We love coming here for a late night hit of authentic Mexican food! We usually order burritos and some tacos and you really can’t go wrong with any choice you make, the food is consistently great. Love the friendly staff too, despite how late or busy they get (which happens quite often) Frankie was the man tonight handling a line out the door with all patience and getting our orders in so quickly. Can’t recommend more.

Google
The Taco Stand is hands-down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful tacos. Everything tastes super authentic like real street-style tacos with amazing ingredients and perfect seasoning. The tortillas are warm and soft, the meat is tender, and the salsas add that perfect kick. You can tell everything is made with care. The vibe is laid-back and colorful, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out fast even when it’s busy. Whether you’re craving tacos, burritos, guac, or just some bomb churros, this place hits every time. I loved my meal here and would 100% come back. If you love good tacos, this is definitely a must-try

If you're on the hunt for truly authentic and satisfying Mexican food, look no further than The Taco Stand. This place is a game-changer! Right away, you're struck by the spacious and vibrant atmosphere. The large, open kitchen lets you catch a glimpse of the magic happening, and the aroma is incredible. But the real star of the show is the food. The kitchen doesn't hold back—the portions are absolutely amazing! I ordered a burrito and was stunned by its size; it was so generous that it could easily satisfy two people. You absolutely have to try their variety of tacos. They are not only delicious but also an excellent deal for the price. Every taco comes loaded with fresh ingredients and their fantastic selection of topping sauces is a real highlight. To top it all off, the service is as warm as the food. The friendly cashier made us feel right at home, adding to the overall outstanding experience. I cannot recommend The Taco Stand strongly enough. It has all the makings of a perfect go-to spot, and without a doubt, this will be my regular spot for Mexican food from now on

Food is amazing. Real and authentic. Margarita was a little tart for my taste, but definitely yummy (sensory issue) Customer service is great. Music was a little loud for me. (Sensory issues again). Definitely recommend.

The tacos Miguel made were literally the best thing we’ve ever eaten since coming to the U.S. !! I’m not even kidding. Every bite felt like a blessing 😭🌮The best chef, the best team, and the best service EVER. I’d give it 100 stars if I could! Thank you for making my day unforgettable, Miguel you’re a taco legend🔥👑💕💕💕

An unforgettable experience — The Taco Stand is a must-visit in Miami! If you’re ever in Miami and craving authentic, flavorful, and freshly made Mexican food, look no further than The Taco Stand. This place absolutely blew me away — from the food to the service, everything was on point. First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Manager Tony. His customer service was beyond impressive. Tony took the time to walk us through the menu, ask about our preferences, and personally helped us choose the right items. His recommendations were spot-on and made our experience that much more enjoyable. In my opinion, he deserves an A+ service award for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers. Now, the food — unreal. I tried the Baja Taco, and it was hands-down one of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Light, crispy fish with just the right balance of creamy sauce and fresh toppings — a flavor bomb in every bite. We also ordered the Camarón Burrito and the Mar y Tierra Burrito, which were both loaded with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The fries were the perfect crispy side to complete the meal. The Taco Stand delivers both quality and authenticity. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
Service is quick. Food is amazing. Some of the best tacos I’ve had in the US period. Even better than tacos I had in the streets of Mexico. Good price also. This location has free but limited parking in front of it.

Google
I LOVE The Taco Stand and am so glad to see they’re expanding! I discovered them down at the Wynwood location and it is absolutely a hidden gem. The food is sooo good and it’s moderately affordable (prices have been going up). The lines can get VERY long so be ready to stand around for a while .. I like that this location had free parking compared to wynwood, however you have to be lucky to actually get a spot since it’s always so packed. My favorite thing to get are the Carne Asada Fries with one or two tacos! They also have a secret menu that you can ask about if the flyer isn’t out. Overall highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Consistently great, the steak tacos, chicken & California burrito in addition to the amazing sauces wheeewh amazing. I ordered uber eats & they forgot every sauce I added which was 4 or so, so feedback wise, paying attention to detail a little better for your to go orders but pretty great every time

Yelp
Fresh and Made to Order is what stood out most from The Taco Stand. My understanding is the original Taco Stand is in Wynwood and this is their second location on Calle Ocho. But it's my first time trying them all together. I came for dinner and parking was pretty easy as they had the lot to themselves as all the other businesses were closed. Inside is spacious enough that seating was relatively easy but it looks like it can get packed. Menu was simple enough with your selection of Tacos and Burritos for the most part. They also had a nice assortment of ice cold beers. We ordered the Baja fish taco (battered/fried), the Pescado fish taco (grilled), the Carne Asada taco and the Quesadilla for the little one. We also order the Chips and Guac. As noted at the beginning everything was made to order and felt fresh. The only exception for me was the chips. I felt for the $6 25, the chips were not fresh, overly salty and overall were just skimpy but the guacamole was super fresh and chunky and a nice size portion. So I felt that basically you are paying for the guac. As for the tacos, they were all really good. The fried fish in the Baja taco felt a little overly battered. The ratio of batter to fish felt unbalanced. But the freshness of the cilantro, onions, cabbage and tomatoes complimented the fish and Carne Asada perfectly. My kid loved his quesadilla. It was a nice sized portion. For dessert we had to try the Churros (again made to order) and they were a really good way to end the night on a sweet note. The condensed milk dipping sauce was almost not even needed because they are delicious by themselves but if you need that extra sugar spike then indulge away. As we sat there eating we noticed the line never stopped. And between to go orders and sit down orders they were non stop. I think its a testament to the quality of the food and to some extent the value. Because although the tacos were a decent size the burritos looked massive and on my next visit might be the way to go. So definitely give The Taco Stand a try if you are in the mood for fresh and made to order tacos and burritos.

Yelp
Best fish taco I've ever had, not an exaggeration by any means. Would be a disservice to yourself if you came to Miami and didn't at least have one meal the Taco Stand. The churros are mind-blowing as well. Perfectly well-balanced with sweetness and fried dough flavors. They are so good that I fear it might have ruined churros for me, since I doubt I'll find anything with this much flavor and texture ever again.

Yelp
We have been going to Taco Stand at least once per week for the past few months and can't get enough of their California burrito! I only wish they had one closer to Brickell so we don't have do drive (however, parking is free)! Grilled corn is also excellent. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Leslie S.

Yelp
Pros: wow, wow, wow, DELICIOUS. The place is understated but don't let the outside fool you, the tacos are phenomenal. I had the shrimp taco and mushroom taco and they were the best tacos I've had in a long while. The music selection was also 10/10 with some banging salsa oldies. Cons: The only con is that it's not closer to my house. Will return soon.

Yelp
Amazing little hole in the wall! We came in here right after the airport. We were going to another restaurant next door but decided to also try out their tacos. We grabbed a beer and their tacos were amazing!!! I can usually tell if a restaurant is good just by trying out their guacamole and chips and they did not disappoint! My daughter and I finished them all. They also have excellent service and the place is clean! Will be back when I'm back in Miami!!!

Mario V.

Yelp
Muy buena la comida para este tipo de restaurante de comida tapita Una falta de respeto a la comunidad cubana y a la Pequeña Habana que un su decoración exista el periódico gramma
google avatar

Jeff G.

Yelp
If you are a fan of The Taco Stand in Wynwood, you will be a fan of this much bigger location. This is not your usual taco joint, they're serving it up cali-mex style with their Baja tacos and California Burritos, along with vegetarian options like nopal and mushroom. The salsa bar options range from mild to extra spicy, none lacking in flavor. Portions are big and prices are reasonable, I highly recommend giving a try
google avatar

Geraldine D.

Yelp
The tacos here are incredible--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The carnitas and fish tacos are a must-try! Friendly service, great portions, and reasonable prices. A true hidden gem!
google avatar

Jeanette T.

Yelp
Everything was so good here! Service was great and helpful. Food was very good. El pastor taco one of the best. Bean and cheese burrito a must have. Shrimp taco very yummy. Would definitely come back.
google avatar

Mindy T.

Yelp
We were so excited for Taco Stand on Calle Ocho. It has more parking spaces and tables to dine compared to Wynwood. The Al Pastor toasta is a must try. The savory pork and sweet bite of pineapple is delicious. We ordered our favorite Mar Y Tierra burrito and fries.

Ashley R.

Yelp
Kevin was great!!! The manger Maria is also great and their entire staff are hardworking. The tacos and burritos were delicious!

Tanai C.

Yelp
Food is always fresh and delicious. Fast service! Thank You Kevin and associates! I love to go to this spot after a long day or on the weekends. They also have an area with different sauces to switch up your taste deoending on your mood. Try the chipotle ranch, delicious!
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
Best tacos and burritos in Miami.. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu or the sauces and onions they provide at their condiment station . The bean burrito is amazing!
google avatar

Mona A.

Yelp
The Taco Stand is a must-visit if you're craving some of the best tacos around. Their Wynwood location is ideal for a small group of 2-3 people, while the Little Haiti spot is better for larger gatherings. The tacos and fries here are incredible--the best I've had anywhere. While the service can sometimes be hit or miss and the place isn't always spotless, the food more than makes up for it. It's a spot I always recommend for authentic flavors and a casual vibe. Despite the occasional hiccups in service, The Taco Stand remains one of my top choices when I'm in the mood for tacos. Totally worth trying! * don't forget to try their churros!!
google avatar

SamKat P.

Yelp
Some of the best tacos we've had in South Florida! The tortillas are homemade, don't fall apart, and the meat is not greasy!! I also appreciate that you get a lot of meat inside the tortilla. This place is also really cute, and has a clean bathroom. The only negative I have is that we did have to wait quite a while for our tacos, and there were only a couple people inside the restaurant.
google avatar

Shirley F.

Yelp
Good tacos with fair prices. I understand things happen but be prepared to wait. Ordered online, came after the pick up time and still had to wait. Asked for no avocado but it was still added.
google avatar

Yelp
I am very excited to have this place in the neighborhood. Wide variety of tacos and burritos. My favorite is the Carne Asada burrito and carne asada taco. The chicken burrito and tacos are delicious as well. The Guacamole is wonderful and fresh served with fresh and delicious chips and the Churros are amazing and a must-have. I continue to go back time and again. The staff is super nice and friendly and efficient. Johnny, the manager introduced himself and spoke to me about the fresh ingredients and the authenticity of the Mexican food here. The SAUCES are AMAZING!!! Cilantro, Chipotle, salsa verde and Pico de Gallo to name just a few! The burritos and tacos are not hot or spicy so my partner was able to enjoy as well and he's very picky. The service is quick and I recommend parking on 8th street in front of the empty lot. It's a popular corner on a very popular neighborhood.
google avatar

Taylor A.

Yelp
Same amazing food as in Wynwood! However this place is way more spacious. There's room to stretch & move about, you can hear your orders get called. Definitely prefer this location to Wynwood.

Angie B.

Yelp
I had a great time eating here yesterday! The staff were super friendly and inviting, the vibes felt amazing. For the food itself, I ordered a California burrito and it was absolutely splendid! I had no complaints about it whatsoever. Definitely a great place to eat with your friends and family
google avatar

Sandra H.

Yelp
This is a great taco stand in little Havana, food is good and inexpensive. The carne asada taco comes in a fresh made tortilla, also chicken quesadilla is delicious. This time I tried the volcano carnitas, served on a delicious fried tortilla with melted cheese.

We-Go A.

Yelp
Amazing taco's I have tried in miami by far... the service the manager everyone was really amazing and friendly! Definitely will go again! That El Pastor was the best!
google avatar

Stephany G.

Yelp
The Taco Stand's new spot in Calle 8. Their Al Pastor Tacos are a revelation--succulent, flavor-packed pork paired with the sweetness of pineapple, wrapped in fresh tortillas. The churros, crispy on the outside and soft inside, dipped in chocolate, are a dream. And the corn elote, with its creamy, spicy sauce and cheese, is pure bliss. Every bite at this place is a delightful
google avatar

Julio F.

Yelp
We found The Taco Stand because we were originally going to Sanguich, but it was too full. This taco place is right next door, so we decided to give it a try. It was fantastic! We had the Pastor tacos, steak burrito, steak tacos and the guacamole. Every thing was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere is very cool! Great art on the walls and it was like stepping into a taco place in Mexico. Will definitely be going there again.

Andrew W.

Yelp
Horrible service and unwillingness to admit their mistakes. Totally ruined our happy mood for a nice meal. We went in tonight around 7:40 pm to order take-out. The line wasn't too bad. The older gentleman at the register took our order: 12 tacos, 1 burrito, and couple of churros and chips/guac. Nothing crazy. I decided to tip them well right after ordering (without knowing how bad the service was about to be). Forty minutes later, after seeing everyone before and after us get their food and some finishing their meals there, we finally got our food. Another customer saw how long we had waited and felt bad enough for us where he went up to ask the staff if they can comp us something extra. They ignored him. Then I asked the older gentleman (who took my order) "what happened to take so long?" I was met with an arrogant blank stare as he simply said thank you and turned away. No apologies, no explanations. I hope whoever owns this place reads this and trains his staff better. This is not the way to treat a customer who just dropped over $100 for a quick take-out from them.

Anthony S.

Yelp
Best tacos I've ever had. Every time I'm in Miami I make it a point to go here. I look forward to it from the moment I see Miami on my schedule.

Kelly S.

google avatar

Alan I.

Yelp
I always make sure to visit this spot when I go to Miami. The service is quick , prices are modest, and the food is always excellent. I can't stop obsessing over the mar y Tierra burrito personally and I can't stop recommending my favorite burrito spot to everyone who asks. Being located in Wynwood gives a fun ambiance and makes it real easy to continue to your next destination on a fun night. 10/10!

Israel R.

Yelp
Love this place ! Johnny the manager is great ! Love the food and the ambience. I will definitely come back again.

Amy A.

Yelp
nice place on 8th street the food is delicious I tried the churros, burritos, and quesadilla they have a nice sauce bar with the best cilantro lime and pickled onion. bit of a wait and there's usually a long line very busy but other than that really good. Was attended by Johnny he had excellent customer service.
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
The service was absolutely amazing. The server was efficient, humorous, and attentive. The ambiance was relaxing and comforting . While hood churros weren't as good as the Wynwood location's churros, it was overall is was a great experience .

Nicholas S.

Yelp
Johny took care of us! The burritos were fresh and delicious and everything came out really fast. Great Food and a great experience.! Going back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious mar y tierra and added on mushrooms burrito. Made fresh to order with no wait time. The location was spacious, bright, and decorated.

Kenneth O.

Yelp
I came here and bought a michelada and food from Johnny. He was very kind and the michelada was delicious. I will come back again and recommend this place because of the nice service and the people.

google avatar

Noel P.

Yelp
Fav burrito in all of miami. Mar y tierra and sometimes sub the steak for al pastor! ‍
google avatar

Maria E.

Yelp
The tacos are amazing and fresh. The burritos are massive and delicious. The churros are 10/10 but they run out sometimes. The only thing missing are spicy margs. :)
google avatar

Ricardo S.

Yelp

Catherine G.

Yelp
Incredible service and food!! First time eating here and it was amazing. Was recommended to me by a friend to try the california burrito and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious!

Darrel J.

Yelp
If you're here you better speak some spanish hahaha...the food is 100% authentic, I had the carne asada x2 with chips and guac....the taco is a little too greasy but it's flavorful...chips and guac were great.

Andrei D.

Yelp
Go to the location in Wynwood; it is astronomically better. Not sure what's gone wrong at this spot.

Brenda A.

Yelp
Great food and service by the manager Jonny ! The tacos tasted authentic and i was jamming out to the background music
google avatar

Morgan A.

Yelp
The food was served COLD. The pastor tacos were literally crunchy, i don't know why but they were super over cooked. The Baja taco was bomb,The churros were awesome.... Kinda confused about this place for the price.... Keep up with the consistency.....
google avatar

Joel G.

Yelp
We wanted to check out this new Mexican place out. We ordered three carne Asada burritos to go. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our order just because the enormous amount of Uber/DoorDash Pick ups. The burritos tasted really good. They were properly stuffed with meat and refried beans. The burrito was lightly toasted. I recommend the place. People stop playing video games and leave your house to go have dinner, please.

Reyes M.

Yelp
Good taste, nice service in special Jhonny the manager. Ambiance very cool. We enjoy exelent al pastor burrito. We recommend TACO Stand

Yusmara R.

Yelp

Lord B.

Yelp
I got ripped off here 4 times via uber eats on the buy 1 get one free tacos i ordered 8 tacos 4 carnitas 4 al pastor both times you only sent 2 of each type - 4 missing that would have made 8 in total uber eats didnt refund my money yall stole 17.66 for the order i would put zero stars but i cant , The al pastor tacos perfect the carnitas was pork fat and pineapple only burnt and pure grease.

George L.

Yelp
This place is just a couple blocks from work and has become the go to spot for the crew. The food is fantastic, always delicious. The service is fast and the people are always very welcoming. The music is always on point and perfect for the mood. A definite must visit in the Calle ocho area.

Luis B.

Yelp
my girlfriends family is Mexican and they use limes on everything.. the 8th street location is seriously lacking in the Customer Service... when I asked for lime to accompany a large order the person behind the counters snapped at us we don't have limes.... I I guess this is how they treat customers in a high tourist area not expecting repercussions... right on the other hand grew up and live in Miami and have visited Mexico many times and I have visited the taco stand in Wynwood. The service there is excellent. I don't know what's going on on each street. They even got the food order all wrong.... no bueno güey
