Ice cream and milk shakes are great - coffee milkshake is exceptional and great selection of toppings. BUT more importantly the best part is the people that work here. They are incredibly kind and make sure to speak to all the kids. We appreciate you guys !

Soft ice cream with around 10 flavours. Not super sweet which was good for us. They also have candy.

Poor customer service and unprofessional cashier. She refused my $10 bill because it was torn and refused my $100 bill as payment for the ice cream. She also advised that I did not need to purchase the ice cream. Never been refused service in such a quaint establishment. Never again

No prices posted…for good reason. Two modestly filled cups, about 22 ounces total. Cost- $23. So, it’s about $1/ounce. Come on, even for the Hamptons, that’s ridiculous! I guess you should expect to pay somewhere between $40-50 for a family of four. The only reason it has two stars is that the yogurt is pretty good.

Very clean, awesome service, great selection. And not a bad price considering the area. Imagine complaining about the cup size when they charge by the weight. Next time let your kids sit at a table and eat instead of getting mad you weren't watching them and they dropped it.

The fro-yo was absolutely delicious. It's clean, spacious, and a nice place to sit and enjoy a sweet treat!

A solid option for serve yourself froyo. Lots of tasty flavors and they let you know which ones are free of gluten dairy etc. Cups are a generous size and there are a good amount of topping options. There's also a selection of other desserts like cakes and brownie bars and a large center table of decadent candies. Marking one star off because it's very cold inside (the air vents are in the floor and blow on your ankles if you're trying to sit at the bar) and while there are some benches outside and a counter inside the seating fills up quickly and doesn't offer a lot of options. The toppings could have also had a few more options, like mochi and some more fruits. A little expensive but not bad and definitely a fun experience.

What an intentional ripoff. If you would like soft-serve yogurt, you better have jumbo sized hands. Don't bother to bring the kids, since they will not be able to wrap their little fingers around the jumbo sized cup, you are forced to use. True, you can fill it with as much/little as you like, but what is the point if you can't hold the cup. There is no option available for a smaller sized cup. This is clearly a tactic to get people to buy larger amounts of yogurt, and to fill the cup with more toppings. Why not have smaller cups available? The answer is clear. However, this will prove to be a very poor business decision, in the long run. Certainly this establishment is far from being customer-focused!

Best place in town!! Great customer service. Love seeing Aiden's smiling face when I walk in. Milkshakes are fire.

Amazing place to take the family and get the best ice cream in East hampton. The employees are the best and family owned
