The Stockpot - Review - Downtown - Norfolk - The Infatuation

"You could eat at The Stockpot a dozen delicious and deeply satisfying times before catching on to the fact that they brand themselves as “modern healthy comfort food.” The menu goes in a lot of different directions, don’t be surprised if Fattoush Salad, Huevos Rancheros, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast all end up on the table. Nothing here tastes like a healthy compromise, making this downtown brunch and lunch spot a versatile crowd pleaser. It’s equally ideal for an indulgent, celebratory brunch or a cozy, affordable catch up with a friend. The Stockpot’s biggest fault is it’s not open for dinner every day." - Alicia Camden

Thank God for Mattie our waitress at the counter. She was so amazing. I had not realized that I had not taken in enough calories and was going down for the count by the time I got to her. She swiftly moved into action and got me an apple juice and made sure that our order was placed. Swiftly eggs came out delicious bread biscuit came out delicious everything was amazing and my day was safe thanks to Maddie.

Google
It feels rough to give the place only 4 stars (4.5 would have been better), but unfortunately I can’t confidently give it 5 stars. Service was great, we got a table for a large party quickly, food came out fast, though that’s where the quality dropped slightly. Presentation of the food was okay, not bad at all. But we honestly expected more in terms of taste/quality of the food. I really think it comes down to there being A LOT of menu items, as opposed to focusing on less but improved options. So food was only “okay”, and that’s considering that we had 8 people try different menu items and no one thought anything was “great”. We would definitely be back, but not one of those places we go out of our way for.

Wonderful atmosphere! The food was delicious, especially the Plume Street Breakfast with bacon and a rosemary biscuit. The seasonal jelly was amazing and is made fresh in house. Lastly, even on a chilly day the iced Caramel vanilla coffee was perfect. Thank you for keeping my husband and I well fed while on vacation.

Google
Incredible! Highly Recommend Norfolk, VA The Stockpot at 215 E Plume St. Wonderful outdoor views too. Unique experience due to singular taste of food & coffee & the servers, Lauren & Julie. Lauren took my order & Julie came by my table to check on me-both so personable & helpful! I asked Lauren for order suggestions & she really knows the menu! Next visit, trying one of your desserts! Thank you!

Google
It's all very fresh and innovative. I had a gluten free bowl with pork carnitas, greens, pico, avocado, beans, corn, and tortilla strips. It has just a little kick to it from a sauce, not overpowering, just enough. My partner had the Belgian waffles with their freshly made sausage patty. No complaints there! And she can be picky. 😂 The servers were very nice and helpful. They sell t-shirts and sweatshirt that, if we had more time (we are traveling through and only found them via a Google search) I would have for sure checked out. I would have went home with one! And, it is a cute place inside of an artsy indoor plaza. We didn't have time to investigate the shops. I did notice small bistro tables down the center with a chess set, art supplies, and such for the public to entertain themselves. It all added to the overall vibe. One cool thing to add is The Stockpot seems to select one menu item to donate a portion of sales from to a charity. The selection changes. It was huevos rancheros this time.

I enjoyed my breakfast here as a first-time customer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated well. The display of baked goods was beautiful, and the place smelled fantastic. The restaurant was clean, and my coffee arrived within a minute—super quick service! The avocado toast was generous, loaded with fresh avocado, which paired perfectly with a splash of hot sauce. The soup was also a highlight, warm and well-seasoned. The staff checked on me several times, ensuring I had everything I needed. I’d definitely return with my family for another relaxed and satisfying meal.

Google
Longish wait (arrived around 10:40 didn’t get seated until 11:17 on Saturday). They gave us a buzzer and we got to shop around which was nice. When we did get seated, they were quick to take our order. Appetizer came out quickly, I just ordered a soup and my mother ordered a salad. My soup came out first, we waited a while for the salad but ended up cancelling it because my mother had become full off of the appetizer. They explained that it was taking longer than usual to cook the chicken, they took the salad off of the order and even gave us a free pastry to make up for it. Really nice servers.

Google
Food was excellent. Nice atmosphere and seating at the bar is cool. I got a light yet filling breakfast with a rosemary biscuit, bacon, one egg and blueberry jam. 😋

Yelp
Stockpot Chicken Bone Broth ought to be prescribed for all who need healing and revitalization. Just like Mom made, you can taste the love in every sip.

Yelp
You can taste the creativity, dedication, love and comfort in each dish. The Stockpot is not like any other place in Virginia. Once you've been blessed by the locally sourced, made to order menu and hands on management, you will never want to leave. Knowing that whether you visit the Virginia Beach Oceanfront or Downtown Norfolk locations, you will receive the same high-quality food and service is also a huge bonus when you live in one location and work in the other... you can get your fix either way! This place will be your new local favorite! Be sure to try the Toasty of the Day!

Yelp
First I would like to say the service is awesome. The place was buzzing and Maddie handled everyone of her customers as though I was the only one there! She's the best! The menu is full of creative, thoughtful dishes that somehow manage to feel both healthy and indulgent at the same time. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or just trying to eat clean, Stockpot has plenty of options--and the best part is, you never feel like you're missing out. Every dish is full of flavor, beautifully presented. They really know how to balance nourishing ingredients with that satisfying comfort food feel. This place is worth a visit for sure!

Yelp
TLDR: Phenomenal. Fresh. Delicious. Large menu with numerous choices ranging from Mediterranean to Asian to American. We had the Turkish breakfast and also the Bui Bowl with turkey sausage and lamb burger add ons in addition to a rosemary biscuit that we split. Everything was incredibly flavorful and fresh. Service was also great and we managed to have a great meal with our 1.5 year old.

Yelp
Stopped by for breakfast with a group and tried the OG Fried rice w/ chicken. It was tasty and the service is friendly. My large party, sat upstairs where it was quiet, but the vibes seemed to be level five downstairs. Great spot with great food. Cheers!

Yelp
What's better than a Downtown Norfolk stroll? Doing so holding a sweet treat. Enter this trip's spoils. Fudge round ($7, 4/5 stars) was big, soft, and chocolatey. My wife had to resist buying other tempting treats like cake slices, cinnamon buns, cookies, coffee cakes, etc.

Yelp
The Stockpot is a brunch staple for us. I've appreciated the phenomenal services staff at every one of my visits over the past three years. The biscuits are always amazing and the coffee is strong but flavorful. It's perfect before perusing the shops in Selden Arcade.
google avatar

Yelp
I've gone here a few times and have always been happy with my selections. All very tasty! Nice location, especially if you like to browse the Selden Market. Parking was easy but metered. There are also parking garages nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful, and nice and social. Great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. In the area, Ch deck Them Out.

Yelp
Food was good but portions were very small. Service was okay. Ambiance was weird, like a throwback to a former time, picture middle-aged adults wearing ski caps, a real "hipster" sort of vibe. I thought they had disappeared. Oh, and don't forget to order toast. It doesn't come with your breakfast. They charge extra for it and if you want anything to go on it, they double the price of it.
google avatar

Yelp
I ventured into this downtown Norfolk spot on a Friday morning, fueled by a deep love of baked goods, bubbly beverages, and making overly detailed mental notes about food. The vibes inside are nice, very hipster-laid back. The place has 2 floors, but upstairs is a little chilly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. First, let's talk pastries. I sampled the cinnamon bun, which had all the right moves- sweet, cinnamon-y, and warm, but felt like it had been hanging out in the display case a little too long, contemplating life choices. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a "could have been fresher" situation. Now, the mimosa flight- easily the highlight. A bubbly lineup of deliciousness, though I was slightly confused as to why we were still rocking winter flavors in March. I was ready for some floral, fruity spring vibes, but instead, I got flavors that felt like they were emotionally preparing me for hibernation. Still, they were delicious, so I forgive the seasonal identity crisis. Brunch options? Not vast, but you can find something that won't make you question your life choices. It's a solid lineup, but if you're indecisive like me, you might wish for a few more choices. Final verdict: Good food, great drinks, could use fresher baked goods and a little more awareness of the calendar. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I passive-aggressively hope for a hibiscus or peach mimosa next time? Also yes.

Yelp
I went to the stockpot in Norfolk for brunch today.. it was so good! Ordered the plume street on the breakfast menu. The server was Friendly and very knowledgeable. She provided great customer service. We did not have a wait and the food did not take long to arrive. We sat in a booth the seating was very comfortable. The restaurant is very nice inside.. I love the brick!

Yelp
Great breakfast spot! Easy parking in a city garage right next door. We sat downstairs and service was friendly and attentive. Their drip coffee is nice - the juices are just bottled. The rosemary biscuits were the best biscuits we've had in a while. The fried rice was very good - added avocado and chili crisp (would do the crisp on the side next time).

Yelp
My friend and I tried this place for the first time and we're not disappointed! This is located at the Selden Market Norfolk downtown. I know parking can be challenging but there's a Hilton parking garage next to it. For the food wise, they have a variety of breakfast, soup and salad! I love my fattoush salad with fresh baked salmon! It was great and fresh!! My friend got her gyro salad and soup! Our server I was very attentive and nice! Overall we love our experience and were going back!
google avatar

Kelly M.

Yelp
Amazing! I have never been there until around two weeks ago and since then I have been there twice. They make a bowl with pork in it and holy cow it was scrumptious! Both times the wait staff were wonderful and it was very clean in there. Yes, I will be going back.

Yelp
I've been eyeing this spot, literally couldn't wait for the stars to align so that I'd be across the bridge and able to go eat! We made it finally, on the best day: MONDAY. You know what is Monday? Ramen night and let me tell you, ABSOLUTE HEAVEN and worth the long wait! We had the monthly special for July, which was not a ramen truly but a pho ramen sort of combo and oh my goodness, absolutely exceptional! We had crispy pork and egg added and it was AMAZING! My five year old and I shared and it was perf! Flavorful, fresh, and delectable, this is THE SPOT. Not only is the food fab, the vibe is brilliant, classy and cozy but not pretentious and our server just friendly yet professional and knowledgeable! I'll be back for brekki and a non-Monday dinner because this place is my top spot now, and I can't wait to try it all!
google avatar

Sifat K.

Yelp
The staff is friendly and attentive, but the food's just okay. No halal options despite a lot of Turkish dishes. We had the blueberry pancakes, which were huge but way too much sauce -- could use some texture. The fried rice was salty and didn't live up to the hype. Parking is limited, so use the garage if you can. Not bad, but not amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
This will always be my favorite place for good food and great ramen. I took my brother here last night to experience Ramen night and he loved it. The employees are so nice and always know who I am. I frequently go here a lot. The atmosphere is great. Definitely go check out their food and their ramen night. They do a Ramen special every Monday.

Yelp
Location: This restaurant is located in downtown Norfolk. It's located inside the Selden Market, but can be easily recognized from the outside of the building. Selden Market is a popular spot for people who want to support local small businesses. There are different markets and events throughout the month in the area. Vibes: It's a very beautiful location. There's seating both upstairs and down. When my group first arrived there wasn't enough seating upstairs, and we were asked if we could sit at the bar. The bar seats were comfy, but when the opportunity came we opted to move to a booth before our meal was served. Food: I ordered the Cypress combo which is a soup, side salad and a biscuit with ham. For the soup I chose Ann's Chicken Noodle soup. It's an Asian inspired soup, and the flavors were so unique. It was my favorite part of the meal. I also enjoyed dipping my biscuit into the soup. The ham in my biscuit was okay. I was a little disappointed with the iced pumpkin spice coffee I ordered, it wasn't sweet enough despite telling my server the first time she made it. I was also a little upset that I wasn't asked for a dressing for my side salad, nor was I given one on my plate. The waiter only checked on us once, so I didn't get the opportunity to ask. For desert I took home a slice of strawberries and cream cake. It was delicious! There plenty of other pastries, for those with a sweet tooth. Overall: There were some dishes that I enjoyed, and others I did not. I would definitely come back for the soup, and another slice of cake. However, I recommend to those visiting that seating can be limited so either be prepared to sit at the bar or wait for a table to open.

Yelp
went here on a whim after a Latte Ladies Club event and that was the best decision we could have made! even though we arrived at 3:30 (30 minutes prior to closing) our server Lyd helped us with no hesitation! after a brief look at the menu and some recommendations of meal choices we ordered both the drinks as well as food upon minutes of sitting down! I ordered the Matcha Martini , which for you matcha lovers ..... this is THE drink! The additional coconut syrup is actually a flavor choice I always add in a regular matcha so this was a very pleasant surprise. For food I ordered the Turkey Chorizo Tacos which the perfect balance of protein , vegetables, and toppings. Excellent choices for the meal after a networking event and would happily recommend to anyone in the area. Also ask for Lyd as she took amazing care of us!

Yelp
This place is located in Selden Market in Norfolk. It is a small dining facility that offers bar and booth seating. The service was friendly but the food was a little delayed. I had the OG fried rice. This dish was delicious but lacked chicken so you might want to ask for extra meat. You can taste the sesame, ginger and the herbs mixed in it. It has a small kick but the rice and other flavors make up for it.

Yelp
Stopped in for Mother's Day while in town. We've visited a few years ago, and loved it, so we were excited to return. A bit disappointed at the menu, which didn't have many vegan options. They were also sold out, at 11am, of their blueberry cobbler pancakes. Ordered biscuit breakfast sandwiches, minestrone soup, and fried potatoes, which were all delicious. Took two slices of their beautiful cakes to go (pina colada and raspberry almond). Unfortunately, they looked better than they tasted. Cake was dry and icing tasted like Crisco, not butter. Service was good and prices were fair. Might try again if menu changes.

Yelp
Extremely friendly service, quaint and Cozy establishment in the heart of downtown Norfolk. Everything is made to order and the quality of freshness was top notch, definitely recommend!

Yelp
Stockpot Norfolk is the ultimate cozy spot for comfort food with a twist! Their seasonal dishes and daily specials are always fresh and flavorful, with creative, hearty options for everyone. You can feel the care in every dish, whether it's their rich soups, vibrant salads, or inventive entrees. The casual, welcoming vibe makes it easy to relax and savor each bite. Stockpot is a must-visit if you're in Norfolk and looking for food that feels like a warm hug. 5/5 We sat at the bar and the service was quite pleasant. Looking forward to visiting when I return in January.

Yelp
** My Visit in August 2025: Wonderful Ambience & decor, amazing foods displayed & fantastic customer service. Thank you to Lauren & Julie, staff at The Stockpot, Norfolk, VA I ordered coffee, Stockpot Biscuit Sandwich, Turkey Sausage, Adds: Over medium egg, White cheddar, Herb aioli Wow! So tasteful!

Yelp
Ambiance was beautiful! Service was great. Food was delicious. We got the fried rice and blueberry cheesecake French toast. We can't wait to return.

Yelp
Returned here today for a brunch date and it did not disappoint. My husband made the best dining choice with the Vanilla French toast with peaches. Not sure exactly what the title was but I had a bite and it was heavenly. If you see it in the menu you need to put it in your belly! I had the Plume St Breakfast which was very good. Eggs were cooked just right, bacon was plentiful and their bread is top notch. The potato hash is one of my favorites. I also had the Blood Orange juice which was so tasty. Not too tart and not too sweet. Our server was prompt and friendly. She checked in with a smile on occasion which was delightful. We were seated immediately (possibly by luck) which was nice. The restaurant was pretty full but the noise level is low which is nice for chatting.

Lakyasia H.

Yelp
I order a gyro with falafel to go and was absolutely disappointed to find NO falafel at all in the Gyro. $32 for that and a smoothie. Played in my face!!!

Yelp
What an absolute treat! We sat upstairs and loved the mix of people-watching and the cozy sense of seclusion. The atmosphere was warm and inviting--perfect for a relaxed meal. Our server was fantastic, offering a few spot-on recommendations that we absolutely loved. The Armenian (Turkish) Breakfast was the star of the show--a perfect combination of a flavorful lamb burger and perfectly cooked medium eggs. It was hearty, unique, and absolutely delicious. For something more traditional, the Scramble in a Tortilla was everything you'd want in a breakfast burrito--savory, satisfying, and packed with fresh ingredients. Both dishes hit the spot and showcased the thoughtful creativity behind the menu. If you're in Norfolk and craving an unforgettable breakfast or brunch, Stockpot is the place to be. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu!
google avatar

Yelp
Yum! So stopped in on a whim while running some other errands downtown. Had a wonderful snack and drink. The lavender lemon martini looking thing was delicious. I had a biscuit sandwich and it was wonderful. You will have to use a knife and fork and my recommendation is the country ham with cheese and the egg over medium. We also had coffee which was on the stronger side but still quite nice and the dip plate. The place has a light and airy feel. The service was pretty quick and they checked on us pretty regularly. I want to go back to try the mimosa flights.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
Friendly, attentive staff. Ingredients are quality but the cooking leaves something to be desired. Potatoes in the skillet not cooked through. Biscuit didn't seem that fresh. Mine was very dense. Coffee weak. Serving size small given the price.

Yelp
My lunch last week has me kicking myself for not finding this place sooner! Granted, I'm just recently having to be in downtown Norfolk regularly and will, without doubt, be returning very soon as it is now very convenient. The restaurant anchors one end of Selden Market and is easily accessible from anywhere in downtown. I stopped in last Friday with 2 coworkers around 1230pm. It was a 20-minute wait for seated dining, but there were open spaces at the bar, so we took advantage. It was a lot of fun to watch the bustling kitchen, though staring at the delicious desserts really tried my self-control! The full house made it a bit loud at times, but not unbearably so. Throughout our visit, there were several servers who made sure we had everything we needed - from fresh water to any extra condiments. For entrees, my dining companions enjoyed the OG Fried rice - one with scrambled eggs, one with over easy - and they both devoured them. I tried the Bui Bowl, which the menu stated would have roasted cauliflower, zucchini, onion, spiced squash, chickpeas, kale, shaved Brussels sprouts, fennel, rye berries, parsnip hummus, pickled onion & curry dressing. It looked much smaller compared to the fried rice and I later realized it was missing kale & pickled onion. It was delicious without and I'd order again for the full experience. My favorite was the parsnip hummus - which was incredibly tasty and a nice spin on a classic. Before we left, my coworker ordered a loaf of bread to go. One downside - they don't slice it in house. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience. Tasty food at decent prices, great service and a cool atmosphere. The rest of the menu sounds incredible and I had a very hard time deciding on this occasion, so I have a great excuse to return. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options to select from. And next time, I'll save room for dessert!

Yelp
When I say you NEED to try Stockpot, I mean it. I went for Sunday brunch and it was so good that I've been telling everyone about it since. The rosemary biscuits? Perfect. The chicken noodle soup? Amazing. I was so focused on the meal, I completely forgot to take a photo! This place really does have something for everyone, and I can't stop thinking about how great it was. If you're looking for a solid brunch in downtown Norfolk, Stockpot is the place to go.
google avatar

Jean Ann P.

Yelp
Julie was our server again today! We had a great visit to the stockpot. We meant to go to cafe milo but they were not open so we will try again another time! Ooohhhhh-the stockpot had just rotated their menu and we got to try new bites. My husband truly enjoyed the apple cranberry french toast-it was decadent and good portion size. I went with the carnitas bowl and it was savory and GF/DF. Sooo tasty. This spot has something for everyone, we will be back soon!

Samantha S.

Yelp
Love this place! I moved away for a few years due to the navy, and couldn't stop thinking about their food! Great breakfast and lunch spot! Haven't tried ramen night yet, but it's on the list!

Yelp
Hot Chocolate Wars Review!! Located inside the Selden Market Place they had a cute table set outside the restaurant! The table was decorated so nicely!! The lady who was working was so friendly and nice!! The hot chocolate was one of my top five!! I absolutely love s'mores the added touch with the graham cracker was a nice touch!! The temperature was perfect and the chocolate was very good!!

Yelp
Awesome little place to eat and hang out. Their bakery items are on point as well. My favorite items on their menu were the Turkish Breakfast and Green Shakshuka. Great service too!
google avatar

Yelp
Great experience at the stockpot. We were sat quickly at the bar and the staff was very friendly. We both order brunch foods and iced lattes (they did not have flavors for their lattes but they were still good). Would come back and try again! Good location too.

Yelp
Overall 3.5/5 Service was phenomenal and we loved the interior! Not overly hyped about the food here and we only tried the burrito - the portion size was pretty good but we barely tasted the beef - maybe had bout 3-4 pieces inside? Flavors were alright so nothing special
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
The food here is very good and service is excellent! Came here on a whim looking for a nice cute brunch spot and this place did not disappoint. It had great reviews and the reviews hold up. Service is top notch! We were seated promptly on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The menu is pretty decent with something for everyone. I had the eggplant with potatoes and eggs. Overall it was decent but lacking a little flavor in the eggplant, but it was healthy, fresh and decent, 7/10. My husband had their poached eggs that come with sausage and ham. Their homemade sausage is 10/10, and I highly recommend! Their rosemary biscuit is delicious as well, 9/10. Drinks are great and everything is reasonable priced! I would def go back here if I was in the area again!

Yelp
Another one of those brunch places in downtown Norfolk, where you should make reservations. They have an upstairs and downstairs, and we had to wait 30-40 minutes. It was worth waiting though because the bloody mary was probably one of the best ones I've had so far. The mediterranean platter was very filling because it also came with four pita bread. It was the perfect combination of breakfast and lunch (literally defines brunch!) for the eggs going nicely with the hummus, vegetables, and the rice. Parking is only available in a parking garage a couple blocks away from the restaurant.

Yelp
Passing through the area and was looking for a place for lunch. Stumbled across the Stockpot and looked interesting. Glad we did for the food and environment was quite nice.

Yelp
My new fav in downtown Norfolk! Cute ambiance shop and friendly staff. The biscuit is incredible & savory. The menu has exactly what it inspires, healthy but comforting menu choices. I know they have three locations, I like the Norfolk spot the best. Don't miss this modern southern menu & moderate priced deliciousness!

Anna M.

Yelp
Next level spot!!!! If you're debating, just come here!!! You won't be disappointed. Service was excellent, the food is unbelievable, and the vibe was perfect. Breakfast/brunch is on lock here! Will be back for sure next time we are in the area!

Yelp
Finally made it to Monday Ramen. The restaurant is open the latest on this day (8pm). I have tried 2 other ramen joints in the area and this place comes in 2nd but I have yet to give a 5 star review on ramen. My ramen was cold. My largest complaint. The flavor was awesome! The shrimp dish my bf had was subpar. 3 shrimp???? I mean how is this even a meal? Service was ok. The waitress seemed like she was not happy to be there. I would give 5 stars for the vibe and layout of the restaurant. Probably best known for their brunch. 2stories but not a ton of seating. I've seen this place busy at brunch time where there is a wait. Probably will come here for that instead of Ramen.

Yelp
We visited Stockpot on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. The restaurant is located inside of Seldon Market which has attached garage parking since street parking can be elusive. When you enter, you immediately see an enticing display of pastries that have you considering what you want to take home before you even sit down and order your meal. The booths along the window and decor are inviting and appear cozy, but we opted to sit at the bar for fast seating. You can see the staff preparing your food and drinks at the bar which gives the restaurant a diner feel. All drinks were delicious. Between the Busy Bee Martini, the Blood OJ Coconut Punch, and the Blackberry Honey Lemonade, the martini was my favorite. The martini glass was rimmed with sugar and cinnamon which you don't see very often. For the Blackberry Honey Lemonade, I had to sub the blackberries for blueberries since they were out. I was asked which fruit I'd want as a substitute, and I chose blueberries so it was nice of them to be flexible and give me a choice. Same goes for the Southender - they were out of pork sausage and asked if I wanted to sub the meat; I chose pork carnitas which were delicious. They had the right amount of smokiness and saltiness, and the same can be said for the country ham which I ordered on the side. The Southender is served on a rosemary biscuit which was really good but I couldn't taste any rosemary. I felt the sandwich could've used a bit more moisture to balance the biscuit and carnitas, but that's probably my fault for not ordering the standard over-easy egg. I got over-hard so I bit more pimento was warranted. The sandwich was pretty hefty though, so I had to fork-and-knife it instead of eating it by hand. No complaints there, though. The Southender is served with a side of fruit; the seasonal fruit that day was cantaloupe, and I don't eat melon so the server graciously offered to cut up an orange instead. The orange was so sweet and tasty that although I couldn't finish it all at the restaurant, it was so good that I didn't want to leave it behind and took it to go. My friend ordered the pork carnitas toast and changed the game by ordering it with a side of kimchi. It was probably the best kimchi I ever had, so of course I had to put some on my Southender which leveled up the entire dish. My only real gripe is one of the staff kept staring at us (in and admiring way) which started to make me feel uncomfortable. He was really nice, though. I was so full and the restaurant was nearing close, so I opted not to take any desserts to go, but I look forward to trying them on my next visit.

Great atmosphere, service, and fresh food. They make a lot of their items fresh including the turkey sausage and rosemary biscuits. Such a great breakfast spot. I should've taken food pics but we ate it all!

Yelp
This is probably my third time to drop by Stockpot inside Selden Market in Norfolk. Perfect place to drop by for a cold chai latte! The baked desserts are always alluring but was being good to stay away. Service was friendly, fast. Unfortunately chai latte left something to be desired: not sweet and creamy as I'd like even when I asked for whole milk

Yelp
First time here in years pre Covid. Even before Covid this wasn't my go to due to the menu items offered. Just isn't my speed. I did want to finally try the ramen so I had the spicy miso and it certainly wasn't spicy was lacked the dynamic ramen flavor you'd expect. I had to add salt to my soup which I've never done before. I prefer more of an authentic ramen.
