Fantastic Date Night at The Tapas Room – Tooting Broadway Market Had a wonderful date night at The Tapas Room in Tooting Broadway Market, and they made it extra special for Valentine’s Day. The red roses on the tables were a lovely touch, setting the perfect atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—great flavors, beautifully presented, and perfect for sharing. The drinks selection was impressive too. It’s a cozy spot with a great vibe, and I’d definitely recommend it for a date night or a catch-up over amazing tapas. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely restaurant, super friendly staff and delicious food, there are so many options in this food market, but this restaurant is a must. The selection of wine matches the food perfectly, and the staff are great at recommending dishes, we will be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful late lunch here. Jodi was a wonderful host and chef. We’ve been to the other tapas rooms in Deptford and Brixton but sadly this is the last one standing. The food was amazing and service impeccable. Highly recommend this place. The goats cheese and lentils was a real standout.

Had a great experience at The Tapas Room in Tooting Market. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming, seated us quickly, and were incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks menu particularly the wines, of which there were many interesting and unusual grape varieties by the glass on offer. They asked me what style of wines I usually enjoy, and from that they were able to recommend me some of their Spanish wines, which really were excellent. Super selection of vermouth as well (I think there were 8 or 9 varieties). The food was delicious and came quickly. It’s fresh, beautifully presented, and really great flavours. We came for just a light lunch, and enjoyed the cod croquettes, chorizo in a delicious and truly memorable red wine jus, and the aubergine & mushroom escalivada. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended a trip to the Tapas Room if you're heading down to the markets. Cozy and quaint, it's set out beautifully. A great spanish wine list and a concise menu. Tried the selection of Spanish cheeses, the artichoke hummus and prawns, the highlight was the cod croquettes! Was all delish. The service was really personal. Thank you!
