My friend and I had dinner here this evening and Hannah S. was the best waitress! She allowed us to chat and enjoy our time and was always perfectly there when we needed her! She treated our table to a dessert while we chatted and I am so pleased with our dinner! Will be back just to see her!

Brian was an amazing server. The menu is large! Even for me—gluten free section ◡̈ The sushi was the best I’ve had in the OKC area in many, many years. My husband loved his bento box lunch. To managers: consider warm towels to clean our hands before the meal. Would really elevate the experience. Js! Will be back for those cocktails…

Always a great time here! Food is amazing. Cocktails are great. Staff and environment is wonderful. One of my favorite date night spots! My go to order is spicy edamame & an old fashioned roll. 10/10

Hosted my best friends birthday party at The Sushi Bar, and I really appreciated the managers answering my questions when I called to ensure we would have everything ready for the big night. I've planned parties at other restaurants before and did not receive such patience and kindness on the phone beforehand. Our waiter, Joshua, was very attentive and did an excellent job with all our requests. Even the staff that bus tables were kind and helped me while I was setting up. Of course, the food was excellent, and the presentation of the sushi beautiful. Overall, I feel this is an excellent place to eat not only because the food is wonderful, but also because the restaurant has a culture of kindness and patience. They obviously cared about our eating experience, which is hard to find these days.

1st time visitor. Very nice ambience and great service by Connor. I ordered the Yakima Soba steak bowl and the steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare as requested. For my sushi roll, I enjoyed the Triple Bypass roll. The entire table sampled each others rolls and everything i tried was fresh and delicious.

I adore this place, workers are always kind, food is always phenomenal, and I somehow never leave without making a new friend.

This place has some of the freshest and tastiest sushi I’ve ever had. It’s so nice to have a place like this in OKC! It’s been awhile since I’ve been back but hoping to go soon to satisfy my sushi cravings! I don’t remember what I ordered but here are some photos from my last visit!

I absolutely loved the knowledgeable sushi chefs we encountered, and the food was good. Very nice decor and comfortable even when busy. I felt the prices were a little high compared to some of the other sushi spots around Okc, but the atmosphere was great.

After moving to OKC from the NE, my hunt for a great sushi place has been ongoing. Sushi Bar was one of the first places I went to and it was good. over the years, it has grown to be one of my favorite because I have tried SO many rolls from here. To start, the place is spacious, well lit, and the service is always great. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh, tastes so flavorful, and the options are numerous. There's something for everyone on their menu. I've grown from a shy sushi eater to a bolder, more adventurous one because of sushi bar's quality and items. Some of my current favorites: the naughty girl, the OMG roll (very heavy), Dan the man roll, the Kurtz roll, and alllll of their carpaccios! Soooo good! Their regular rolls like spicy tuna/yellowtail/salmon are also great. They are on the more expensive side of sushi in this area but for the quality I think it's worth it!

Ambiance is great! Service was terribly slow..... 2 hours later, we were finished. House salad had about a teaspoon of dressing on it. Had to ask a different waiter for more. The fried rice was unremarkable, but the steak on it was fantastic Maybe next time I'll just order the steak!

We had a Rainbow, a fried roll of seafood and a roll wrapped in cucumber. They were all great! I really like how they serve their hot tea. Waiter was Michael, super attentive. Loved the music that was playing. I recommend their booth, just a little bit more cozy and private for conversation.

We were a group of 6 on a Wednesday evening and we were seated right away. My brother and sister in law raved about this place and it did not disappoint! Our waiter was attentive and friendly and the food was soo good! I'm from out of state but I will make sure to stop here next time I'm in the area.

This place has some amazing sushi!!! Inside is big, open, and nice inside as well. This is now in the top 5 favorite sushi restaurants in OKC for me.

This the place to go for Sushi! Gyoza and calamari are must does. All of the rolls are excellent but I am stuck in such a rut with my choice. It's been Crazy Cajun for decades but for some time they have offered a Rocky Cajun which is garnished with Eel instead of Salmon. Whatever you choose it will be the right thing to do!

This place has great rolls and dinner menu. The teriyaki salmon is delicious. We got a few rolls for the family.

Pics are only parts of the menu we ordered from. Hamachi kama is good, a little over cooked in my opinion but still flavorful. Got the all'bout tuna roll & j2 roll. Both rolls tasted fresh & great. We'd probably order j2 again, easily a crowd pleaser for pickier sushi eaters

Excellent sushi menu local favorite big dinning room with a generous well appointed bar area. We love stopping by for pickup or dinning in which ever you prefer I guarantee won't be disappointed with there fresh sushi selections one of the best in Oklahoma City.

Best sushi in town. Order the Naughty Girl! We also had their Brussel sprouts and Big O Roll, 10 out of 10! I wish I would've taken pictures but I was so hungry and so excited, I forgot! Service is great, staff is very friendly. The ambiance is very minimalist, it does not look Asian themed at all, but who cares when the food is that great!

BEST sushi place ever. Josh is the most superior server we always ask for him when we go. i have been over 50 times and literally have never once had a bad experience. A++++ (the anna marie roll is the BEST!)

I was there with a group of friends. The waiter placed a plate of tuna on our table with our food we ordered. It sat for a good 20 minutes at our table until he realized we didn't order it. He took it and I asked him what he was going to do with it. He said they would rinse off and serve to another customer. That just shocked me. I won't go again.

I always have a pleasant experience at sushi bar. It has become our 10 year old's favorite place for dinner. We sat at by the sushi bar and watched them prepare the rolls. We've been coming for years but last night I tried a new roll, the tiger roll, and I was NOT disappointed. It was suggested by my server and I can't wait to go back for another one.

The restaurant was not very busy but wait time for food served was quite long. Our soba arrived before our app & sushi. Restaurant is spacious.

My teenage daughter is a huge lover of sushi, so I took my two favorite girls (wife and daughter) on a Sunday dinner date to The Sushi Bar. I ride my motorcycle past the Memorial location regularly and the lot is always packed, so I had to try the place. The menu has lots of options and our server Lauren was great! The food was A-1...super fresh and delicious. My daughter loved everything, and her seal of approval is what mattered most! Lol. For starters we had tempura calamari and shrimp, which also came with some delicious tempura veggies: mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and asparagus. Must haves! We wanted to try an array of rolls, so we got the tiger rolls, captain crunch, big cheese, and scratchy rolls. One word..."deeeelish!" If you haven't been to The Sushi Bar, you've gotta go!

Food and service is always great at The Sushi Bar. It is a must to try the specials listed when you go as the fish is always fresh!

Stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was great. The food was fantastic. But, the service was phenomenal. A coworker and I (2 top) came in for lunch on 3/29 around 11:45, left about 12:30, and sat at 4 top by the window next to the tatami seating. Unfortunately, I can't remember our server's name. So maybe that info will help get the message to her. Our server read the table perfectly, kept our glasses full, table pre-bussed and was very hospitable. It was definitely a team effort, though. Not only did our server take great care of us, another server and who I suspect was the MOD ran our food. Nice to see that cohesion and teamwork. Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome experience!

Everything is incredible here, service is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond! If you want the best date night of your life, go to Sushi bar and ask for Morgan and the best manager Shandy! We just love the Sushi Bar!

Absolutely delicious. Still having emotions about the poblano sauce on the Sunset Roll. It was almost too perfect. Like most everything, I think adding cream cheese to this roll would be a really YOLO move you wouldn't regret.

Best sushi in OKC!! I have been coming here for years, but I decided to write a review because I had a stellar experience tonight. Anais was our waitress and she really went above and beyond. I don't know if the chef was just on his game tonight or if her great personality made the food taste even better. Either way, it was phenomenal.

Their fish usually tastes very fresh, they accommodate special requests, the teriyaki sauce is made (or used to be made) in-house. It is worth the trip. Good sake too.

Even if the parking lot is full, you can usually get in and out of here pretty quickly. The sushi bar is a good week night date spot for us because it's not too far from our house, not too pricy, and always tasty. Is this our favorite sushi spot? Probably not, but for the price you get a decent amount of fish, and it always tastes fresh. Their menu has something for everyone, so even if you don't eat sushi you can come enjoy a meal here with people who have better taste than you

My sister-in-law and brother ordered takeout from The Sushi Bar and we set it up reallll fancy nice- it was absolutely divine. Truly some of the best sushi I've had- Fresh, flavorful and prepared so pretty. Impressive selection and really tasty tasty. Thank you, Sushi bar. Deeeeelish.

Been going there regularly for over 3 yrs. Today was the worst service and particularly the worst treatment I've received from a manager since I moved back to Edmond. Will never be back.

Great food great service. I highly recommend this restaurant. The sushi is amazing. I recommend the gyoza for one of the appetizers. The peppers are also very good. My wife doesn't like sushi so she got the chicken bento box and really enjoyed it. Very nice place to dine.

SUSHI BAR, listen Linda listen I'm in love with all types of Sushi but this Particular place have won all of my desperate desires. This restaurant did not fail me not one bit! so if you enjoy different texture's and taste you should definitely check this place out. Me and my husband sat at the bar and we were pleased to have Mr. REED as our chef, hunny he did his thang he basically told us what was hot on the menu, what he thought would interest our likes, he described every dish & made it sound soooo delicious, truth be told it was Heaven!!! He knew what he was talking about OKAY I really appreciate the hospitality, the environment, and overall the restaurant. Everything was amazing. Thanks for having us and we will be back

Really fresh fish. Too much spicy sushi (must be a thing in Okc?). Their specials are fun! Attentive service. But why is sushi so damn expensive in this town? $24-28 range for some sushi rolls is crazy.

I'm just saying that they are amazing! And I will always go to the sushi bar on Memorial! The owner of the store is so amazing and I have never been treated with such great hospitality from the bartenders to the sushi roll experts to like I said the owner, hands-down, the best sushi I've ever gotten, and I will always go there on my birthday wish by the way sushi bar get ready for July 14 because my family is coming for you so we can eat some good food. I love you guys and keep doing what you're doing because whatever you're doing is definitely spot on.

Updated to remove the suspicious website link as the business has resolved this issue. The rest of the review is the same: I've only been once but overall it met expectations. They have good bento box lunch deals. It's very Americanized and a bit fast foody (like lots of fried stuff vs other cooking methods), which is to be expected in OKC, but not my fav as a part Japanese guy from Cali. It's a safe place to take the average Oklahoman group of people versus somewhere more traditional. This isn't a criticism because most sushi places have to do this to survive. They also make the effort to have some traditional stuff on the menu. Cold soba, for example, is something that I rarely see in OKC. I ordered it just for shits and gigs and it was one of the decent ones I've had in the city. The rolls we got were good. Nothing really that stands out good or bad. I ordered the tuna salad and it was decent, but weird due to having cold cooked mushrooms and other cold cooked veg on it. It was a while ago so I can't quite remember what type of mushroom, but it was a dense, slimy, pungent type. Maybe shiitake. It didn't go with it and was pretty distracting to the palette. I love both asian salads and mushrooms, but the combo was not flattering to the dish. It was kinda like if you threw yesterday's pizza toppings on a fresh salad (there were cold soggy bell pepps on it as well). Combining cooked, wet, cold veggies with crisp, raw, fresh veggies is something that needs a pretty good vision and execution to succeed. This is not an example of that. But who knows I guess someone had to like it at some point for it to be on the menu. I would advise however, that 95% of ppl will NOT expect this when they order a raw tuna salad at a Japanese restaurant. Yes, it is in the description of the item on the menu, but the thing is I like all those ingredients, so the description actually seduced me, but it wasn't until I ate it that I realized the combo was whack. Good dressing tho. All in all, it's a perfectly serviceable place for people who are being introduced to Japanese cuisine, but it is far from traditional and essentially a carbon copy of any decent mid-tier Japanese places in OKC, besides the tuna salad which will haunt me in my dreams for eternity. JK, it wasn't bad, just weird.

This spot is becoming the go to sushi spot for my wife and I. With an awesome array of rolls and other yummy ideas (fried pork gyoza) that never disappoint. Both dine in and take out have not failed us. There are a bunch of solid sushi restaurants in the metro, and this one ranks up near the top for us. So good!!

Food 10/10 Portion 8/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance7/10 Some of the furniture is messed up but I'm not tripping. They know how to make food that's all I care about. Portions don't get me full which for the price it should. Still 5 stars though my girlfriend wants to go a little too much.

Best sushi in Oklahoma. Atomic bomb is my favorite roll. Yellow tail special is always fresh flavorful. Seasonal drinks and specials are always being added but the primary menu stays consistent. 10/10 for sushi and non sushi lovers

Good food nice people both dine in and order. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. The atmosphere is a little bland but much brighter than most sushi places. Good food eat here you won't be disappointed.
