My husband and I recently hosted our rehearsal dinner at The Stones and could not recommend Lisa and her team enough for private parties! We did a full buyout and she was so accommodating with how we wanted to use the space, as well as her menu items! We hosted about 60 people. I would say the space is perfect for 50-80 depending on the time of year, because of the outside patio. We have also eaten there a couple of times to try the menu and everything is phenomenal! A few of my favorite items: Greek salad, burgers, crab cakes, and seven layer bars.

Great service and wonderful food. The atmosphere was perfect for our late afternoon lunch. The menu offers something for everyone. Don't skip dessert. The churro's were devine!

Great place for a bite, especially after a hike. Friendly and conscientious staff, and they have a great eye for attention. Once they noticed I'd been waiting a while for my food, made sure to check on it and get it up for me, even though they were quite packed and I wasn't in any particular hurry. Have to love that level of service.

My wife and I went to Stones Common House for "date night" before seeing a play in the theater across the street. This was on 5/11/2024, a Saturday. We'd never been there before. We had 6 PM reservations, we arrived on time and were seated within 5 minutes. My first impression was that it was loud. In fact it was so loud that we had difficulty talking during dinner. It took around 25 minutes for our meals to be delivered. My wife ordered chicken and I ordered steak tips which come with french fries and asparagus. What I got was a massive plate of french fries, four asparagus spears and three steak tips sitting on top. Honestly I was shocked by the proportions. I'd ordered steak tips with a side of fries and what I got was fries with a side of steak tips. I looked under the fries to see if there were more tips, but there weren't any. The attached pictures will give you an idea of the lopsided proportions. I spoke with the waitress and she said that my meal was normal and that the steak tips are served by weight. I should have rejected that meal and sent it back but we had timed tickets for the theater. That quantity of fried carbs is not healthy. I ate all of the tips and asparagus and maybe one third of the fries. To be truthful, everything was prepared properly. The steak tips, what there was of them, were delicious. But we will not be returning. I encourage anyone dining there to ask about meal proportions before ordering.

My family and I visited The Stones for lunch. The Skinny Burger is my favorite, it’s so good. The homemade chips are so thin and crispy. My daughters loved their kids burgers and French fries. My wife loves the Loaded Potato Fries, they were great. Solid drink selection of beers and cocktails. Service is fantastic, the people are so friendly and attentive. Decor is modern and clean. Great place to go with the family or a date night. We’ll of course be back.

Google
Our first time here. We made reservations and were immediately seated when we arrived. This was a good sign given some places still have a decent wait even with reservations. The pretzel (3) appetizer with beer cheese was delicious. Hot and very fresh. We had the rigatoni secco and mushroom Swiss burger with the warm skillet cookie for dessert. The burger was done perfectly and the fries are worth the upgrade. The rigatoni was delicious. Portions were ideally sized. We didn't leave overly full or hungry. The warm cookie dessert is awesome. It's more of a heavy cookie batter than an actual cookie. Great dessert over all. Our waitress "Terry" was very attentive, friendly, and never needed to be called over. Excellent service with her and the other wait staff. The pacing of the dinner was very good as well. Appetizer, dinner, and dessert delivery came out exactly when we expected it to. We'll definitely be back.

Google
On the menu, the Smoked Brisket says nothing about barbecue sauce. Too much barbecue sauce was placed on the sandwich that hides the smokiness and taste of the brisket. Mmmm....makes you think.....does this place really know how to barbecue brisket. All the brisket I barbecue never needs sauce.

Delicious food that’s beautifully presented! What more could you want? You can tell there’s a lot of heart in the kitchen. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

Yelp
We were a party of 9 celebrating a birthday. Our server, Samantha was beyond exceptional! Cocktails are all lovely. She's the best! The deviled eggs were yummy but the buffalo cauliflower was epic! A Tullamore Dew rep handed out samples of their honey whiskey--not bad! There were several entrees to catch my eye, but I settled on the honey bourbon brisket over mashed with glazed carrots. This was a very delicious portion of tender brisket (cut more like short rib) but the overall dish was too sweet. It's a winner if you really like sweet Kansas City style sauces. Everyone loved their choices and desserts--favorites were the skillet cookie & lava cake. The consensus was the blueberry lemon cheesecake fell a little flat on flavor--needed more lemon (and perhaps cowbell).

Yelp
Had a random stay in Stoneham while visiting Boston. Just tired from the drive, we found the closest restaurant for some dinner. Asked for a table, just for the host to be utterly shocked we didn't have a reservation. It apparently was okay and we got a table. Husband ordered Fish and chips to find a bone in every single bite! Our waiter said she'd ask the chef but never gave us any response. All while the owner talked it up to the table of locals next to us. This was two weeks ago, just thinking about it upset for how much we paid for chicken alfredo that was not great. Unless you're a local, don't go.

Yelp
Love the familial atmosphere in this restaurant! The hostess greeted us with a big smile and was super sweet! I felt like we were outsiders initially when we entered, as everyone there seemed to know each other and were having a great time, but this hostess made us feel welcome and it was such a warm atmosphere coming in from the frigid cold temps outside. That being said...my biggest regret was sitting by the door! It was a pretty busy night, and we didn't want to sit in the middle of all the regulars having a blast, so we sat on the edge away but adjacent to the bar and every time that door swung open, we felt that chill travel right through us! I ordered the Margherita flatbread. It was so delicious! You could tell the dough was homemade, with good flavor, and they did not skimp on the cheese! Hubby ordered a classic caesar salad with buffalo chicken eggrolls. He said the eggrolls weren't as spicy as he thought they would be, but still pretty good. Salad was fresh and they did not drown it in dressing as many restaurants tend to do! It was a nice dinner, despite our food getting cold after the first bite. The staff were all super friendly, and you could tell they were enjoying working there. Would recommend this restaurant, just don't sit by the window/door on below zero nights!

Yelp
We came here to celebrate my daughter's anniversary. She and her husband are regulars. It was our first visit. Overall the atmosphere is nice- an upscale pub with seating at a bar and lots of tables. All of the food was well received and enjoyed including fish and chips (lots more chips than fish- but crispy; the BBQ chicken flatbread- easily big enough for 2 meals; the smoked brisket grilled cheese was also very generous portion and very tasty, and my Italian grinder which was tasty but needed some dressing. Service was friendly and responsive. My complaint here is the terrible acoustics. On a Saturday night when the place was full, it was very difficult to hear others across the table (and my hearing is fine). Conversation was very difficult- maybe that's why everyone had to raise their voices to be heard....

Yelp
lousy front of restaurant service, not going back to a pretentious bar. busy for no good food reason

Yelp
After a visit to see my Uncle at City Cycle Bike Shop we were looking for lunch that we could walk to on Main St. What a wonderful place we stumbled upon only about 2 blocks away! The Stones was perfect! Cute casual upscale and very welcoming staff. The variety of food on the menu offers everyone's favorites as well has as creative salads, fresh lunch entrees and a full bar. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Stopped here with friends after walking around the Fells. It definitely stood out in the rest of the stoneham area. The inside was really nice and updated. There was a little outdoor area that was shaded, and we could still see the TVs from outside too. I got the brunch burger. I asked for it medium rare and I think it was pretty rare. The food was decent, not exceptional. The tomato jam on the burger was pretty sweet so I think we needed some kinda salt/acidic portion of the burger too. The coffee was also really good. Our server was really nice too - checked on us regularly, and just pleasant overall. Would come back!

Yelp
Staff is super friendly. Menu is unique and delicious! Food is fresh. I got the birra taco flat bread pizza something I've never had anywhere else! Super cute decor! Highly recommend checking it out!

Yelp
3 friends and I had a reservation for a Noon brunch last Sunday before going to see a matinee of Little Women across the street. The best part about this brunch were the cocktails! They had a full cocktail list as well as a brunch cocktail list with several types of mimosas, coffee drinks, etc. I started with a pomegranate mimosa (they also had flavors like blackberry and blood orange). The mimosas came in large wine glasses (not small champagne flutes) and were nearly filled to the brim! The bubbly was actually good and the drinks were not too sweet or sugary. I would go back for the mimosas alone - they had my friends and I talking about having our very own mimosa flight party. No complaints! My second drink was an espresso martini. That was delicious as well! For food, I went with the frittata that came with a side salad and choice of toast. The server didn't know what types of toast they had - which was weird until she mentioned that she didn't usually work the brunch shift. In any case, they had one of my top two choices and I went with an english muffin. The frittata was "robust". To me - that meant filling - which is a good thing, but it was also a lot of potato - more than I was used to. I think I would change my entree next time, but it was still decent. Overall, this was a good brunch experience. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Yelp
Very slow service. While we were a larger party (7), two hours seems excessive. Fruit flies in our faces the whole time. Apps drinks and food were decent. Not sure if the roast beef sandwich is supposed to be ice cold, but it was. If it is supposed to be cold maybe say so on the menu. Very unpleasant surprise.

Yelp
I've been here twice, never again. First time I ordered pulled pork tacos. They were overloaded with bland pork. Ordered chips and dip, they are home made potato chips. Kids loved it. When I paid, the waitress rang up the wrong amount and it took 15 minutes for them to fix it. I went back hoping to find something better on the menu. Service was slow. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo. I upgraded my fries to hand cut fries and paid extra for some dipping sauces. My sandwich was very bland and there was no flavor to the Mayo. The hand cut fries were bland and soggy. The dipping sauce was not worth it. Again, the kids loved it. After waiting 15 minutes to get the bill after finishing, I was at the restaurant for 2 hours. The waitress asked if the kids wanted dessert? No, I want to leave. The check came out and I noticed that the restaurant now charges an extra kitchen team fee. Total BS. I took the kids to an ice cream shop on the way home so that I could at least eat something palatable. I'm not coming back

Yelp
While looking for a new place to try I came across Stones Common House in Stoneham, Mass. Large portions from the Appetizers, salads (try the shave Brussel sprout salad) the Sandwiches and mains are delish! We went on a busy Saturday and the service was attentive and friendly. It's a fun spot, not too high end but not a plain restaurant. A fun place to have drinks, apps or a meal.

Yelp
For the first time, I tried out The Stones Common House & Kitchen in Stoneham before attending a play at The Greater Boston Stage Co. Service and food were excellent! However, the noise level pretty much made it impossible to have a conversation with my two friends seated with me.

Colleen W.

Yelp
Tried this place and it did not disappoint!! The jalapeño mac n cheese bites were awesome. Loved the buffalo chicken egg rolls. The "I'm going back here ..." moment was the Vietnamese Salad with chicken. The bartender (Denise) was amazing, fun, worked like crazy, but made the whole vibe fun!! Definitely will come back!

Yelp
If you're looking for a great sandwich-only menu, this is just the ticket. However, I was a bit disappointed because we had been seated and ordered drinks before discovering that limitation at the end of a long day of driving with my granddaughter. It's a rather small restaurant with somewhat cramped cafe style tables, but it was very clean, airy, and nicely appointed. Our table looked out to a back alley, but it was not distracting. We were seated immediately, as we were the only patrons in the late afternoon. The menu offered quite a number of items. My granddaughter ordered a burger and ice water and I ordered a haddock sandwich on a sesame seed bun and a martini. My martini was very large and perfect, exactly as I ordered it: Tangueray, extra dry, straight up, with a twist. That's a very delightful rarity. Our eyes bugged out when the food arrived. Her's was a monster burger, piled with fresh tomato and lettuce, surrounded by homemade chips. My sandwich featured fried haddock that stuck out of the bun four inches. Both were far more than either of us could finish, and were nicely packed to go. I took pictures that reside on this phone but Yelp has no provision for posting somewhat dated images taken three months ago. If you love a great sandwich, drop in!

Yelp
We stopped here after a day of traveling simply based on how good the cheeseburger looked. The food did not disappoint. We started with the pretzels and beer cheese - 3 smaller pretzels with a house made cheese. It was yum. The pretzels were not as hot as I would have wanted but taste was on point. All 4 of us opted for a burger. There were no bites left. One of the best I have had in a while. Hubs had a cold pint of Guinness and I had a seasonal cranberry mule. Kids finished with the included scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our kids asked if we could stop again on our way back to the airport next week. That says it all.

Yelp
Don't get the steak tips. They were the worst we've ever had. My husband ordered medium rare but got 3 tiny, burned "tips" that were so gristly he couldn't even chew them. It came with a MASSIVE amount of fries, comically massive, like a bait and switch. we told the waitress we weren't happy with it and she basically shrugged and ignored our table the rest of the night. Most restaurants would at least try to make it better, either remaking it or at least sweet talking you. This one shrugged and handed us the bill. The music was also way too loud. The fries were good And the leather chairs are cute and comfortable.

Brian S.

Yelp
What happened to the drinks??Been coming here regularly with the family since it opened. Always loved it, but was disappointed that the wine pour has been reduced? I hope that it was only because the bartender had a sore wrist that night?
google avatar

Laura M.

Yelp
30 dollars for three steak tips on top of a large amount of soggy fries and basically raw asparagus. Would not return. Bar service terrible.
google avatar

Julia F.

Yelp
Have had brunch here twice and dinner twice; the service was great for all visits and they took care to check menu with kitchen for food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the hummus appetizer quite a lot (good for sharing!) and their cocktail list did not disappoint. I had a salad that was delicious and shared a brunch dish (that I can't recall the name of..) that was very good. Fries were also good. It has been a buzz of activity every-time we have come (suggest reserving for brunch or Fri/Sat dinner) but we were able to get a table quickly each time. One night they had live music playing too. There's ample off street parking around the corner (or around a couple corners, really... lots of parking lots around there) if street parking is all taken.

Yelp
Had a great experience tonight at the bar. My wife and I are not regulars but we try to visit the Stones a few times a year because of the vibe, quality of food, and quality of wait staff. Both bartetonight were amazing and attentive. I saw a negative review posted about the bar tonight that was so far off base, I felt the need to clarify and post the truth. Most of us at the bar asked if we could have the televisions set to the Red Sox game since it was just on local news coverage. It seems 2 individuals took this the wrong way and posted a harmful review. Anyone who visits this bar understand the inclusiveness they promote (attached photo is visible to the patrons). Sad that someone feels the need to harm a business to play victim here. Visit the Stones, you won't be disappointed!

Jim

Yelp
A family friendly establishment that consistently serves great food. James and the entire staff are always welcoming. The meal specials add to the variety of great food they serve. My go to is the super beef with a serving portion that provides me with a midnight snack.

Yelp
I go there for my favorite things. The hummus plate is one of those favorite things, because of its amazing pita bread. Well, I went last night to show my boyfriend this amazing pita bread. When they brought it out, there was NO PITA BREAD on the hummus plate. I asked about it and the server said they were out. Well, that woulda have been nice to know while I was ordering it. Very disappointed.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Everything Ive had here is really good including the cocktails. Generous portions. Really friendly staff - feels comfortable.

Yelp
We held our daughter's bridal shower at Stone's Common House & Kitchen & the day could not have gone any better. Fantastic food, the room was beautiful & the service was impeccable! The frittata, french toast, chicken & biscuits, native green salad & scrambled eggs were all cooked to perfection. The mimosa bar & macarons were top notch! Kudos to Lisa and her staff - they are so efficient, accomodating & beyond outstanding with their customer service! They helped make the day special & memorable!

Frank F.

Yelp
Had A 12:30 PM reservation that was not honored. We were forced to leave and go to Fusion Taste who were very accommodating.
google avatar

Dave B.

Yelp
Service is always great. Kind wait staff and bartenders who are always happy to accommodate if possible. Love the Skinny Burger and Roast Beef sandwich and fries. Appetizers are a bit underwhelming, portions could be larger. Entrees are great, though. One of the best restaurants in Stoneham.

Todd G.

Yelp
Food is very good. Service was poor last time. So bad I never will never returned. Wife and I got there before it was busy and then more people came in and we became the forgotten couple. Other people that came after us were getting their apps, their meals, their drinks before us. Our app was brought out by a young guy holding a broom and dustpan in one hand and our appetizer in the other. Last straw was when I asked for water and waited 10 minutes while other customers were tended to so i got up and walked to the bar and got the water myself. I was not happy and the manager felt bad and comp'd our meals. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the awful service.

Maureen T.

Yelp
WOW - what a gem on a Saturday afternoon. Modern and beautiful, warm decor- amazing cocktails and great pub menu. Right on main street Stoneham...Will be back soon!

Christopher V.

Yelp
I ordered the steak tips and got 3 small tips maybe 3ounces with a salad for $29 and they were over cooked to boot! Then they forgot my salad Inirdered? The rest of the meal was good, then they add a charge for a tip for the back of the house! Doubt I will return....

Yelp
Though there were a few faux-pas, one of the best features of this unique menu include the rotating hand cut fries. We first ordered the "Franky Fries" as an appetizer for the table of three ,which were hand cut and smothered with buffalo chicken and scallions. To help slosh down the fries, I ordered a caramel apple martini and hubby got an IPA. While fries and martinis don't mix, the martinis were delicious, though instead of drizzling the caramel on the glass, it was mixed in with the apple liqueur, which turned the drink an unpleasant brown color instead of a fresh green. The disappointment came with the meals themselves. I ordered the Burrata Cappellaci ($26). It arrived almost cold, had no sauce and the dish was bland and flavorless. My sister in law ordered the lobster gnocchi ($36), which was also bland. My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich and said it was fine. The most disappointing part of the evening was the service. It is one of my biggest pet peeves to not be checked on throughout the meal. Someone else besides oru waiter came to take away our dishes without anyone having checked on us. Otherwise, I would have asked for a hot plate and would have shared my general dissatisfaction with the flavor. We NEVER order dessert, but the one dish, a "large, warm chocolate chip cookie", couldn't be passed up. It arrived a la mode, but again, it was just okay. I was picturing a monster, plate sized cookie, but it came in a mini dutch oven. The brunch reviews sound amazing, so maybe I'll have better luck with that. If you want to give it a try for dinner, I'd stick with a nice, stiff drink and some fries.

Nic C.

Yelp
Had a really festive, lovely baby shower here today. My baby sister, mom to be, had such a great time. Lots of mocktails and cocktails to be had. Frittatas were tasty, and not dry; French toast casserole was like bread pudding (which I love); the grain salad was really tasty (loaded with bacon, etc.). Thanks to Lisa for all her help.

Yelp
My wife and I went with another couple this past Saturday. We had a great time. The staff was really friendly and we were quick to be seated. The waiter was nice and the place was pretty busy. Our Oysters were great the hummus plate was good. I had an incredible roast beef and onion ring sandwich with piping hot and tasty fries. All four of us enjoyed our meals and the drinks were very good. Life music came in and played a great playlist of some classic rock songs. We paid and decided to stay and have another drink because the music was fun. When we got there there was a couple with a cute toddler and some other families around. The owner came over and checked in. It was really fun and It was a great night. I forgot we had a chcoclate chip ice cream thing and that was piping hot and delicious too.

Yelp
Nice addition the the area, clean, good food and great atmosphere. Will be back again

Yelp
Great menu selection! The fries were an up charge from chips for around $4.00 but it was worth it! Would love to go back and try the French Onion Soup fries. Drinks are very strong so beware of that! Lol

Yelp
I do not know what happened to Stones. My wife and I have frequented this restaurant since it opened and were extremely pleased with the food and the casual, positive vibe. This Wednesday evening the Stones missed the mark. Although the food was up to the usual standards (ie: my skinny burger and my wife's selection of pork tacos were very good) and the wait staff was on point, unfortunately, the bar area was extremely loud with very accompanying colorful language. Quite frankly, it had a locker room vibe. Additionally, children in the bar area is a dining faux pas for us. Hopefully, our latest experience is a "one off" and our next visit will reflect a return to past standards. Question, Is Stones under new management?
google avatar

Jaleesa J.

Yelp
Ok. I started writing this review right after I left the restaurant because I was so frustrated. I love the idea of a gastropub in Stoneham, but there are still some things that need work here. Pros:They had live music, and cold free bread. But it was free and I appreciated the hint of rosemary. Cons: I ordered a pork chop and apparently foolishly expected it to look like a pork chop. This was literally a 2 inch wide SLIVER of a pork chop that was 10% meat and 90% fat. I was literally slicing layer my layer into this thing to find the actual meat. When i mentioned it to the waitress, she said "well it used to be bone in.." I'm trying to not waste any food so I ate the meat I could find and the bean stew that was underneath. What a waste of $30.

Yelp
If you are looking for a fantastic place for apps and beverages, this is the place to go. I had a raspberry Ricky for a cocktail, it was dangerously good. To split, we ordered the El Scorcho fries: ranchero sauce, chipotle aioli, and avocado. Do yourself a favor and get extra aioli. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly! The sauce is runny so ask for a spoon to soup up the sauce with the pasta. I didn't try the fried chicken sandwich but I'm a HUGE fan of pimento cheese. I would recommend making reservations in case there's an event happening at the restaurant. The service was kind, helpful, and very attentive. Street parking can be found near the restaurant.

Yelp
We've been wanting to check The Stones for a while and we were so jazzed to get a reservation Sunday afternoon. From the appetizers to the drinks and meals everything was top notch. I highly suggest the loaded baked potato fries and Italian chopped salad. The atmosphere is really light and we loved the decor. They've also done a really great job of separating dining space for those nervous about dining indoors during covid. We saw a super cute lit patio in the back too. If your in the area and looking for a delicious meal or even apps and drinks def check out The Stones!

Barbara M.

Yelp
People at the bar clueless. Just to spend a lot of time here at Sunday brunch. The food was just OK and won't be back.
google avatar

Elyse B.

Yelp
Stopped in with my sister for a quick bite and we were delighted. Great staff extremely attentive and following covid protocols. The oysters were delicious and they had a good selection. Our server made good recommendations and helped us decide on drinks. I recently return and I was impressed with the covid protocols in place. The servers were attentive and the restroom was clean. Overall the restaurant is very cute. I would suggest minor tweaks to the menus- simple dressings and toppings besides cheese. Didn't love the avocado vinaigrette. A few simple options for the less adventurous.

Yelp
When I first discovered this place along with my cousin, I was very pleased not only did it have a great atmosphere. It has really good food, and I was always delighted to see Paddy behind the bar. He is so gracious, welcoming, warm, and genuine, which is so hard to find I feel currently. On a sidenote, we stopped in there on a Saturday three weeks ago. The woman working the dayshift. I have to say I was not so impressed. She refused to speak with us for the first 10 minutes we sat there, trying to decide if we were even going to stay. She just seemed so distracted and very hesitant to make conversation. After several attempts of trying to speak to her about various subjects, I noticed she was talking to two other patrons a lot more which maybe she knew them however, that does not mean you can be cold to someone who just arrived. So going forward I'm going to give this place a bit of a breather and I hope Samantha who claims she was French, but then switch to English realizes that first impressions you can only do once I was disappointed that day that's the only time however, I hope that she gets an attitude adjustment and that maybe she learned something from this too. I can find elsewhere.

Yelp
LOVED this place!! They give you your own little french press! Atmosphere is adorable, food is amazing

Yelp
We visited The Stone's after a family trip to the Stone Zoo. Highly recommended. The food was terrific and the kids ate every bite. Fried pickles were delish and the spicy blackberry marg was perfect.

Yelp
To say we were excited for the opening of The Stones would be a huge understatement. We had been tracking the status of The Stones for months and were thrilled to be able to try it out on the April 3rd opening night. We were able to grab a table right away and had great service throughout; I think the Assistant Manager waited on us, and she walked us through pretty much the whole menu and also offered her recommendations. We ended up trying a little of everything - the fries, wings, Skinny Burger and the Cacio e Pepe, along with some signature cocktails (although they regrettably didn't have any desserts yet). The fries were fantastic as were the wings - the wings were unlike anything I've had before. Thai-seasoned and so tender that you could literally pull the bone out of them. They are also served as connected thighs and drumsticks, which is pretty unique. These are definitely NOT your typical bar wings. For our entrees, the Skinny Burger was a delicious steal at 8 bucks, although it could probably use a bit fewer onions on it. It's a smaller size than other restaurant burgers (about double the size of a slider), but that worked for me considering we got 2 appetizers. We were excited to try the Cacio e Pepe, which you don't see very often in the U.S., and it definitely lived up to expectations. It was honestly just as good as any version we had in Rome! We tried the Raspberry Rickey and the Thyme for Bourbon for drinks, and I also tried an old fashioned from the bar after dinner. The drinks were all well-made and tasty, although I think the Thyme for Bourbon might be better served over ice given some of the other ingredients. Just like our server, our bartender was super knowledgeable and friendly, and we had a great conversation with her. Stoneham desperately needed a restaurant like The Stones, a welcome a change of pace from the normal take-out and fast food. While some of the entrees are expensive, there are plenty of affordable items on the menu. It's one of the few restaurants around where you can get an $8 burger or a $30 steak-- we'll be back to try the steak! I think we've found our new regular hang-out.

Yelp
After a nice little walk at the Middlesex Fells Reservation, which I highly recommend for a nice date or just getting away from the world! If you decided to visit the Stones, come before 2:30, because that's when they switch over to their dinner menu and current menu will be limited. It's a really nice restaurant with and it felt like a community how the staff and customers were just talking about life and Stoneham itself. I ordered the Skinny Burger (chose quickly because I was cutting it a little close to 2:30pm). It's probably my fault because of the rush or the mayo, because the burger tasted quite salty. Although, it was a good size and remained hot the entire time I was munching. Also, I love home made chips, I could've sat here and eat it all day! I'm definitely coming back when I have more time to thoroughly look through their menu and enjoy their food.

Yelp
Delicious fresh epicurean delights tantalize taste buds. Cocktails are exciting and waitstaff is mindful as well as prompt and professional. We really enjoyed our choices of the hummus/tsatziki platter, both beautiful and filling. Privacy screening means Covid-concerns are minimized and the place sparkles & shines of clean. The food reflected care for palates and customers-- if you want service, safe seating, and sumptuous, generously-portioned eats-- this is worth the drive to Stoneham. Plenty street parking, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere. Great service and good food. The only problem is the noise! It is extremely loud. You can't hear someone across the table and have to yell at someone sitting right next to you. Definitely need some sound dampening material in there!

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch today and everything was great! We were greeted immediately and seated by the friendly bartender. Our server was lovely, she went above and beyond to make our lunch fantastic. The food was excellent; we each had the skinny burger and the kids had chicken tenders. All of it was good! Then we ordered 2 cups of coffee and each was delivered in a French press...LOVE that!
