"Both the downtown and midtown locations of the Stillery are as western as it gets in Nashville with its saloon-style decor and hearty menu of pizzas and sandwiches. No matter where you’re from, you’ll enjoy the southern twist on fish and chips made with deep-fried catfish and served with spicy tartar sauce." - Kellie Walton

Stopped in with my cousins by accident cause we were looking for a place to eat and this one looked interesting. So glad we did. It was busy but we got seats at the bar. Drink menu was very interesting and I tried 3. Strawberry Rye was my favorite. We started with Devil Eggs appetizer which was amazing. I had the Brussels sprouts pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The caramelized onions and bacon made it all work so well. Both my cousins had catfish and chips and really enjoyed it. And to top it off, great service from our bartender. Highly recommend!

Wow! We stopped by The Stillery to have a meal before a show. And The Stillery provided a show of its own! There are a lot of great choices on the menu, and everything we had was absolutely delicious. The rangoons, the brussels sprouts, the sausage pizza — all perfect. And the service was tremendous. I enjoyed watching the staff interacting with one another. They were having a good time and working their butts off. Great experience!

Great cozy setting in the middle of it all. If your ears need a break from the volume of the honky tonks, and you'd like a delicious meal, then this is the place for you. You can still enjoy live music and a conversation at the same time. The burgers are fantastic. The fries are exceptional. And the alcohol selection is sufficient.

Had a great lunch. Went here based on Yelp rating and it was only two dollar signs ($$), and the first place we went had a long line out the door. I had the Mac and Cheese with the Nashville Hot Chicken on top ($19.50), and it was great. We had ordered the fried pickles and pretzels as appetizers, and were almost full by the time the main course arrived, so lots of leftovers. Total for 4 with 2 cocktails or beers per person was around $160.00. Also, if you pay with a credit card, they will add a processing fee of about $5.00. Atmosphere rating is lower only because it did not have the feeling of being in Nashville-- no music, etc. but very good service.

Phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. To start, Jordan, our server, was amazing. So much fun and very attentive! The food was amazing. From the starters to the pizza and Mac and cheese. Everything was good. We did not have something we didn’t like. Can not recommend this place enough.

This place has some great options for food and is a nice little place right on the main strip. Our party just had appetizers, but they were all great and if I was back in town I'd love to go back and try the main courses. We also had a small sampling of their drinks and those were also very good. I would recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere good to eat thats not too loud and crowded.

We found this place because we were at the East end of Broadway and wow was it good. First off, 2nd Ave has a different vibe that I really liked and I wish I had found it sooner. The food at this place was so good, we had fried pickles which I thought were the best I’ve ever had. For entrees, I had the Nashville hot chicken with a side salad, if you like hot, this is the dish, the ladies I was with both ordered Mac and Cheese with medium chicken added on and it was spectacular. The drinks were awesome and the atmosphere was really comfortable. Totally recommend!

Every food item I got was completely mediocre and bland. It all lacked flavor. The only actually bad thing was the Brussels sprouts. The service was really good though. The food looked great, but the texture and taste didn't live up to expectations. I couldn't believe how soggy the Brussels sprouts were while still being charred. Did not seem freshly made, and if they were they used some shortcut that made them soft and mushy then finished them under a salamander. I've made better Bavarian pretzels at home. These again lacked flavor and the dough was dense. The hot chicken sandwich was not terrible, but not good either. Chicken was flavorless besides the coating. Didn't seem like the meat was brined or had any salt added. My mom's hangar steak was really good and flavorful though. Maybe I just choose the wrong items or it was a bad day for that stuff.
