The Stillery is really close to where I live and I've been here before, but I think they have made some improvements since last I was here.
I arrived on a Friday evening about 6:30 PM and was seated right away. There were plenty of TV's with various sports action airing. After perusing the menu, I opted for the Tuna Tartar with avocado, and the BBQ ribs, which came with slaw, fries, and a dinner salad.
All of my food was delicious, the service was attentive, but the major flaw of the place was the pace of the meal. For instance, they brought out my appetizer and salad at the same time, where I would have preferred to have them one at a time. AND while I was about halfway through the salad and Tartar, they showed up with my ribs! So I asked them to take them back to the kitchen and hold them for me.
The salad was fresh and the Tartar was delicious and a generous portion. The ribs were mostly tender and flavorful, and the sides were also good.
All in all, despite my negative comments about the pace of the meal, it was a pleasant evening, with delicious food, and I definitely will be going back. I'll just communicate with them about how I'd like the order of the food to come out.
