with the pretzel bites and they were so good! Amazing queso and soft and fresh. They also came out quickly. We ordered the Mac n cheese - very good and so creamy! Also the steak fingers and when I say the BEST gravy I've ever had I mean it! The fries, the toast amazing. The steak fingers were good, not great. The batter tasted a little burnt but they were fairly tender. But I could eat that gravy with a spoon! The pepperoni pizza was also very good. On a Saturday evening around 5:30 we were Sat immediately and the food came out so fast. It was noticeably hot inside though - that made it overall a tad less unenjoyable but not totally unbearable. Staff was great and overall I would certainly go back again!

We made a reservation in advance to visit The Stillery location closest to Broadway. It seems a bit smaller than their other location. We arrived for an early lunch around 1130 on a Sunday and there were still tables available, but it quickly filled up. The service was good and the portions were large. We could've easily split a meal. We ordered the hot chicken on mac & cheese and I appreciated that there were different spice levels of chicken, but even the milder level was still pretty hot. The turkey burger was way better than expected. We were pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend it for a chill lunch near Broadway.

Had an amazing dinner here for my son's 21st bday. The catfish was amazing and I don't usually like catfish.

Went upstairs for some live music and some yummy food and it was really nice. Service was pretty slow but other than that we were really pleased. We ordered the Mac and cheese with Nashville hot chicken. Very very very good. We are really happy we stopped in. It's tucked back a block behind broadway so it's the perfect location to escape the crowds and relax with great food and music. Enjoy!

During a work trip to Nashville, we had dinner at the Distillery. The drink and food options were outstanding, and everyone in our group loved their meals. They even had Chimay beer on the menu, which is a rare find at a restaurant! I highly recommend it for casual dining--great variety and excellent service!

We came here close to closing time while wandering Broadway. They are very close to the main stretch. We got in without a wait although they were sure to tell us we had less than 30 minutes. Server was very friendly. We started with cocktails: the pineapple delight tasted harsh like cheap liquor, and I wouldn't have it again. The southern peach was great and my wife really enjoyed it. Later in the meal I had the whiskey float which was great and just like a Coke float. For food we had the jalapeño bacon Rangoons. I failed to take a picture because I was too busy eating them. Would absolutely come back for those. We made the main dish a Philly cheese steak pie cooked in their 700 degree brick oven. It came fast, was perfectly cooked, and tasted great. It felt a bit small inside but we also sat near the front and never saw further back. Still, a cool establishment and worth checking out when you're in the area!

The BEST pizza in Nashville!!! Our server was so cute and fun, the drinks were amazing and I could seriously talk about the pizza forever. I'll be dreaming of it until I can get back to Nash!

The food has definitely gone down in quality. I got the fried steak - somehow the steak was equally bland as it was dry. The 'gravy' or 'sauce' served with it was completely congealed and inedible the moment it hit the table. Fries were noticeably burnt and had the taste of oil that was heated too high and used too often. Really sad to see

The fried green beans were not good. The pizza and deviled eggs were ok. The mocktails were underwhelming. My gut was def not happy after eating here. I don't think I'd return.

We love it every time we come here. The food is absolutely amazing. So delicious. The service is great, and the ambiance is what you should expect from a restaurant in the area. We've been to both locations and will come back as soon as we are in Nashville again.

Little hole in the wall in Nashville and well worth the visit. Not the most space but make the most of what they got. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. The hostess was very tentative and nice. Let's get to the good stuff the food. This appetizer was off the chain definitely recommend it was the jalapeño bacon rangoons. I got the Mac and cheese topped with hot chicken and yes it was hot at least for me but my heat scale not the best. Point is though it's a must try for sure. My wife went with the tomato pesto pie and it was delicious. Drinks were also good. Overall vibe you got to go try this place out. Little nugget it's close to a tattoo shop in case you want to have a spontaneous moment like my wife and I did. Enjoy.

Great spot! We came here for lunch during a work trip and were pleased with the service and the food. I loved the hot chicken salad because it combined the local specialty with a healthier meal option. Really yummy!

OMG the baked mac n cheese with Nashville hot chicken is HELLA delicious! I've traveled all the way from the West Coast just to get this tasty AF mac n cheese. If you're in downtown Nashville you've gotta check out The Stillery. You won't regret it. Cha Cha Cha!

This is my first 5 star review in awhile. Being from SF California I am used to dishing out 3stars or worse for the terrible food and price gouging. First time to Nashville and I must admit, I am envious of the culture and music scene out here. You cannot find a place in the Bay Area remotely close to The Stillery. This place is an absolute gem! The food is phenomenal! Got the Hot Chicken sandwich "Nashville Hot" and it melted my face. My taste buds have some conditioning to do but I have no regrets. Mac N Cheese was awesome as well. Of course I can't forget the 'Smoked Old Fashion' I will certainly be coming back next time I visit.

This was one of my favorite stops on my trip yet. We went to an earlier dinner around 5:45-6 pm a Thursday and got sat immediately. We ended upstairs where the band was playing. The music was a great addition to our night. We started with some cocktails which were great! They had a super wide variety of cocktails so theres something for everyone. We then ordered the deviled eggs and the bacon jalapeños ragoons and they were SO good. We both ordered the personal rustic pizzas, my husband got the hot chicken pizza and I got the cheese steak pizza and both were delicious! But note- the hot chicken pizza is freaking hot lol. My husband loves spice and was sweating half way through. My favorite part of it all though was our waiter Eric! So funny, so personable and had some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. It was like hanging out with a buddy all night. That guy alone made this one of the best meals of the trip so far, so shout out to him! I would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Stopped here on a fairly busy Friday night and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table as the restaurant isn't very big. To be honest, I'm not sure I had high expectations coming in but the service and food were both great. We tried several appetizers including the deviled eggs, queso and rangoons, with the standout being the deviled eggs. The star of the show for me was the Nashville hot chicken pizza which was delicious, albeit, capable of destroying my stomach for a full 24 hours. It is spicy, to me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Beware the middle pieces where all the chili oil collects.

I had heard great things about this restaurant & im so happy I got the opportunity to go! The wings and the Mac n cheese were literally so delicious! I really loved them both! We also got the steak pizza(not pictured). Probably one of my favorite meals I had visiting Nashville! Casual setting in the down town area & highly recommend!

Came here because of recommendations and we were NOT disappointed! The ambiance was great and the service was very friendly. The cocktails were delicious and I would not hesitate to order the BBQ pizza again. The pizza crust used here is like a soft pretzel and is off the hook.

Mac with Nashville chicken is SOOOO good Chicken is perfect! Tender, juicy and spicy Also had a Manhattan and a pineapple/coconut vodka drink. Both good Service was ok Ambiance is great

We had a great visit to The Stillery! We had drinks before dinner. I'm not a big drinker so I had the Dreamsicle and it was great. I would definitely get it again. My husband and I both had burgers. They were out of pretzel buns so I just had a regular bun. We did notice the bacon had a strange flavor so we both took it out. Our server was great. The restaurant had a cool vibe and was very busy so I was glad we had reservations. Would definitely return again.
