Google
Just found the leftovers from this place after my wife was there and holey smokes! This wrap is awesome! Perfectly done. Definitely need to go there and try the food fresh. 5 stars

Adelina Borman

Google
Love the table! Best burgers in a 1,000 mile radius. I fell in love with the burgers at first bite. Brunch is amazing! And we had my sister’s baby shower here and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect event. Hands down recommend The Table to everyone.

Google
Absolutely phenomenal! We went here with a group of 7. I got the chicken wrap with apple butter on it and OH MY GOD was is good! We also got the cheese curds and truffle fries as apps which were amazing!!! I’ve always walked by this place not thinking much of it but I am so happy we stopped in. Will 100% be returning! The price was very reasonable as compared to the quality of the food. Staff was very polite, personal, and on top of the game! P.S. take a look at the drink menu you’ll get a good laugh! Highly recommended location!

I have eaten here a few times and it never disappoints! The fries are always fantastic and I have enjoyed my entrees during each visit.

Google
My wife and I came here for a lunch date . We really had a nice time , we're seated fast and our food was awesome. Our burgers were sooo good and had so much taste/flavor.

Dr. Parry A. Peet

Google
One of the best restaurants in the area. I love the new decor. We had the Chicken BLT and Pineapple Crab Salad. So delicious. Make sure to put this on your list of hot go to places this summer! Oh, and make sure you leave room for “cleaning” up dessert. Pun intended! Be sure to check out the dessert display on the way in to pick out your favorite!

Dan Green

Google
Subpar, to say the least! The food was terrible! My burger was torched! All I tasted was grill char! The service girl had an attitude and was unprofessional. The man or maybe the owner acted really creepy and standoffish. The business hours here are really strange also. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I regret tipping! 🤮

Yelp
Needs improvement and staff aren't there for the customers, but overall the food is phenomenal. The only downfall is the improvement and the staff aren't there 100% for the customers.

Yelp
My friends and I loved this eatery while strolling through the Hudson Valley for leaf peeping and other autumnal activities. (We had stayed at a nearby B&B in this quaint little town last year while visiting area wineries and cideries and decided to stop in town again for a late brunch.) Thankfully, The Table was open as we arrived in town at an off time. The place is cute and casual inside, sort of retro mod. Our server was not only friendly, but caught on to our sense of humor and served my friend's cocktail in a slightly risqué glass. It was truly a conversation (and photographic) piece. I had the steak empanada brunch which came with empanadas, scrambled eggs and a side salad (pictured). Everything was tasty. The book-shaped plate it was served upon was adorable and functioned as a nice prelude to a visit to the used book shop across the street. My friends each had the buffalo chicken wonton brunch and left no bite of theirs untouched either. Great experience overall. We would definitely come back.

Yelp
I enjoyed myself! Food/Drink: Really well cooked, decent variety on the menu. Typical sandwich, burger, entree you would expect. A bit messy but delicious. Appetizers: A few different choices. Bread: None Dinning Area: Average size, Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively expensive. Parking: Large, shared lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean Atmosphere: During the weekday night pretty lively. Staff/Attendants: She was Great and highly motivated, very nice, and relatively attentive. Awesome experience! 8/10

Yelp
I was passing through and not familiar with any good place to eat, but this spot is definitely a must try. I got two wraps to go. They both were quite big and fresh. Sat and spoke with one of the owners and staff as I waited. They were really cool. The place is clean, bar looks to be well stocked and I can not forget the chocolates. Didn't have any, but very tempting. They looked gooood. I will keep them in my small arsenal of local dining.

Yelp
The food and service makes it a perfect place to hold a private party. Can't wait to go back.

Pennie B.

Yelp
A friend of ours is a waiter here at the restaurant and we went there with his girlfriend for brunch. It was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend it on top. They have a beautiful selection of chocolates and cake. I would definitely recommend going there if you're in Walden New York it's worth a trip privately owned And wonderful food. The owner is very nice and the waitress we had it was her first day and she did a wonderful job. We will definitely go back when we come back to this area. The ambience was so nice and did have a full bar.

Yelp
Always Closed for Private Events. Social media should be used for better communication about closures. We have tried to eat at this establishment 5 times...and EVERY time they were closed! Disappointed in Montgomery :(

Sandpiper G.

Yelp
My friend and I had a delicious lunch here yesterday. We both ordered the Chicken Strawberry sandwich (yum!) that came with a tossed green salad on the side. Place is nicely decorated and clean. The service was excellent. We will be back.

Yelp
Fabulous dinner tonight with the hubby. Crispy chicken is unbelievably good. Portion was huge. Hubby loved the lamb chops. Kudos to the chef for creating a truly delicious American cuisine in Montgomery. Looking forward to eating here again.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We happened to be in the area, totally unplanned and looking for a place to eat. What a gem this turned out to be! The tuna appetizer and the drinks were amazing. My husband had "smoked by a senior" which was smoked bourbon with orange bitters and Jamaican cola. Smelled and tasted wonderful, and I loved the presentation! I had a lovely lavender (margarita) that was amazing! For dinner, I had a green envy burger that had fried green tomatoes and was served on a brioche roll. WONDERFUL! Their house cut fries are amazing. I also took home a mousse cake that was covered in ganache and not one but TWO boxes of the chocolate they sell and that was divine! I'm definitely planning to go back for more! Oh, and I had an almond joy latte that was soooo good. Coconut milk and chocolate, what's not to love about this place??

danielle b.

Yelp
Great food and service! Had the fried chicken wrap with apple butter which was delicious. Creative cocktail menu and lots of non alcohol drinks and coffees as well.

Debra J.

Yelp
The food and service was simply wonderful. We went for Sunday Brunch. I highly recommend it.

Mika V.

Yelp
This place has a special place in my heart. It's so so good. Just wish it was more consistently open.

Alyssa C.

Yelp
Came here with family for Mother's Day brunch. Everything was great. The drink menu was funny. There was a ton of choices at the buffet, everyone had a good time.

Dora L.

Yelp
Love their food and service. Their Short rib is my favorite. The mixed drinks are delicious. Mango margarita is my go to!

Melissa A.

Yelp
Went here for our daughters 21st Birthday. Ordered an array of appetizers, cocktails, a meals. I was so impressed by the food. The service went above and beyond expectations. Our waiter really went all out and made our night so special. This place is a true gem. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you...

Liza F.

Yelp
I had a great experience here. I wish their hours weren't so limited. It took me months to find a time I was available and they were open. I ordered more than one dish because I wanted to try multiple things and the waitress didn't blink. Blueberry pancakes, French toast, and fried wontons all were amazing! I happily ate all the potatoes but skipped the salad. The chai latte was a good pairing. Hoping I can figure out another time that I'm free and they're open.

Angela H.

Yelp
Have you been here? Well what are you waiting for? My goodness there are amazing things on their menu that you can list as "palate orgasms" Very sweet and charming restaurant. The decor is cozy and beautiful. The staff is amazing and make you feel like you are a family member. Local made pastries and truffles also doggie treats. The portions are huge and you will need a "doggie bag". You have waited too long if you have not stopped. We are from out of town and we stopped ! C'mon you foodies will love it.

J S.

Yelp
I wish I could leave a review but unfortunately we arrived at 4:55 pm and told they opened at 5. Instead of letting us stand inside until they opened they just locked the door again. There was no one else trying to go in but us. It was 30 degrees and you lost two customers

Teri A.

Yelp
Everything was great from start to finish. It's a pleasure to dine where both the food and the wait staff are top notch. Our waiter Patrick was wonderful!

Amy P.

Yelp
What a wonderful place to visit. The staff makes you feel so welcome and the decor is so adorable!!! I loved the Cynthia Rowley cup and saucer! Food was excellent! I really wanted 1 of everything. I am from out of town, but if I am ever here again, I will visit The Table!

Sonia D.

Yelp
A truly disappointing evening. Came to celebrate a special birthday with my family of 6. I was told I couldn't order additional eggs because it wasn't brunch. Despite the overpriced burger being called the "Brunch Burger". Additionally, did not appreciate the annoyed look on his face while the server asked if he could make it. Standing in clear site and total disregard for the birthday girl. Finished our celebration with dessert across the street at Wildfire Grill. The atmosphere, service and food was Perfection!! Won't be giving this local anymore business.

Food C.

Yelp
Haven't been here in awhile and needed a local place for lunch. The restaurant is very pretty and I understand there have been some updates and it shows. The waiter was extremely pleasant and efficient. However, when I order a dish off the menu and 1/2 the items are missing it's upsetting because I ordered because of the ingredients bordered the tuna salad but where were the apples and cucumbers. It was delicious fresh tuna on a huge bed of lettuce with some grape tomatoes and a ton of wasabi peas but it needed the tart or sweet ness from the apples and definitely the crunch. Since it's embarrassing to make a fuss in front of dining companions I let it go, but it was definitely disappointing. Also, the menu says 4% discount for cash. It should have both prices on receipt so you know what to pay for cash or credit cards and not have to start haggling with the waiter. Would I go back? Yes, but as a smarter better informed customer.

Karen S.

Yelp
So glad I found this gem!! Service is wonderful, owner is very welcoming and funny. Had the Summer Peach burger and truffle cheesecake, perfection! Check it out!

Don S.

Yelp
My wife and I had lunch there today, this would be our fourth time there, the food is very good. The problem is we ordered a shrimp salad and they gave us a very small little dish with the dressing, not enough for the whole salad, which was very good. We asked for some additional dressing. When we got the bill, which was over $50, we were charged 65 cents twice for the extra salad dressing. The server, whom I assume is the owner, said he had to when I brought it up. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where they charged extra for some salad dressing. This is extremely petty. We will not be returning. Even though the food is good, there are a lot of excellent restaurants in the area!

Yelp
With hubs... post church flow... Sunday Brunching... Try the swordfish fish, it's fresh, delicious and filling. Also the people there are nice...

Yelp
Highly recommend The Table in historic Montgomery if you're looking for delicious food in a cool environment. Super friendly staff greeted us as we walked in without reservations and we were promptly seated in the relatively empty dining room. Cool music playing overhead complemented the stylish decor. The drink menu was seasonally thoughtful with a variety of appropriate summer libations. We had a delicious mango jalapeño margarita and a Blood Orange IPA from Pine Island brewery. Both perfect for a delightfully sunny early evening after a week of rain. The waiter brought us a small basket of tasty, homemade potato chips to snack on which were perfectly seasons with salt and a little kick. We had an order of artichoke Rangoon for an app, 5 crispy stuffed pastry pockets on a skewer. Tasty, and enough for two, but I don't know if I'd order them again as they didn't wow us like the rest of the meal. For dinner we had the pork belly shrimp gnocchi which had delicious shrimp, fluffy gnocchi, perfect pieces of pork (it's like yummy bacon for those who wonder what belly is) with a nice bit of heat and complemented by a bit of fresh grilled peaches throughout. Also had the salmon which was perfectly cooked, great quality and well seasoned. Came with a honey teriyaki sauce, fresh green beans and interesting edamame dumpling potstickers which were terrific and unique. More than enough food which meant we will enjoy the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Topped off the meal with a scrumptious tri-colored cake, which is just like the little cookie, and a couple of cappuccinos. The menu prices are slightly on the higher side, (salads extra) but are well worth it for such expertly prepared dishes. Looking forward to going back!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here for a splurgy brunch due to its high yelp rating. While the decor was pleasant and the service was good, the food was lackluster. Many items felt like they were adequately prepared packaged foods. The breakfast sausage was very reminiscent of something standard off of a grocery shelf. Including tip, we paid $50 for brunch (no alcohol). Had the price been $40, I would still have been disappointed. We have no plans to return and have struck this off our list as a place to try for dinner.

Brittany A.

Yelp
Excellent food and atmosphere. This place is lovely and perfect for an intimate, high end dinner date! Their homemade chocolates are delicious and they have dog treats that are fabulous also!

Casey L.

Yelp
Best Bridal Shower! We hosted a bridal shower for my dear friends for about 50 people and Phil and his staff were wonderful to work with! Not only did they make the planning part extremely easy with their catering menu and choices, but they are all extremely accommodating and polite. The brides-to-be had an amazing day and I would highly recommend Phil and his staff at The Table to anyone!

Cara R.

Yelp
Had 6:30?reservations! Patrick greeted us very happily! Ordered a Manhattan straight up... deliciously perfect, great selection of wines also! The Table salad was fresh & delicious! The Cesar salad fresh & delicious also... big salads! Lamb chops perfect ! Short ribs delious! Pork chop over gnocchi was delious ! Key lime mouse refreshing ! Caramel cream puff perfect sweet tooth! Nice flow of customers ! Really would like to try a burger next time! They look amazing !

Ellen Q.

Yelp
We have been to The Table for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The food is consistently excellent, the service attentive, and the drinks creative and delicious. We will keep coming back. If you haven't tried The Table, check it out!

Carolyn W.

Yelp
A small group chose this restaurant for lunch. Great choice. The food, staff, atmosphere is great. We had a wonderful time. Each one of us ordered something different and each was equally satisfied with their choice. Nice place to visit for lunch and Sunday brunch. Carolyn W.

Yelp
Amazing place! Being out of state, I had no idea where to eat and we found this gem. Our waitress was phenomenal; down to earth, overall amazing! Their signature fries are amazing and they give you huge portions. Well worth the money (not expensive)!

M J.

Yelp
This is my go-to local spot for a burger. They are absolutely delicious! The truffle fries are amazing as well. I don't really like the desserts that much - they never seem very fresh. The chocolates are really good though!

Sasha D.

Yelp
Gorgeous interior with hints of Culinary Creations but better. You can waffle lazily over intrepidous breakfast decisions like pumpkin pancakes or cinnamon bun french toast. Their brunch menu is my favorite, as they come with these crusty, salty and downright dangerous red potatoes. I like to dawdle with a tall glass of bubbly Italian mango soda and wrap up with a perfectly brewed cup of coffee and key lime mousse. The menu is refreshed with a creative twist every so often so I never get bored of visiting.

Alyson G.

Yelp
We took a weekend road trip to Montgomery from Long Island for the weekend and found The Table while exploring the downtown. We are so glad we ate here! The food was incredible, one of the best meals we have ever had and the staff was incredibly gracious. The drinks were made to perfection and the names of the drink is enough to make someone stop and try them. We are already planning a return trip to the area so we can eat at The Table again! If you ever plan on heading downstate for your restaurant, we will be first in line!

Kate F.

Yelp
After reading previous reviews, seeing pics and menu, and heading to Montgomery area to meet my sister and brother in law, we decided to try The Table. We called for reservations and but didn't seem needed. We are martini / Manhattan drinkers and were disappointed in the watered down mix "technique." In fact at the table for dinner my husband ordered a second and explained how he wanted it mixed and it was better. The menu was not as big as I expected and possibly because they were involved in "a taste of Montgomery"that afternoon OR the menu for lunch/ brunch is their forte. I had salmon hoisin and it was very ordinary. My brother in law ordered caramel pastry for dessert and it was impressive and delicious. Bill was over $300 and we split salads and apps..thought the entree and apps were overpriced and $13 watered down martini.

Courtney D.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is super yummy and the owners are very nice. I prefer the lunch menu, mostly because that's frequently the only time I can make it for a sit-down meal but also because the poutine options are amazing. Try everything.

Steph S.

Yelp
WOW !! This place is just the coolest. Came here for brunch and again WOW !! The food the decor the vibe, just perfect. I will 100% be back for dinner in the very near future. Our waiter Phil H was attentive and nice. Thank you The Table so glad I found you.

Heather B.

Yelp
The founder and Chef behind this place has finally found his home! After following Chef Phil from Pine Bush across from my real estate office to the Orange Couny Airport it's great to see that he is in a visible pedestrian area that is easily accessible. The food here is great. And now they serve craft beers on tap and small batch mostly local liquors. The place is fresh, inviting, and bright but not too bright. Try everything, come back, leave a review!

Amy W.

Yelp
Excellent meal for brunch! Great selection of coffees and desserts! Yummy pancakes, wraps, empanadas, and even the eggs were awesome! Highly recommend! We will definitely return! Service was wonderful!!

Mike E.

Yelp
Food is absolutely delicious!!!! Chef/owner is very personable and business oriented. Waiter /bartender is polite and is very knowledgeable!! Definitely a nice place to enjoy good food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Jean P.

Yelp
This was our first time here and their first night serving dinner. What a wonderful and delicious dining experience! We loved the poutine as an appetizer - with truffle oil, portabella mushrooms, asiago cheese shaved on top, truffle oil, and perrrrrrfect hand cut fries! Then I had the pumpkin cannelloni which was probably THEE best pumpkin pasta dish I have ever had. I am 50 and we eat out a lot and we expect a lot. This place was great! My husband had the Bacon short ribs. He says "absolutely delicious- amazing sauce, super fresh mashed potatoes and asparagus. ." Service was excellent - really fab waitress! We will definitely be back and we will bring friends!!!

Lucy D.

Yelp
Nice find in the village with friendly service and yummy burgers. Prices a little steep for the area but overall the food was very good. Small bar and candy corner at the check out area.

Jen L.

Yelp
Where to begin.. we were off for a "snow day" so decided to make an impromptu visit to Montgomery . We were not planning on coming here but really thought about going to the cafe down the street which only accepts cash. We walked in and were met by a very friendly wait staff. Totally welcoming . He helped explain the entire menu (because there is so much that is offered ) . There are about 10 versions of burgers to choose from , 6 craft poutine versions and many sandwiches , wraps and salads. My husband and I chose the west coast tuna tacos and avocado shrimp tacos . Both came with a side salad (very tasting dressing) . Both taco versions were fresh and delicious . My husband had a Paradox Brewery draft beer which he really enjoyed . We shared the double chocolate mousse bomb which was presented very nicely and was light and really amazing . But "amazing" does not really do it justice . The restaurant has a huge assortment of homemade chocolates that we will take a better look at next time. Again our waiter was so helpful and friendly showing us the dinner menu and explaining the restaurant's philosophy . We will be back for lunch AND dinner. Dinner reservations are highly recommended. 5 stars for this gem.

Natalie G.

Yelp
honestly not that impressed. i've come here 2 times for takeout and both times i've been a bit disappointed granted, i did get takeout, so maybe eating inside is better. the eggplant wrap was Ok. not bad but not what i thought the table would serve up. and for the love of god, if it comes with a side salad, make it a salad. not just a pile of lettuce. give me some cucumber or carrots or something. i'm not a bunny for christ's sake. anyways i won't be back. i'm unimpressed

Ray C.

Yelp
Good food and nice coffee drinks. I bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Great room and terrific waitstaff.

Rosa T.

Yelp
Was told about this restaurant from a friend who's a foodie like me, and I'm very happy I tried it. Friendly helpful staff, was seated quickly but we did make reservations because it was told it gets packed. Ordered some drinks and they were refreshing mixed drinks. Ordered the wontons as a appetizer and they were delicious, definitely recommend. Me and my friend ordered salads, excellent salad, great dressing, filled me up. Now my sister and her boyfriend ordered main entrees and they were delicious and we'll worth the price, she got the ribs, HUGE, with mashed potatoes that melted in your mouth with amazing gravy, he got steak medium rare, made the way he likes it with a side of tortellini, his first time eating tortellini, he loved it, ate it all. My sister had to bring food home, portion was huge. Now the desserts all sounded great, but I went with irish cheesecake, amazing. My sister had the almond joy latte and said it was great. Would definitely go back.
